National Archives has bad news for some of the crooks who received clemency in Biden's name

President Donald Trump declared on March 17 that "the 'Pardons' that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT, because of the fact that they were done by Autopen."

"In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!" the president continued. "The necessary Pardoning Documents were not explained to, or approved by, Biden. He knew nothing about them, and the people that did may have committed a crime."

Liberal fact-checkers rushed to suggest the president was wrong about the Biden pardons — however, a great deal of evidence has come out vindicating Trump's understanding that the pardons were likely unlawful.

'I made the decisions during my presidency.'

Two weeks after the Oversight Project obtained internal emails from the Justice Department indicating that there was a high-level understanding in the Biden administration that many of the commutations autopenned in the former president's name were legally flawed, Just the News received internal Biden White House memos that could similarly spell trouble for recipients.

Mike Howell — president of the Oversight Project, which first exposed the Biden White House's prolific use of the autopen earlier this year — told Blaze News, "We've been right all along, and it's nice to be right again. It's past time to start actually charging these people."

The memos, gathered as part of a Trump White House Counsel probe into Biden's use of autopen signatures for official business, shed additional light on the Biden White House's shifting approach to pardons and the former president's involvement in the process.

A February 2021 draft memo from then-White House staff secretary Jessica Hertz — a final version of which was reportedly not referenced in the National Archives — detailed guidelines for Biden's autopen use "based on precedent from the Obama-Biden administration."

The memo, which was sent early in the Democratic administration to Biden insiders, including then-chief of staff Ron Klain, noted that congressional bills, veto messages, and pardon letters were among the documents the president should personally approve and hand-sign.

It is clear from the liberal use of autopen signatures on pardons and other consequential presidential actions by the Biden White House that this guidance did not stick.

While Biden told news outlets in June, "I made the decisions during my presidency. I made the decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation, and proclamations," a draft memo circulated by Biden's White House Counsel in February 2024 suggested otherwise.

The 2024 draft memo detailed the "general pattern" followed by members of the White House Counsel's Office clemency team when securing approval for clemency, revealing that Biden "previously asked the White House Counsel to discuss the [clemency] candidates with him, although in the last round the vice president’s approval was sufficient to obtain his approval."

The Trump White House reportedly concluded that this particular memo indicates that Biden was "outsourcing" clemency decisions to Kamala Harris in 2024.

The Trump WHCO's probe also found very little evidence to suggest Biden actually attended four critical clemency meetings in December 2024 and January 2025 and "turned up no record of the president’s briefing books addressing pardons, commutations, or clemency at that time," Just the News reported.

The National Archives apparently has no contemporaneous staff notes confirming Biden was present at the Dec. 5, Dec. 11, Jan. 11, and Jan. 19 meetings where he was later said to have supposedly given "verbal approval" for commutations for federal death row inmates, members of the Biden family, and other unsavory characters.

The Trump White House also found a troubling indication in its review that Biden may have not been sufficiently involved in the controversial commutation of sentences for 37 federal inmates sitting on death row.

In a Dec. 10, 2024, draft memo, then-White House counsel Edward Siskel recommended that Biden grant clemency for the felons; however, the National Archives reportedly proved unable to find a final version of the memo bearing proof of Biden's approval for the commutations that were ultimately granted in his name.

Just the News indicated that the office of Joe and Jill Biden did not respond to a request for comment.

"In June 2022, the Biden White House began deploying the autopen to sign clemency warrants and executive orders in July of 2022. Autopen use skyrocketed from there," former Idaho Solicitor General Theodore Wold, a board member of the Oversight Project, told the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary in June. "We found that of the 51 clemency warrants issued during the Biden presidency, over half — 32 in total — were signed with an autopen."

Wold later emphasized that the "president actually has to make the decision — that cannot be delegated to a staffer or an adviser," but there was no indication "that anyone other than staff were making these decisions."

'Historic Scandal': Third Biden Aide Refuses To Testify in House Probe of Former President's Mental Decline

Joe Biden's former deputy chief of staff, Annie Tomasini, pleaded the Fifth during a congressional deposition on Friday, becoming the third Biden aide to refuse to testify in the House GOP's investigation into the former president's mental acuity.

Jill Biden's 'shadowy' chief of staff clams up during autopen probe

Former first lady Jill Biden's senior adviser, Anthony Bernal, appears desperate to avoid questions under oath about the former president's cognitive decline while in office, its cover-up, and its alleged exploitation behind the scenes.

Bernal was originally supposed to appear for a voluntary transcribed interview with the House Oversight Committee on June 26 but bailed after learning that President Donald Trump was taking a page out of his predecessor's book and waiving executive privilege for the investigation, meaning Bernal would be required to provide lawmakers with "unrestricted testimony."

Bernal — characterized as one of the most influential people in the Biden White House and a key member of Biden's so-called politburo in CNN anchor Jake Tapper and Axios correspondent Alex Thompson's new book, "Original Sin" — was subsequently met with a subpoena compelling his testimony before the committee.

Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), chairman of the committee, emphasized in the letter accompanying the subpoena his desire to know whether Bernal "contributed to an effort to hide former President Biden's fitness to serve from the American people."

Bernal had been, after all, in a prime position to conceal and possibly exploit Biden's decrepitude.

Former Democratic National Committee Vice Chair David Hogg told an undercover Project Veritas reporter earlier this year that "Jill Biden's chief of staff had an enormous amount of power" in the White House.

Deterrian Jones, a former staffer in the Biden administration's Office of Digital Strategy who also gabbed to an undercover reporter, suggested that Bernal was a "shadowy, 'Wizard of Oz'-type figure" who "wielded an enormous amount of power."

"I can't stress to you how much power he had at the White House," Jones added.

Exactly one week after Joe Biden's White House doctor, Kevin O'Connor, refused to answer the committee's questions on-theme, Bernal similarly clammed up, citing the Fifth Amendment.

The concern shared by both men over self-incrimination appears to signal that investigators are right over the target, particularly with regard to the matter of the use and possible abuse of the autopen.

'Every order, every bill that was signed, every memorandum — so far as I'm concerned — are null and void.'

"This week new reporting confirms President Biden's aides took unauthorized executive actions during his presidency amid his cognitive decline," Comer noted on X. "It's no surprise that Anthony Bernal is pleading the Fifth Amendment to shield himself from criminal liability."

The chairman was referencing the New York Times' recent reporting on Biden White House emails which indicated that the former president was not directly involved in numerous controversial actions that were run through the autopen.

Biden also admitted last week to the Times that he orally communicated his decisions to aides; that the autopen was used liberally because there were "a whole lot of people"; and that he did not personally approve every individual categorical clemency.

Comer indicated that Bernal specifically pleaded the Fifth "when asked if any unelected official or family members executed the duties of the President and if Joe Biden ever instructed him to lie about his health."

"This is a historic scandal and Americans demand transparency and accountability," Comer continued. "We will continue to pursue the truth on their behalf and examine options to get the answers we need."

Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.) told reporters on Wednesday, "The fact that [Bernal] couldn't make any statement, the fact that the White House doctor couldn't make any statement, and they both pled the Fifth — which is their constitutional right to do, and we respect the Constitution like every American does — but the fact that they are now hiding behind the Constitution so that they don't have to tell the truth to the American people about Joe Biden's capabilities and mental faculties while he was president of the United States is not just shocking; it's stunning, and it demonstrates the level of corruption that was going in that administration."

Donalds noted further that if Biden was not in fact in charge of his administration, "then every order, every bill that was signed, every memorandum — so far as I'm concerned — are null and void."

Time will tell whether the other Biden insiders set to testify before the committee in the coming weeks will similarly plead the Fifth.

Ron Klain is set to testify on July 24; Steve Ricchetti on July 30; Mike Donilon on July 31; Bruce Reed on Aug. 5; and Anita Dunn on Aug. 7.

Inner Circle Of Advisors At Center Of Biden Coverup Will Testify Before House Oversight Republicans

Multiple interviews with with senior Biden administration officials have been scheduled

Glenn Beck asked AI to investigate Biden’s shadow presidency — you won’t believe who it named

Jake Tapper's new book, “Original Sin,” and the ongoing investigations into the Biden autopen scandal continue to fuel the growing conviction that President Biden was just the puppet behind a cabal of operatives who ran the country. At this point, even the legacy media, which was complicit in the cover-up of Biden’s cognitive decline, is admitting it.

So who then was in charge of the nation?

Glenn Beck did a little experiment and asked artificial intelligence to “analyze every single claim, speculation, insider report, congressional hearing” related to who was making the decisions in the Biden White House. He also asked it to “speculate on how a deep state president would be set as a cutout”: “What would it take to run the country, and how would you keep it from the American public?”

Its answer was shocking.

The AI platform “said there were two groups of people within the White House that would be needed” to pull off such a scandal — the decision-makers and the cover-up artists.

For the former group, it named Jeff Zients and Ron Klain — both Biden’s White House chief of staff at one point — as likely culprits. It also listed Annie Tomasini, former White House deputy chief of staff and director of Oval Office operations; Neera Tanden, White House domestic policy adviser; and Jake Sullivan, Biden’s U.S. national security adviser, as probable players.

For the suppression squad, AI pinpointed Mike Donilon, a senior Biden adviser, Anthony Bernal, a senior adviser to Jill Biden, Ashley Williams, special assistant to the president and deputy director of Oval Office operations, and Steve Ricchetti, counselor to the president.

Interestingly, when Glenn Beck recently had Congressman James Comer (R-Ky.), chairman of the House Oversight Committee, on the show to discuss his intentions to expose the corruption that took place, he named Neera Tanden, Annie Tomasini, Anthony Bernal, and Ashley Williams as the top people he wanted to talk to.

When Glenn spoke with Lindy Li, a former DNC finance member and Harris campaign surrogate, she expressed anger at the cover-up, naming Jeff Zients and Annie Tomasini as the two people she was most suspicious of.

In December 2024, the Wall Street journal released a damning piece suggesting that President Biden was so mentally compromised, he wasn’t even communicating with major Cabinet members. The piece named Mike Donalin, Steve Ricchetti, Ron Klain, Annie Tomasini, and Jake Sullivan as likely culprits in the cover-up. Then in January 2025, the New York Times published an article arguing that Biden’s inner circle hid his cognitive decline, highlighting Mike Donalin, Steve Ricchetti, Annie Tomasini, and Anthony Bernal.

And finally, just last month, Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson’s book, “Original Sin,” debuted. In the 200+ interviews the duo conducted, the names Mike Donalin, Steve Ricchetti, and Ron Klain came up the most often.

“Sometimes AI is a little bit spooky,” says Glenn, reacting to how the platform aligned perfectly with other reports. However, “We can't go off of AI; we can't go off of hearsay; we can't go off of anything. We need the DOJ, after the Congress has investigated, to then pick it up and investigate themselves with the FBI and then prosecute if there were crimes committed."
