Mark Levin: Biden’s mental fitness is a ‘serious issue’



There should be no question at this point that Joe Biden’s mental decline is accelerating, and Mark Levin believes this should be of grave concern to us all.

“This issue of dementia is a serious issue,” Levin says. “I should know. I’ve had two people in my family who’ve had Alzheimer’s and one who had moderate dementia. It’s not funny, it’s very upsetting.”

This is why, Levin says, that he’s “disgusted” that Biden is running for president.

“We’re talking about the president of the United States. We’re talking about one branch of government that controls whether we go to war or not and what type of weapons we use among a thousand other things,” Levin says.

While Biden has moments when he seems okay, it’s not unusual for patients with mental disorders to seem as though they’re back to normal sometimes.

“Everybody says, ‘See? He was great for 90 minutes, he was great for an hour, he was great.’ Many people who have dementia or Alzheimer’s early stages can do that sort of thing,” Levin says.

“There’s a reason Joe Biden has taken vacation 40% of his presidency, there’s a reason why he won’t have, give, and take press conferences on a regular basis. There’s a reason why his staff walks around him when he goes to and fro from the helicopter. There’s a reason why we’re seeing on television what we’re seeing and we’re hearing what we’re hearing out of the president’s mouth — because he’s not well,” he continues.

“It’s not funny, but it’s utterly unconscionable and irresponsible for the largest political party in this country to be nominating somebody for president who they nominated before when he wasn’t well, when the vast majority of its members know damn well that what I’m saying is the truth.”

American media censors the HORRORS of October 7 as Joe Biden funds their creator



If you turn on the news, you’ll see constant video footage of the destruction in Gaza — but the news will never show the horrific crimes that occurred on October 7.

“The American media are censoring what took place on October 7,” Mark Levin explains, adding, “it’s being covered up.”

“Why? Because they’re graphic beyond comprehension. They’re unimaginable. And yet in doing so, they’re giving aid and comfort to the terrorists, to Iran, to Hamas, to Hezbollah, to the Houthis, to the PLO. They’re giving aid and comfort to the Islamists in the United States of America and their front organizations,” he adds.

Meanwhile, President Joe Biden continues to refuse to stand up for Israel.

“Antony Blinken and he have stirred anti-Semitism not only in this country but around the world with the blood libels they have used to accuse Netanyahu and his government, the Israeli, and the IDF. The forces of righteousness and the forces of self-defense,” Levin says.

And Levin isn’t so sure this is just incompetence or stupidity on their part.

“October 7 was led by Iran, but it was funded by the Biden-Blinken administration by lifting restrictions that had been placed on them by Donald Trump,” he explains, adding, “Funneling a hundred billion dollars into that regime so it could rearm itself, arm Hamas and the others.”

“Weakness, appeasement, intentional funding of the enemy. We didn’t even see this in World War II.”

“Joe has to play with the Hamas wing of his party. The dark money billionaires that are funding all this, that’s Joe Biden. He’s a chameleon; he’s power hungry; he wants money,” Levin says.

Exposing the Democrats' war on honest workers



While Donald Trump was mourning a heroic New York City police officer who was murdered during a stop, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden were cracking jokes at Radio City Music Hall with Stephen Colbert.

Mark Levin believes this is “indicative of something bigger.”

“It is indicative of where we are as a country. We have a ruling class in America,” Levin explains.

“It’s not an official ruling class, but it is a group of individuals in different industries with different platforms who have seized authority over this country.”

Americans are not represented by this ruling class, which is why “so much of what they promote in their media has nothing to do with you.”

Rather, it’s meant to sabotage your way of life.

While issues like transgenderism and systemic racism are non-elected bureaucrats' favorite ones to amplify, the EPA has just decided that the single-family home for the middle class isn’t conducive to an environmentally healthy America.

“You’re to live in high-density high rises with public transportation; hence the automobile needs to be destroyed,” Levin says.

“Who voted for that? Nobody,” he continues.

“Biden did it through his EPA, and they say, ‘We’ll have cleaner air and cleaner water.’ Of course we won’t. Has nothing to do with that. It’s a massive inconvenience, and the intention is to limit the ability of the middle class to be mobile, to live the lives that you want to live.”

Defending liberty: Fighting against government overreach



Government overreach has become the norm under the Biden administration, and it threatens the liberty of Americans everywhere.

Mark Levin is sounding the alarm, warning of recent actions taken by this administration to target personal property and dictate the lifestyles of the people.

Levin calls a document put together by Bernie Sanders and the Biden administration aimed at “Combating the Climate Crisis and Pursuing Environmental Justice” the new “Communist Manifesto,” as it operates under the guise of “for the greater good” — but really reflects the goals of an autocratic party.

“You go through this document you’ll see what I mean in every aspect of our culture. Our politics, our government, central government, controls you, controls our livelihood, controls our future. It’s the modern day Communist Manifesto,” Levin says.

The government is enforcing their “Communist Manifesto” by issuing regulations that will affect the personal property of Americans.

“Joe Biden and his regime have issued a regulation that will make the use of your car and the combustion engine an impossibility. In other words, they are destroying the automobile industry,” Levin says, referring to a new EPA regulation that is the strictest federal climate regulation ever issued for passenger cars.

The regulation forces companies to up their sales of electric vehicles.

The administration has also recently enshrined rules “that will make it virtually impossible to build single family homes in the suburbs and the exurbs,” Levin says.

“Single family home, a home with a white gate — everybody has that dream. Wherever you are, wherever you live, this is something you want. They’re trying to eliminate it,” Levin warns.

What do 'all the biggest thugs, dictators, genocidal maniacs' have in common?



While the Democrats claim to be “saving our democracy,” their actions reflect anything but that.

“The Democrat Party is a party of tyranny that practices totalitarianism despite talking about democracy,” Mark Levin says, adding that “all the biggest thugs, dictators, genocidal maniacs always use the word ‘democracy.’”

Levin’s point is easily illustrated by the 91 charges and four false indictments aimed at former President Donald Trump — all in the hopes of a 2024 victory for President Biden and the Democrat Party.

“I’m the real legal analyst, okay, and every one of these charges is bogus. All 91 of them. Not one of them should have ever been brought,” Levin says, noting that the only reason they’ve been brought is because “they want Donald Trump in prison.”

And why are they so enamored with the idea of Trump behind bars?

“The goal is a one-candidate race. One party. One rule,” Levin explains.

The Democrat Party has been trying to accomplish this goal since Trump was in office, starting with the accusations of Russian collusion and then insurrection — both of which failed to fulfill their goal.

“The result was no charges. Why? Because he didn’t do anything wrong,” Levin says.

“Then we have this New York attorney general. She is a radical reprobate who runs for office saying she’s going to get Trump. That should be enough to disbar her,” he continues, referencing the fraud case against Trump.

“Their goal is to imprison Donald Trump so Biden has a clear field. That’s why you charge somebody with 91 felonies in four different jurisdictions,” Levin adds.

What’s happened in New York against former President Donald Trump is a blatant violation of the Eighth Amendment, and Mark Levin is going to prove it.

The Eighth Amendment reads: “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”

In a case from 2019 between Tyson Timbs and the state of Indiana, the standard was set for the United States, as well as the state court, on what it can and cannot do regarding the Eighth Amendment.

Timbs had pleaded guilty in Indiana State Court to dealing in a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit theft.

The response was completely disproportionate to his crimes.

At the time of his arrest, the police seized a Land Rover SUV Timbs had purchased for $42,000 with money he received from an insurance policy when his father died. The Indiana trial court denied the state’s request to turn over his $42,000 car, determining that it would be grossly disproportionate to the gravity of Timb’s offense, and therefore unconstitutional under the Eighth Amendment’s excessive fines clause.

“It was a nine to zero decision, not a single justice agreed with the state prosecutors and the state government, not one. The majority opinion had seven bipartisan justices. There were two concurring opinions, but they all agreed that it violated the Eighth Amendment,” Levin explains.

The Supreme Court ruled that these fines undermine other liberties and can be “used to retaliate against or chill the speech of political enemies.”

“In other words, that case that was brought against Donald Trump should never have been brought. There shouldn’t even have been a sentencing hearing, there shouldn’t have been fines, there shouldn’t have been anything,” Levin remarks.

“This case against Donald Trump is a greater, more grave violation than anything we’ve ever seen under the excessive fines part of the Eighth Amendment, and much worse than the Timbs' case,” he adds.

Watch CNN's legal 'experts' embarrass themselves on live TV



If there’s anything we’ve learned in the past few years, it’s that the media-deemed “experts” in any field are usually anything but.

Now, CNN and The Atlantic are touting “legal experts” J. Michael Luttig and Laurence H. Tribe, who are arguing that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment provides that Donald Trump can be prevented from running for president in 2024.

According to Mark Levin, Luttig and Tribe are, simply put, “two knuckleheads.”

The two published an article in The Atlantic titled “The Constitution Prohibits Trump From Ever Being President Again.”

“The former president’s efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, and the resulting attack on the U.S. Capitol, place him squarely within the ambit of the disqualification clause, and he is therefore ineligible to serve as president ever again,” the article reads.

“Of course, these guys used to hate each other's guts, but this is what they come together on,” Levin says, scoffing.

In a segment on CNN, Tribe explains why they believe the Constitution will be what bars Trump from the race, saying that “secretaries of state or other officials” will have to “determine whether, despite his obvious attempt to overturn the 2020 election and engage in insurrection, whether despite that somehow Trump gets to run, the secretaries of state around the country are going to go both ways on that.”

“Whichever way they go, they’ll be challenged in court, and that’ll end up in the Supreme Court, and what it will have to decide is what this language means,” he adds.

Levin notes that while these are the "legal experts" platformed by leftwing publications and media outlets, they’re not the only ones out there. And there are many more who disagree than agree.

“Just so you understand, folks, there are more scholars who say no to this than say yes, but the ones who say yes obviously are promoted by the Jim Acostas and the media,” he says.
