See it: Woody Harrelson sports RFK Jr. hat while posing for photo with the presidential candidate's celebrity wife

Actress Cheryl Hines, the wife of Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., posted of herself posing with actor Woody Harrelson, who can be seen in the shot sporting a "KENNEDY 2024" hat.

"Great seeing you Woody," Hines wrote, adding several heart emojis as well as the hashtags #friends, #hats, and #rfkjr.

The comments on Hines' post were mixed.

"Omg! Woody? He's absolutely lost it! I thought he was better than that!" one person wrote.

"Woody, you're smarter than that!" someone else responded.

"I guess they were right about impaired judgement from smoking too much weed," someone else commented.

"See this makes me happy!!! Of course Woody would be a supporter!!!" someone else wrote.

"All the cool people love RFK and Cheryl!" another commenter wrote.

While Kennedy and Marianne Williamson are both running against President Joe Biden for the Democratic Party's presidential nomination, polling indicates that Biden has an enormous lead over his competitors and is positioned to coast to a primary victory.

Kennedy has pointed out the need to secure the U.S. border.

"The reason for strong border control is not xenophobia, bigotry, or hate. The reason is humanitarian conscience," Kennedy noted in a post on X.

"Democrats and Republicans can agree that the humanitarian nightmare that has resulted from essentially handing immigration policy to the drug cartels is unacceptable. We need to take back control," he declared. "Ruthless criminal cartels have woven drugs, immigration, and human trafficking together into a multi-billion dollar business," he noted. "Biden administration policy has greatly exacerbated the situation. The border is out of control. Immigration is being administered by the cartels, not our government," he wrote.

Woody Harrelson's 'Saturday Night Live' COVID monologue riles elites; Musk calls it 'based'

Woody Harrelson's "Saturday Night Live" monologue garnered instant backlash and praise over commentary hinting at government's collusion with media and the medical industry to require COVID vaccines.

"So the movie goes like this," 61-year-old Harrelson begins. "The biggest drug cartels in the world get together and buy up all the media and all the politicians and force all the people in the world to stay locked in their homes. And people can only come out if they take the cartel's drugs and keep taking them over and over."

Harrelson set up the bit by joking about a script he was reading in 2019 in Central Park while smoking marijuana.

He concluded the joke with, "I threw the script away. I mean, who was going to believe that crazy idea? Being forced to do drugs? I do that voluntarily all day."

Twitter CEO Elon Musk was quick to add his thoughts as social media approached meltdown over Harrelson's routine.

"So based. Nice work @nbcsnl!" Musk tweeted.

Musk used a bullseye target emoji to respond to a post by @KanekoaTheGreat. @KanekoaTheGreat had joked about media's apparent hypocrisy in its own response to Harrelson's joke.

Musk also responded to users @EndWokeness and @ImMeme0 who commented on the media's instant, negative response to Harrelson suggesting media had colluded with government and the medical industry.

"Maybe they don't realize that their propaganda is wrong?" Musk tweeted.

Rolling Stone was out at 12:37 a.m. Sunday morning with a piece blasting Harrelson's monologue as "bizarre." In the piece, the author says Harrelson has a "history of strange anti-science remarks during the COVID pandemic."

The outlet tweeted about Harrelson's joke, saying it amounted to spreading "conspiracy theories."

Rolling Stone was joined by multiple left-leaning outlets in panning Harrelson's monologue. Others included Variety, the Daily Beast, and HuffPost. The tenor of the pieces was negative, and cast Harrelson's jokes as "anti-vax."

A native Texan and long time advocate of marijuana decriminalization, 61-year-old Harrelson was cast as character Woody on "Cheers" in 1982. He later starred in many hit films including "Doc Hollywood," "White Men Can't Jump," "Indecent Proposal," "No Country for Old Men," and "The Hunger Games."

Harrelson's latest film, "Champions," is coming to theaters on March 10, Movie Insider reports.

Woody Harrelson tells Bill Maher who 'the LAST people I would trust with my health' are

Bill Maher sat down with actor Woody Harrelson on his podcast “Club Random" to talk about everything from Woody's many "bromances" to why he doesn't trust Big Pharma or big government.

Maher brought up the Hulu series "Dopesick," which is based on the nonfiction book by the same name and alleges that pharmaceutical companies and various government agencies were involved in the development, testing, and marketing of OxyContin, a highly addictive opioid that has killed hundreds of thousands of people.

"So [if] the pharmaceutical industry is capable of that," Maher said. "Wouldn't there be something in, like, suggesting maybe more boosters than were necessary?"

"Some people are still getting boosted right up to this very day," Harrelson noted. "And I find it ironic because I think ... most Americans would not normally trust the government with helping them, you know. Like what does the government actually do to help you?”

“They don't trust the CDC, Americans. We have the polling on it," Maher stated.

“Okay, so here's the CDC promoting that we have to do all of these things, right? I just, I don't like profiteering in war, you know? Think of the billions of dollars that have gone to Big Pharma. But I was getting back to my original point. The last people I would trust with my health is Big Pharma and Big Government because neither one of those strike me as caring entities," Harrelson added.

On “The Rubin Report” Tuesday, BlazeTV host Dave Rubin — who will be joining Maher's "Club Random" podcast for a two-hour uncensored conversation this week — played a video clip of the conversation and reacted with: "Pothead Woody from 'Cheers' making some sense, going the libertarian route!"
