Fiery footage shows radicals in LA savagely attack law enforcement on second night of violent riots

California radicals desperate to prevent the Trump administration from deporting illegal aliens have mounted a violent, days-long campaign against both federal and local law enforcement officers.

While those identified as "troublemakers and insurrectionists" by President Donald Trump have employed similar tactics as the 2020 Black Lives Matter rioters — pelting police with bricks and incendiary devices and torching cars while masking their faces — this time around, they have largely been fighting under foreign flags.

Blaze Media national correspondent Julio Rosas was on the ground Sunday night in Los Angeles, both documenting the riots as they unfolded and capturing footage of some of the brigands' more brazen attacks on life and property.

It appears — contrary to Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom's suggestion that "local law enforcement didn't need help" — that the Los Angeles Police Department could use all the help that the federal government can muster.

Contrary to Newsom's suggestion, LAPD Chief Jim McDonnell admitted in the wake of the first night of rioting that the violence was "getting increasingly worse" and that police "are overwhelmed as far as the number of people out there engaged in this type of activity."

"There's no limit to what they're doing to our officers," added McDonnell, who initially indicated he didn't want to cooperate with the federal government.

Unlike Democratic leaders in the state, Trump was evidently not willing to leave the fate of Los Angeles and its guardians to chance.

On Sunday, Trump said in a statement, "A once great American City, Los Angeles, has been invaded and occupied by Illegal Aliens and Criminals. Now violent, insurrectionist mobs are swarming and attacking our Federal Agents to try and stop our deportation operations — But these lawless riots only strengthen our resolve."

Around 300 of the 2,000 National Guard troops he ordered to deal with the riots reportedly hit the streets of Los Angeles early Sunday.

Thousands of anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement rioters evidently keen for a fight with federal forces quickly flooded the streets and took over the 101 freeway in downtown Los Angeles, where California Highway Patrol officers were apparently surrounded on at least one occasion while radicals set their vehicles ablaze.

On the highway and across the city, radicals continued to attack law enforcement.

Rosas captured footage showing LAPD officers having to swerve to avoid projectiles thrown by rioters.

Officers lucky enough to dodge flying bricks and incendiary devices would still have to dodge mobile infernos.

In one video, rioters can be seen rolling a dumpster fire into the street — an obstacle that would force incoming first responders closer to the masked thugs on the near side.

Fires raged well within view of Los Angeles City Hall.

Rather than focus her ire on the agents of destruction and violence, Mayor Karen Bass (D) — like Newsom — blamed Trump, suggesting the National Guard, not the rioters, were inspiring a sense of fear in the city.

Not all fire-starting attempts were successful, however. Rosas caught a moment in which a police officer's well-placed nonlethal shot dissuaded a would-be arsonist from setting a fire in the middle of the street.

After another night of flame and violence, Newsom said he planned to sue the Trump administration over the use of the National Guard.

Five Years After The Fires, The Myth Of George Floyd Remains

The convict with the long rap sheet became a patron saint for a leftist movement preaching chaos in an election-year power grab.

VIDEO: Alejandro Mayorkas confronted by Blaze Media reporter on Biden's failed open-borders policies

Former Biden administration DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was confronted by Blaze Media national correspondent Julio Rosas about his failures to shut down illegal immigration.

Rosas battered Mayorkas with numerous questions about his time as secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, but Mayorkas remained silent and stony-faced as he tried to walk away.

'Do you have any regret facilitating open borders, sir?'

Mayorkas was initially polite but would not answer any questions after greeting Rosas.

"I just wanted to ask you how it feels to see that the United States has a secure border now that President [Donald] Trump is in office, as opposed to when you were secretary of homeland security?" asked Rosas.

Mayorkas continued on his way through Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C., and ignored the questions.

"Do you have any regret facilitating open borders, sir?" Rosas continued.

"It was a big issue, sir. That's one of the reasons why President Trump won re-election. You don't have anything to say about it?"

Congressional Republicans had proposed to have Mayorkas impeached over the border enforcement failures during the Biden administration.

"Do you have regret about losing track of all of those thousands of migrant children?" Rosas asked.

"How does it feel that because of the Biden-Harris administration's policies, mass deportation has actually gained majority support?" he continued. "Sir, Tren de Aragua didn't have a foothold in the United States before you guys came into office. It's a pretty big issue, right?"

Rosas asked one final question that Mayorkas refused.

"You're fine with how you guys handled the border?"

Here's the video of the entire interaction:

🚨: I ran into former DHS Sec. Mayorkas at the airport.

I asked him how he feels now that the U.S. has a secure border under President Trump. I also asked him if he regrets allowing Tren de Aragua into our country.

He didn’t answer any of my questions. pic.twitter.com/qFpx2xZ6pG

How THIS Florida sheriff is taking on illegal immigrants

The Brevard County, Florida, Sheriff’s Department is taking illegal immigration into its own hands and working with federal law enforcement agencies to arrest illegal immigrants within its jurisdiction.

“This operation is actually under Operation Stonegarden. It’s been in place for a couple of years, and the reason why that is important is because this is just part of the ongoing efforts from the state and local level to help the Trump administration,” Blaze Media national correspondent Julio Rosas tells Jill Savage and Matthew Peterson on “Blaze News Tonight.”

Rosas has been embedded with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Department during its Border Patrol operation, and he’s pleased with the action Florida’s taking.

“Governor DeSantis has made it clear that he thinks in order for the Trump administration to really fulfill its campaign promises of mass deportations, states have to utilize every resource that they can put towards actually helping federal law enforcement, because the federal agencies, as vast as they are, they do have limitations,” Rosas explains.

And that’s the point of Operation Stonegarden, which is from the federal government and allows local law enforcement to engage in these kinds of joint task force missions.

“How it works,” Rosas says, “the sheriff’s deputies would be the ones to make a traffic stop, and it could be for any sort of violation.”

“In many of the cases, what actually ended up screwing these guys over that got arrested was not having a license plate properly affixed to a trailer that was bringing along something for landscaping,” he explains.

“Then once it is determined, yes, they’re not here legally for a number of reasons, or they might have a criminal history already that the federal government is aware of, they then get taken into custody, put in a van, and then at the end of the day they brought that van over to Orlando to the processing site over there so that they can kind of complete that process to get them out of the country,” he adds.

EXCLUSIVE Blaze Media footage of Los Angeles reduced to rubble

Los Angeles is one of the most beautiful places in America, but it’s now been reduced to rubble by the wildfires that have ravaged much of California.

Blaze Media national correspondent Julio Rosas has been on the ground capturing the aftermath in Altadena, the Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, and Enicino — and what he’s seen is nothing short of horrific.

“The thing that really struck me the most was actually seeing firsthand how much dead leaves, branches, and underbrush was still covering the hillside that had yet to be burned,” Rosas tells Jill Savage and Matthew Peterson of “Blaze News Tonight.”

Rosas believes the state’s mishandling of forest management is one of the reasons these wildfires have been so devastating and is a “stark reminder” of how the devastation could “have been mitigated if there was competent leadership to take forest management seriously.”

However, the mismanagement of the forests is only part of the equation.

“That’s just one component,” Rosas explains. “Then there’s the other, water management and personnel management. And so this kind of really showed how leadership within the state and at the local level really has mismanaged and kind of put the important things aside for progressive policies.”

Rosas has also spoken to some of those affected by the fires.

“When I was in Altadena, which is part of the Eaton fire just north of Pasadena, I did run into this couple,” Rosas says. “They were very distraught, but they did tell me how quickly everything had moved.”

The couple saw the flames coming from a canyon at 7:30 a.m. the day their home was destroyed. They evacuated within the hour, but by later that afternoon, their entire block was completely gone.

“Their 1980s convertible, I forgot the exact model, but that had been left behind and it was completely gone, and he just started breaking up and tearing up because he just said, ‘You know, my wife really loved this car, and now it’s gone,’” Rosas says.

“So there’s obviously a lot of sadness,” he adds.

Wildfire Looters Show LA’s Law & Order DA Faces ‘Uphill Battle’ In Changing ‘Culture Of Lawlessness’

Los Angeles County DA Nathan Hochman is setting the right tone, but he's dealing with so much damage left by leftist Gascón .

Denver mayor vows to blockade mass deportations. Will he go to jail?

The answer to that question is yes, Mike Johnston will likely go to jail if he opposes the Trump administration’s mass deportation plans.

But it looks as if Johnston is okay with that.

In a recent article, Blaze Media national correspondent Julio Rosas outlined Johnston’s plans to resist mass deportations, even if it means he winds up behind bars.

“I’m not afraid of that,” he said when asked about potential incarceration.

Now, Rosas joins Jill Savage on “Blaze News Tonight” to shed light on how far-left Democrats plan to buck the will of the people when it comes to illegal immigration.

Rosas says that Democrats may act shocked and horrified about mass deportations, but they should know that this is what happens when an administration opens the borders for years, creating a border crisis.

From financial strain to human trafficking and immigrant gangs, mass deportations are the only logical solution, but still, Democrats plan to protect those who broke the law to be here at the expense of their own citizens.

It’s this very mentality that caused deep blue cities to shift toward Trump during the election.

And that shift from blue to red might increase when they see their leaders continue down the same path of making Americans second-class citizens behind illegal immigrants.

“If they want to continue doing this, that's fine, but they're going to continue to do it at their own peril in the next upcoming elections,” says Rosas.

However, a different kind of peril awaits them in the meantime, and his name is Tom Homan.

“[Homan] just announced states refusing to follow the federal mass deportation plan could lose federal funding. Do you think that that's going to happen? Do you think these states are going to go toe-to-toe and fight the feds on this?” Blaze News editor in chief Matthew Peterson asks.

The answer to that is possibly. Johnston did threaten to deploy local law enforcement to the county line to stop the feds from carrying out mass deportations in the Denver area.

If he proves good on these words, he’s going to come face to face with Homan, who Rosas says is “a very serious individual.”

“As someone who knows Tom, he's been chomping at the bit for this for many years now,” he tells Jill and Peterson. “If Democrat leaders and cities want to actually take that extra step and obstruct them … from doing [mass deportations], you're doing it to someone who's Tom Homan, and that's someone that I would take very, very seriously.”

Glenn Beck travels to North Carolina and EXPOSES FEMA’s absence: ‘EVERY American should see this’

Hurricane Helene has wreaked havoc on several states, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake. Glenn Beck, “Blaze News Tonight’s” Jill Savage, and Blaze Media national correspondent Julio Rosas are currently in North Carolina with Rep. Cory Mills (R-Fla.) to report on the aftermath of what is widely considered the most deadly hurricane of the modern era.

BlazeTV host Hilary Kennedy, filling in for Jill, speaks with Glenn on the phone to hear his account, which is equal parts infuriating and inspiring.

- YouTubeyoutu.be

“Glenn, what is Blaze doing in North Carolina right now?” asks Hilary.

“Every American should see this,” he says.

By ‘this,’ Glenn means two things. “It is so hopeful,” he says, referring to the people who have gathered to help — individuals, Mercury One and other similar organizations, and a multitude of churches.

“The hope is coming from the people here … communities and one American after another coming in and just helping,” says Glenn.

The second thing he means is the astonishing and quite frankly sickening absence of FEMA.

Glenn says he has only seen one FEMA truck since his arrival, and it was “tucked away,” like it was avoiding the public eye. When he approached the agents in the truck and asked about what they were doing, he was given the following response: “We’re getting [victims] registered so they can sign up for government aid.”

“[There is] no action from the federal government,” he tells Hilary and Blaze Media editor in chief Matthew Peterson.

Unfortunately, FEMA isn’t just not showing up; it’s also actively hindering the citizens and private groups who are actually providing aid.

One of Glenn’s sources “is a semi-truck driver who [was] pulled over by FEMA.”

“They took his food off his truck” that was going to help victims, says Glenn in disgust.

According to Glenn’s report, FEMA is also trying to shut down the area where private planes and helicopters are landing to bring assistance.

“We have FEMA trying to shut down this helo field because the FAA isn't involved. Screw the FAA! If you had planes down here and you had helicopters yourself and you were rescuing them, then fine, we'd shut this down, but you're not here!” he says.

As for the devastation, Glenn says “it is shocking.”

“I've seen tractor-trailers upside down on the sides of the road where they had just been pushed by the water. I've seen houses upside down that were just turned over by the water,” he says, sharing footage of the wreckage.

“The number-one thing I've heard from the people who are organizing things on the ground — and they're all just locals that were Special Forces — they said we just need people; we just need more hands to help.”

However, their cries for more aid are not directed toward the federal government.

When the government showed up in one North Carolina town, “they were pretty much turned around by the locals,” who were angry that “they arrived [too late],” says Glenn. “[They] said, ‘To hell with you. You just got here; we don't need you; turn around, leave,’ and they did.”

“It is God’s army” that is stepping up in the government’s stead, says Glenn.

To hear more of Glenn’s report and see footage of the wreckage, watch the video above.

5,000 Leftist Demonstrators Descend On GOP Convention 48 Hours After Trump Assassination Attempt

Lunatic fringe / In the twilight's last gleaming / This is open season / But you won't get too far

The United States government ‘knows what happened’ to Malaysian Airlines Flight 370

A decade ago, Malaysian Airlines Flight 370 disappeared without a trace. The official story behind the disappearance is simply that the government did not know what happened to the plane.

“They just said that the plane went missing,” investigative journalist Ashton Forbes tells Alex Stein, who himself was originally under the impression that the “pilot went rogue and locked the co-pilot out of the cockpit.”

“Now, we have this pilot-suicide narrative that’s formed over years, and I would argue that this has been potentially a government agency operation to get people to believe that it could possibly be a suicidal pilot when there’s absolutely no evidence whatsoever there was a suicidal pilot,” Forbes explains.

Meanwhile, the pilot has been ruled out by officials and had no issues whatsoever in his background.

But Forbes has done his research, and what happened to Flight 370 is not a mystery to him. “The United States government knows what happened to this plane,” he tells Stein.

From the information Forbes has gathered, the plane's movements reflect those of a plane with a fire onboard, which has been corroborated by witnesses below.

“They knew this plane had gone dark,” Forbes says. “They knew this plane was a commercial airliner that they were tracking on military radar, and they knew it wasn’t hostile. But how could they know it’s not hostile, especially if it’s been hijacked or if it’s a suicidal pilot?”

“But somehow, they didn’t even send jets up to track the plane, let alone shoot it down. This would indicate they knew it was a fire event, they knew it was an emergency event.”

While the plane supposedly crashed in the South Indian ocean, Forbes has another theory.

“As hard as it is to believe here, I think the United States government has gravity and space-time manipulation technology,” Forbes says, showing video footage of the plane with orbs circling it.

Forbes tells Stein the orbs are “trying to map the plane to figure out exactly how big the singularity needs to be.”

Then there’s a “zap,” and the orbs disappear along with the plane.

“I’m so convinced that what we’re seeing here is essentially some kind of wormhole,” Forbes concludes.
