Smug CNN journalist HUMILIATED after gotcha question backfired



A tense exchange between press secretary Karoline Leavitt and CNN’s Kaitlan Collins unfolded at a recent White House press briefing — and BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales couldn’t be more impressed with the way Leavitt handled it.

“You have CNN’s Kaitlan Collins, who started out at the Daily Caller, was hired by Tucker Carlson. She was writing for conservative media, and somewhere along the way, her brain melted,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales explains.

“So clearly, it is her life’s mission now to just make Donald Trump look bad,” she says.

“Is it the position of this administration that the press should not prominently cover the deaths of U.S. service members?” Collins asked White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt at a recent press conference.


“No,” Leavitt answered. “It’s the position of this administration that the press in this room and the press across the country should accurately report on the success of Operation Epic Fury.”

“So we can all be very grateful that we have an administration and that we have men and women in our armed forces who are willing to sacrifice their own lives for the rest of us in this room and for every American across the country and for every troop that is based in the Middle East,” she added.

Collins then interjected that Pete Hegseth “was complaining that it was front-page news about these six service members who were killed.”

“That’s not what the secretary said, Kaitlin, and that’s not what the secretary meant. And you know it — you know you’re being disingenuous. We’ve never had a secretary of defense who cares more,” Leavitt responded.

Collins again interjected, reading Hegseth’s comment, which included that "the press only wants to make the president look bad.”

“The press does only want to make the president look bad. That’s a fact,” Leavitt said.

“We expect you to cover that as you should, Kaitlan. But you and your network know that you take every single thing this administration says and tries to use it to make the president look bad,” she added.

Collins continued to argue, but she was no match for Leavitt, who pointed out that “CNN’s overwhelming coverage” of President Donald Trump is “negative” and that the American people would agree with that.

“There’s no disputing that,” Gonzales comments. “The American people don’t want to hear from CNN, because we all know this is, of course, the agenda. This is the playbook. It’s the only playbook that they have.”

Karoline Leavitt may be the youngest press secretary in history at 27 years old, but that doesn’t mean she’s any less prepared for the task.

The blonde bombshell left mainstream media speechless on her first day as they tried their best to break her down, hurling accusations at the new Trump administration for illegal immigration, as well as not solving every issue Biden left him in just his first week.

“3,500 arrests ICE has made so far since President Trump came back into office. Can you just tell us the numbers: How many have a criminal record versus those who are just in the country illegally?” one reporter asked Leavitt.

“All of them, because they illegally broke our nation’s laws, and therefore, they are criminals as far as this administration goes. I know the last administration didn’t see it that way, so it’s a big culture shift in our nation to view someone who breaks our immigration laws as a criminal, but that’s exactly what they are,” Leavitt responded, unfazed.


Leavitt was also grilled on the egg shortage, which she also handled perfectly.

“You mentioned the inflation executive order the president signed, but egg prices have skyrocketed since President Trump took office, so what specifically is he doing to lower those costs for Americans?” a reporter asked.

“Really glad you brought this up, because there is a lot of reporting out there that is putting the onus on this White House for the increased cost of eggs. I would like to point out to each and every one of you that in 2024, when Joe Biden was in the Oval Office, or upstairs in the residence sleeping, I’m not so sure, egg prices increased 65% in this country,” Leavitt responded.

“We also have seen the cost of everything, not just eggs, bacon, groceries, gasoline, have increased because of the inflationary policies of the last administration. As far as the egg shortage, what’s also contributing to that is that the Biden administration and the Department of Agriculture directed the mass killing of more than 100 million chickens, which has led to a lack of chicken supply in this country,” she continued. “Therefore, lack of egg supply, which is leading to the shortage.”

Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” is in awe, calling Leavitt’s handling of the situation “a master class in communicating with the mainstream media.”

“Watching her do it, it’s just such a breath of fresh air,” she adds.

Trump admin flooded with 7,400 ‘new media’ applications for press room



President Donald Trump’s administration was inundated with approximately 7,400 “new media” applications within 24 hours of announcing that its press briefing room would be opened to more than just the traditional legacy media news outlets.

On Tuesday, press secretary Karoline Leavitt stated that the briefing room would be available to “new media voices who produce news-related content.”

'It’s essential to our team that we share President Trump’s message everywhere and adapt this White House to the new media landscape in 2025.'

“We welcome independent journalists, podcasters, social media influencers, and content creators to apply for credentials to cover this White House,” she said. “Starting today, this seat in the front of the room, which is usually occupied by the press secretary staff, will be called the ‘new media seat.’”

Leavitt explained that her team would review the applications and determine who would receive press passes for the briefing room.

“The Trump White House will speak to all media outlets and personalities, not just the legacy media who are seated in this room,” she continued. “According to recent polling from Gallup, Americans' trust in mass media has fallen to a record low. Millions of Americans — especially young people — have turned from traditional television outlets and newspapers to consume their news from podcasts, blogs, social media, and other independent outlets.”

The first questions for Tuesday’s briefing went to one journalist from Axios and another from Breitbart. Leavitt stated that “despite being some of the most viewed news websites in the country,” the two outlets had previously “not been given seats in this room.”

“As long as you are creating news-related content of the day and you’re a legitimate independent journalist, you’re welcome to cover this White House,” she added.

Leavitt also noted that the Trump administration plans to restore press credentials for the 440 journalists whose passes were “wrongly revoked” by the Biden administration.

In August 2023, the Biden administration tightened its requirements for “hard pass holders.” Reporters had to prove “full-time employment with an organization whose principal business is news dissemination” and provide a Washington, D.C.-area address. Journalists also had to demonstrate that they were assigned to cover the White House and have credentials to “a press gallery in either the U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, or Supreme Court.”

Less than 24 hours after Leavitt’s first press briefing on Wednesday, the Daily Wire reported that the Trump administration had already received 7,400 applications to join the briefing room.

“It’s essential to our team that we share President Trump’s message everywhere and adapt this White House to the new media landscape in 2025,” Leavitt remarked.

Karine Jean-Pierre LIES, says Biden's NOT playing 'both sides' of pro-Palestinian protests



The Biden administration is doing its best to play both sides of the argument when it comes to the pro-Hamas protests in universities — and it’s not going unnoticed.

When White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was pressed on the issue by Fox News’ Peter Doocy, it was clear she did not know how to respond.

“I understand that President Biden historically has spoken very forcefully about anti-Semitism, but this week he’s not. He’s MIA. Is he that worried about losing the youth vote with these protesters?” Doocy asked.

“I’ll speak more broadly. I can’t speak to youth and support and voters, that’s not something I can do from here,” Jean-Pierre answered.

“The president has taken a lot of policy actions here, a lot that he knows that young people care about, and a lot of those actions are popular with those young folks,” she continued, noting that the president is offering the youth “breathing room” in regard to student debt.

She then went on to ramble about the climate crisis, which of course also had nothing to do with Doocy’s original question.

When questioned about whether or not Biden is playing both sides, she said, “No, he’s not doing a both sides scenario.”

Pat Gray doesn’t buy it for a second.

“You’re going to continue to lie and not answer questions that have been asked of you. That’s what you’re going to continue to do,” Gray says, annoyed.

Detroit synagogue president found fatally STABBED, but White House claims there's no rise in anti-Semitism



A Detroit synagogue president was found fatally stabbed outside her home Saturday morning — but the White House continues to claim there are “no credible threats” against Jewish Americans.

The woman was Samantha Woll, 40, who led the congregation of Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue. Glenn Beck is frustrated that the media, while it is reporting on it, isn’t getting the story straight.

“Here’s the thing. Our job is to try to get the story right, and you cannot get the story right if you are rushing to publish,” Glenn says.

“I could easily come on the air and play all the clips that Tlaib is spreading the lies of Israel. She is just spreading lie after lie after lie against Israel. And then I could tell you about the pro-Palestinian marches in Dearborn right next door, then tell you a Jewish woman was murdered.”

“I mean, it’s pretty easy to paint that picture,” he says, adding, “but that kind of picture riles people up into mobs.”

Glenn notes that while we can’t jump to conclusions, he will continue following this story.

“We have to remain clear eyed and vigilant. We have to wait and see,” he says.

In a Fox News article by Jonathan Turley, he explains why jumping to conclusions during such a divisive time in our nation's history is a dangerous issue.

He cites a poll from the University of Virginia Center for Politics that he writes “shows a nation at war with itself.”

According to this poll, 52% of Biden supporters say Republicans are now a threat to American life while 47% of Trump supporters say the same about Democrats.

But that’s not the worst of it. Within the Biden supporters, 41% believed violence is justified to “stop Republicans from achieving their goals” while 38% of Trump voters believe the same about Democrats.

“That doesn’t lead anywhere good,” Glenn warns.
