Brett Kavanaugh assassination suspect said he was a 'sissy slave' and 'trans gamer girl' named 'Sophie' in online posts, asked how to 'take out' high-value targets: Report



The California man accused of attempting to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh identified himself as a "sissy slave" and a "trans gamer girl" named "Sophie" in online posts, according to a new report.

Nicholas John Roske, 26, was arrested on June 8 near the home of Kavanagh. He was caught carrying a black tactical chest rig, tactical knife, a Glock 17 pistol with two magazines and ammunition, a thermal monocular, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch, crowbar, and duct tape, according to the affidavit. Roske faces federal charges of attempting to murder a U.S. Supreme Court justice.

The FBI affidavit filed in support of an application for a search warrant request allegedly revealed the social media accounts of Roske. The usernames for Roske's profiles on Reddit, Google, and Discord were reportedly exposed.

Under the Reddit username "AmericanNick," Roske allegedly posted several messages attempting to garner companionship with a female and explore his "kinks" while identifying as a transgender.

TownHall reported, "In this particular high-profile attempted murder case, an FBI special agent identified several Reddit accounts Roske operated in recent years—one of which the suspect used to embrace his transexual "femme" and submissive "sissy slave" persona, according to the search warrant applications filed in federal court."

The AmericanNick user said, "Hi my name is Sophie."

Roske posted numerous personal ads on Reddit, desperately seeking companionship.

In one ad, Roske purportedly said he was a "Trans Girl looking for other Girl Gamers" to "chill" or play video games.

A year ago, Roske allegedly said he was a 25-year-old "Trans Girl" seeking a "movie buddy."

Several Reddit posts allegedly show the Kavanaugh assassination suspect posing as a "male-to-female" seeking a female.

In the subreddit titled "Sissy Personals," the AmericanNick account posted, "Seattle Sissy Seeking Female for Training." Another post is in search of a "Domme."

"The suspect, listing himself as a 'Trans Girl' in the city's University District, struck a more erotic tone with his approach in another Reddit post soliciting 'Another Girl for Play/Friendship' on a recurring basis," TownHall reported. "Roske, then 25, divulged that he has 'many kinks and only a few limits' but would 'enjoy some vanilla time' as well. 'I have done a lot of research and have some experience being both a sub and a domme,' Roske typed."

The outlet added, "In an explicit Reddit post, Roske desired one such 'Daddy to Have Complete Sexual Control Over Me.'"

Roske – who is believed to be a pro-abortion extremist for allegedly wanting to assassinate the pro-life Justice Kavanaugh – allegedly wanted to abort every single baby in the womb.

"I think that something as significant as consciousness should not be imposed no matter (the person before they gain consciousness) without consent, and as a non-conscious person cannot give consent, being born is inherently done without consent," Redditor AmericanNick7 wrote seven years ago.

"In addition, as a negative utilitarian, I wish for suffering to be reduced as much as possible," the Reddit user said. "If abortion were mandatory for pregnant women, no new people would be born, and thus no new people would experience suffering. If no new people are born, humanity will end and thus human suffering will end."

The user concluded, "I am aware how radical this view is, but I do hold it sincerely."

TownHall reported, "Last year, Roske called for the redistribution of wealth in America on a leftist anti-capitalist subreddit. On 'r/LateStageCapitalism,' Roske uploaded a pie chart of progressive causes that can be aided by $3.2 trillion from 400 of the richest Americans, including paying for paid annual family leave, wiping out delinquent medical debt, handing out $10,000 to every American household, and vaccinating 'the world' against COVID-19."

Roske also believes "America hates black people more than it loves guns," per his last Reddit comment.

Last year, Roske reportedly asked in three different subreddits if someone with borderline personality disorder could work at the FBI.

According to the report, Roske used his "Narrow_Frosting_1539" Reddit account in May to ask the r/TacticalGear subreddit, "What is a good place to get a kevlar vest?"

On May 30, Roske allegedly went on the U.S. Marine Corps subreddit and posted the question: "How difficult is it to covertly take out an HVT [the U.S. military abbreviation for 'high-value target']?"

When asked about the circumstances, Roske purportedly replied, "A house in a medium-density residential area. Let's say 1-4 people for security. Nightime. Some equipment but not cutting edge. So portable thermal imaging but not a whole surveillance team. So it would be one operator working essentially alone."

In the "Political Discussion" subreddit, the Narrow_Frosting_1539 account asked on May 20, "What will likely happen if the current Supreme Court remains? What would change if the democrats got a majority?"

The Redditor adds, "The Roe v Wade leak has brought a lot of attention to the supreme court and what it is capable of. If going into the future the Supreme Court retains the same members, what is a realistic expectation for the future? On the other hand, if a conservative judge were replaced by a liberal judge, thus changing which party has the majority, what would change? I am curious both about the immediate results (over the next few years) and long term (the next few decades)."

Bill Maher slammed the New York Times for burying the attempted assassination of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

A California man traveled to Kavanaugh's home in Chevy Chase, Maryland. On Wednesday, 26-year-old Nicholas Roske was stopped by Montgomery County Police Department officers and admitted he wanted to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh. Roske had a handgun, two magazines, ammunition, a tactical knife, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, crowbar, tactical chest rig, and duct tape. Roske was arrested and hit with federal charges of attempted murder of a Supreme Court justice.

The New York Times placed its coverage of the assassination attempt on a United States Supreme Court justice far down on its front page and the actual story was on page A20 of the Thursday edition of the newspaper.

Maher hammered the New York Times for burying the news story and having leftist media bias.

The liberal talk show host agreed with guest Kellyanne Conway.

"The New York Times buried this," Maher exclaimed. "If this had been a liberal Supreme Court justice that someone came to kill, it would have been on the front page."

"And that's what's so disappointing about a paper like the New York Times because they just wear their bias on their sleeves," Maher said, adding, "And, 'If it's not part of something that feeds our narrative, f*** it, we bury it.'"

Maher also criticized Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) for using "very inflammatory words" against Supreme Court justices in the past.

In March 2020, Schumer verbally threatened Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch.

Substack writer Josh Barro said the assassination attempt is concerning because it is "related to the perception that a lot of Americans have where they don't think these institutions are legitimate anymore."

Leftist group that doxxed Kavanaugh plans another protest at his home after would-be assassin arrested there



Ruth Sent Us, the radical left-wing group that posted the home addresses of six Supreme Court justices online last month, is planning to stage a protest outside Justice Brett Kavanaugh's home Wednesday evening, hours after an armed man was arrested there for allegedly threatening to kill Kavanaugh.

Early Wednesday morning, police took an armed suspect into custody outside Kavanaugh's home in Montgomery County, Maryland. The suspect had allegedly called emergency dispatchers and said he intended to murder the justice and then kill himself.

FBI Special Agent Ian Montijo filed an affidavit in court that said the suspect, Nicholas John Roske of California, told police he was upset with the leaked draft Supreme Court opinion that indicated the court would overturn its abortion precedents and believed Kavanaugh would also vote to loosen gun control laws after the recent mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas. Roske allegedly found Kavanaugh's address online, bought a Glock pistol, and traveled to Maryland intending to kill him. He has been charged with attempted murder of a U.S. Supreme Court justice.

The private home addresses of six Supreme Court justices, including Kavanaugh's, were posted online by Ruth Sent Us in May after a draft majority opinion for Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization was leaked to Politico. The draft document, authored by Justice Samuel Alito, explained the court's reasoning for upholding Mississippi's 15-week abortion ban and overturning its precedent in Roe v. Wade.

Though there is not yet an official decision by the court, pro-abortion rights activists seethed and began possibly illegal demonstrations against the impending decision outside the private homes of the Republican-appointed justices.

When the Washington Post broke the news Wednesday that an armed suspect making threats against Kavanaugh's life was arrested outside his home, Ruth Sent Us downplayed the incident on Twitter and denied reports that the suspect was carrying a gun and a knife.

"We are committed to non-violence. Fundamentalists will talk non-stop about how our peaceful protests inspired this, rather than the daily mass-murders in America," the group tweeted. "Oh, what was this 'weapon' the 'California man' had? If it was a gun or even a knife, police would say so."

The FBI affidavit confirmed that the suspect, Roske, had a tactical knife and a Glock 17 pistol with ammunition in his possession when he was taken into custody. He was also carrying pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch, crow bar, pistol light, duct tape, hiking boots with padding on the outside of the soles, among other items, the FBI said.

When a Twitter user responded to Ruth Sent Us and said the group's tweet "will not age well," the left-wing activists asserted "Yes, it will," and said, "We're protesting peacefully at his home again tonight."

Subsequent tweets by Ruth Sent Us announced that the group intends to participate in protests outside of Kavanaugh's and Chief Justice John Roberts' homes in Chevy Chase, Md. Wednesday night.

"We offer our thoughts & prayers to Brett & Ashley Kavanaugh after a California man arrived by taxi near their home, armed with a gun & knife, then called the police on himself to confess his murderous rage against the abusive alcoholic 'Justice'," the group mockingly tweeted. "We didn't send him."

According to another leftist activist group, Downright Impolite, the demonstrations will begin at 7 p.m. ET.

Republican lawmakers responded to the alleged threat against Kavanaugh by calling on the Democratic House majority to pass a bill providing additional security measures for Supreme Court justices.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) railed against House Democrats on the Senate floor Wednesday for blocking the bill — which passed unanimously in the Senate.

"House Democrats need to stop their multi-week blockade against the Supreme Court security bill and pass it before the sun sets today," he said.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security warned in May that political violence directed at the court and its justices is "likely to persist and may increase leading up to and following the issuing of the Court's official ruling" on abortion.

Armed suspect who allegedly threatened to kill Kavanaugh identified in affidavit



The armed suspect who was arrested near Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's Maryland home after allegedly threatening to kill the justice has been identified as Nicholas John Roske of California.

Roske is charged with the attempted murder of a U.S. Supreme Court justice, according to an affidavit filed in a Maryland district court. The affidavit was shared to Twitter by WUSA-TV reporter Jordan Fischer.

On Wednesday, a spokeswoman for the Supreme Court said that a man was arrested near Justice Kavanaugh's residence at approximately 1:50 a.m.

"The man was armed and made threats against Justice Kavanaugh. He was transported to Montgomery County Police 2nd District," spokeswoman Patricia McCabe said in a statement.

According to FBI Special Agent Ian Montijo, at around 1:05 a.m. EST two United States Deputy Marshals saw an individual dressed in black clothing exit a taxi cab in front of Kavanaugh's residence in Montgomery County, Maryland. The individual was carrying a backpack and a suitcase. When he saw the two Marshals, he "turned to walk down the street," the affidavit said.

"Shortly thereafter, Montgomery County Emergency Communications Center fielded a call from an individual who identified himself as NICHOLAS JOHN ROSKE. ROSKE informed the call taker that he was having suicidal thoughts and had a firearm in his suitcase. ROSKE also told the call taker he came from California to kill a specific United States Supreme Court Justice," the affidavit alleges.

The affidavit says Roske was then taken into police custody without incident and his possessions were seized by law enforcement.

Police found "a black tactical chest rig and tactical knife, a Glock 17 pistol with two magazines and ammunition, pepper spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch, crow bar, pistol light, duct tape, hiking boots with padding on the outside of the soles, and other items" in the suspect's bag and suitcase, according to the affidavit.

Earlier reports indicated the suspect harbored animosity towards Kavanaugh and the Supreme Court because of the leaked draft majority opinion in which the court voted to uphold Mississippi's 15-week abortion ban by overturning the landmark Roe v. Wade decision.

The affidavit states that Roske told a Montgomery County Police detective that he was "upset" about the leaked abortion decision and the recent elementary school shooting in Uvalde, Texas. He allegedly said that Kavanaugh would vote to loosen gun control laws and that he believed he could give his life purpose by killing the Supreme Court justice after finding Kavanaugh's address posted online.

"ROSKE further indicated that he had purchased the Glock pistol and other items for the purpose of breaking into the Justice's residence and killing the Justice as well as himself," the affidavit alleges.

The private home addresses of six Supreme Court justices, including Kavanaugh's, were posted online by the left-wing group Ruth Sent Us in May. Pro-abortion rights activists staged multiple protests outside the justices' residences, demanding that the court leave Roe v. Wade intact in possible violation of federal law.

This alleged threat against Kavanaugh's life comes after the U.S. Department of Homeland Security warned in May that political violence directed at the court and its justices "are likely to persist and may increase leading up to and following the issuing of the Court's official ruling" on abortion.

The attempted murder charge Roske faces carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and fines.
