Brandon Straka reveals harrowing story of ‘egregious amount of harassment from the federal government’

Brandon Straka's lone fight for truth, freedom, and his very life since his arrest began three weeks after he entered the U.S. Capitol on that oh-so-controversial day in January.

The narrative, driven by the Left and accepted by many on the Right, Straka says left him in anxiety-fueled isolation, with few allies, and blocked by media platforms unwilling to allow him the opportunity to tell his story. Until now.In Mark Levin's exclusive, "Brandon Straka's January 6 Story Reveal,' Brandon had the floor not only to provide Americans with the details and video evidence of what happened but to reveal what followed his arrest. Mark Levin pulled no punches and encouraged Straka to tell his story by asking direct and hard-hitting questions. Brandon delivered on every question, bringing to light what Mark describes as the "injustice in our courts." Brandon explained:

  • the courts continued his case five times, dragging it out for over a year;
  • the court-ordered strict pretrial supervision for over a year;
  • his court-ordered ankle monitor that he now has to wear as part of a three-month in-home confinement sentence;
  • he received a three-year probation sentence and 60 hours of community service;
  • the judge imposed the maximum fine of $5,000 and $500 restitution to the Capitol, despite the judge's acknowledgment that he did not engage in destructive behavior or vandalism at the Capitol.

He went on to say that the prosecution's initial recommendation was severe surveillance measures as a condition of the three-year probation, which would have allowed for surveilling his phone, computer, bank accounts, social media accounts, and email accounts for the entire probationary period. This harsh probation sentence was not included in the final sentencing, but why was it brought to the table at all? "All this for what the judge and court ultimately deemed a petty offense, a non-violent misdemeanor charge," Brandon added. Now, just when you think you've hit the peak of Brandon's hellscape, when you have that moment of "Okay, now we get to see the man begin to put his life back together because this cannot possibly get any worse" … it gets worse. In addition to what Mark called a "pretty damn harsh" sentencing, eviction from his home, damages to his spiritual and psychological health, and an "egregious amount of harassment from the federal government," Brandon says he is now facing civil charges from what he deems a "social justice law firm" in Washington, D.C., claiming he was a "conspirator to create January 6," amongst other serious claims.

Brandon tells Mark that it's the utter loneliness that has plagued him, causing a tremendous amount of damage, to the point where some days he "questioned if [he] wanted to continue to live."

"I just want the opportunity to try to clear the air and set the record straight, what is and is not accurate, and that's why I'm so grateful to you, and thankful to you, for giving me this opportunity today," Brandon said. "I suspect after people watch this, you won't be completely alone, certainly not by … red-blooded Americans," Mark responded. "I think many of them are going to be very upset by this."

Mark had one final, illuminating question for Brandon: "Have you lost faith in the system?"

"Yes. I have … but one thing that has not shaken in the slightest is my faith and my belief that America is worth fighting for."

Watch all the gritty details of the harassment, the video evidence of what happened on that day, and Brandon's detailed explanation for the documents he signed in Mark Levin's full-exclusive interview with Brandon Straka.

'Enough is enough': Mark Levin slams Adam Schiff for 'unethical' conduct during Jan. 6 hearings

The Jan. 6 Committee is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the corruption in the Capitol, as there are serious ethical issues involved in this sham of an investigation. To say former President Donald Trump was derelict in his duty is laughable compared to the hypocritical conduct of House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Vice Chairman Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and other reprobates who tout themselves as the saviors of Democracy, BlazeTV host Mark Levin said on "Life, Liberty & Levin."

Levin ripped into Schiff over recent allegations that a text message used as evidence in the Jan. 6 investigation had been altered in a way that misrepresented the original meaning.

"Adam Schiff is a lawyer and has a license in the state of California and maybe some other places, too," said Levin. "Rather than us just whining about this reprobate, rather than us just whining about this unethical hack, let’s do something about it."

Levin called on "Republicans on Capitol Hill" and everyday citizens to file an ethics complaint through the California State Supreme Court's ethics arm to encourage Schiff's disbarment .

"Enough is enough," he said. "We can whine about it all we want. He's got the media eating out of his hand. This guy is unethical. This guy does not deserve to be a member of the bar. He's worse than a slip-and-fall lawyer; he's a slip-and-fall congressman."

Levin went on to criticize the unethical conduct of Cheney, Pelosi, Warren, and other members of the Jan. 6 Committee, saying, "This committee is violating the Bill of Rights. It's violating Due Process. This committee is on a 'criminal hunt' trying to get people humiliated and embarrassed."

Mark Levin: Jan 6 Committee's 'evidence' of Trump's 'criminal conduct' ends up proving just the opposite

New York Times bestselling author and BlazeTV host Mark Levin unpacked the so-called "evidence of criminal conduct" against former President Donald Trump that was recently unveiled by the House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.

During a recent hearing, Vice Chairman Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) read aloud several text messages among former President Trump’s chief of staff Mark Meadows, various members of Congress, the press, and the president's son, Donald Trump Jr. that were sent and received on Jan. 6.

"These texts leave no doubt: the White House knew exactly what was happening at the Capitol. Members of Congress, the press, and others wrote to Mark Meadows as the attack was underway," Cheney alleged before reading the text messages.

“Mr. Meadows’s testimony will bear on another key question before this committee: Did Donald Trump, through action or inaction, corruptly seek to obstruct or impede Congress’ official proceeding to count electoral votes?” she added.

Noting that the texts nearly all showed beyond question that the people in President Trump's inner-circle were shocked and alarmed by the protest-turned-riot, Mark argued that the texts actually prove that neither the president nor his chief of staff had prior knowledge of or participated in planning the Jan. 6 riot.

"Now let me ask you a question: What does that demonstrate?" Mark asked of what the texts reveal. "It proves the case against their own narrative. If Donald Trump were leading an insurrection, don't you think Don Jr. would be in on it? If Donald Trump were leading an insurrection, don't you think some of his friends in the media would know about it rather than telling him ... to do something about this? It wouldn't be the other way around."

"That's the point. If you had somebody with a 4 IQ there, they'd have said, 'Wait a minute, if Don Jr is pleading with his dad to say something (in response to the riot), then obviously Don Jr. didn't know about it in advance, or these Fox hosts didn't know about it in advance, nor did the president, nor did his chief of staff.' Right? Because they would have talked to their friends and their compatriots," Mark said.
