California woman accused of murdering fire captain wife captured in Mexico after 33 days on the run

A California woman suspected of murdering her fire captain wife finally has been captured in Mexico after being on the run for 33 days.

Yolanda Olejniczak Marodi was taken into custody after being located at a hotel roughly two miles south of the U.S. border in the city of Mexicali — approximately 175 miles southeast of where her wife was found stabbed to death at her house in Ramona, California.

'We had a big fight, and I hurt her.'

The Baja California Citizen Security Secretariat said in a statement that once Mexican law enforcement agents confirmed her identity, she was taken into custody and transferred to the border "allowing U.S. authorities to proceed with legal action."

Marodi was turned over to the U.S. Marshals Service after being returned to America at a U.S. port of entry, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department said in a statement, adding that "Yolanda is being processed and will be booked into custody for murder."

U.S. officials reportedly had asked Mexican authorities to assist them in locating Marodi.

The search for Marodi included assets from Mexican law enforcement, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, and the U.S. Marshals Service San Diego Fugitive Task Force.

U.S. officials said in an arrest warrant for Marodi that they had a video showing the suspect crossing the southern border into Mexico in her vehicle via the San Ysidro port of entry just hours after 49-year-old Cal Fire Captain Rebecca “Becky” Marodi was found stabbed to death Feb. 17.

As Blaze News previously reported, Rebecca Marodi was found dead inside her home with multiple stab wounds on her neck, chest, and abdomen.

Law enforcement previously said the incident was being treated as a "potential domestic violence incident."

Police immediately considered Yolanda a prime suspect after she fled the residence following Rebecca's murder.

Security camera video from the home reportedly provided investigators with the chilling last moments of Rebecca Marodi's life.

According to the arrest warrant, the home surveillance video shows a female — suspected to be Yolanda — "chasing after" a female, who appears to be Rebecca.

A voice believed to be Rebecca's reportedly is heard screaming in the video, "Yolanda! Please ... I don’t want to die!"

A voice believed to be Yolanda allegedly replied, "You should have thought about that before."

The San Diego County Sheriff’s Office pointed out that Rebecca reappeared in the video and seemed to have blood on her back.

"Yolanda can be seen at one point standing in front of Rebecca with what appeared to be a knife in her right hand," the report noted.

Yolanda allegedly had blood on her arms in the video.

The home’s security camera reportedly captured Yolanda wearing different clothes, placing belongings, luggage, and a dog into her silver Chevrolet Equinox SUV and driving away.

Citing Department of Homeland Security records, the affidavit states that on the same night as Rebecca's murder, Yolanda's SUV crossed into Mexico — approximately 45 miles south of Ramona.

Citing the affidavit, NBC News reported that an unnamed witness received a dubious text message from Yolanda a day after Rebecca was killed.

“Becky came home and told me she was leaving, she met someone else, all the messages were lies. We had a big fight, and I hurt her ... I’m sorry,” the text message from Yolanda read, according to the affidavit.

Yolanda and Rebecca reportedly had been married for about two years.

Rebecca had served Cal Fire for more than 30 years. She helped battle the Eaton fire in January near Los Angeles as seen in an Instagram video shared by the Cal Fire’s battalion in Temecula.

The Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department thanked authorities after Yolanda's capture.

“We thank our law enforcement partners in San Diego and Mexico for their hard work,” spokesperson Maggie Cline De La Rosa said in a statement. “Becky was a beloved member of our community and Department, and we miss her greatly.”

Last month, Cal Fire San Diego launched a benevolent fund to assist Rebecca's 77-year-old mother with financial challenges.

"She [Marodi] was the sole caregiver for her mother, who is now falling on some hard times due to no longer having a caregiver, so we're there to help support her in any way she needs," said John Clark, battalion chief and chief operating officer for the benevolent fund.

Yolanda is an ex-convict who pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the stabbing death of her husband — James Olejniczak — and she was in prison from February 2004 to November 2013 for that killing.

In an eerie similarity, Yolanda allegedly attempted to flee from law enforcement with her two young children before turning herself in to police in connection with her husband's killing.

Here Are The 37 Brutal Murderers Joe Biden Let Off Death Row

A rundown of the gruesome murders committed by the death-row inmates getting commutations by President Joe Biden.

Authorities looking at Trump hotel explosion as possible terrorist act, links to suspect in New Orleans massacre

Suspected jihadist Shamsud-Din Jabbar allegedly drove a pickup truck into a crowd of people Wednesday morning on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, claiming the lives of at least 15 victims.

Just hours later, an individual driving a Cybertruck rental loaded with fuel tanks and incendiary devices pulled up into the valet area outside the Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas. While the Cybertruck exploded right outside the hotel's front doors, the vehicle's design helped ensure that only the driver was killed by the blast.

Authorities are presently investigating whether the Las Vegas incident was a terrorist attack and have identified at least one thing the apparent New Year's Day attacks have in common besides their timing and vehicular nature.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Sheriff Kevin McMahill indicated during a press conference Wednesday that the Cybertruck arrived in Las Vegas around 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, then drove up and down Las Vegas Boulevard for roughly an hour. Just before 8:40 a.m., the Cybertruck pulled into the valet area outside the Trump International Hotel, then detonated.

The truck's flatbed was loaded with gasoline canisters, camping fuel, and large firework mortars. Despite this combustive payload, the Cybertruck's design apparently saved lives.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department

"It looks like the exterior of that truck is completely intact as it sits there," said McMahill. "The fact that this was a Cybertruck really limited the damage that occurred inside of the valet because it had most of the blast go up through the truck and out."

Tesla CEO Elon Musk later noted on X, "The evil knuckleheads picked the wrong vehicle for a terrorist attack. Cybertruck actually contained the explosion and directed the blast upwards. Not even the glass doors of the lobby were broken."

An official briefed on the investigation confirmed to ABC News that the explosion was not the result of a lithium battery blast.

Seven people suffered minor injuries as a result of the blast. According to the LVMPD, two victims were briefly hospitalized but have since been released.

'Trying to see if we can say, "Hey, this is a terrorist attack."'

While McMahill was reluctant to confirm the identity of the driver, senior law enforcement sources told KOAA-TV that 37-year-old Army veteran Matthew Livelsberger of Colorado Springs rented the Cybertruck and was behind the wheel at the time. Armored vehicles and law enforcement agents in tactical gear were reported at the scene of one of Livelsberger's known addresses hours after the explosion.

The Daily Mail reported that Livelsberger served nearly 20 years in the Army, 18 of which he spent with Special Forces. While authorities have not confirmed whether the two knew each other, Livelsberger at one point served at the same military base as Jabbar, the now-deceased suspect in the New Orleans massacre whom President Joe Biden alleged Wednesday was inspired by ISIS. Jabbar similarly served in the Army — on active duty from 2007 through 2015 and then in the reserves from 2015 through 2020.

While it's unclear whether the driver of the Cybertruck knew or had anything to do with the suspect behind the New Orleans massacre, they both acquired their rentals from the same company.

McMahill indicated that the Cybertruck was rented from the rental company Turo's app in Colorado and its progress was confirmed by Tesla charging station data made available by Elon Musk. The sheriff suggested it was a "coincidence" that the truck used in the New Orleans attack was similarly rented through Turo.

Turo said in a statement, "It is with a heavy heart that we confirm that this morning's horrific attack in New Orleans and this afternoon's Tesla Cybertruck explosion in Las Vegas both involved vehicles rented on Turo."

"We do not believe that either renter had a criminal background that would have identified them as a security threat, and we are not currently aware of any information that indicates the two incidents are related," added the company.

The FBI is presently investigating the Cybertruck explosion through its Joint Terrorism Task Force and trying to determine whether it was a terrorist attack.

After confirming the identity of the driver, FBI Special Agent in Charge Jeremy Schwartz told reporters the task force's second objective is "to determine whether this was an act of terrorism or not."

"I know everyone's interested in that word, and trying to see if we can say, 'Hey, this is a terrorist attack.' That is our goal and that's what we're trying to do," said Schwartz.

Sheriff McMahill speculated about the apparent choice of target, stating, "It's a Tesla truck, and we know that Elon Musk is working with President-elect Trump, and it's the Trump Tower so there are obviously things to be concerned about there, and it's stuff we continue to look at."

A killing near same Minneapolis intersection for second straight weekend: 'These arguments escalate into violence so quickly'

Two were killed and three wounded — including two teen girls — in a shooting early Saturday morning around the intersection Hennepin and Fifth in downtown Minneapolis.

It was the second straight weekend that a killing took place around that intersection. The previous Saturday, a 16-year-old girl was killed after a hit-and-run driver plowed into a crowd following a late-night fight.

'You are not going to have downtown Minneapolis recover until you have safe streets and clean streets.'

In regard to the latest killing, Minneapolis Police Assistant Chief Katie Blackwell told KMSP-TV, "Five families had their lives changed last night, and our hearts go out to them. It’s extraordinarily tragic."

Blackwell added to the station, "These arguments escalate into violence so quickly."

Investigators told KMSP there's no apparent connection between the incidents — but that hasn't eased the mind of at least one local business owner.

"It happened two weeks in a row. Why couldn’t it happen three weeks in a row?" Daniel Stensgaard — owner of Daniel’s Custom Clothing, a high-end store overlooking the intersection — asked the station.

"I just don’t even feel comfortable anymore," Stensgaard remarked to KMSP about the city, noting that he's planning to relocate his shop within 45 days.

"It’s sad that I’m reading about 14, 16, 17-year-olds," he added to the station. "Crime [on] Hennepin Avenue has always been a bit notorious, but nothing like this… you are not going to have downtown Minneapolis recover until you have safe streets and clean streets."

In regard to the latest killing, KMSP said police recovered a gun at the scene of the shooting and arrested one person for rioting.

Concerning the previous killing on Sept. 14, officers responded to a report of a hit-and-run crash on Fifth Street North at Hennepin Avenue around 12:23 a.m., and police said a female suspect drove in reverse on Hennepin and then drove the wrong way on Fifth Street into the crowd.

Six people were taken to Hennepin Healthcare, including the 16-year-old girl who later died; another victim sustained life-threatening injuries while a handful of others suffered less serious injuries.

Stensgaard spoke to WCCO-TV about the first incident, telling the station that city leaders "should have their asses down here starting at 11 o'clock at night and let them walk around and watch the shortage of police officers and what's happened."

You can read a video report here about both killings.

Democrat charged in savage killing of journalist claims he's being framed despite damning evidence to the contrary

Former Clark County Public Administrator Robert Telles, 47, addressed the jury this week for the first time in the trial over his alleged 2022 murder of Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter Jeff German. Telles complained Wednesday about his imprisonment in the lead-up to the trial and stated, "I want to say, unequivocally, I am innocent, I didn't kill Mr. German."

On Thursday, the disgraced Democrat suggested he'd been framed for killing the very reporter whose investigative writing was tanking his political career, the Review-Journal reported.

German wrote about inappropriate relations, hostilities, and 'turmoil' inside Telles' county office, citing 'allegations of emotional stress, bullying, and favoritism leading to secret videotaping of the boss and a co-worker outside the office.'

"Somebody framed me for this, and I believe it's Compass Realty," he said.

According to Telles, homes belonging to the recently deceased in Clark County were being flipped for profit, and the families of the deceased were being cut out of the proceeds. The Democrat suggested he was "fighting" Compass Realty and Management over the sales.

The company told the Review-Journal in a statement, "Mr. Telles is a desperate man who has been charged with violently murdering a beloved local journalist. It appears he will do and say anything to escape answering for this charge."

It may be an uphill battle for Telles in court, as his defense likely will need to provide the jury with convincing explanations for why:

  • As reported by the Associated Press, Telles' DNA apparently was found beneath the victim's fingernails;
  • Police found hundreds of photos of the victim's home — along with German's identity records — on Telles' computer and cellphone, some of which were collected only weeks ahead of the slaying;
  • In their search of Telles' house, police found bloody scissors, a cut-up straw hat resembling one the suspect wore, and a pair of cut-up tennis shoes which tested positive for blood;
  • An SUV matching the description of one registered to Telles' wife was seen driving in German's neighborhood around the time of slaying;
  • His phone sent no signals on the day of the killing and why, as KTNV-TV noted, the previous month there was no location data.

What's the background?

German, 69, was stabbed to death outside his home on Sept. 2., 2022. His body, which had seven stab wounds, was discovered the following day.

Police subsequently released video and images of the suspect carrying a bag and wearing a reflective orange shirt and a broad-brimmed hat as well as images of the suspect's alleged vehicle, a maroon GMC Yukon Denali.

Former LVMPD Sheriff Joe Lombardo indicated someone had been seen driving the vehicle "suspiciously" around the neighborhood and confirmed the suspect had used it to leave the area. The vehicle depicted was a maroon GMC Yukon Denali.

Assistant Sheriff Dori Koren later noted that the vehicle was registered to Telles' wife.

On Sept. 7, police executed a search warrant at the Telles' home and towed two vehicles, one of which was the Denali.

After police completed their search, Telles returned home dressed in what was appeared to be a white hazmat suit. When police attempted to speak to him, Telles refused to open the door, prompting the dispatch of a LVPD SWAT team.

The tactical team ultimately made the arrest and carted Telles away on a stretcher following an apparent suicide attempt.

Las Vegas Review-Journal executive editor Glenn Cook said "we are relieved Telles is in custody and outraged that a colleague appears to have been killed for reporting on an elected official."

Following his arrest, Telles was stripped of his administrator position by court order. In that position, Telles handled the funds of people who died without a will, some of which he is alleged to have mishandled or misappropriated.

Telles — a gun control advocate and an avid supporter of far-left U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) — is said to have lost his primary election in June 2022 to fellow Democrat Rita Reid partly because of German's investigative reporting. Reid previously served as the top supervisor under Telles.

German wrote about inappropriate relations, hostilities, and "turmoil" inside Telles' county office, citing "allegations of emotional stress, bullying, and favoritism leading to secret videotaping of the boss and a co-worker outside the office."

Telles — who was arrested for domestic violence and resisting arrest on March 1, 2020 — blasted German on social media, writing, "You'd think he'd have better things to do."

According to CNN, Telles also responded to German's articles on his campaign site as well as in a letter.

Bill Maher stuns his crowd by admitting abortion is effectively 'murder' — then offers merciless reason to allow it

Comedian Bill Maher recently stunned the audience of his HBO show "Real Time" by admitting that abortion is murder. In an apparent effort to win back the crowd and signal his commitment to radical progressive doctrine, Maher subsequently offered a profoundly antihuman reason for why this particular variety of murder should be permitted.

Maher spoke Friday with British columnist Gillian Tett and journalist Piers Morgan about the medical slaughter of the unborn. Morgan emphasized that "America is not such an outlier" in terms of its majority resistance to the legalization of unchecked abortion.

"There are many countries in Europe where it is completely illegal to have an abortion: Poland, Malta, you know, places like Andorra," said Morgan. "And if you look at Germany and France and countries like that, it can be 10, 12 weeks is the term limit that you're allowed to have an abortion illegally. So America is not such an outlier."

"I think a lot of Americans on the left do think that this is somehow a really unique American problem or an issue that only pertains to them in terms of the legality of abortions. Actually, compared to Europe, it's not massively dissimilar," added the Briton.

Tett weighed in with the suggestion that the "idea [Americans] are fighting an election around this issue seems to be just strange. Back to the 19th century."

"None of you believe it's murder," responded Maher. "You know, that's why I don't understand the 15-week thing or the — Trump's plan [to] leave it to the states. You mean, so killing babies is okay in some states?"

Maher was apparently prickled by Trump's proposed solution.

Last week, former President Donald Trump suggested in a video statement that following the U.S. Supreme Court's 2022 Dobbs decision overruling Roe v. Wade, "We have abortion where everybody wanted it from a legal standpoint."

The Republican front-runner further intimated that contra a nationwide law on abortion, the threat of which might adversely impact his success in November, the best way forward would be for individual states to "determine by vote or legislation, or perhaps both, and whatever they decided must be the law of the land."

"Like, I can respect the absolutist position. I really can," continued Maher. "I scold the left when they say, 'Oh, you know what? They just hate women. People who aren't ... pro-choice.'"

Maher underscored that pro-life activists "don't hate women. [Leftists] just made that up. They think it's murder, and it kind of is."

The comedian's recognition that abortion entails the claiming of an innocent human life brought a hush over the room.

While his audience may not have been accustomed to such a striking admission, Maher's acknowledgement is hardly novel, even among his peers.

In his 2017 Netflix comedy special, Louis C.K. said, "People hate abortion protesters. 'They're so shrill and awful.' But they think babies are being murdered."

C.K. quipped, "I don't think it's killing a baby, though. I mean, it's a little like killing a baby. It's 100% killing a baby. It's totally killing a whole baby."

After effectively admitting what abortion entails, C.K. elicited uproarious applause with the additions, "But I think women should be allowed to kill babies," and abortion "is the last line of defense against s***ty people in the species."

Maher, like C.K., similarly appealed to eugenicist rhetoric in his brief defense of abortion, insinuating that it amounts to a check on population growth.

Noting that abortion "kind of is" murder, Maher said, "I'm just okay with that. I am. I mean there's 8 billion people in the world. I'm sorry, we won't miss you. That's my position on that. What? ... Is that not your position if you're pro-choice?"

While Piers Morgan feigned surprise over Maher's remark, the self-described Catholic indicated to the HBO host that he held the same position.

Bill Maher openly admits the Left's real position on abortion:\n\n"They think it's murder. And it kind of is. And I'm just okay with that. I am. There's 8 billion people in the world. I'm sorry, we won't miss you. That's my position on that."

While Maher appeared to cite the estimated global population as justification for abortion, global fertility figures would suggest more, not fewer humans, are desperately needed.

Blaze News recently reported on a new peer-reviewed study published in the Lancet that revealed fertility rates have declined in all countries and territories since 1950 and that "human civilization is rapidly converging on a sustained low-fertility reality."

For a population to maintain stability and replenish itself without a massive influx of foreign nationals, it requires a fertility rate of 2.1. By the end of this century, the global fertility rate is expected to drop to 1.59, according to the study.

China aborted nearly a half-billion children since 1980 under its one-child policy and is now suffering a demographic crisis. Like China, now desperately trying to boost its birth rate, the U.S. and the rest of the world may soon come to miss those persons whose killings Maher and others are keen to dismiss.

Pro-life activist Kristan Hawkins, the president of Students for Life of America, said of Maher's comments, "This is THE question around abortion — do all humans have equal rights & value or don't they? If you are pro-choice, you should be man enough to admit abortion is murder. At least @billmaher is a honest pro-abortionist and isn't willing to deny science to justify his belief."

Legal scholar Robert P. George, the sixth McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence and director of the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions at Princeton University, stated, "Extraordinary candor. Shocking and indeed chilling, to be sure, that Bill Maher acknowledges that abortion is (or 'kind of is') murder and endorses it anyway. But he's no science denier. He's willing to look the brutal reality of what abortion is right in the face ... and own it."

Minnesota state Rep. Walter Hudson (R) similarly expressed an appreciation for Maher's willingness to admit to a central fact in the abortion debate, writing, "It may be morally abhorrent. But it's at least morally consistent, and enables us to have a real conversation. No more evading what we're actually talking about. Let's now talk about 73 million legalized murders worldwide each year."

Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) tweeted, "'You're not supposed to say the quiet part out loud.'"

Florida rapper riddles her manager with bullets following beating, gets run over in newly released security footage

Aspiring rapper Kevhani Camilla Hicks has been charged with second-degree murder over the fatal shooting of her manager last month in Miami. Hicks, the apparent CEO of Pretty Thug Music and whose stage name is Key Vhani, told officers she gunned her manager down in self-defense — a claim the Miami-Dade judge presiding over her case has indicated might have some merit.

Security footage obtained by WTVJ-TV shows Hicks, 27, exit a white Lexus sedan outside Wynwood Walls on Oct. 9, then amble toward the rear of the vehicle. The male driver of the vehicle meets Hicks behind the vehicle, where they appear to argue. Words quickly give way to haymakers.

As the two fight in the street, a second man, identified by the Miami Herald as Hicks' manager, exits the Lexus and joins the driver in pinning the rapper against the asphalt. After reportedly administering a beating, the manager can be seen slamming the rapper against the pavement.

Following the scuffle, Hicks begins to walk away while the men return to the car. The peace is short-lived, however; Hicks reaches into her purse, produces a handgun, and storms back toward the Lexus, opening fire. Hicks strikes her manager multiple times despite his desperate attempt to take cover behind a parked vehicle. Hicks' final volley leaves the decedent flat in the street.

The driver who first attacked Hicks manages to pull away in the Lexus, running over the rapper in the process.

Hicks and her manager were both taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center. The rapper was treated for non-life-threatening blunt-force injuries, and her manager died on account of all his bullet wounds.

— (@)

Hicks told officers that while the driver ultimately pulled her manager back, the sense that he posed an imminent threat to her persisted.

The arrest report indicated, "As the defendant began to walk away from the victim, the victim began yelling threats at her and his voice grew closer. The defendant stated she was in fear due to the victim's size and upon hearing the victim yell 'I'll kill you with one hit,'" reported WTVJ.

The prosecution cast doubt on whether the shooting qualified as self-defense, since the decedent allegedly had his back toward her when she opened fire and she allegedly had an opportunity to walk away.

Hicks was initially jailed, and Miami-Dade Judge Mindy Glazer denied her bond, stating last month, "I believe she does have a very good self-defense claim, but that claim is a defense of the charge; it doesn't negate the finding that there is [probable] cause for second-degree murder, the victim was walking away and she shot him after he was beating on her."

Glazer recently granted Hicks a $50,000 bond and house arrest. Hicks' next hearing is reportedly scheduled for Feb. 15.

Police arrest pro-Palestinian suspect over killing of elderly Jewish man holding Israeli flag at protest; $1 million bail set

Police on Thursday arrested a pro-Palestinian suspect in connection with the killing of an elderly Jewish man who was holding an Israeli flag amid dueling protests last week in Thousand Oaks, California.

— (@)

What are the details?

Loay Abdelfattah Alnaji, 50, was charged with involuntary manslaughter and taken to Ventura County Jail on $1,000,000 bail, Fox News reported, citing a Ventura County Sheriff's Department news release.

Numerous news outlets have said the man seen in this image is Loay Abdelfattah Alnaji. Image source: Fox News video screenshot

Investigators said Alnaji caused Paul Kessler — a 69-year-old pro-Israel protester — to fall, after which Kessler hit his head on the sidewalk, the cable network said.

The cable network noted that in video recorded after the altercation between Alnaji and Kessler, Alnaji can be seen seen sitting just feet away from Kessler, who's lying on his back on the sidewalk and bleeding.

Image source: Fox News video screenshot

Alnaji can also be seen answering police officers' questions. Ventura County Sheriff James Fryhoff said during a news conference last week that the then-unnamed suspect had been cooperative.

Kessler was taken to a hospital where he died the next day of his injuries.

More from Fox News:

Although police previously obtained a warrant to search Alnaji's vehicle and home in Moorpark on Nov. 6, detaining the then-suspect for about two hours, they had insufficient evidence to carry out an arrest.

It is unclear what new evidence led to Alnaji's arrest. In the weeks preceding his arrest, some witnesses have told Fox News Digital that the pro-Palestinian protester struck Kessler with his megaphone. An autopsy carried out by Ventura County Medical Examiner Christopher Young showed minor abrasions to the left side of Kessler's mouth in addition to the brain swelling and bruising that killed him.

The department wrote that they are still crowdsourcing photos and video from 3 and 4 p.m. at the intersections of Westlake and Thousand Oaks Boulevards, and offering a $1,000 reward for any pertinent footage or information.

Alnaji is a full-time professor and teaches computer science on Ventura County Community College's Moorpark campus, the cable network said, adding that the school didn't immediately return Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Alnaji was born in Kuwait, the cable network said, citing the Ventura County District Attorney's office, but added that his citizenship status wasn't clear.

Before they were taken down, Alnaji's faculty page and linked YouTube introduction indicated he has taught college students since 2003 and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science and a doctorate in business administration, Fox News said.

The cable network added that Alnaji on his now-deleted Instagram account posted a video showing activist Shahid King Bolsen comparing the Hamas terror group to civil rights leaders Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi.

"If someone asked me to condemn Hamas, I would say, what's the rush? Let's let history decide," Bolsen said in the video Alnaji shared, according to Fox News, adding that Bolsen also said, "Let's wait to see because you might change your mind on this, too — you condemned Mahatma Gandhi until you didn't."

Fox News said witnesses at the scene have told the cable network that Alnaji "tried to bait" Kessler before their altercation and was using a megaphone to shout directly into the faces of pro-Israel protesters.

"I don't know how many times I told him to take that out of my ear," Jonathan Oswaks, Kessler's friend and fellow protester, told Fox News in regard to Alnaji's behavior. "And I wasn't polite about it… He tried to bait me, and I didn't take the bait. [Then] he walked across the street and tried to bait Paul."

Another witness who didn't want to be named told the cable network that Alnaji was "very aggressive" and appeared to want "to maybe not kill or hurt [Kessler] but to get in his face and get into an altercation."

Alnaji is scheduled to appear Monday in Ventura County Superior Court, Fox News said.

Is the medical industrial complex actually KILLING us?

Since the pandemic, hesitation and skepticism when it comes to the medical industry seem to be on the rise. Where people once trusted medical professionals without a second thought, now they’re beginning to ask questions, express reluctance, and spend more time exploring holistic options.

Sara Gonzales, who joins Chad Prather on "The Chad Prather Show,” says, “I hope the silver lining of COVID is that people are awakened to the … medical industrial complex.”

“Big Pharma is not your friend,” she continues, adding, “They’re not out there to, you know, sell you the solution; they’re out there to make you sicker, so you can become more dependent on the other things they can sell you.”

Chad agrees, adding, “The medical industry doesn’t want you dead; they want you sick … alive but dependent on Big Pharma.”

The doctors and medical professionals recommending the vaccines and medications, however, aren’t necessarily to blame.

“They’re just told by their pharmaceutical rep what they’re supposed to say and how it works and they just regurgitate,” but “they don’t spend a lot of time researching … [or] looking into studies,” Sara says.

Chad even thinks “they could cure cancer” but don’t because of the mass profitability cancer treatments generate.

19-year-old who killed her dad over a missed hair appointment faced possibility of life in prison, but a lenient judge has cut her loose

A Michigan woman who killed her father for allegedly failing to get her to a hair appointment could have faced life in prison. Instead, she has been cut loose with time served and five years' probation.

According to prosecutors, Megan Joyce Imirowicz, 19, of Michigan was upset with her 64-year-old father, Konrad Imirowicz, because he was unable to drive her to a hair salon appointment ahead of her 18th birthday party, having become intoxicated, reported the Oakland Press.

Imirowicz threw lye powder and water on her father while he slept in their Groveland Township home, northwest of Detroit, on Oct. 1, 2021. The killer's friends later found the victim lying on a couch with catastrophic chemical burns.

Prosecutors indicated that Megan Imirowicz's friends notified her of Konrad Imirowicz's injuries over the phone, but that she scoffed and hung up, reported Law & Crime.

The victim was taken to Ascension Genesys Hospital several hours after the attack.

While Konrad Imirowicz survived his daughter's initial attack, the damage was extensive. He had to have both legs amputated, underwent a tracheotomy and skin grafts, and suffered from various infections as well as kidney failure.

After months of agony, he succumbed to his injuries, dying on March 6, 2022.

Megan Imirowicz, reportedly jailed following her father's death, denied throwing chemicals on him, claiming instead she had thrown bread at him to wake him up.

On June 15, she was convicted of unlawful possession or use of harmful devices causing death, for which she potentially faced life in prison, reported the Daily Mail.

Instead, Judge Victoria Valentine sentenced her Tuesday to one year in jail, with credit for 506 days served, followed by five years of probation.

The Oakland Press indicated that Megan Imirowicz will have to undergo a psychological exam, drug testing, and a review in court six months into her probation, as well as wear an electronic tether.
