Where’s the outrage?! This whistleblower's vaccine injury lawsuit demands national attention
In 2021, Deborah Conrad, a physician assistant from Rochester, New York, was fired from her role at Rochester Regional Health’s United Memorial Medical Center.
Deborah’s crime?
Doing her job.
When she noticed adverse events following COVID-19 vaccination in her patients, she reported it to VAERS — the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. Federal regulations, including Emergency Use Authorization requirements for COVID-19 vaccines like Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna, mandate that health care providers report specific adverse events to VAERS.
But when Deborah fulfilled her lawful duty, she was terminated.
Today, she is neck-deep in a landmark False Claims Act lawsuit against her former employer, challenging institutional suppression of reporting. Her case has thankfully reached the discovery phase, where evidence will be gathered to expose potential violations and seek justice for her retaliatory dismissal.
On a recent episode of “Back to the People,” Nicole Shanahan sat down with Deborah to hear a story that demands national attention.
In December 2020, the first COVID-19 vaccines hit the market, but they were initially reserved for high-risk individuals, especially the elderly, as that was considered the most vulnerable group.
Deborah immediately began noticing that several of her geriatric patients experienced deadly falls shortly after receiving the vaccine. “They would pass out and fall, hit their head, develop brain bleeds, strokes, acute mental status changes, heart attacks, sudden heart failure. I mean, the list just goes on and on, and the proximity to which they received the vaccine and then the onset of these symptoms often was within sometimes minutes to overnight,” she tells Nicole.
She explains that she and the staff at United Memorial Medical Center “did not receive any education about any possible side effects or what to do if [they] saw them happening,” nor were they trained to use the VAERS system, despite it being a legal requirement. Even their formal training ignored vaccine side effects.
“We are basically told they are safe and effective and to memorize the childhood vaccine schedule and that's it. And so it's ingrained in us from our training to never look at vaccines in any negative light,” she says.
Not knowing what to do about the obvious issues she was seeing in her patients, Deborah set out to find answers. “I went online and found the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System and read all about it and taught myself how to file reports. … I then went and volunteered to be the reporting liaison and the educator for our system,” she says.
Initially, Deborah was rewarded for her above-and-beyond efforts. She was even “nominated by the New York State Society of Physician Assistance to sit on the board for professional misconduct for the state.”
But then things took a sharp turn.
Even though it required hours of her time to dig into medical records, take calls back from the CDC, and fill out pages of information for each case, Deborah continued to faithfully file VAERS reports for the sake of her patients and the millions of people across the country taking the vaccine.
“I've probably filed … close to 300 reports. I certainly think I am the person in the country that has filed the most VAERS reports at this point — really,” she says.
Sadly, none of Deborah’s reports have resulted in her patients receiving compensation — even the most well-documented and clear-cut cases.
Over time, Deborah started getting pushback from superiors who accused her of being anti-vaccine. They pelted her with questions, like “How do you know this is due to the COVID vaccine?” even though VAERS requires medical providers to report serious side effects that accompany vaccine administration, even if they think the events are unrelated.
“We're just mandatory reporters, as we are in child abuse situations, right? We're not there to judge who's abusing the child or determine that. That's not our job,” says Deborah.
But even though she explained the legal requirements and stressed the pre-eminence of patient safety to her supervisors, “the gaslighting just kept continuing.” They repeatedly labeled her “an anti-vaxxer” and told her to “toe the company line.”
But Deborah didn’t ease up. Having no support in the hospital, she began filing reports on her days off for both her own patients and the patients of other staff members, all while continuing to pressure supervisors to put a system in place.
One of her supervisors eventually elevated her concerns to higher-ups at Rochester Regional Health. “That's when the suppression really started,” says Deborah. Her VAERS reports were silently audited, and she was reprimanded for “over-reporting,” even though every report she filed matched “the exact criteria on VAERS.”
As a punishment, her supervisors limited the number of reports Deborah could file to just her own patients. When she demanded confirmation that other staff members were filing VAERs reports for their own patients, reminding her supervisors that failing to do so was “committing fraud,” she was met with resistance.
“They basically said, ‘It's not your business,”’ she recounts.
“And I said, ‘No, it is my business. … This is a criminal problem here — like you are billing for these vaccines, you are saying you are completing VAERS reports and you're not, and if I know about it and I do nothing about it, then I'm just as guilty.”’
When it was clear that she would get no support from her supervisors, Deborah contacted the CDC, the FDA, the New York State Department of Health, and the New York State accrediting body and was finally able to get some legal help. She even went public with her concerns.
If anything, this only expedited her termination. After months of being called an anti-vaxxer, accused of spreading vaccine misinformation, and receiving threats to file a petition for her license removal, Deborah was surrounded by HR reps from Rochester Regional Health during the middle of her shift on October 6, 2021, and fired.
“I wasn't allowed to get my things,” she says.
“My health insurance was canceled. I couldn't apply for unemployment. They even fought me in being able to get my benefit time off that they owed me.”
Today, Rochester Regional Health is claiming the corporation fired Deborah for refusing to get the vaccine, which was required for medical staff, but its case is shaky, as she was in the process of obtaining “a valid and approved religious exemption” when she was fired.
Thankfully, with her case now in the discovery phase and strong evidence of institutional suppression, Deborah has a promising chance of proving that her termination was retaliatory for her whistleblowing efforts to uphold patient safety.

BOMBSHELL: Senator PROVES Biden administration’s loyalty to pharma
Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson (R) dropped a bombshell report about the Biden administration’s knowledge of the COVID-19 vaccine side effects — and what officials didn’t do to fix the problem.
“After facing four years of the Biden administration’s efforts to undermine the public’s access to information, my oversight work, I immediately issued a subpoena to HHS when I became chairman of this committee,” Johnson said.
“The subpoena records I’m releasing today, which are discussed in the interim report, do not contain FOIA redactions and will finally provide the public a more complete understanding of the Biden administration’s awareness of the risks of myocarditis following COVID-19 injection,” he continued.
According to his records, Israeli health officials notified the CDC on February 28, 2021, of “large reports of myocarditis particularly in young people following the administration of the Pfizer vaccine.”
Then, on April 12, 2021, a DOD consultant raised concerns to the CDC and FDA officials about their “ability to monitor and track cardiac-related adverse events.” Around the same time, Johnson reported that “CDC officials discussed safety signals for myocarditis” with mRNA vaccines based on DOD and Israeli data.
The response from the government was to do nothing.
“By the end of April 2021, just four months into COVID injection, Vaers was already reporting 2,926 deaths worldwide within 30 days of injection, with 46% of those deaths occurring on day zero, one, or two following injection,” Johnson explained.
Johnson went on to explain that he was being censored when he attempted to talk about it, and when he finally had a meeting with the head of the NIH, Dr. Francis Collins, he asked about the deaths.
Collins reportedly admitted that six deaths were caused by the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, but then told Johnson of the other few thousand, “Senator, people die.”
BlazeTV host Steve Deace is horrified.
“If you were given complete choice and autonomy in this transaction,” Deace says, “you could just look at it that way and say, ‘Well, hey, I’m in a high-risk group for COVID, 92% chance, and within that, I won’t have any adverse event.’ Then you can look at the individual strata and say, ‘Well, how many people died, how many people were hospitalized, how many people had a debilitating condition that has continued on?’”
“But were we treated that way? Were we treated as individuals so we can make such decisions and calculations?” Deace asks, answering, “We were not treated that way. We were treated like numbers.”

Vaccine mandates ‘unlawful’: Pete Hegseth rights Joe Biden’s wrongs
Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has taken it upon himself to right the wrongs of the Biden administration, which unlawfully kicked service members out of the military after they refused to shoot themselves up with the COVID jab.
“We all know that the previous administration issued unlawful orders on mandatory vaccines, on an experimental vaccine — COVID-19. You know it. We know it. We’re doing everything we can, as quickly as we can, to reinstate those who were affected by that policy,” Hegseth said in a statement.
“It hasn’t been perfect, and we know that. We’re having an ongoing conversation with you to get it right, working with the White House as well. We want anyone impacted by that vaccine mandate back into the military. People of conscience, warriors of conscience — back in our formations,” he continued.
Hegseth then announced that he signed a memorandum that directs the under secretary of defense for personnel and readiness to “provide additional guidance to the boards that are reviewing these cases concerning the review of requests from service members and former service members adversely impacted by COVID-19 vaccine mandate.”
“The guidance also will facilitate the removal of adverse actions on service members solely for refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine, including discharge upgrades and less than fully honorable discharges for individuals separated for refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine,” Hegseth explained.
Steve Deace of the “Steve Deace Show” is thrilled that Hegseth is declaring the mandate unlawful and getting those brave enough to refuse it back into the military.
“I want to say thank you to Pete Hegseth, man,” Deace says. “The key phrase for people, that you need to understand why it’s key, that Pete Hegseth said, ‘This was an unlawful order.’”
“Him saying that, and saying it on the record,” he continues, “that is essentially the secretary of defense saying, ‘I am tired of working through bureaucratic channels, and I’ve got too much to handle,' because what these bureaucrats do is take every one of these 8,000 service members and little by little try to bog them down and prove that the devil is in the details.”
“This is him testifying as a witness in any form of a proceeding, or in any filing, in court on behalf of those 8,000-plus military members. That’s why that is so key and vital,” he adds.

Hospital responds to claim Vance's young relative was denied heart transplant over vaccination status
Cincinnati Children's Hospital issued a statement Wednesday following backlash over the claim it denied a 12-year-old relative of Vice President JD Vance a spot on its heart transplant waiting list over her vaccination status.
The hospital, which alternatively has no qualms subjecting kids to dangerous sex-change drugs and mutilations, suggested that its vaccine requirement is informed by its responsibility "to ensure that every donated organ is used in a way that maximizes successful outcomes for children in need."
Adaline Deal, whose mother is related to the vice president's half-siblings through marriage, suffers from two heart conditions, Ebstein's anomaly and Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. The Cincinnati Enquirer reported that after nearly a decade receiving treatment from the Cincinnati hospital, the girl was informed on Jan. 17 that her heart was failing, functioning at just 42%.
While Deal's heart cannot be fixed, it can be replaced.
'You're just going to let my child die?'
Jeneen Deal, the girl's mother, told WKRC-TV that doctors at the hospital "taught us about the different testing that they need to do and then the vaccinations that they need to do."
The Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network, which oversees the organ transplant list, does not issue policies requiring transplant centers to use specific criteria when determining the suitability of a given candidate for transplantation. Transplant hospitals can, however, establish their own policies.
In the case of Cincinnati Children's, candidates must have flu and COVID-19 vaccinations — vaccinations Deal's parents decided not to get her on the basis of religious and medical beliefs.
"I'm like, so if we don't do the vaccinations, you're just going to let my child die?" recalled Jeneen Deal. "And she's like, 'I am so sorry.' She goes, 'This is just our policy.'"
"We approach every transplant evaluation with a focus on long-term success, guided by medical science and an unwavering commitment to patient safety," the hospital noted in its Wednesday statement, which made no explicit reference to the Deal family. "Because children who receive a transplant will be immunosuppressed for the rest of their life, vaccines play a critical role in preventing or reducing the risk of life-threatening infections, especially in the first year."
The family is now reportedly considering taking Adaline to a transplant center in Pittsburgh in hopes of making the list without having to compromise on their beliefs.
A spokesperson for the vice president did not respond to Blaze News' request for comment.
Vance's relative is not the first American to be rejected as a patient for a lifesaving transplant due to vaccination status.
In 2022, DJ Ferguson, a father in his thirties, was removed from the heart transplant list at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston because he refused the COVID-19 vaccine, which has ironically been linked to risks of heart damage. His mother told NPR that Ferguson was not against vaccinations but was wary about the COVID-19 vaccine because he was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation.
"He wants to be assured by his doctors that his condition would not be worse or fatal with this COVID vaccine," said Tracy Ferguson.
Michelle Vitullo of Ohio was in desperate need of a liver transplant, then discovered her daughter was an exact match. Vitullo, suffering from advanced cancer, reportedly underwent multiple treatments to stabilize her health with the goal of undergoing the surgery in September 2021. The Cleveland Clinic canceled the procedure at the last minute, citing its COVID-19 vaccination requirement.
That same year, the University of Colorado's hospital kicked Leilani Lutali of Colorado Springs off its active transplant list for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine. Lutali had a donor lined up who was similarly unvaccinated.
"The shot's relatively new, and as a consumer, I'm not an early adopter," Lutali told KDVR-TV. "I wait and see what's going on. I feel like I'm being coerced into not being able to wait and see and that I have to take the shot if I want this life-saving transplant."

Yesterday, U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy formally declared gun violence as a public health crisis and called for a ban on assault weapons and civilian use of large capacity magazines.

Murthy also attests that “gun violence is the leading cause of death for children and adolescents ages one to nineteen,” which is simply “not true,” says Sara Gonzales.
“That in itself should disqualify anything that he's going to say on the subject because that is a lie,” adds Rippaverse Comics’ Eric July. “The fact that people keep pedaling that stuff and it goes unchecked blows my freaking mind.”
According to July, this gun violence public health crisis nonsense means one thing: “What they’re gonna do is punish free people ... people who have used no aggression on anybody and have not committed any actual crimes.”
Sara agrees and makes a fantastic point: “If they were actually serious about gun violence, they would do something to clean up the streets of Chicago," "they wouldn’t be releasing violent criminals into the streets,” and they “would probably do something about the cartels coming in and out of our country.”
But the point, of course, isn’t protecting Americans from gun violence. The point is control.
Jaco Booyens points to New York City as a prime example — Currently in NYC, if someone commits a “sexual offense ... to a disabled person,” they will “walk the same day.”
“Don’t come to me with your want to fight violence,” Booyens says. “This is about taking power away from good American citizens to silence them into submission so Big Daddy Government can rule and rob your life from you.”

VAERS chart shows a shocking result of COVID vaccines
For the longest time, anyone – including medical professionals and scientists – who dared to challenge the effectiveness of the COVID vaccine was censored, silenced, and banished to the realm of crazy anti-vaxxers.
However, now the tides are turning as more and more evidence surfaces about the reality of the rapidly developed COVID vaccine. The same companies that once shoved the vaccine down our throats, swearing that it was 100% safe and effective, are now backtracking.
“Last week we talked about the Pfizer scientists admitting the heart disease coming from the vaccine. This week the biggest study so far ever done on the global safety of the vaccine has just been released, and [the CDC] too is now admitting to severe illness, death, and lingering long symptoms,” says Pat Gray.
No longer can these companies deny that the vaccine is “causing problems neurologically … blood problems, and heart-related conditions.”
“I've got a chart here that's going to blow your mind, Pat,” says Keith Malinak before displaying the following data from VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System), managed by the CDC and the FDA.
“These are VAERS’ reported deaths by vaccine between the years 1988 and 2021 … over thirty years of data,” says Keith. “All of the deaths from vaccines (not the COVID one) are on the left,” while the COVID vaccine “accounts for half the deaths” even though by 2021, it had only been in circulation for one year.
What’s perhaps most upsetting is that despite this data, the CDC continues to tell people “to go get it,” says Pat.
