Federal judge tries to protect USAID from being dismantled by DOGE

Activist judges are ramping up their attacks on the Trump administration, as Maryland District Judge Theodore Chuang is attempting to keep Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency from cutting wasteful spending in USAID.

Chuang has ordered the Trump administration to stop dismantling USAID, claiming the effort to shut it down likely violates the Constitution. He went on to say that the actions harm not only the plaintiffs but also the public interest because they “deprive the public’s elected representatives in Congress of their congressional authority to decide whether, when, and how to close down the agency created by Congress.”

Chuang also claimed that “the court finds the defendants' actions taken to shut down USAID on an accelerated basis, including its apparent decision to permanently close USAID headquarters without the approval of a duly appointed USAID officer, likely violated the U.S. Constitution in multiple ways.”

“This is just so crazy to me,” Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” comments. “The lengths that these Obama-appointed judges, in most cases they are Obama-appointed, will go to try to prevent President Trump and Elon, who they call the ‘first buddy,’ which I think is so cute, from literally helping the American taxpayers.”

“I would say that's 100% in the public interest, and they don’t want it to happen,” she adds.

BlazeTV contributor Jaco Booyens couldn’t agree more — but thinks it's a good thing people like Chuang are making their case.

“They are showing you who to get rid of. It’s as simple as that. I want more of them to come out with it, I want more of them to be activists and be vocal about it, and they need to be fired or replaced or whatever it takes to get them out. It’s as simple as that,” Booyens says.

CENSORSHIP ALERT: Is Texas about to BAN political memes?

In an Orwellian move by former Speaker of the Texas House Rep. Dade Phelan (R), a bill has been filed that would criminalize political expression in Texas.

House Bill 366 would make it a crime to distribute altered media, including political memes, without a government-approved disclaimer. Violators of the proposed bill could face up to a year in jail for a political meme.

“Wait, I thought we wanted less government here in the state of Texas?” Sara Gonzales asks on “Come and Take It.” “I feel personally attacked. I’m not going to lie, I feel like this was written because Dade Phelan wants me in jail.”

The bill specifically targets political advertising that features an image, audio recording, or video recording of an office holder's or candidate's appearance, speech, or conduct that did not occur in reality.

This includes media altered using generative artificial intelligence technology.

“So like you can use AI to make any sort of memes, any sort of pictures, as ridiculous as they may be,” Gonzales says. “It doesn’t say, ‘Hey, if this is satire, you get a pass.’ This doesn’t say, ‘Hey, if this is so ridiculously absurd that any reasonable person would know that it’s clearly satire, that it is clearly made up, that it is clearly photoshopped’ — it doesn’t give a pass for any of that.”

Representative Phelan said in response to criticism, “I’m not coming for your memes. If you like your memes, you can keep your memes. This has nothing to do with X or Facebook or anything on social media.”

But Gonzales isn’t buying it.

“It’s just that the TEC general counsel James Tinley blatantly said that social media posts would be covered under this communist China-style law,” she says, noting that Phelan’s response was a play on something Barack Obama once said.

“‘If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor, if you like your health care, you can keep your health care,’” Gonzales says. “So obviously, a throwback to that line. It’s just cute because in the same way that Obama was lying when he said that, Dade Phelan is also lying when he says, ‘If you like your memes, you can keep your memes.’”

“So the irony is not lost on me,” she adds.

Bud Light is trying to SUE conservative competitor out of business

When Bud Light decided to partner with social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney, Anheuser-Busch’s sales understandably plummeted.

Which is why Seth Weathers founded Conservative Dad’s Ultra Right Beer company, with the goal of creating a drink that doesn’t bow down to woke ideology. However, his company is now being sued — simply because it has the word “Ultra” in its name.

Anheuser-Busch claims the reason for the lawsuit is that this could be “confusing.”

“Who the hell wants to give your money to go drink beer that tastes like piss, if we can just be honest, and at the same time, you know you’re giving it to a company who hates you and instead wants to embrace someone like Dylan Mulvaney,” Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” comments.

“I’m having a little bit of trouble understanding,” she continues, asking Weathers, “What could be confusing about your beer? It’s called ‘Ultra Right.’”

“The reality is,” Weathers explains, “they’ve really had it out against us since that time. And I can see why.”

“What we filed for a trademark is the full phrase ‘Conservative Dad's Ultra Right.’ They are saying that that can be confused with the trademark Michelob Ultra, which is one of their other brands,” he says.

“I can assure you, no one confuses our beer with whatever’s in their can,” he continues, adding, “They know that this is not a winnable case.”

However, winning may not be the point. It could be years before they go to trial, and in that time, there will be a lot of work that needs to be done with lawyers.

“Their goal is just to bleed us dry financially. They wanted to be as far away from their scandal as possible, and so there’s a certain amount of time that they could file opposition to our trademark, so they waited until the last that you could file, and filed for an extension, which is allowed,” he explains.

“And then they waited till the last day of the extension to actually file their case,” he continues, adding, “They were hoping people had forgotten about it, forgotten about us, and it would just go under the radar.”

Steve Baker drops Blaze News exclusive UNMASKING J6 infiltrator

In his latest exclusive, Blaze Media investigative journalist Steve Baker shined a light on a mysterious man named Aaron Black (real name Aaron Minter), dubbed “Nancy Pelosi’s fixer.” Baker exposed Black as a shady Democrat operative and seasoned provocateur who specializes in sabotaging Trump events.

Originally Black said he wasn’t at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, when the riot broke out, but pictures suggest otherwise.

Was he a key figure in the chaos on January 6?

Steve joins Sara Gonzales on “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” to unpack his investigation.

“[Black] is not the only one that was involved, and we don't know every single thing that he did, but when you start taking all of the pieces and you bring them together, and then that mosaic comes together,” says Baker, noting that it took him seven months just to investigate Black.

One aspect of Black that remains a mystery is his seemingly random name change.

“He goes by Black, and we don't know why,” says Baker, adding that Black is one of “several aliases.”

“He’s really good at scraping his existence from the internet,” he adds.

But in the end, Black’s digital scrubbing wasn’t enough to stop Baker and co-author Joe Hanneman from digging up dirt.

“We went into the dark web; we went into the Wayback Machine; we did everything we could to go back and find these photos that he would like to not be out there,” Baker tells Sara.

Their research took them “through [Black’s] known career path from Occupy Wall Street … up until 2016 where he's caught on a Project Veritas sting admitting that it was his guys that started the violence at a 2016 Trump campaign rally in Chicago,” an event that was so violent that it had to be canceled.

“Fast-forward another few years, and all of a sudden his letterhead says … Senior Political Adviser @TeamPelosi,” says Baker, pointing to an old profile picture of Black and Nancy Pelosi, who’s literally caressing his face and gazing at him lovingly.

While we don’t know exactly the role Black played in the January 6 Capitol attacks, we know for certain that “he is a left-wing DNC Marxist street organizer” who has admitted such.

Couple this information with the fact that Nancy Pelosi was captured on video taking responsibility for January 6, the “confidential human sources who were dispersed in the crowd,” and the people who were given “a guided tour around the Capitol by Capitol Police,” and it’s looking more and more like a fedsurrection rather than an insurrection.

Conservatives targeted! SWAT teams unleashed on media figures

The last couple of days have seen an exponential rise in media personalities getting “swatted” — and almost all of them happen to be conservative.

Thankfully, the new FBI Director Kash Patel is taking action.

“I want to address the alarming rise in ‘Swatting’ incidents targeting media figures. The FBI is aware of this dangerous trend, and my team and I are already taking action to investigate and hold those responsible accountable,” Patel said in a post on X.

“This isn’t about politics—weaponizing law enforcement against ANY American is not only morally reprehensible but also endangers lives, including those of our officers. That will not be tolerated,” he continued, adding the agency will be cracking down on the crimes.

“There’s a very clear, targeted wave of harassment directed at conservative influencers,” Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” comments, noting that Benny Johnson, Catturd, Gunther Eagleman, Shawn Farash, Joe Pagliarulo, and Chase Geiser are among those who have been targeted.

In a video, Geiser, who works for Infowars, shared, that a SWAT team showed up at his house in the middle of the night. He was ordered out of his own home and forced to put his hands up. Pagliarulo, known as Joe Pags, discussed his own swatting on his radio show “The Joe Pags Show.”

“I’ve got a video of this guy with a rifle at my door, like holding it, ready to use it. And I called 911. That was the right answer. And I said ‘This is my address, this is who I am, radio, television, talk show host, so some would say public figure, I think I’m being swatted, are you guys at my house?’” Pags explained.

“About two seconds later, she said, ‘Yes, we are. Got a report of this, this, this, and this, dogs were shot, people were bleeding, people were hiding,’ and none of that was true,” he continued.

“Seems to be kind of par for the course with all of these incidents, is that they say, ‘We got a call that you yourself were threatening to kill your own family or that your whole family was dead in there, and we needed to come in,’” Gonzales tells guest Breanna Morello.

“My heart bleeds for them, because when you have young kids in your house, and this is what’s happening outside your front door, and your father, you know, from the kids' perspective, is being dragged out and putting cuffs and put on the side of the street, I mean, it’s a horrifying situation,” Morello says.

Dave Weldon speaks the TRUTH about vaccines; gets pulled from CDC nomination

Doctor Dave Weldon was Donald Trump’s pick to be CDC director — but he was pulled from the nomination for previous comments he made regarding vaccines.

Weldon was a former congressman who introduced the Vaccine Safety and Public Confidence Assurance Act in 2007, where he stated several issues relating to vaccine safety.

“Several issues relating to vaccine safety have persisted for years. The response from public health agencies has been largely defensive from the outset, and studies have been plagued by conflicts of interest. Legitimate questions persist regarding the possible association between the mercury-based preservative, thimerosal, and the childhood epidemic of neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs), including autism,” Weldon wrote in the introduction of his act.

“I find this very hard to believe,” Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” comments, noting that the same year, Weldon cosponsored legislation with a Democrat to ban Mercury from vaccines, specifically thimerosal.

Thimerosal is 50% mercury and still remains in some childhood vaccines — particularly the flu shot.

“You look at this, and you look at what he was concluding, which is, ‘Hey, we should be careful with our children,’” Gonzales says, recalling the protocol American families used to follow when a thermometer breaks.

“I remember when I was little, and we had a thermometer that fell on the floor and broke. It was glass, it broke, and everyone in the house was like, ‘Don’t touch it, don’t leave the room, don’t go in here, we’ve got to get gloves, we’ve got to handle it very carefully,’” she says.

“We had that protocol when it was on the ground, and you might touch it, but injecting it into a newborn somehow, totally OK,” she continues.

And the epidemic of autism has only gotten worse since Weldon initially sounded the alarm.

In 2000, one in 150 children was diagnosed with autism. By 2020, the number was one in 36.

“I would say that that’s enough to question. Same thing that Dave Weldon is saying. ‘Hey, maybe we should look at this guys, maybe it’s a bad idea to put something like mercury in vaccines that you’re injecting into young humans,’” Gonzales says.

“Now all of a sudden, we have to figure out who takes Dave Weldon’s spot now,” she continues, adding, “We are in the driver seat now, we are perfectly positioned to finally, I don’t even want to say, solve the health crisis because it’s going to take more than four years to do that, but to at least put us in a good spot to do that.”

Rosie O'Donnell moves to Ireland to spite Trump; claims America has no 'equal rights'

When Donald Trump secured the presidency in 2016, Hollywood celebrities vowed to leave the country — but very few, if any — kept their promise.

This time, they’re finally making good on it.

“I’m here in Ireland, and it’s beautiful and warm. Not physically, it’s actually quite cold. I moved here on January 15, and it’s been pretty wonderful, I have to say. The people are so loving, and so kind, so welcoming, and I’m very grateful,” actress Rosie O’Donnell said in a selfie video posted to social media.

“I’m in the process of getting my Irish citizenship, as I have Irish grandparents. I was never someone who thought I would move to another country. That’s what I decided would be the best for myself and my 12-year-old child,” she continued, before getting political.

“I miss so many things about life there at home, and when you know, it is safe for all citizens to have equal rights there in America, that’s when we will consider coming back,” she concluded.

While Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” could care less that O’Donnell has fled the country, she does wonder what “equal rights” O’Donnell feels she has lost.

“What rights do you not have? I wish they would just name one. You always hear that talking point, but I haven’t heard what the right is that you’re saying that you don’t have. That never comes after that,” Gonzales says.

“The right to have totalitarian control,” Dallas County GOP Chairman Lt. Col. Allen West says, joking, but serious.

“That has to be it,” Gonzales agrees. “I’m so sorry that Donald Trump is cleaning up the streets, arresting violent criminals, and deporting violent criminals.”

“Did you see that inflation graph from today on CNN, Rosie? That’s going way down. Yeah, it’s terrible that he’s like eliminating fraud and corruption from the government, saving Americans tax dollars,” she continues.

While O’Donnell seems thrilled with her decision, her move was put on blast — and even laughed at by Ireland’s prime minister.

“Ireland is known for very happy, fun-loving people, great attitude, many in this room right now,” White House correspondent Brian Glenn said to the prime minister as he met with President Trump.

“Why in the world would you let Rosie O’Donnell move to Ireland if she’s going to lower your happiness levels?” Glenn asked.

“It’s true,” Trump responded, adding, “Thank you, I like that question,” as the prime minister laughed.

Two-faced Democrats push for shutdown to spite Donald Trump

The most recent continuing resolution spending bill has been highly praised by President Donald Trump — but not every Republican is falling in line.

Representative Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) has stood up against more government spending, which has now led to Trump calling Massie out on Truth Social.

Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered,” while usually on the same page as Massie, is having a hard time agreeing with him on this one.

“We are now at a crossroads,” Gonzales comments. “They’re going to need to make a decision on what to do in order to fund the programs that they’re doing now, which do include mass deportations, ICE crackdowns, DOGE going through all of these agencies and rooting out waste and fraud and corruption.”

“Before it was the Democrats just using our money like monopoly money, funding drag shows in Peru or whatever they were doing, and now I can at least say, like, you know what if the money goes to North Carolinians who have no homes because of a hurricane? I’m OK with that,” she continues.

While Trump faces opposition from Massie, it’s nothing compared to the opposition from the Democrats who are waving their hypocrisy like a flag.

“Democrats were always the ones when it was your toy money that they were playing with, sending it to everywhere else except this country. They were like, ‘We can never shut down the government, that would be the worst thing ever,’” Gonzales says, before playing clips of Democrats like Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, and AOC claiming a government shutdown would end horrendously for the American people.

“That was their position when they were doing literally nothing for the American people, and not even protecting you,” she continues. “They were doing the opposite. They were making you less safe through every single policy.”

“We’re deporting criminals, we’re eliminating waste, we’re actually making things right in this country again,” she says, adding, “And so for me, I’m like listen, if we can just continue and where there’s no raise in spending and we can keep doing the good work that he’s done, you’re kind of hamstringing him to not allow him to do that.”

Trump wins again: Illegal immigrants begin to self-deport

The CBP One app was previously used during the Joe Biden administration to streamline and facilitate illegal immigration — but President Donald Trump has flipped the entire thing on its head.

After hijacking and repurposing the app, Trump and border czar Tom Homan have made sure it now only helps illegal immigrants to self-deport rather than self-import.

“It was so easy,” Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” comments. “They could just go on to these phones that were provided to them by the United States government and just set up a time to just check in with them so that they could just illegally cross in easier.”

“And then, at the very end, they didn’t even have to physically do it face to face, they could actually just tell them on the CBP One app, ‘I promise it’s me, I’m here, just go ahead and mark me as present,’” she explains.

Under the Trump administration, the app is now called the “CBP Home app” and now has been redesigned to facilitate the self-deportation of illegal immigrants rather than bringing them in.

“The Biden Administration exploited the CBP One app to allow more than 1 million aliens to illegally enter the United States. With the launching of the CBP Home app, we are restoring integrity to our immigration system,” DHS secretary Kristi Noem said in a statement.

“The CBP Home app gives aliens the option to leave now and self-deport, so they may still have the opportunity to return legally in the future and live the American dream. If they don’t, we will find them, we will deport them, and they will never return,” she added.

And it’s already working.

“There are record amounts of people just self-deporting,” Gonzales says. “They’re like, ‘We don’t want to go that way, we will just go out on our own terms.’”

Elon Musk thinks he knows who's REALLY behind the X cyberattack

In the past month, Elon Musk has faced some serious drama.

First, the very public conflict with his reported baby mama Ashley St. Clair, then arsonists and protesters setting their sights on Tesla dealerships, and now the social media platform X is under attack.

“There was (still is) a massive cyberattack against X. We get attacked every day, but this was done with a lot of resources. Either a large, coordinated group and/or a country is involved. Tracing …” Musk wrote in a post on X.

“There is a group that’s already taken responsibility for it. Now, whether or not that is the case, it remains to be seen,” Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” says, noting that the claim could just be a cheap media stunt.

“Like, ‘Yes, it was us, we did it, we did it,’” Gonzales mocks.

The group is a pro-Palestinian hacker group who call themselves Dark Storm Team. In a public Telegram post, they claimed responsibility for a DDOS attack on the platform. They’re previously known for targeting countries and entities that support Israel's attack on Gaza.

However, Musk isn’t buying it, telling Larry Kudlow in an interview on Fox News that the hackers had “IP addresses originating in the Ukraine area.”

Gonzales doesn’t buy it either.

“If you dig into some of their history and what they’ve been about with their hacking expertise, I guess you would say, which like, guys, get a real job,” she explains, “you find a bunch of political motives and also pro-Hamas history.”

“But then it’s like, would a group that nobody has heard of really be capable without the help of insiders or another country’s government? I personally have a hard time believing that,” she adds.
