Biden apparently on the cusp of issuing a CLIMATE EMERGENCY — every aspect of your life could change overnight

When did summer time and imminent danger become synonymous?

News flash: it’s hot right now.

Why? Because it’s August, and August means heat — sometimes brutal heat, especially if you live in the South.

But fearmongering climate activists and the Biden administration continue to press the issue that temperatures are higher than ever before and that humanity is on the cusp of a fiery demise if we don’t take radical action.

And by the looks of it, they’re prepared to take radical action.

Apparently, “]Biden] is holding back ... but he may be forced by the members of Congress to issue an emergency declaration, which would affect air travel, car travel, and every aspect of your life,” reports Glenn Beck.

“They love an emergency because an emergency allows for central planning and an exercise of power; it allows them to shape the economy, it allows them to pick winners and losers, it allows them to take people who are socially unacceptable and remove their economic opportunities ... [and] it allows them to control what’s being said on social media,” adds Carol Roth, author of New York Times bestseller “You Will Own Nothing.”

Glenn is also deeply disturbed by conversations revolving around food supply, namely that a national emergency would “give the president access to all of the agricultural bills in the United States, bypass Congress, and become very draconian on agriculture.”

He then plays a clip of John Kerry stating that “we can’t get to net zero ... unless agriculture is front and center as part of the solution.”

“This is so incredibly nefarious — they’re wanting to interfere with the food system,” says Carol.

If there's a better way to produce food that’s not lab-grown meat and manufactured food products, then Glenn is all for it.

“You invent a better mousetrap and people will flock to it,” he says, “but they don’t invent new mousetraps.”

Not to mention this isn’t really about carbon emissions or food production anyway.

“This is truly about control,” Glenn concludes.

Pro-LGBT advocacy group declares state of emergency for LGBTQ+ Americans

The Human Rights Campaign, a pro-LGBT advocacy group, has declared a state of emergency for LGBT people in America.

"LGBTQ+ Americans are living in a state of emergency. The multiplying threats facing millions in our community are not just perceived — they are real, tangible and dangerous. In many cases they are resulting in violence against LGBTQ+ people, forcing families to uproot their lives and flee their homes in search of safer states, and triggering a tidal wave of increased homophobia and transphobia that puts the safety of each and every one of us at risk," HRC President Kelley Robinson said, according to a press release.

"There is an imminent threat to the health and safety of millions of LGBTQ+ people and families, who are living every day in uncertainty and fear," Robinson claimed.

The organization, which supports radical leftist gender ideology, opposes various commonsense state measures around the U.S., such as laws that prohibit performing gender-transition measures on minors and laws that ban boys and men from playing girls' and women's sports.

"Transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming youth in particular have been directly impacted by anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, losing access to life saving medical care, comprehensive and inclusive education, and activities, spaces, and facilities," the press release declares.

Retail giant Target recently faced a wave of criticism for selling pro-LGBT products, including products for kids and a few items from a brand that also sells products with the message "Satan respects pronouns." Target had not been offering the Satan-related items from that brand. In response to the groundswell of negative consumer sentiment, Target announced that it would remove some items, though the company noted that it remained fully supportive of the LGBT movement.

"For more than a decade, Target has offered an assortment of products aimed at celebrating Pride Month. Since introducing this year's collection, we've experienced threats impacting our team members' sense of safety and well-being while at work. Given these volatile circumstances, we are making adjustments to our plans, including removing items that have been at the center of the most significant confrontational behavior. Our focus now is on moving forward with our continuing commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community and standing with them as we celebrate Pride Month and throughout the year," the company said in a statement last month.

But on Monday, the HRC and other groups demanded that Target "release a public statement in the next 24 hours reaffirming their commitment to the LGBTQ+ community," "put Pride merchandise back on the sales floor and online in full," and "ensure safety of team members who are on the front lines."

Celebrity business magnate Elon Musk has publicly decried the practice of performing gender-transition measures on children. In a tweet on Sunday, Musk declared that "'gender-affirming care for minors' is pure evil."

"I will be actively lobbying to criminalize making severe, irreversible changes to children below the age of consent. Shame on those who advocate this! It is utterly contemptible," Musk wrote in a tweet last week.

“@TheRabbitHole84 @jimjimmiejames This is a major problem. I will be actively lobbying to criminalize making severe, irreversible changes to children below the age of consent.

Shame on those who advocate this! It is utterly contemptible.”

Long Island Town Declares ‘State Of Emergency’ To Resist NYC Mayor’s Migrant Dump

'The federal government has now created this crisis, and it’s really undermining our whole city.'

DeSantis declares state of emergency, calls for activation of Florida National Guard due to influx of 'unauthorized aliens'

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has declared a state of emergency related to the arrival of "unauthorized aliens" in Florida.

The executive order calls for activating the Florida National Guard as necessary to handle the emergency.

"Because of the foregoing conditions, I hereby find that the migration of unauthorized aliens to the State of Florida is likely to constitute a major disaster. I therefore declare that a state of emergency exists in the State of Florida," the executive order declares. "I order the Adjutant General to activate the Florida National Guard, as needed, to deal with this emergency."

The move comes as massive numbers of immigrants continue to inundate America's southern border — U.S. Customs and Border Protection reports massive numbers of southwest land border encounters month after month.

Florida has been experiencing immigrants arriving by water. "During the past 24 hours, Border Patrol agents & LE partners responded to 5 migrant landings & encountered 90 Cuban migrants in the Florida Keys. The migrants arrived on rustic vessels & residents notified local authorities," U.S. Border Patrol Miami Sector Chief Patrol Agent Walter N. Slosar tweeted on Friday.

Dry Tortugas National Park, which is to the west of Key West, Florida, was recently closed to public access because of immigrants arriving there, but is slated to reopen January 8.

“Earlier today, the migrants were safely turned over to Border Patrol custody. We will continue to work alongside our interagency partners to apply the appropriate care & ensure the humane processing of these individuals, consistent with our laws.

#Breaking #Update #Cuba #CBP”

DeSantis, a Republican, was recently sworn in for his second term.

"As the negative impacts of Biden's lawless immigration policies continue unabated, the burden of the Biden administration’s failure falls on local law enforcement who lack the resources to deal with the crisis," DeSantis said, according to a press release. "That is why I am activating the National Guard and directing state resources to help alleviate the strain on local resources. When Biden continues to ignore his legal responsibilities, we will step in to support our communities."

Newsom to end California's COVID-19 state of emergency — in February 2023

California's COVID-19 state of emergency will conclude on February 28, 2023, according to a press release from Gov. Gavin Newsom's office.

"Throughout the pandemic, we've been guided by the science and data – moving quickly and strategically to save lives. The State of Emergency was an effective and necessary tool that we utilized to protect our state, and we wouldn't have gotten to this point without it," Newsom said, according to the press release. "With the operational preparedness that we've built up and the measures that we'll continue to employ moving forward, California is ready to phase out this tool."

"While the threat of this virus is still real, our preparedness and collective work have helped turn this once crisis emergency into a manageable situation," California Health and Human Services Agency secretary Dr. Mark Ghaly, said, according to the release.

Newsom, who survived a recall election last year, is currently running for reelection during the state's 2022 gubernatorial contest.

"We finally got Newsom to end the State of Emergency. Oddly, he's scheduled its termination for February," tweeted Republican state Assemblyman Kevin Kiley, one of the individuals who ran for the opportunity to replace Newsom last year. Kiley is currently running for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.

"With hospitalizations and deaths dramatically reduced due to the state’s vaccination and public health efforts, California has the tools needed to continue fighting COVID-19 when the State of Emergency terminates at the end of February, including vaccines and boosters, testing, treatments and other mitigation measures like masking and indoor ventilation," the press release from the governor's office claims. "As the State of Emergency is phased out, the SMARTER Plan continues to guide California’s strategy to best protect people from COVID-19."

Newsom's campaign paid to run pro-choice billboards in other states, including a billboard design that referenced the Bible, a move that was met by a scathing rebuke from California megachurch pastor John MacArthur of Grace Community Church.

Unending ‘Emergency Powers’ Enable Authoritarian Behavior Such As Suspending Elections

The United States will be operating under a falsified state of emergency through yet another hotly contested election.

State of emergency declared in Ontario amid Canadian truckers convoy: 'This is a pivotal, pivotal moment for our nation'

The premier of Ontario declared a state of emergency Friday as the Canadian truckers' convoy protesting COVID-19 restrictions continues to clog roads and bridges in Ottawa and at the U.S. border.

What are the details?

Premier Doug Ford said he will convene the provincial cabinet Saturday to enact orders making it “crystal clear” that it's illegal to block critical infrastructure, the Associated Press reported: “Let me be as clear as I can: there will be consequences for these actions, and they will be severe. This is a pivotal, pivotal moment for our nation.”

Ford said violators will face up to a year in prison and a maximum fine of $100,000, the AP noted, adding that the orders also make it possible to take away "the personal and commercial licenses of anyone who doesn’t comply."

He added that the trucker protest is a "siege" of downtown Ottawa and the Ambassador Bridge, which connects the United States and Canada from Detroit to Windsor, NBC News reported.

"It’s an illegal occupation," Ford also told reporters, the network noted. "This is no longer a protest."

While Ford told protesters to go home, NBC News said he isn't at the point where he'll order police to clear the streets.

"We make the laws. The police enforce the laws," he also said, according the network. "But again we cannot ... have people occupying cities, holding them hostage, holding millions and millions of people hostage to go to their jobs and tens and tens and tens of thousands of people [who] cannot go do their job.”

“This is an unprecedented demonstration. It has significant levels of fundraising, coordination and communication," Ottawa Police Chief Peter Sloly said, according to the AP. "They have command centers established here and across the country and beyond this country."

The protest also has led to shortages of auto parts and forced Ford, General Motors, Toyota, and Honda to close auto plants or cancel shifts, the AP said, adding that Drew Dilkens — the mayor of Windsor who warned earlier this week that some truckers are “willing to die" — planned to ask for an injunction Friday afternoon to attempt to break up the bridge blockade.

Besides the Ambassador Bridge, protesters also have closed two other border crossings: at Coutts, Alberta, which faces Montana; and at Emerson, Manitoba, across from North Dakota, the outlet said.

The protests are impacting other countries far and near. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security said truck protests could be coming this weekend to southern California — just in time for the Super Bowl. And protesters in France drove to Paris on Friday to blockade the city, despite a police ban against such actions.

Anything else?

Sides are being chosen in regard to the protest, and things are getting extreme:

Multiple governors declare state of emergency over gas shortages amid Colonial Pipeline outage

The governors of several Eastern states have declared states of emergencies over gas shortages as the Colonial Pipeline — which supplies 45% of all fuel to the East Coast — remains shut down after being hit with a cyberattack over the weekend.

But officials say the shortages are due to panic-buying, not an actual lack of gas.

What are the details?

On Tuesday, Gov. Roy Cooper (D) of North Carolina, Gov. Brian Kemp (R) of Georgia, and Gov. Ralph Northam (D) of Virginia all declared states of emergency as long lines at pumps and rising gas prices hit their states amid shortages and runs on fueling stations.

Kemp said in a statement:

"Today, I signed an executive order suspending the gas tax in Georgia to help with higher prices as a result of the Colonial cyberattack. We are working closely with Colonial and expect for them to recover by the end of the week," Kemp said, adding, "Unfortunately, extensive media coverage has caused people to panic, which has resulted in higher gas prices."

Newsweek reported that according to "energy data collection website Gas Buddy said that five states—Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia—collectively saw gasoline demand skyrocket more than 40 percent on Monday alone."

On Sunday, the U.S. Department of Transportation announced a regional emergency declaration in response to the cyberattack on the Colonial Pipeline, which the FBI confirmed the next day "was a ransomware attack carried out by criminals belonging to the group known as DarkSide," Fox Business reported.

The Washington Examiner noted that the states impacted by the hack include: Alabama, Arkansas, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said during a media briefing Tuesday that the southeastern states are not experiencing shortages, but rather, are facing a "supply crunch."

"It's not that we have a gasoline shortage," Granholm said, according to KXEL-AM. "It's that we have this supply crunch, and that things will be back to normal soon, and that we're asking people not to hoard."

Granholm added, "We have gasoline. We just have to get it to the right places."

The Secretary of Energy then conceded that getting the pipeline back up and running would be the "the best way" to solve the problem, as the DOT considers interim solutions such as the possibility of using rail to move gas into the southeast.

Critics were quick to note that President Joe Biden canceled the Keystone XL pipeline shortly after taking office.

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey declares state of emergency over border crisis, deploys national guard

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey (R) has issued a Declaration of Emergency and the deployment of National Guard troops to the state's southern border to assist local law enforcement with the overwhelming influx of illegal immigrants pouring into the U.S. from Mexico.

What are the details?

Ducey's office announced the state of emergency Tuesday, saying that "the State will provide up to $25 million in initial funding for the mission" that entails up to 250 guardsmen assisting at border communities by providing medical care in detention centers, installing surveillance cameras, and other services.

The media release noted that U.S. Customs and Border Protection saw more than 170,000 apprehensions at the U.S. southern border in March, nearly 19,000 of which "were unaccompanied children — more than four times the number of kids apprehended in March 2020."

"The situation in our border communities is just as bad—if not worse—than the coverage we've been seeing," the governor said in a statement.

He then hit out at the Biden administration's failure to act on the crisis, saying:

"It's become evidently clear that Arizona needs the National Guard, and the White House is aware of that. Yet, to this day, there has been no action from this administration, and it doesn't look like they are going to act any time soon. If this administration isn't going to do anything, then we will."

Fox News reported that Ducey's move is supported by both the state's Democratic U.S. senators, Kyrsten Sinema and Mark Kelly, who wrote a joint letter urging fellow Democrat President Joe Biden to reimburse their state for the deployment of the Guard.

Sen. Mike Kelly (D) issued a separate statement saying, ""There is a crisis on the border and I have pushed the administration for the additional resources, staffing, transportation, and the testing necessary to provide a secure, orderly process that does not fall on Arizona communities."

"In visiting the Yuma Sector and speaking with Border Patrol and other local leaders, it's clear that their resources and staffing are strained," Kelly continued. "There are important missions that the Arizona National Guard can perform at the border and the governor calling them up will provide assistance to both local law enforcement and the Department of Homeland Security."

Anything else?

Arizona is not the first state to deploy National Guard troops to assist at the southern border.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) deployed the Guard in early March, launching "Operation Lone Star" to respond to the crisis.

The Hill noted:

Former President [Donald] Trump deployed the National Guard to the border in 2018 before declaring an emergency to build the border wall.
Biden ended that emergency order but has kept the Guard presence at the border. The Pentagon said last month that the troop deployment could be extended past an expected fall end date.
