Mark Levin: Donald Trump should indict Joe Biden upon winning election



Trump may have been convicted of all 34 counts levied against him in the Manhattan hush-money trial, but Mark Levin doesn’t believe justice has been served.

Rather, he believes it has yet to be.

“The problem is, there was a jury. There should never have been a jury, there should never have been a case. Prosecutor is a Soros prosecutor. Case should have been dismissed,” Levin says.

“The problem is, you have a judge who is a Biden judge. So, now you have two individuals, two dishonest individuals, who lack complete integrity. That is Bragg and Mershan, who are influencing a federal, national, presidential election.”

Levin says this shows “intent in the case of Joe Biden.”

“God willing, if Donald Trump is the next president of the United States, I am going to urge him, I’m going to lobby him, to tell his Attorney General of the United States, ‘Let’s stop playing games,’” Levin explains, adding, “Indict Joe Biden and indict Antony Blinken.”

Why? “Because according to Bragg, Merchan, and their surrogates — they created a crime.”

Levin says this crime is valid because of the precedent they’ve set in the Trump trials.

“That is the precedent that comes out of the New York case that Biden just supported,” he says.

In addition, former special counsel Robert Hur supplied plenty of evidence in his previous report that Levin believes could indict Joe Biden.

“We have so much evidence in this report from Mr. Hur of willful violations of classified information. It’s hard to keep track,” Levin says. “But the Department of Justice said they’re not going to act because Mr. Hur said, and certified, that Joe Biden is an imbecile.”

“So, Joe Biden is exposed, and in my view, should be indicted for willfully disclosing classified information, effectively selling secrets for a profit, and trying to cover it up,” he adds.

What’s happened in New York against former President Donald Trump is a blatant violation of the Eighth Amendment, and Mark Levin is going to prove it.

The Eighth Amendment reads: “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”

In a case from 2019 between Tyson Timbs and the state of Indiana, the standard was set for the United States, as well as the state court, on what it can and cannot do regarding the Eighth Amendment.

Timbs had pleaded guilty in Indiana State Court to dealing in a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit theft.

The response was completely disproportionate to his crimes.

At the time of his arrest, the police seized a Land Rover SUV Timbs had purchased for $42,000 with money he received from an insurance policy when his father died. The Indiana trial court denied the state’s request to turn over his $42,000 car, determining that it would be grossly disproportionate to the gravity of Timb’s offense, and therefore unconstitutional under the Eighth Amendment’s excessive fines clause.

“It was a nine to zero decision, not a single justice agreed with the state prosecutors and the state government, not one. The majority opinion had seven bipartisan justices. There were two concurring opinions, but they all agreed that it violated the Eighth Amendment,” Levin explains.

The Supreme Court ruled that these fines undermine other liberties and can be “used to retaliate against or chill the speech of political enemies.”

“In other words, that case that was brought against Donald Trump should never have been brought. There shouldn’t even have been a sentencing hearing, there shouldn’t have been fines, there shouldn’t have been anything,” Levin remarks.

“This case against Donald Trump is a greater, more grave violation than anything we’ve ever seen under the excessive fines part of the Eighth Amendment, and much worse than the Timbs' case,” he adds.

Levin: The rampant slavery our administration refuses to acknowledge



The modern educational system and media love to dwell on the slavery of the past — but they seem to have no problems with the slavery of the present and future.

Mark Levin does have a problem with it, and he’s tired of the Biden administration shoving it under the rug.

“There are at least four places on the face of the Earth where slavery is practiced and openly and supported: the continent of Africa, the Middle East region, Southeast Asia, and America,” Levin explains.

Slavery is spreading in America as the border remains open, thanks to the Biden administration and its policies. However, the Democrat response is hardly any different than it was to the slavery of 160 years ago.

“Democrat Party policies led by Joe Biden and Democrats in the Congress and their media supporters are promoting slavery on the southern border,” Levin says, noting that women and children are sold into pornography and sex slavery.

In an article from the Heritage Foundation from last year, Emma Waters reported that “about 50,000 people, primarily from Mexico and the Philippines, are trafficked into the U.S. annually.”

Waters went on to write that this past April, “a whistleblower told Congress’ House judiciary Committee that the ‘United States federal government has become the ‘middleman’ in a multibillion-dollar human trafficking operation targeting unaccompanied minors at the southern border.”

“If they gave a damn about what was going on on the southern border, they’d be leading with this story at least once a week. That there’s modern-day slavery taking place in the United States of America,” Levin says, disturbed.

Levin: Foreign regimes have been pumping money into American universities for decades



Authoritarian countries like Qatar, China, and Russia have been pumping billions of dollars into American colleges and universities since 2001 — and the mainstream media has remained silent.

“It’s been going on for decades, right under our noses,” Mark Levin says, adding, “the ruling class in America has failed us, so horrendously.”

According to a December 19 report from OffThePress.com, “Foreign nations have donated $43 billion to American universities since 1990.”

Elite universities have “massively underreported” the funding.

Why fund American universities as a foreign country?

“They’re buying minds, hearts, and souls,” Levin explains, and it shows.

According to a recent study, higher levels of campus anti-Semitism and a decline in free speech norms are associated with the underreported funding. The increase in anti-Semitism across universities has hit an astounding 300%.

This increase has been “linked to $13 billion in undisclosed foreign funds from 2014 to 2019” by “governments in the Middle East, China, and Russia.”

Harvard, Yale, and Georgetown were among the top recipients.

These foreign countries are using this funding “to promote terrorism, to buy the minds of our people in our own schools and to buy politicians in this country,” Levin says.

Despite the clear money trail and influence on American students, the mainstream media seems unbothered.

“Isn’t this breaking news? That academia has been bought and paid for by communist, fascistic, Islamist regimes by monarchies? Isn’t that important to know?” Levin asks, adding, “these colleges and universities have become Stalinist-like rat nests.”

University of Sydney shuts down student protest calling for a new intifada



The University of Sydney has shut down an event promoting a “global intifada” after promotional materials for the event displayed a bulldozer that was being used by Hamas crashing through an Israeli security fence.

The event was being held by a socialist group.

“Intifada” itself is a phrase that means "uprising" in Arabic. It has been co-opted by Palestinians and the Muslim Brotherhood to characterize their hatred for Israel as well as their desire to wipe Jews off the planet.

Mark Levin is well aware that socialists throwing the phrase around and hosting such an event is no accident.

“The Marxists and the Islamists, they overlap. They both hate America. They hate Israel. They hate the West,” Levin explains.

“They wish to impose their ideology on how they want to rejigger human beings on the rest of the planet, and if you don’t go along, you’re to be killed,” he adds.

This is why, historically, Marxism has led to the deaths of millions and enslaved even more.

On a smaller scale, Islamism has killed hundreds of thousands and enslaved even more.

“If you don’t comply, you will be killed. And so, they massacre populations of people who have a different faith. People who practice Islam differently than they do — they’re sub-humans, they’re non-humans,” Levin says.

“So, whether it’s the Marxist ideology or the Islamist ideology, they overlap,” he adds.
