Watch CNN's legal 'experts' embarrass themselves on live TV

If there’s anything we’ve learned in the past few years, it’s that the media-deemed “experts” in any field are usually anything but.

Now, CNN and The Atlantic are touting “legal experts” J. Michael Luttig and Laurence H. Tribe, who are arguing that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment provides that Donald Trump can be prevented from running for president in 2024.

According to Mark Levin, Luttig and Tribe are, simply put, “two knuckleheads.”

The two published an article in The Atlantic titled “The Constitution Prohibits Trump From Ever Being President Again.”

“The former president’s efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, and the resulting attack on the U.S. Capitol, place him squarely within the ambit of the disqualification clause, and he is therefore ineligible to serve as president ever again,” the article reads.

“Of course, these guys used to hate each other's guts, but this is what they come together on,” Levin says, scoffing.

In a segment on CNN, Tribe explains why they believe the Constitution will be what bars Trump from the race, saying that “secretaries of state or other officials” will have to “determine whether, despite his obvious attempt to overturn the 2020 election and engage in insurrection, whether despite that somehow Trump gets to run, the secretaries of state around the country are going to go both ways on that.”

“Whichever way they go, they’ll be challenged in court, and that’ll end up in the Supreme Court, and what it will have to decide is what this language means,” he adds.

Levin notes that while these are the "legal experts" platformed by leftwing publications and media outlets, they’re not the only ones out there. And there are many more who disagree than agree.

“Just so you understand, folks, there are more scholars who say no to this than say yes, but the ones who say yes obviously are promoted by the Jim Acostas and the media,” he says.

Trump RICO case vs. case DOJ SHOULD make against Bidens

There is no one the left wants behind bars more than Donald Trump.

The former president has just been served his fourth criminal indictment by Georgia — but it’s a little different from the others.

It attempts to use racketeering laws to make a RICO case against Trump and many of his allies, in a way that mirrors how the government went after mob families.

Glenn Beck believes it’s “nonsense.”

Glenn explains that some of what the indictment cites are grievances like Trump soliciting a phone number from a Pennsylvania legislator as well as encouraging supporters to watch One America News Network as well as Newsmax.

“I think you get it,” Glenn mocks.

Meanwhile, the Biden crime family is apparently getting away with much more.

Records obtained through subcommittee subpoenas reveal that the Bidens, their family members, and associates have received over $20 million in payments from foreign entities.

While Biden was serving as vice president, a Biden family associate welcomed over $3 million from Romania. On March 1, 2017, less than two months after Biden left public office, a Chinese energy company wired $3 million to the same account.

Glenn Beck is certain there’s much more to worry about regarding what the Bidens have been up to than there is with what Donald Trump has been up to.

“So, wait, you’re getting us on booking a room? You’re getting us for texting a state legislator saying I need the numbers? Really? Okay, all right, I think the five million dollars from China, the eight million total to the family and associates — I think that’s a little bigger,” Glenn says.

Glenn: Why Trump's THIRD INDICTMENT could set a DANGEROUS precedent

President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice has just handed down a charge of criminal misinformation, indicting former president Donald Trump for the third time this year.

Glenn Beck is in disbelief.

“That seemingly made-up crime somehow led to a coordinated assault on the Capitol on January 6,” Beck says, calling this a “game-changing precedent.”

“If Trump is convicted on this — is misinformation now a crime under case law? Are untrue political statements made by politicians or others, in other words 99% of every 99% of everything politicians ever say — is it now a potential crime?” Glenn asks.

Glenn has a lot of questions and wonders if this would affect how media outlets report the news.

“If misinformation is a crime, will they ever go after, let’s say, the Washington Post for the crimes of misinformation that they have done on Hunter Biden?”

“What exactly is on trial here? Is it political speech? Is it lies? Is it anything the regime doesn’t like said, and does it matter who said it?” He asks.

The judge assigned to the case is an Obama appointee named Tanya Chutkan, who is the only judge in D.C. who has handed out sentences to January 6 defendants that were longer than the government requested.

“To say Trump is attending a trial behind enemy lines is an understatement. This is a witch hunt,” Glenn remarks.

Glenn believes that this has very little to do with the past — and much more to do with the future. The future that the Democrats want, to be specific.

“They want to throw him in jail, and all of the people are in place to make this happen. This indictment focuses on events that happened in 2020. But don’t be fooled, this has nothing to do with 2020 and everything to do with 2024.”

The smoke from the White House reveals the fires of Biden’s criminality

Former President Donald Trump has been indicted — again — and Mark Levin is not having it.

Levin believes the Espionage Act used by Biden’s DOJ to indict former President Trump is not only unprecedented but likely wrong.

“Tell me,” Levin says, “how many people have been prosecuted under the Espionage Act since 1917 who were president or vice president up until today? Zero,” Levin says.

However, Trump isn’t the first former president to take classified information with him.

“Lyndon Johnson took classified information with him,” Levin explains. “He had one of his aides keep it. They put it in an envelope. Johnson said, ‘Not till I die give it to my library.’ And then the library got it and they were sitting on it for 50 years, they were told to, involving top secret information about Vietnam and tapping the phone of Richard Nixon.”

But apparently, no one remembers that.

Levin brings up Hillary Clinton as an example as well.

“Hillary Clinton was never investigated for obstruction,” Levin continues, “they didn’t investigate her for perjury and there was plenty of false statements — they didn’t even investigate her for that.”

“The evidence is beyond anything that we’ve seen with a former secretary of State,” he adds.

Even when Bill Clinton kept highly classified information “in his sock drawer” after leaving office, he was met with much less scrutiny.

“Judicial Watch brings a lawsuit and says, ‘Hey, National Archives go get those. We want to see some of those.' So it gets in front of this Clinton judge,” Levin explains.

The judge then reads the law.

Levin says the judge reads “the Presidential Records Act, not the Espionage Act. Or Clinton would be doing 50 years with his wife by now.”

Frustrated, Levin notes that President Joe Biden is “a former segregationist and racist” who is “using the Espionage Act to try and destroy our country.”

Debunking the Donald Trump indictment

Donald Trump just became the first U.S. president to be indicted by the Department of Justice on federal charges, and while many on the left are rejoicing, others see this as a purely political move.

The former president is facing seven counts related to his storage of classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago home.

“Some will say,” Pat Gray begins, “Donald Trump was indicted simply because of political reasons and, uh, wow — it’s true.”

Stu agrees.

He believes that if Donald Trump had been leaking top secret documents to the public like the kid who had leaked information on the Ukrainian war to his friends on Discord, it would be a “real problem.”

However, he also believes that the motivation in the kid's case was attempting to be cool among his friend group.

“I don’t know that this indicates that he should be in prison for the rest of his life, but I could understand why that would be a big story.”

“But, what basically is going on here is Donald Trump was president of the United States. He could see any of these documents. He had all of this information already,” Stu adds.

And no one is accusing Trump of selling the documents to foreign nationals or using them to launch a secret war in another country.

Rather, Stu says that “what they are accusing him of is not giving them back in a timely fashion when they wanted them.”

“What did he put it in the wrong filing cabinet? This is what we’re going to bring a president down on?”

Gray believes the indictment truly is politically motivated.

“They’re trying desperately to stop him from running for president,” he says.

“At this point, I think they’re pretty afraid that he’ll beat them,” Gray adds.

Gray: Trump could face 136 years in prison

Donald Trump has pleaded not guilty to charges that could land him 136 years in prison. The former president would be 212 years old when he got out, if he was found guilty on all accounts.

However, Pat Gray and his co-hosts don’t see that happening.

“His biggest crime is that he’s Donald Trump,” Jeffy says.

Which is exactly what American attorney Jonathan Turley said.

“The Bragg prosecution is the denial of the core legal principle of blind justice. This expensive, drawn-out effort would not have occurred for anyone other than Donald Trump. It is not just selective prosecution, it is exclusive prosecution for Trump and Trump alone.”

Gray agrees, saying, “There is no actual crime. You can pay people to be quiet. You can, it’s legal.”

Despite the cheers from the left over Trump’s arraignment, the media attention the 34 cases brought against Trump is bringing could actually help him in the coming election.

The Babylon Bee wrote in jest, “Donald Trump’s campaign is breaking records thanks to a lavish fundraiser hosted by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and the Democrat party.”

“I love it,” Jeffy responds.

It continues, “Sources say that as Trump arrived at a New York courthouse for the fundraiser this morning, his campaign raised millions from energized citizens eager to support the only presidential candidate indicted by a Soros-funded DA.”

Indictment UPDATE: 5 CHARGES leftists may make against Trump

Tomorrow will be a defining moment in United States history.

President Trump has been indicted by a Manhattan grand jury and will be appearing in court.

Glenn Beck says that the indictment of Trump “makes America a more dangerous place.” He continues, “You’re going to have the tensions just escalate.”

But no one truly knows what case is about to be brought against Trump, so Glenn and Stu have taken some time to discuss the possible “weak” ones we might be hearing about in the near future.

Stu says the Stormy Daniels case is “the worst — the weakest of the four or five cases that are out there.”

“Now that this Stormy Daniels thing has gone forward,” Stu continues, “it makes the other cases more likely to come forward because now they don’t have to deal with that precedent-setting thing.”

Glenn interjects, “They’re gonna indict I think in Georgia, but again, it will be laughable.”

There is discussion that the judge may even issue a gag order, which Glenn calls “insanity.”

“It’s such a problem because if, you know, you have no chance of justice if the justice system is corrupted.”

He continues, “If Donald Trump had done something wrong, if he were in bed with the Russians, we would have absolutely exposed it. It’s important. But if you don’t have fair people that are looking at the facts and really actually calling balls and strikes, the game is meaningless.”

“If you don’t have a fair umpire, the game is meaningless. And that’s all this is turning into: a game.”
