This list was provided to Levin by “one of the most important individuals in the know,” he says.

“Now keep something in mind: All the appropriations for these weapon systems and the ammunition and so forth have already taken place (passed by Congress, signed by the president), but [Biden] is either withholding it or slow walking it,” Levin explains. “In other words, he's impounding funds,” which is “unconstitutional.”

According to Levin, Israel desperately needs the MK-84 bombs, for example, to “destroy the tunnels” and “to take out the Iranian nuclear sites.”

“But Biden doesn’t want them to take out those sites,” he sighs, pointing to the president’s hypocrisy in claiming that he’s withholding weaponry because “it might escalate things” while happily allowing Iran to build its nuclear armory.

The Biden-Harris regime has given “tens of billions of dollars to Iran ... authorized Iraq to continue to sell electricity to Iran,” and “authorized the laxed enforcement of the oil sanctions,” all of which have played a significant role in Iran’s GDP doubling since the Trump administration.

Further, Biden has paved the way for Iran’s “alliance with China and Russia and North Korea.”

“How does he sit on that roof, then lie down, get in position, [while] the audience is screaming, ‘He's got a gun! He's got a gun!’?”

“I'm not blaming anyone yet; I'm laying out the facts as we know them,” he says.

Who raised Joe Biden to lack character and morality? Mark Levin has the answer.



“Joe Biden lacks character” and “a moral basis,” says Mark Levin.

But you already knew that.

What you might not know, however, is who raised our president to be this way. We’re not talking about his familial lineage, though. We’re talking about the people who molded him into the man we fervently pray doesn’t win a second term.

“Joe Biden was raised essentially in the United States Senate,” where it’s customary to “wheel and deal,” “propagate arguments,” and “use rhetoric” to push agendas, says Mark Levin.

According to him, this the job of a senator:

  • “You run TV ads when you're running for office that smear your opponents and lie about who you are and twist words.”
  • “You raise enough money where they really can't keep up with your lies.”
  • “You make deals with union members in Wilmington in order to carry the rest of the state.”
  • “You pass whatever legislation you have to to have this army of supporters, whether it's the NEA, AFT, the AFL-CIO.”
  • “You throw in with the racists and the segregationists early in your career because you really need the white vote.”
  • “When the state turns more and more minority and less and less white majority, you switch sides. Now, you're a bigot who attacks the founding of the nation, who insists that there's no equality.”

Sound familiar?

“There's a whole sick level of experience going on here that is now projected onto Israel,” Levin says.

That’s why Biden “[gives] support to Iran,” “withholds weapons from [Israel],” is “prolonging the war by giving [Gaza] aid,” and demanding that Israel “[divides the] country up and give part of it to the enemy.”

Similarly, “the Nazi youth movement took over all the summer camps” because “Hitler realized that youngsters were the future of his movement.”

The German children who attended these summer camps “learned to use a compass and a map, to cross enemy territory, to camouflage themselves, and to make covert approaches.”

The Gazan boys are training to use firearms and “rehearse a cross-border raid to kidnap Israeli soldiers” at their summer camp, which is run by Hamas, the terrorist group that rules over Gaza.

“The similarities are chilling and horrifying.”

“Our media should be teaching us – all of us – exactly who these people are, what they're learning, what's in their books, what's in their movies, and then we will have a very good grasp of reality,” says Levin.

Joe Biden – ‘a certified nut’



Mark Levin is a scholar of American history, and according to him, Joe Biden is one of a kind.

Just not in a good way.

“I’ve never seen anything like this in American history,” he says, pointing to the current president. “[Joe Biden] is a certified nut. ... He’s like a mannequin dummy they keep pushing out.”

“What is upsetting and stunning is the extent to which his cabinet won't trigger the 25th Amendment,” which allows a president to be replaced by the vice president in the event he is deemed unfit to serve.

And we all know Biden is unfit to serve. His list of blunders grows longer by the day.

But radical politicians and the left-owned media are trying to sell the false narrative that Joe Biden is the picture of health.

That’s “why Merrick Garland would rather drop dead than release the audio of Biden's interview with Robert Hur,” who stated himself that “Biden’s memory had been ‘significantly limited,”’ says Levin.

But how can they keep up the pretense of Biden’s cognitive soundness when he does things like indicate "he was vice president during the COVID-19 pandemic, which started three years after he left office”?

According to the Washington Post, “It was one of the numerous flubs in the single speech that prompted the White House to make corrections to the official transcript.”

Further, “In January, he mixed up two of his Hispanic cabinet secretaries, Alejandro Mayorkas and Xavier Becerra.”

“During a February fundraising in New York, he recounted speaking to German Chancellor Helmut Kohl, who died in 2017, at the 2021 Group of Seven meeting.”

“That same month at a different fundraiser, he said that during the 2021 G7 Summit, he'd spoken to former French President François Mitterrand, who died in 1996.”

“Here's my question,” says Levin. “Does he eat his oatmeal on his own, or does the wife have to feed it to him?”

Mark Levin: Biden’s mental fitness is a ‘serious issue’



There should be no question at this point that Joe Biden’s mental decline is accelerating, and Mark Levin believes this should be of grave concern to us all.

“This issue of dementia is a serious issue,” Levin says. “I should know. I’ve had two people in my family who’ve had Alzheimer’s and one who had moderate dementia. It’s not funny, it’s very upsetting.”

This is why, Levin says, that he’s “disgusted” that Biden is running for president.

“We’re talking about the president of the United States. We’re talking about one branch of government that controls whether we go to war or not and what type of weapons we use among a thousand other things,” Levin says.

While Biden has moments when he seems okay, it’s not unusual for patients with mental disorders to seem as though they’re back to normal sometimes.

“Everybody says, ‘See? He was great for 90 minutes, he was great for an hour, he was great.’ Many people who have dementia or Alzheimer’s early stages can do that sort of thing,” Levin says.

“There’s a reason Joe Biden has taken vacation 40% of his presidency, there’s a reason why he won’t have, give, and take press conferences on a regular basis. There’s a reason why his staff walks around him when he goes to and fro from the helicopter. There’s a reason why we’re seeing on television what we’re seeing and we’re hearing what we’re hearing out of the president’s mouth — because he’s not well,” he continues.

“It’s not funny, but it’s utterly unconscionable and irresponsible for the largest political party in this country to be nominating somebody for president who they nominated before when he wasn’t well, when the vast majority of its members know damn well that what I’m saying is the truth.”

Revealed: Trump's possible strategy after indictment



There are so many examples of due process violations in the Trump cases, Mark Levin believes that “they’re almost impossible to compile.”

“What was the point of all these due process violations? To influence the election,” Levin says, answering himself. “How? They get a guilty verdict. And so, while you’re in the one lane trying to overturn that guilty verdict, you’re in this other path you're trying to create to the steps of the Supreme Court.”

“You have the interference in a presidential election,” Levin adds, noting that this and the due process violations are what Trump must focus on in order to win this legal battle.

“You have equal protection arguments that you can make as well,” he says.

So, how does Trump get this to the Supreme Court?

“You’re building a path to the Supreme Court that the Supreme Court may not entertain. You still have deadlines on the appellate process in the state. You don’t want to blow through those, so you still need to do that for your client. And ultimately, if the best thing you can do has to be done after the election, then it’s done after the election."

“But you don’t have to just stand for that, so you try and build a path to the Supreme Court,” Levin says.

While Levin notes that he can’t find a runaround way to the Supreme Court, he’s found another way.

“I’ve spent time digging into this,” Levin says. “In New York, you would file the notice of appeal to preserve your right to appeal and ask for a stay of the trial court.”

“I would file an emergency notice of appeal,” he continues, adding, “and I would seek from that New York appellate court an expedited or emergency review. Then, I might file applications for the common law writs with the U.S. Supreme Court, where the Supreme Court can take action if it chooses and legitimately claim the harm is immediate and ongoing.”

Mark Levin: Donald Trump should indict Joe Biden upon winning election



Trump may have been convicted of all 34 counts levied against him in the Manhattan hush-money trial, but Mark Levin doesn’t believe justice has been served.

Rather, he believes it has yet to be.

“The problem is, there was a jury. There should never have been a jury, there should never have been a case. Prosecutor is a Soros prosecutor. Case should have been dismissed,” Levin says.

“The problem is, you have a judge who is a Biden judge. So, now you have two individuals, two dishonest individuals, who lack complete integrity. That is Bragg and Mershan, who are influencing a federal, national, presidential election.”

Levin says this shows “intent in the case of Joe Biden.”

“God willing, if Donald Trump is the next president of the United States, I am going to urge him, I’m going to lobby him, to tell his Attorney General of the United States, ‘Let’s stop playing games,’” Levin explains, adding, “Indict Joe Biden and indict Antony Blinken.”

Why? “Because according to Bragg, Merchan, and their surrogates — they created a crime.”

Levin says this crime is valid because of the precedent they’ve set in the Trump trials.

“That is the precedent that comes out of the New York case that Biden just supported,” he says.

In addition, former special counsel Robert Hur supplied plenty of evidence in his previous report that Levin believes could indict Joe Biden.

“We have so much evidence in this report from Mr. Hur of willful violations of classified information. It’s hard to keep track,” Levin says. “But the Department of Justice said they’re not going to act because Mr. Hur said, and certified, that Joe Biden is an imbecile.”

“So, Joe Biden is exposed, and in my view, should be indicted for willfully disclosing classified information, effectively selling secrets for a profit, and trying to cover it up,” he adds.
