Maddow TRAPS Kamala Harris with tough questions on live TV

Even MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow couldn’t save former Vice President Kamala Harris from herself during a recent interview where she asked her some questions about her latest book, “107 Days.”

“Madame Vice President, I have to ask you about the, I think the part of your book that has people most upset thus far, which is some of your writing about the decision around the president abandoning his re-election campaign, the timing there, and how it’s handled,” Maddow said to Harris.

“You say in part, page 46, ‘It’s Joe and Jill’s decision. We all said that like a mantra, as if we’d all been hypnotized. Was it grace, or was it recklessness? In retrospect, I think it was recklessness. The stakes were simply too high. This wasn’t a choice that should have been left to an individual’s ego, an individual’s ambition. It should have been more than a personal decision,’” Maddow continued.

“Whose decision should that have been? How should that decision have been made?” she then asked.

“So, when I write this," Harris began, as she appeared to struggle to find her words, "it’s because I realize that I have, and had, a certain responsibility that I should have followed through on, which is — and so when I talk about the recklessness, as much as anything I’m talking about myself."

“There was so much, as we know, at stake, and as I write, you know, where my head was at at the time is that it would be completely — it would come off as being completely self-serving,” she added.

“If you said to President Biden that you did not think he should run again?” Maddow asked.

“Yeah. Or even that he should question whether it’s a good idea,” Harris replied.

BlazeTV host Pat Gray is shocked that Harris so willingly gave up that information.

“Is that an admission that she knew he shouldn’t be running?” Gray asks, intrigued. “But she stayed quiet.”

“Kamala Harris,” executive producer Keith Malinak asks, pretending to press the former VP further, “who tweeted for Joe Biden, especially on that day he dropped out? Did they run the tweet by you first?”

Top Biden Aide Slams President's Inner Circle: 'They Were Serving a Cult'

Michael LaRosa, a former aide to both Joe and Jill Biden, on Monday blasted Biden administration staffers for "serving a cult" and bullying anyone who deviated from their agenda.

Former White House Chief Spills Alarming New Details On Biden’s Cognitive Decline

Former President Joe Biden’s chief of staff, Jeff Zients, admitted to congressional investigators this week that Biden’s memory had deteriorated and he needed constant hand-holding in the final years of his administration, according to multiple reports. Zients, one of the highest-ranking aides to speak openly about Biden’s decline, spent roughly six hours behind closed doors […]

Exclusive interview: Biden assault accuser expands $100M lawsuit to include Jill and Hunter

In 1993, Tara Reade worked as staff assistant in then-Senator Joe Biden’s office. One day, according to Reade, Biden allegedly sexually assaulted her. She claims she filed a written complaint with a congressional personnel office, but as of today, no copy of this complaint has surfaced.

All attempts to seek help both internally and externally were unsuccessful, according to Reade, who alleges she was stripped of her responsibilities and treated poorly as a result.

In 2020 when Joe Biden was running for president, Reade filed a police report with the Washington, D.C., police, but the case remained inactive because the timing of the alleged assault fell outside the statute of limitations. She was even denied help from Time's Up — a nonprofit that supports survivors of sexual harassment, assault, and abuse. However, the organization had ties to Anita Dunn, one of Joe Biden’s top advisers.

The intimidation, threats, and false accusations Reade suffered from her advocacy became overwhelming. In 2020, Reade’s Twitter records were subpoenaed by a grand jury, her bank accounts were disrupted, and a FedEx package containing her book manuscript, which was a memoir detailing her alleged abuse, mysteriously disappeared.

Fearing for her safety, Reade relocated to Russia in 2023 after being granted asylum. Even though Biden is no longer in office, she remains in Russia today, as she fears the Biden family will seek retribution.

In 2024, Reade filed a $10 million tort claim against the Department of Justice, alleging that the DOJ and the FBI targeted her after she went public with her claims, but in February of this year, she increased the claim to $100 million.

On a recent episode of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered,” Reade joined Sara to share the details of her legal battles, including why she amended the lawsuit to include Jill and Hunter Biden.

In 2020, when Biden was confronted about Reade’s accusation, he “looked confused” and “stuttered” through a denial, says Reade. “I don't know whether he remembered what he did or not,” she says.

But in 2023, it was clear to everyone that he was in severe mental decline. “They had already issued a statement that he wasn't fit for court,” says Reade.

That’s why she’s amended her lawsuit to include Jill and Hunter.

“Hunter and Jill Biden were both working as de facto presidents — unauthorized and unelected — and so they do not fall under any kind of protection against a lawsuit because they shouldn't have been doing what they were doing in the first place,” she tells Sara. “My lawsuit is the first one to hold this administration accountable ...for the fact that somebody else was pulling the strings and, you know, running the show.”

The “cabal” that was puppeteering Joe Biden was bigger than just Hunter and Jill, though. There were numerous people pulling strings behind the scenes.

“That Democrat elite cabal is still there, and they're waiting like a spider for the next election,” warns Reade, pointing to Gavin Newsom, Pete Buttigieg, and Barack Obama.

“This is a dangerous time, and the way I was treated was a microcosm of a macrocosm. There were so many Americans that were targeted and abused by the Biden regime via a weaponized FBI and DOJ.”

Reade hopes that the DOJ will allow whistleblower hearings related to the numerous allegations of abuse and corruption in the Biden administration. “I would be more than willing to testify about Biden's corruption and about what he did to me and then the way he tried to cover it up,” she says.

Fiending for a Wad: Bankrupt 'Former' Crackhead Hunter Biden Lashes Out at Other More Successful Grifting Dems

Hunter Biden, the "former" crackhead who recently served as a senior adviser to the president, ranted about politics this week in an extended interview with some Gen Z YouTuber with a mustache. He threatened to get elected president and "fucking invade" El Salvador to take bring all the illegal immigrants so they can get back to work mowing our lawns, building our houses, and cleaning up after our crack-fueled orgies at five-star hotels.

Jill Biden's 'Work Husband' Pleads the Fifth in Probe of Former President's Mental Fitness, Joining Ex-White House Physician

Former first lady Jill Biden’s "work husband" and former chief of staff, Anthony Bernal, refused to testify during a Wednesday interview for the House GOP’s probe into former president Joe Biden’s mental decline, making him the second ex-White House aide to plead the Fifth in the investigation.

Jill Biden’s ‘Work Husband’ Pleads The Fifth In Biden White House Cover-Up Probe

Anthony Bernal, former assistant to Biden and senior adviser to the first lady, reportedly dodged question after question in a Wednesday hearing.

Jill Biden's 'shadowy' chief of staff clams up during autopen probe

Former first lady Jill Biden's senior adviser, Anthony Bernal, appears desperate to avoid questions under oath about the former president's cognitive decline while in office, its cover-up, and its alleged exploitation behind the scenes.

Bernal was originally supposed to appear for a voluntary transcribed interview with the House Oversight Committee on June 26 but bailed after learning that President Donald Trump was taking a page out of his predecessor's book and waiving executive privilege for the investigation, meaning Bernal would be required to provide lawmakers with "unrestricted testimony."

Bernal — characterized as one of the most influential people in the Biden White House and a key member of Biden's so-called politburo in CNN anchor Jake Tapper and Axios correspondent Alex Thompson's new book, "Original Sin" — was subsequently met with a subpoena compelling his testimony before the committee.

Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), chairman of the committee, emphasized in the letter accompanying the subpoena his desire to know whether Bernal "contributed to an effort to hide former President Biden's fitness to serve from the American people."

Bernal had been, after all, in a prime position to conceal and possibly exploit Biden's decrepitude.

Former Democratic National Committee Vice Chair David Hogg told an undercover Project Veritas reporter earlier this year that "Jill Biden's chief of staff had an enormous amount of power" in the White House.

Deterrian Jones, a former staffer in the Biden administration's Office of Digital Strategy who also gabbed to an undercover reporter, suggested that Bernal was a "shadowy, 'Wizard of Oz'-type figure" who "wielded an enormous amount of power."

"I can't stress to you how much power he had at the White House," Jones added.

Exactly one week after Joe Biden's White House doctor, Kevin O'Connor, refused to answer the committee's questions on-theme, Bernal similarly clammed up, citing the Fifth Amendment.

The concern shared by both men over self-incrimination appears to signal that investigators are right over the target, particularly with regard to the matter of the use and possible abuse of the autopen.

'Every order, every bill that was signed, every memorandum — so far as I'm concerned — are null and void.'

"This week new reporting confirms President Biden's aides took unauthorized executive actions during his presidency amid his cognitive decline," Comer noted on X. "It's no surprise that Anthony Bernal is pleading the Fifth Amendment to shield himself from criminal liability."

The chairman was referencing the New York Times' recent reporting on Biden White House emails which indicated that the former president was not directly involved in numerous controversial actions that were run through the autopen.

Biden also admitted last week to the Times that he orally communicated his decisions to aides; that the autopen was used liberally because there were "a whole lot of people"; and that he did not personally approve every individual categorical clemency.

Comer indicated that Bernal specifically pleaded the Fifth "when asked if any unelected official or family members executed the duties of the President and if Joe Biden ever instructed him to lie about his health."

"This is a historic scandal and Americans demand transparency and accountability," Comer continued. "We will continue to pursue the truth on their behalf and examine options to get the answers we need."

Rep. Byron Donalds (R-Fla.) told reporters on Wednesday, "The fact that [Bernal] couldn't make any statement, the fact that the White House doctor couldn't make any statement, and they both pled the Fifth — which is their constitutional right to do, and we respect the Constitution like every American does — but the fact that they are now hiding behind the Constitution so that they don't have to tell the truth to the American people about Joe Biden's capabilities and mental faculties while he was president of the United States is not just shocking; it's stunning, and it demonstrates the level of corruption that was going in that administration."

Donalds noted further that if Biden was not in fact in charge of his administration, "then every order, every bill that was signed, every memorandum — so far as I'm concerned — are null and void."

Time will tell whether the other Biden insiders set to testify before the committee in the coming weeks will similarly plead the Fifth.

Ron Klain is set to testify on July 24; Steve Ricchetti on July 30; Mike Donilon on July 31; Bruce Reed on Aug. 5; and Anita Dunn on Aug. 7.
