GOP Reps Demand Answers From Biden DOJ On Prostitutes Allegedly ‘Exploited’ By Hunter Biden
Hunter Biden deducted prostitutes and sex club from his taxes, possibly violated sex-trafficking laws, says IRS whistleblower
Hunter Biden, whom President Joe Biden claimed is the "smartest guy" he knows, deducted tens of thousands of dollars in payments he made to prostitutes and a sex club from his taxes, according to Internal Revenue Service whistleblower testimony released Thursday by the House Ways and Means Committee.
Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-Mo.) indicated in a press conference Thursday that two IRS whistleblowers have provided evidence of "misconduct and government abuse that is resulting in preferential treatment for the president's son, Hunter Biden."
Extra to describing alleged efforts by the Biden administration to intervene in and hinder the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden, the whistleblowers further highlighted some of the first son's apparent improprieties — beyond those acknowledged in the sweetheart deal his attorneys struck with U.S. Attorney David Weiss Tuesday, requiring him only to "plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges of failure to pay in 2017 and 2018."
The second, unnamed IRS whistleblower detailed in a June 1 interview how the Democratic president's son allegedly attempted to get tax breaks for his debauched behavior.
"Some of the items that he deducted were personal no-show employees. He deducted payments that were made to who he called his West Coast assistant, but she was essentially a prostitute," testified the whistleblower, who indicated he had begun investigating Biden "in November of 2018 after reviewing bank reports related to another case. ... Those bank reports identified Hunter Biden as paying prostitutes related to a potential prostitution ring."
The 2018 investigation was apparently an offshoot of an IRS probe into a "foreign-based amateur online pornography platform."
"He made payments — there's an $18,000 wire that is made to one of these individuals, and on the wires they say $8,000 in wage and $10,000 in golf — $10K golf club member deposit," said the whistleblower. "And we know that $10,000 went to pay for a sex club. He went to a sex club, and we've talked to the person that owned that sex club, and they confirmed that he was there."
Shapley, the other whistleblower, also noted in his testimony that in 2018, there "was a $25,000 [payment] to one of his girlfriends and it said, 'golf membership.' And then we went out and followed that money it was for a sex club membership in L.A."
Damon Lawner, the founder of the elite Beverly Hills sex club Snctm, wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post this week that Biden had once been a member.
"Hunter was a member at Snctm and I canceled his membership after 1 party because he's a scumbag," wrote Lawner.
Lawner, banned from the club shortly after making this admission, told the Los Angeles Times, "Posting what I did on my Instagram about Hunter was me letting people know that the type of behavior that he exhibited was something that upsets me. ... I knew that the consequences could be me not being part of Snctm anymore, but I was willing to take that risk."
The former club owner told the New York Post that Biden had been kicked out for "grabbing women's asses" and acting "like a spoiled child," adding, Hunter Biden is "a really bad guy — not a good person. He’s just not."
When asked about Lawner's ban, a spokesman for the club told the Times, "As stated, we neither confirm nor deny the identities of past or present attendees. We uphold a strict code of conduct to protect our members' safety and privacy, and any infringement leads to a lifetime ban."
Biden's $10,000 payment to the club ultimately led to Lawner receiving an IRS subpoena, reported the Post.
Concerning the first son's various alleged prostitutes, the IRS whistleblower said, "In some situations, they were on payroll, and that was to get them health insurance."
"There were expenditures for one of — he called it his West Coast assistant, but we knew her to also be in the prostitution world or believed to be in the prostitution world. And he deducted expenses related to her. She relates to the sex club issue. And then there were — and I know that my counsel brought this up earlier. There were some flying people across state lines, paying for their travel, paying for their hotels. They were what we call Mann Act violations," added the whistleblower.
The Mann Act, also known as the "White-Slave Traffic Act of 1910," is a sex-trafficking law that criminalizes the transportation of "any woman or girl for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery, or for any other immoral purpose."
Shapley said, "There were multiple examples of prostitutes that were ordered basically, and we have all the communications between that where he would pay for these prostitutes, would book them a flight where even the flight ticket showed their name. And then he expensed those."
Shapley suggested that Biden had expensed these contractual dalliances to Owasco P.C., an entity incorporated in 2006 for which he was the director.

Video: Prostitutes solicit sex right outside Catholic elementary school, police handcuffed after California Democrats passed law to protect transgender sex workers
Parents of children are up in arms that prostitutes are soliciting sex work right outside a California elementary school. Some are saying that a law passed by California Democrats has handcuffed law enforcement in cracking down on sex workers selling their bodies in broad daylight.
KGO-TV conducted an investigation about prostitutes working outside St. Anthony's elementary school in East Oakland. The San Francisco-based news station captured video of sex workers dressed in minimal clothes and stiletto heels walking the streets near the Catholic school to sell their bodies in the middle of the day with students nearby.
KGO-TV reported, "The I-Team captured videos along E. 15th Street outside the school gate on four different dates over the past couple weeks showing young women wearing barely any clothing walking along the school sidewalk, the street corners, or directly across from the school. All of the videos were captured as children were being dropped off or walked into school."
Concerned parent Rosa Vargas told KGO-TV said she sees prostitutes near the Catholic school "every day, during all periods of the day."
Vargas said the sex workers solicit sex so close to the elementary school that they recently "were blocking the entrance of the parking structure" of the school.
"My daughter asked if I liked what the girl was wearing," Vargas said. "I told her don't turn around, don't look. It's not OK."
Speaking about pimps near the school, Vargas said, "They've followed me a couple times."
Oakland City Councilman Noel Gallo noted that he is receiving complaints about prostitutes every week.
Gallo stated, "I get the call saying, 'Mr. Gallo I can't get into my home because the pimp is blocking my driveway.' It's constant."
Gallo said he has seen up to 20 scantily-clad women walking up and down the street, appearing to engage in prostitution. He revealed that some of the girls are as young as 15 years old.
City officials believe some of the women are victims of human trafficking.
Some believe that recent construction along a busy highway caused the sex workers to migrate to residential neighborhoods.
St. Anthony's has requested more police patrols in the area.
However, St. Anthony's pastor Ghebriel Woldai said, "It's not enough. They promised us they will do more presence here."
Woldai said the parish had requested more patrols from the Oakland Police Department for years, but to no avail.
Rodney Pierre-Antoine – who oversees seven Catholic elementary schools, including St. Anthony's – said the hands of the police "are somewhat handcuffed."
Pierre-Antoine is referencing Senate Bill 357, known as the Safer Streets for All Act.
SB 357 states:
Existing law prohibits soliciting or engaging in an act of prostitution, as specified. Existing law also prohibits loitering in a public place with the intent to commit prostitution, as defined, or directing, supervising, recruiting, or aiding a person who is loitering with the intent to commit prostitution, or collecting or receiving all or part of the proceeds of an act of prostitution. Under existing law, a violation of any of these provisions is a misdemeanor. This bill would repeal those provisions related to loitering with the intent to commit prostitution and would make other conforming changes.
Fatima Shabazz of DecrimSexWork CA Coalition – a "coalition of current and former sex workers, organizers, and allies" – said of the bill, "SB 357 repeals a Jim Crow law that criminalized black and trans people in public spaces."
California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) signed SB 357 into law in July, and it went into effect on Jan. 1.
Police officers told KGO-TV that the new law is prohibiting them from rescuing women who they believe are victims of human trafficking.
California State Sen. Scott Wiener – a Democrat who introduced SB 357 – defends the bill.
Wiener argued, "It allowed police officers to arrest a person, not based on what they did, but based solely on how a person looks. So an officer could arrest someone because they were wearing tight clothing, high heels, and extra lipstick."
Wiener's office said, "This criminal provision — arrests for which are based on an officer’s subjective perception of whether a person is 'acting like' or 'looks like' they intend to engage in sex work — results in the disproportionate criminalization of trans, black and brown women, and perpetuates violence toward sex workers."
Wiener conceded, "That footage is very troubling. We don't want sex work and solicitation happening by schools, it's not acceptable for the children and the neighbors."
Wiener said police officers who said they were handcuffed by the new law were "dead wrong," and utilizing a "copout." He alleged that the issue has been around longer than the new law.
He advised police to arrest the pimps and johns.
Oakland officials promise to increase police patrols and install new cameras after the eye-opening report was published.

Video: American judge kidnapped in Brazil by prostitutes and fake cops, held for ransom
An American judge vacationing in Brazil was kidnapped and held for ransom after being manipulated by prostitutes and men posing as police officers.
An unnamed U.S. judge was reportedly conned by two prostitutes in Rio de Janeiro. The judge told authorities that he had been traveling to Brazil for 20 years and he had known the two women – identified as Shayna Monteiro and Beatriz Freitas, according to the Daily Mail. He reportedly contacted the women and invited them to an apartment he rented out in the Copacabana neighborhood on July 3.
Surveillance video from the elevator shows the women with the American judge, Monteiro and Freitas left the apartment around 11:30 a.m. but returned an hour later.
The women were accompanied by two men dressed up as Rio de Janeiro police officers. The fake cops were identified as Erivaldo da Silva and Alef dos Santos – who told the judge that he was being placed under arrest for having sexual relations with the two prostitutes who they claimed were underage.
The fake police officers held the judge hostage and demanded ransom for his release. They negotiated a ransom of more than $36,000 from a friend of the judge.
"Erivaldo even pretended to be a policeman and tried to negotiate the price with a friend of the tourist, who was informed by phone that the friend was being arrested for being with call girls in her apartment," Brazilian newspaper O Dia reported.
The judge's friend contacted the military police.
When the conmen went to pick up the ransom money from the judge's friend, the real police reportedly arrested the fake cops. The judge was rescued without incident.
Da Silva is said to be the leader of a gang and was on parole for illegal possession of a firearm and criminal association. He was charged with extortion and kidnapping.
Charges for dos Santos, Freitas, and Monteiro are still pending.
"The welfare and safety of U.S. citizens abroad is one of the highest priorities of the Department of State,' a U.S. State Department spokesperson told the Daily Mail. "We are aware of these reports. Due to privacy considerations, we have no further comment."
