Finally! Trump confirms list of potential VP candidates

People have been anxiously awaiting Donald Trump’s VP candidate list, and now they finally have their wish.

“Donald Trump discussed a short list of potential VP candidates during [a recent] town hall meeting,” says Sara Gonzales.

“So it's, of course, Governor Ron DeSantis from Florida, Vivek Ramaswamy, South Carolina Senator Tim Scott, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, Florida Republican Byron Donalds … and Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard.”

To gauge her followers’ feelings regarding the list of potential candidates, Sara posted the following poll on her Twitter page:

Unfortunately, “they only allow you to pick four choices, so I couldn't include all of them,” she says.

“Vivek’s running away with it at 50%, but Tulsi Gabbard at 20%, more than DeSantis?” she asks in disbelief.

“We are in such a cult-of-personality era in politics, where policy doesn't really matter,” says Glenn Beck chief researcher Jason Buttrill, adding that “Tulsi Gabbard [getting] 20% over an actual conservative with a proven track record like Ron DeSantis is terrifying.”

If you’re voting based on “the ability to destroy the left and track record, you vote 100% for Ron DeSantis; if you're voting for the smartest man in the room who’s got amazing ideas … you would vote for Vivek,” he continues, noting that Tulsi Gabbard may work well in a Trump administration as a member of the “State Department” or the “[Department of Defense]” but as far as policy goes, she’d be a terrible choice.

“She was a Bernie bro,” says Sara in agreement.

Hunter Biden asks court to block love child from using his last name

Hunter Biden has asked a court to stop his estranged daughter from using his last name.

Lunden Roberts – former girlfriend and mother of Hunter's love child – filed a name change petition with an Arkansas court on Dec. 27. Roberts' lawyer – Clinton Lancaster – told Circuit Court Judge Holly Meyer that Hunter's estranged daughter Navy Jean Roberts would "benefit from carrying the Biden family name" because it is "now synonymous with being well educated, successful, financially acute, and politically powerful."

Roberts believes that her daughter taking her father's last name will provide Navy with opportunities "just like it has for other members of the Biden family."

Roberts, 31, said the Biden family remains "estranged from the child."

"To the extent, this is misconduct or neglect, it can be rectified by changing her last name to Biden so that she may undeniably be known to the world as the child of the defendant and member of the prestigious Biden family," Roberts said in her court filing.

However, Biden is fighting against his daughter getting his surname. He argued that taking his last name would rob the child of a "peaceful existence."

Hunter's lawyer claimed that Navy should decide for herself once "the disparagement of the Biden name is not at its height," according to the New York Post.

The 52-year-old Biden has never met his 4-year-old daughter.

Biden initially denied being the father of the child until a DNA test in 2019 proved that Navy was his daughter "with scientific certainty."

In March 2020, Hunter Biden settled with Roberts for $2.5 million and agreed to pay child support. Then in September of that year, Biden demanded to lower his child support payments because of a "substantial material change" in his "financial circumstances."

Biden met Roberts when she worked as a stripper in Washington, D.C. At the time of their intimate relationship, Hunter was dating his sister-in-law Hallie Biden – the widow of his late brother Beau Biden.

Roberts reportedly worked for Hunter's consultancy firm, Rosemont Seneca.

In his 2021 memoir "Beautiful Things," Biden wrote that he "has no recollection of the encounter" with Roberts.

President Joe Biden has been criticized in the past for not acknowledging Navy – his seventh grandchild.
