The ‘MOST disingenuous piece of reporting’ on latest Trump assassination attempt

When another alleged would-be assassin set his sights on President Donald Trump at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, the room was full of journalists across the political spectrum.

And despite the threat on Trump’s life, BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales believes their coverage of the event has only continued to prove the media’s bias and hypocrisy.

“You would think that when he was almost assassinated again and they were there to witness it, that maybe they might be able to fairly and accurately cover the story, but no, actually, they can’t,” Gonzales says.

“That’s actually just how bad they are and how evil they are. They just, in true arrogant, narcissistic fashion, they just wanted to make it about them,” she continues, before playing a clip of CBS News’ Weijia Jiang.

“This is a room full of reporters. So, I know you’ve already seen the president’s tweet. My apologies, his post on Truth Social,” Jiang said at the WHCD after the attempted assassination. “And law enforcement has requested that we leave the premises consistent with protocol.”

“I said earlier tonight that journalism is a public service because when there is an emergency, we run to the crisis, not away from it. And on a night when we are thinking about the freedoms in the First Amendment, we must also think about how fragile they are,” she continued.

“I saw all of you reporting, and that’s what we do,” she added.

“‘Our job is so dangerous,’” Gonzales comments, mocking Jiang. “‘It’s all about us. ... Our freedoms are under attack. The right for us to do our jobs is under attack.’”

“Actually, lady, the reason that we are in the position that we are in, where people are after the president as much as they are, is because you guys continue to misrepresent and distort reality and stir up a bunch of little activists who go on to then try to murder Donald Trump,” she continues.

“So, I’m just not having it from you. I’m really not,” she adds, pointing out that just moments before the attempted assassination, a journalist on CNN said that Trump “figuratively” wants “journalism dead.”

However, the coverage only got worse as the week went on.

“This one is going to take the award for the most disingenuous piece of s**t reporting from the most insufferable and arrogant excuse for a news anchor there is: Norah O’Donnell from ‘60 Minutes,’” Gonzales says.

“The so-called manifesto is a stunning thing to read, Mr. President. He appears to reference a motive in it. He writes this quote, ‘Administration officials, they are targets.’ And he also wrote this, ‘I am no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist, and traitor to coat my hands with his crimes.’ What’s your reaction to that?” O’Donnell asked Trump in an interview.

“Well, I was waiting for you to read that, because I knew you would. Because you’re horrible people. Horrible people,” Trump responded. “Yeah, he did write that. I’m not a rapist. I didn’t rape anybody.”

“You should be ashamed of yourself reading that because I’m not any of those things,” he added.

“We all know what you’re doing,” Gonzales says, referencing O’Donnell. “He knows what you’re doing.”

“Stop embarrassing yourself,” she adds.

VIDEO: Trump berates interviewer over suspected WHDC shooter: 'You are a disgrace!'

President Donald Trump reprimanded a "60 Minutes" journalist during his interview for reading the words ascribed to the alleged White House Correspondents' Dinner shooter.

The president discussed the latest assassination attempt against his life with Norah O'Donnell on Sunday but lashed out at her when she quoted suspect Cole Allen's alleged manifesto.

'You read that crap from some sick person? I got associated with ... stuff that has nothing to do with me. I was totally exonerated.'

"He appears to reference a motive. In it he writes this, quote: 'Administration officials, they are targets.' And he also wrote this: 'I'm no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist, and traitor to coat my hands with his crimes.' What's your reaction to that?" asked O'Donnell.

"Well, I was waiting for you to read that because I knew you would because you're horrible people," Trump responded. "Horrible people. Yeah, he did write that. I'm not a rapist. I didn't rape anybody."

"Do you think he was referring to you?" asked O'Donnell.

"Excuse me. Excuse me. I'm not a pedophile," the president interrupted.

"You read that crap from some sick person? I got associated with ... stuff that has nothing to do with me. I was totally exonerated. Your friends on the other side of the plate are the ones that were involved with, let's say, [Jeffrey] Epstein or other things," he added.

"But I said to myself, 'You know, I'll do this interview, and they'll probably ...' I read the manifesto," Trump continued. "You know, he's a sick person. But you should be ashamed of yourself reading that because I'm not any of those things."

"Mr. President, these are the gunman's words," she replied.

"Excuse me, you shouldn't be reading that on '60 Minutes,'" Trump interrupted. "You're a disgrace. But go ahead. Let's finish the interview."

He added again, "You're disgraceful."

Video of the interaction was posted to social media, where O'Donnell was widely criticized.

In addition to the alleged manifesto, the suspect also apparently left a large digital footprint stacked with Democratic anti-Trump talking points and even some blatant threats against Trump and his administration.

The president has jump-started his campaign to build the White House ballroom in the wake of the shooting by arguing that it would have far better security protocols than the Washington Hilton, where the shooting took place.

Media Once Again Blame Trump For Nearly Being Assassinated

Here’s an important mental exercise: If the shooter at the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner on Saturday had intended to kill journalists instead of the president, what would the media be talking about nonstop for the next 100 years? Everyone knows the answer. But 31-year-old Cole Allen, the suspected would-be assassin, explicitly wrote in his […]

Trump’s ‘60 Minutes’ interview was a MASTER CLASS in negotiation

There’s no doubt that President Trump’s recent “60 Minutes” interview with Norah O’Donnell was really a master class in negotiation — as his answers left the interviewer speechless and unable to criticize him.

“I know you have said that Xi Jinping wouldn’t dare move militarily on Taiwan while you’re in office, but what if he does? Would you order U.S. forces to defend Taiwan?” O’Donnell asked the president.

“You’ll find out if it happens. And he understands the answer to that,” Trump responded.

“Why not say it?” she asked, before pressing further and asking Trump what he means by “he understands.”

“Why not communicate that publicly to the rest of us? What does he understand?” she asked.

“I can’t give away my secrets. I don’t want to be one of these guys that tells you exactly what’s going to happen if something happens. The other side knows, but I’m not somebody that tells you everything because you’re asking me a question,” Trump responded.

“But they understand what’s going to happen. And he has openly said and his people have openly said at meetings, ‘We would never do anything while President Trump is president,’ because they know the consequences,” he added.

Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck is impressed with Trump, but the interviewer — not so much.

“Presidents never say that. They never say that. Can you imagine? What a stupid question that is,” Glenn says on “The Glenn Beck Program.”

And Trump’s strategy has been working wonders internationally.

“The Democrats won’t say it, but everybody has always said, ‘I wish we just had a good negotiator on our side. Wouldn’t it be nice if we had somebody who looked at the country like a business and could just run it like a business and knew how to negotiate?’” Glenn says.

“We have the best negotiator I think we’ve ever had. I can’t think of anybody who’s better than that,” he adds.

Trump was also questioned by O’Donnell about ICE raids

“Americans have been watching videos of ICE tackling a young mother, tear gas being used in a Chicago residential neighborhood, and the smashing of car windows. Have some of these raids gone too far?” she asked.

“No, I think they haven’t gone far enough because we’ve been held back by the judges, by the liberal judges that were put in by Biden and by Obama,” Trump responded firmly.

“You’re OK with those tactics?” O’Donnell asked, shocked.

“Yeah, because you have to get the people out. You know, you have to look at the people. Many of them are murderers. Many of them are people that were thrown out of their countries because they were, you know, criminals,” Trump said.

“It is such a popular issue to get rid of people who are violent criminals in this country,” BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere says, and Glenn agrees.

“Seventy percent of the American people agree with the ICE raids. Seventy percent. No matter what the mainstream media makes it look, that’s the latest poll,” he says.
