We All Saw Clearly On Sept. 11, 2001 A Battle Between Good And Evil That Still Rages
Once again, we are in a battle too many Americans do not know we are involved in. Our culture has changed as Americans turn away from God.
Today marks the 22nd anniversary of the tragic 9/11 terrorist attacks.
But where is our fearless leader? You’d think he’d be where literally all other presidents have been on 9/11 — at one of the four memorial sites.
But no.
He’s on the opposite side of the country in Anchorage, Alaska, for reasons that probably make zero sense.
“We have the first American president not to commemorate 9/11 from one of the sites,” says Pat Gray in disgust, adding that Biden is just perpetuating his “America last policy.”
“The lack of concern, the lack of empathy, the lack of patriotism, the care for the 9/11 victims’ families — I mean, we're just gonna blow that off now?” he continues.
But it seems Biden isn’t the only one failing to give 9/11 the attention it deserves.
“I've been watching the news since I got here at 1:30 this morning, and I haven't seen a single bit of footage from 9/11,” says Pat.
“They're mentioning 9/11,” clarifies Keith, but “they're just not showing the footage.”
But that’s not good enough for Pat, who thinks the day demands attention and proper commemoration.
“We look back at the horror and the legacy of 9/11” and “think about and remember the deadliest terror attack on U.S. soil ever, and we have this president who doesn't care and is in Anchorage,” he says in utter disbelief.
“He’s not capable of doing anything that you’re proud of or that’s respectful to the nation,” he criticizes.

The 9/11 Tribute Museum, located less than half a mile away from the site of the World Trade Center, has shut its doors permanently, following a significant drop-off in visitors since the COVID lockdowns were lifted.
"Two-thirds of our income revenue annually comes from our earned income from admissions," said Jennifer Adams-Webb, museum co-founder and CEO of the September 11th Families' Association. "We were completely closed for six months in 2020. We had been averaging 300,000 visitors a year … and last year we had a total of 26,000 visitors, so it completely annihilated our earned income."
"There’s no way we’re going to be able to dig out of this at this rate,” she continued. “We need the state or the city to step in with other partners to be able to say, ‘We value you. We want to save this organization,’ but at this point, we can’t continue to dig into a hole."
The announcement has devastated the local community, especially those still personally affected by the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
"It's firsthand knowledge, firsthand experience for the people that come from all around the world to understand what happened here," co-founder Lee Ielpi said. "And again, who better to tell you than those that experienced, that lived it?"
Ielpi, who was once a New York City firefighter, lost his son Jonathan, a fellow NYC firefighter, in the World Trade Center on 9/11.
The 9/11 Tribute Museum was one of two NYC museums dedicated to memorializing the 9/11 attacks. The other museum, the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, is located directly on the property where the Twin Towers once stood. The 9/11 Memorial & Museum remains operational. The 9/11 Tribute Museum, located a few blocks away, has closed.
The invaluable artifacts on display in the Tribute Museum will be rehoused at the New York State Museum in the state capital of Albany, according to reports.
Some have expressed hope that news of the closure will prompt public leaders and/or private donors to finance the museum and keep it solvent so that future generations will better understand what happened on that day. A Change.org petition to support the museum has already gathered almost 35,000 signatures.
On September 11, 2001, Islamic terrorists affiliated with al Qaeda, led at the time by Osama bin Laden, hijacked airliners and intentionally flew them into the Twin Towers in NYC and the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. A fourth hijacked plane was diverted from the hijackers' course by the flight crew and airplane passengers. It crashed to the ground in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
Nearly 3,000 people died in the attacks, and several thousand others were injured. The 21st anniversary of the event is just a few weeks away.
America changed forever 20 years ago this morning.
Nearly 3,000 Americans tragically died when Al Qaeda terrorists hijacked four airliners and crashed them into symbols of American power: The Twin Towers in New York City and the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Brave Americans aboard United Airlines Flight 93 thwarted a fourth attack believed to be headed for the U.S. Capitol building or the White House. That plane crashed in rural Pennsylvania when passengers rushed the terrorists in the Boeing 757's flight deck.
The full-throttled response of the American military to the attack resulted in thousands of more American deaths, while even more Americans have died of illnesses and cancers related to 9/11 than actually died in the attacks themselves.
Today, we remember all of those people and their families.

America is now two decades removed from Sept. 11, 2001, and an entire generation of Americans have no memory of that day or the significance 9/11 plays in the American consciousness.
But we must never forget.
We must always remember the victims and continue tell their stories. We must remember The Falling Man, the first responders, and the way in which Americans rallied together in the aftermath of the cowardly attacks. We must remember how we felt when we heard then-President George W. Bush, while standing on rubble at Ground Zero, tell first responders, unable to hear him, that the world hears us.
"I can hear you. The rest of the world hears you— and the people who knocked these buildings down will hear all of us soon."

The Founding Fathers envisioned America to be a beacon of hope, a place of independence and freedom, where everyone has opportunity to succeed and forge a flourishing life for themselves and their families.
Terrorists attacked those ideals when they attacked us. And while they may have succeeded in knocking down buildings, they ultimately failed in their mission to destroy America.
In the face of great evil, Americans demonstrated our great resolve.
From the ashes where terrorists attacked rose unity, hope, resilience, compassion, generosity, strength, fortitude, and everything that makes America great.
Today, 20 years later, we remember the victims, we remember the first responders, and we remember the U.S. service members who have died fighting to defend our freedoms. But let us also remember that American spirit, our common bond, and the love that held us together in the face of unspeakable tragedy.
The New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) has announced the identification of two more people who perished due to the heinous September 11, 2001 terror attacks on the World Trade Center.
"Dorothy Morgan is the 1,646th person and a man whose name is being withheld at the request of his family is the 1,647th person to be identified through ongoing DNA analysis of unidentified remains recovered from the disaster that claimed the lives of 2,753 people," according to the OCME.
"The identification of Dorothy Morgan was confirmed through DNA testing of remains recovered in 2001. The identification of the unnamed man was confirmed through DNA testing of remains recovered in 2001, 2002, and 2006," the news release noted. "The two identifications are the first new identifications of World Trade Center victims since October 2019. Some 1,106 victims, or 40% of those who died, remain unidentified."
The announcement comes ahead of the two-decade anniversary of the horrific terror attacks.
On that day 20 years ago, hijackers flew airplanes into the Twin Towers in New York City and into the Pentagon in Washington D.C. Both of the Twin Towers eventually collapsed.
Passengers aboard another hijacked plane fought back and that aircraft went down in a field Pennsylvania, around 20 minutes by air from the nation's capital city.
"Twenty years ago, we made a promise to the families of World Trade Center victims to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes to identify their loved ones, and with these two new identifications, we continue to fulfill that sacred obligation," Chief Medical Examiner of the City of New York Dr. Barbara A. Sampson said in a statement. "No matter how much time passes since September 11, 2001, we will never forget, and we pledge to use all the tools at our disposal to make sure all those who were lost can be reunited with their families."
FACT CHECK: Biden just LIED about being at Ground Zero the day after 9/11 happened
Yesterday, on the 22nd anniversary of 9/11, Joe Biden visited Alaska. Why? Apparently, that’s just where he chose to commemorate the day.
It makes no sense whatsoever, especially when you consider that the site of the tragedy is on the opposite side of the country. But who can possibly understand the logic of Grandpa Joe?
To make matters worse, Biden lied at the commemoration ceremony.
“Ground Zero, New York. ... I remember standing there the next day,” he mumbles. “I felt like I was looking through the gates of hell.”
*insert loud, annoying buzzer sound*
WRONG.
He was not at Ground Zero the day after 9/11 took place, and there are “so many ways to prove it,” says Keith Malinek.
On September 12, 2001, “[Biden] was in Washington, D.C., doing the Senate vote, then they had a Senate meeting at two o'clock in the afternoon, [and] then he was doing 'Charlie Rose' that night,” explains Pat, who can’t get over what a “stinking liar” Biden is.
“He can’t tell the truth — it’s impossible,” he says in utter disbelief.
What’s perhaps even more frustrating is that Biden did visit Ground Zero on September 20, 2001— only nine days after the tragedy. So why can’t he just tell the truth?
Whether it’s intense senility or a pathological lying condition that’s got Biden’s facts mixed up, the point is he’s unfit for the role in which he serves.
