Project Veritas SUES James O’Keefe?!

James O’Keefe was ousted from Project Veritas months ago, and now the organization he founded has decided to file a lawsuit against him, asking a federal judge to stop O’Keefe from working as a journalist.

In its lawsuit, Veritas says, “Being known as the founder of an organization does not entitle that person to run amok and put his own interests ahead of that organization.”

The company goes on to say O’Keefe “failed in his duties” to Project Veritas and caused the organization “serious and significant damage.”

It is asking that O’Keefe and his new organization, OMG, be held accountable.

Sara Gonzales and her guests on "The News & Why It Matters" discussed the lawsuit on the latest episode.

Head writer and researcher for Glenn Beck Jason Buttrill sees this as getting back at O’Keefe for the company's freefall in engagement after O’Keefe was ousted.

“They thought they were bigger than James O’Keefe. James O’Keefe was Project Veritas, which they did not believe anymore,” Buttrill says.

He adds that in the lawsuit, Veritas “kept on hitting him for a breach of non-disclosure agreement.”

“So what that means is, is that the truth — they did not want that to get out. They didn’t want to know the specifics of how they jettisoned him,” he explains.

Gonzales’ other guest, Jaco Booyens, believes the lawsuit is ridiculous.

“It’s so laughable,” he says, “to think that they could bottle up his God-gift talent and say you’re no longer allowed to use it because you dared to create this organization, and then we ousted you, and now you created another.”

“It shows you,” he adds, “how even that woke mentality of entitlement infiltrates conservative groups sometimes.”

Middle school dean placed on leave after Project Veritas video exposes teacher sexualizing students, talking about panties of 'naughty' girls

A dean at a high-priced Connecticut private school has been placed on leave after a Project Veritas video appears to show him sexualizing his students.

Iman Rasti is the middle school dean, writing center director, and seventh-grade English teacher at the Greens Farms Academy, according to his LinkedIn account. He was reportedly caught on video making sexually explicit comments about his underage students entrusted to his care. Rasti seemingly admits to being sexually turned on by his seventh-grade students.

The undercover Project Veritas journalist asked Rasti if he was ever "tempted" by his students, and he nodded in agreement, then said, "Every day."

Rasti then appeared to confess being sexually aroused by his students: "It's very hard. I mean, literally and figuratively."

When asked about being sexual with his students, the dean noted, "That possibly means me losing my job, my reputation – it’s risky, way too risky."

Project Veritas founder James O'Keefe said the female journalist recorded two hours of video speaking with Rasti – including the teacher making sexual remarks about his students.

"Like, one thing they [students] do these days, they sit down in front of me, they purposefully sit down somewhere in the class that is literally directly in front of me," Rasti said. "They spread their legs wide open and that is just brutal. Brutal."

"Every day, there is different panties on: green, black, white," he stated. "And they [students] make sure – it’s like they talk to each other, the three of them do that."

“They open their legs, and I am teaching, and I see what I see," Rasti told the undercover journalist at a restaurant. "They make sure that the panties are positioned in a way that I actually see the thing."

Rasti is seen on video telling the Project Veritas journalist that he has seen the genitalia of his female students.

Rasti – who was hired by the school in 2019 – said he is distracted by the girls spreading their legs during the class.

He said, “Well, how can you concentrate? How can you continue talking with your classroom when you see that?"

"I don’t know for women – if you see, I don’t know, I guess for women it’s sexy to see a man with a hard-on," Rasti continued. "Maybe it’s sexy, I don’t know."

The teacher said of his students, "And they smile, and they smirk at me, and they close and open, close and open a couple of times. They’re naughty."

"When girls start having sex, it’s interesting for someone like me who has been in and out of relationships all my life, and married, and all of that," he admitted.

Rasti theorized that you can see "changes in face and appearance" of adolescent girls once they begin having sex.

"You see a 15-year-old girl, and then next year they come back to school and she’s a woman," he declared. "There is no way she has gained weight just doing nothing, so it is clear that she has had sex. A lot of sex."

“Part of the reason why those girls give me attention – in addition to me being genuine with them and honest with them – I think it's maybe they get that vibe, that sexual tension. I feel like they get it now," he added. "They lost their head with the TikToks."

Rasti met with the Project Veritas journalist a second time, and he made a shocking confession.

"I get the vibe, it’s obvious, but I refuse, because I don’t f*** my students. That’s my principle," the dean said, but added, "I don’t do that, but sometimes I make exceptions. Sometimes."

Rasti then admitted that he had numerous sexual encounters with his students when he was a college professor.

"Not with my K-12, but college, I had sex with many, many, many, many of my students," he seemingly bragged.

After Rasti's exposure in the Project Veritas video, Greens Farms Academy placed Rasti on leave.

"We have just been made aware of a report of inappropriate comments allegedly made by a teacher at GFA,” Greens Farms Academy spokesperson Michelle Levi told the Hartford Courant. "We are placing the employee on leave and will be promptly investigating this matter and taking appropriate action."

Levi said the school sent a message about the situation to the parents of students on Thursday night. The school also provided parents with "resources" that could offer assistance.

Westport Police Capt. David Wolf told the outlet that police are aware of the damning video, but there is no investigation at this time.

Tuition for seventh-grade students at Greens Farms Academy is $48,770.

Undercover video EXPOSES dirty Democrat plan to win midterms — and how it could BACKFIRE spectacularly

On "The News & Why It Matters," BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales and guests Jaco Booyens and Grant Stinchfield discussed a new undercover video from Project Veritas that exposed a Democrat Party plan to help "extreme" Trump-endorsed Republican candidates, including Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake, win the primaries because they thought they would be easier to defeat in the general election.

In a video posted on the Project Veritas YouTube channel this week, Democratic Arizona gubernatorial candidate Katie Hobbs' twin sister, Becky Hobbs, can be heard explaining how the Democrat Party "across the country" donated to certain Republican candidates they saw as "extremist" in an effort to give Democrat candidates a better chance of winning.

“So, all across the country, Democrat candidates — not candidates themselves but the [Democrat] Party — was putting money in [Republican] primaries, into the races of the extreme Trump-endorsed candidates, as opposed to the moderate Republicans that were running, because they wanted those extremists to win," Hobbs said. "They knew that the Dems had a better chance of winning their races against the extremist candidates than they did against the moderate Republicans.”

"Everyone knew that Katie had a better chance to win against Kari Lake. Everyone wanted Kari Lake to be the nominee ... so, it was kind of like a sigh of relief when Kari Lake actually ended up winning," Hobbs added.

"You just picked a bear," Jaco said of the Democrats who thought Kari Lake would be easy to defeat. "I believe [Lake] is going to take it. I really believe she's going to win."

Leaked video: Jack Dorsey says Twitter's ban of Trump is 'bigger than one account' and will 'go on beyond inauguration'

A leaked video shows Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey's plans for "broader" enforcement on the social media platform that will go far beyond the banning of President Donald Trump.

Project Veritas released a new video Thursday of Dorsey declaring that upcoming actions are "going to be much bigger than just one account," and would "go on beyond the inauguration."

The undercover video was allegedly secretly recorded by a "Twitter insider" during an internal meeting with employees of the social media company.

"We know we are focused on one account right now, but this is going to be much bigger than just one account, and it's going to go on for much longer than just this day, this week, and the next few weeks, and go on beyond the inauguration," Dorsey said in the leaked footage.

"So, the focus is certainly on this account and how it ties to real-world violence," Dorsey said in the video call. "But also, we need to think much longer-term around how these dynamics play out over time. I don't believe this is going away anytime soon."

"You should always feel free to express yourself in whatever format manifestation feels right," Dorsey said in the clip.

Project Veritas founder James O'Keefe tweeted out the video on Thursday with the caption: "BREAKING: @Twitter Insider Secretly Records CEO @jack Detailing Agenda For Further Political Censorship."

Dorsey addressed Twitter's recent purge of QAnon-related accounts, "And the moves that we're making today around QAnon, for instance, one such example of a much broader approach that we should be looking at and going deeper on."

On Tuesday, Twitter announced that it had suspended "more than 70,000 accounts" since the violence at the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6.

"We've been clear that we will take strong enforcement action on behavior that has the potential to lead to offline harm," Twitter said in a statement. "Given the violent events in Washington, DC, and increased risk of harm, we began permanently suspending thousands of accounts that were primarily dedicated to sharing QAnon content on Friday afternoon."

A Twitter spokesperson responded to the Project Veritas video and told Fox News, "The remarks shown in the video were delivered to our more than 5,400 employees and are nearly the same words Jack shared in a recent Tweet Thread offering context around and reflections on our work to protect the conversation in recent weeks."

Twitter permanently banned President Trump from the social media platform on Jan. 8. Twitter's "safety" account said the company banned Trump "due to the risk of further incitement of violence" following the Capitol riots.

On Wednesday, Dorsey issued a statement on the banning of President Trump.

I do not celebrate or feel pride in our having to ban @realDonaldTrump from Twitter, or how we got here. After a clear warning we'd take this action, we made a decision with the best information we had based on threats to physical safety both on and off Twitter. Was this correct? I believe this was the right decision for Twitter.

Since the Capitol chaos, President Trump's accounts and Trump-related accounts have been deplatformed or censored on numerous social media networks, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Apple, Paypal, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Shopify.

Project Veritas, an investigative group that aims to "expose misconduct in both public and private institutions," has made headlines this week. The group released a secretly recorded video of former PBS principal counsel Michael Beller saying the government should take away children of Trump voters and put them in "reeducation camps." Beller was fired by PBS after the video went viral.

On Wednesday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced that a woman was arrested on felony charges of election fraud, illegal voting, unlawfully assisting people voting by mail, and unlawfully possessing an official ballot. The suspect, Rachel Rodriguez, was reportedly first exposed last fall in a Project Veritas video.

PBS staff attorney said gov't should take away children of Trump voters and put them in 'reeducation camps.' Now he's out of a job.

A PBS staff attorney is out of a job after saying on a secretly recorded video that the federal government should take children away from people who voted for President Donald Trump and put them in "reeducation camps."

What are the details?

The Project Veritas video recorded prior to the 2020 election shows now-former PBS principal counsel Michael Beller saying "these kids who are growing up knowing nothing but Trump ... for four years," and "you've gotta wonder what they're gonna be like ... they'll be raising a generation of intolerant, horrible people — horrible kids."

Beller also said that "even if [then-Democratic presidential nominee Joe] Biden wins, we go for all the Republican voters, and Homeland Security will take their children away ... and we'll put them into re-education camps."

He also called them "enlightenment camps" and said that "they're nice. They have Sesame Street characters in the classroom, and they watch PBS all day."

How did PBS react?

PBS released a statement saying, "This employee no longer works for PBS. As a mid-level staff attorney, he did not speak on behalf of our organization, nor did he make any editorial decisions."

What else did he say on the video?

In the video, Beller also said "Trump is close to Hitler," and that if the president were to win the election, the response would be to "go to the White House and throw Molotov cocktails."

He also said "PBS has like, real news" and "CNN doesn't have real news anymore. It's just talking heads talking about Trump all day long." But Beller said Fox News "makes me want to throw up after five minutes" and that it's full of "Joe Biden s**t" that's "all made up. It's all ridiculous."

As for his fellow citizens, Beller said, "Americans are so f***ing dumb. You know, most people are dumb."

Well, except for the elite who dwell in Washington, D.C., and are "educated and know stuff" — unlike those who live in "one of these other towns or states where everybody's just stupid."

Beller also commented on the coronavirus, noting that it's "great" that "COVID is spiking in all the red states right now." When asked why, he replied that "either those people won't come out to vote for Trump — you know, the red states — or a lot of them are sick and dying."

Project Veritas claims to expose illegal voter registration scheme in Georgia, but does not appear to show illegal activity

A new hidden camera video released by Project Veritas purports to expose illegal voter registration of homeless people in Georgia, but in fact highlights a practice that may be legal.

In the video, Georgia Central Outreach and Advocacy Center executive director Kimberly Parker admits to helping multiple homeless people register to vote using the same address. Project Veritas accused the Center of "illegally registering thousands of homeless to vote" at an address they do not reside at in Atlanta.

“We’ve done that for years!” Executive Director Kimberly Parker says... while admitting her organization has been i… https://t.co/sne9QWWfc3
— Project Veritas (@Project Veritas)1609823318.0

Parker explains, "So, the majority of the people we serve don't have an address, so we allow them to use our address if they register to vote and to get Georgia State ID."

The video notes that Georgia state law requires a person to vote where they live, and that "permitting someone to use a false statement on voter registration is illegal ... and punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment."

However, Georgia election law permits homeless people to register to vote using the address of somewhere they routinely stay, such as at a shelter or a church. If they do not stay at a location with an address, they may denote a park name or the closest intersection to where they sleep as their residence. They must also provide a mailing address where they can receive mail and may use the address of a shelter, church, charity, relative, or friend to do so.

"Because you have to have proof of residence and so although we're not a shelter, we do allow them to use 201 Washington Street," Parker continues. "So, I can't even begin to tell you how many people have that address on their ID. And we've never run into any problem with that until this election."

She adds that "one of our board members got wind that they thought we're doing things not on the up and up, because so many people have the address, but we've not heard any repercussion from it since."

The Central Outreach and Advocacy Center is an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization headquartered in the lower level of Central Presbyterian Church. The agency provides support services to Atlanta's homeless people, including helping them acquire government documents like ID cards or birth certificates, setting up medical appointments, and providing job and skills training to help them find work.

Also featured in the video is Adam Seeley, who is the director of social services for Emmaus House, another nonprofit organization that serves the Atlanta community, and also serves as a board member at the Central Night Shelter. Seeley states that his organization does not know how many people have used their address to register to vote.

"You know, we've always kind have been unsure at how many people were having us established as a mailing address in terms of a larger scope," Seeley said.

"One day I walked into Emmaus House to pick up the mail, and Beverly was like, one of our ladies, she's where the mail comes into our office, and she's like, 'you gotta get this stuff outta here.' And I'm like, 'what are you talking about?'

"And it was probably a couple thousand people that had our address registered as their mailing address for their voter registration," he continued. "And I was like, oh my god, so I'm looking through it and I'm like, well this guys is dead."

TheBlaze contacted Central Outreach and Advocacy Center and Emmaus House with requests for comment. Project Veritas also did immediately return a request for comment.
