Maine communist candidate’s Nazi tattoo and ugly online history exposed

Maine Democratic Senate candidate Graham Platner may be a self-proclaimed communist, but that hasn’t garnered the usual love and support from left-wing media outlets that many of his comrades have received.

In an exposé of the candidate, NBC News homed in on old Reddit posts written by Platner where he detailed his path to communism, writing that he “got older and became a communist” and is a “vegetable-growing, psychedelics-taking socialist these days.”

“After the war, I’ve pretty much stopped believing in any of the patriotic nonsense that got me there in the first place, and am a firm believer that the best thing a person can do is help their neighbors and live a loving life,” he added.

In a post from 2021, Platner wrote, “Bastards. Cops are bastards. All of them, in fact.”

When another user on Reddit claimed in 2020 that “white people aren’t as racist or stupid as Trump thinks,” Platner responded that as someone who lives in “white rural America,” he was “afraid” to tell the poster that “they actually are.”

But that’s not all. In posts from 2013, Platner “minimized challenges faced by military members in reporting sexual assault and encouraged people not to use substances in order to avoid being raped.”

The real reason for this exposé of one of their own, BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere explains, is that Platner had once gotten a Nazi tattoo removed.

“This is a guy, by the way, who was in the military, knows a lot about military history. There’s zero chance he did not know this was Nazi imagery,” Burguiere says. “But he says he was drunk 18 years ago and was unaware of its extremist association.”

“Let me just give you a little bit of advice, if I may, for just a moment to Graham,” he adds. “You know, sometimes you make a choice to consume enough of a substance to lose your self-control. If you don’t want to be in a compromising situation, act like an adult.”

Democrats melt down over Trump’s private-funded White House ballroom

President Donald Trump’s plan to build a grand new White House ballroom is underway, and the media and celebrity class have melted down into unhinged hysterics, per usual.

In a segment on “The View,” former White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre resurfaced to join the madness, telling the always-rational panel that “the people’s house is basically being sold to the highest bidder.”

“It is corruption at its core. And I heard someone say this when I was backstage. It could not be, there’s no greater metaphor right now than what’s happening right now in this country than watching Donald Trump take a wrecking ball to the White House,” she added.

“But why do they let him get away with it? He has all of these people who just let him get away with whatever he wants to do,” Joy Behar chimed in.

“That’s what he’s been doing for the nine, ten months, like the powers that are in the D.C. are not standing up. They’re acting as if they’re powerless ... like no, you all have power. You all have power. Do something with it,” Jean-Pierre added.

“I will note,” BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere says on “Stu Does America,” “for a woman who constantly read every single answer she gave while she was in the White House and was the press secretary, you have to love her saying that she heard her point that she made on 'The View' from someone backstage, proving she’s never had an original thought in her entire life.”

Maria Shriver also weighed in on Trump’s renovation, writing in a post on X: “This breaks my heart and it infuriates me. Hundreds of millions of dollars to build a new ballroom. Good god.”

“Someone who just knows frugality,” Burguiere jokes.

However, the bill for the renovations is not being laid at the taxpayers feet, rather, it’s all privately donated — which is why the construction has continued despite the government shutdown.

“All the reporters that normally would be complaining about the shutdown because Republicans were responsible for it now have nothing to do because they can’t complain about the Democratic shutdown. So they’re just going to take pictures of the White House and complain about that,” Stu says.

Biden, Clinton, and even Kimmel praise Trump’s Gaza deal

President Trump has achieved a success previously unheard of. That is, he has simultaneously received praise from both Republicans and Democrats for negotiating the unprecedented Israel-Hamas ceasefire and bringing all the hostages home.

Even former president Joe Biden had something positive to say.

“I am deeply grateful and relieved that this day has come — for the last living 20 hostages who have been through unimaginable hell and are finally reunited with their families and loved ones, and for the civilians in Gaza who have experienced immeasurable loss and will finally get the chance to rebuild their lives,” Biden wrote in a post on social media.

“The road to this deal was not easy. My Administration worked relentlessly to bring hostages home, get relief to Palestinian civilians, and end the war. I commend President Trump and his team for their work to get a renewed ceasefire deal over the finish line,” he continued.

Former president Bill Clinton also chimed in to sing Trump’s praises, writing in a statement posted to X: “The horrors of the October 7, 2023 attack on Israel, and the conflict they reignited, have resulted in unbearable human loss. It has been hard to watch and nearly impossible to rationalize.”

“I’m grateful that a ceasefire has taken hold, that the last 20 living hostages have been freed, and that desperately needed aid has begun to flow into Gaza. President Trump and his administration, Qatar, and other regional actors deserve great credit for keeping everyone engaged until the agreement was reached,” he added.

And comedian Jimmy Kimmel even had something nice to say about the president, though he laid the sarcasm on quite thick.

“What a day for Donald Trump. You know what? He finally did something positive today, and I want to give him credit for it, because I know he’s not the type to take credit for himself,” Kimmel said on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”

“Trump was in Israel and Egypt today to celebrate a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. All 20 Israeli hostages are home after 738 days. Almost 2,000 Palestinian prisoners and detainees have been released, and while we’re only in the first phase of what will undoubtedly be a long and tricky process, the fact is, the bombing has stopped,” he continued.

“The hostages have been released, and Trump deserves some of the praise for that. And so I know it sounds crazy to say, but good work on that one, President Trump. Now, maybe you can not invade Portland,” he added.

However, not all of Trump’s left-wing critics were quick to praise him.

“Bernie Sanders, as you might expect, a little bit more insane,” BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere says.

“Today, we welcome the long-overdue release of the 20 remaining Israelis held by Hamas and the freeing of almost 2,000 Palestinians held in Israeli prisons,” Sanders wrote in a statement posted to social media.

“But it must be the Palestinians themselves that guide this process and determine their future,” he added.

“Here’s some news for you,” Burguiere comments. “No. No, it must not be the Palestinians that determine their future. The last time the Palestinians got to determine their future, they elected Hamas. So no, they don’t get to determine their future.”

American support for Israel plummets as pro-Palestinian TikTok content floods feeds

Two years after Hamas’ brutal October 7 attack, the Israel-Hamas war narrative has been flipped on its head — with those who once supported Israel now becoming pro-Palestinian — which may be connected to the overwhelming support for Palestine on social media.

An article from the Washington Post reveals that “U.S.-based TikTok posters still show overwhelming support for Palestinians as the war rages on in Gaza, according to a report published Tuesday by the nonpartisan research center Cybersecurity for Democracy.”

“It found that for every pro-Israel post that appeared on TikTok in September there were roughly 17 posts supporting Palestinians,” the article continues.

“What is the result of that? Like, what’s the result of when you go on social media — which we now have decided to spend, what, eight, 10 hours a day on — and you see 17-1 messaging against Israel? What do you think happens? What’s the result of something like that?” BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere asks.

“Could it be this?” he asks, before reading another headline from the Washington Post: “Many American Jews sharply critical of Israel on Gaza, Post poll finds.”

In the poll, “most American Jews say Israel has committed war crimes against Palestinians,” and “about 4 in 10 say Israel has committed genocide.”

However, Burguiere says the definition of “genocide” that Americans are basing their answers off of “does not match any of the previously agreed-upon definitions of genocide.”

And Burguiere notes that American Jews are “convinced by this,” as the Washington Post found in another poll question that American Jews are much more critical of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s leadership than they were in 2020.

In 2020, 40% of American Jews rated his leadership “excellent,” while 26% thought it was “only fair,” and 28% called it “poor.”

In 2025, it is now down to 32% “excellent” and 20% “only fair,” and it is up to 48% “poor.”

But it’s not just support from American Jews that’s slipping — it’s all Americans regardless of religion.

In a nationwide New York Times/Siena poll of 1,313 registered voters, the Times found that American support for Israel in general has undergone a “seismic reversal.”

According to the New York Times, a “majority of American voters now oppose sending additional economic and military aid to Israel,” and a whopping 40% of Americans believe Israel is “intentionally” killing civilians — which is up from 22% in 2023.

And Stu believes much of this “seismic shift” has to do with what’s happening on social media.

“Again, this isn’t really about the truth,” Burguiere comments. “It’s about how to frame this in a way that’s negative for Israel. That’s 100% what’s going on in social media and much of the regular media as well.”

Virginia AG candidate implodes after 'two bullets' text scandal

Shocking texts have sent the Virginia Attorney General election into chaos, after it was revealed that candidate Jay Jones wished harm on rival Virginia House Speaker Todd Gilbert (R).

“Three people, two bullets,” Jones wrote in a text to House Delegate Carrie Coyner (R).

“Gilbert, hitler, and pol pot,” Jones wrote. “Gilbert gets two bullets to the head.”

“Spoiler: put Gilbert in the crew with the two worst people you know and he receives both bullets every time,” he added.

In response, Coyner asked Jones to stop and said, “It really bothers me when you talk about hurting people or wishing death upon them.”

And in a follow-up conversation with Coyner, she claimed that Jones suggested that if only Gilbert’s wife would be faced with her children dying, her husband might change his political views on gun violence.

“That’s really where it gets dark here, because again, as I said this before, you might have a friend in your group chat that makes inappropriate comments or makes comments that are kind of dark, not always well received by the group. Maybe they think they’re being edgy and funny, that’s one thing to double down on,” BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere says.

“It is another to keep going and talking about that anyway, but then to come up with a logical rationale as to why you think this would be good. When you say, ‘Hey, I want his children to die,’ and then you say, ‘Well, the reason I want that, it’s not just because I’m being mean. It’s because they won’t change their policies unless they feel real personal pain,’” he continues.

“That’s quite the tell. That tells me you’re just a horrible human being,” he adds.

The left’s ‘immigration hero’ exposed: Ian Roberts’ false credentials unravel

The left’s latest immigration martyr, former Des Moines superintendent Ian Roberts, was lauded as a hero — but just like many left-wing heroes before him, Roberts isn’t the man he was sold to be.

Several dozen students even gathered at the state capitol calling for Roberts’ release from the Sioux City jail where he’s currently being held, holding signs reading, “Radical empathy,” which is a tagline he supposedly used frequently.

A group of his supporters even hung a banner from a bridge above the interstate that read, “Free Dr. Roberts,” while cars honked in support.

Roberts, a native of Guyana, with an existing weapons charge from 2020, is facing deportation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

“Innocent man, never did a thing wrong,” BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere says sarcastically. “Just the tyranny of the Trump administration is what you should take from this. ... This is the poster boy of the left. If his story falls apart, then maybe the whole immigration case falls apart.”

“This is a little bit you need to know about our Dr. Ian Roberts, the poster boy of immigration for the left. Ian Roberts, who immigration authorities say was living and working in the U.S. illegally ... claimed in his 2023 application that he received a doctorate in urban educational leadership from Morgan State University in 2007, according to documents the Associated Press obtained through a public records request,” Burguiere explains.

“Although Roberts was enrolled in that doctorate program from 2002 to 2007, the school’s public relations office confirmed in an email that he didn’t receive that degree,” he continues.

Roberts also has MIT Sloan School of Management listed among the schools where he studied, but a university spokesperson claimed there are no records of Roberts attending.

But that’s not all.

The director of human resources for the Millcreek Township School District, Melody Ellington, “claimed that she faced unspecified unlawful treatment after she was hired and worked for Roberts from July 1, 2021, through September 30, 2022.”

According to a settlement agreement, Ellington claimed “that she was unfairly pushed out of her job and that she had ‘threatened litigation,’ while district administrators denied wrongdoing.”

The district later agreed to pay her $250,000.

Then when Roberts was approached by ICE in late September, he sped away in his vehicle.

“Now, that’s not the normal behavior of a person who’s the superintendent of a large city’s school district, but okay,” Burguiere says, noting that Roberts’ car was later discovered abandoned.

“Again, you don’t typically speed away from cops and abandon your vehicle, not normally,” he adds.

Trump launches 'TrumpRx' to slash drug prices — and even brings Pfizer on board

President Trump announced earlier this week his effort aimed at lowering drug costs, which includes the creation of a “TrumpRx” website, where Americans can buy medicine at a discount — and somehow got Pfizer to agree to join him.

“The United States is done subsidizing the health care of the rest of the world,” Trump said. “By taking this bold step, we’re ending the era of global price gouging at the expense of American families.”

Surprisingly, Pfizer is the first pharmaceutical company to comply with Trump’s demands, which include selling drugs to Medicaid and setting prices of new drugs at “Most-Favored Nation” levels, which is the lowest price available in other countries.

BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere is surprised by the move.

“This is interesting to me for a bunch of different reasons,” Burguiere tells BlazeTV host Dave Landau. “First of all, as a conservative, I don’t really like the idea of the government being involved in these things, but there are, you know, real concerns with drug prices on certain things.”

“The other thing I find fascinating about it, is like a big chunk of Donald Trump’s base thinks Pfizer is the Nazi regime. Literally hates this company more than anything else. And what I find fascinating about it is Trump can just do this stuff,” he continues.

“He’s the only guy I’ve ever seen that can just do this stuff. He can embrace a company that his base hates and somehow just go right down the middle unscathed,” he adds.

Radical killers turned campus heroes: How colleges idolize political violence

If you stumble onto any delusional radical left winger’s social media today, you’re likely to find them celebrating violence they view as revolutionary — and Jay Greene of the Heritage Foundation knows where it all begins.

“College courses routinely romanticize political violence by featuring violent revolutionaries, terrorists who are blood-drenched murderers, and featuring their works in course assignments and presenting their actions in favorable terms,” Greene tells BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere on “Stu Does America.”

“And so it’s not surprising that young people might get the idea that it’s justifiable for the advancement of justice, or some other worthy cause to engage in political violence, because in their college courses, they read works by people who did precisely that,” he continues.

Greene pointed out Angela Davis, Bill Ayers, and Assata Shakur, “each of whom were involved in revolutionary movements in the '60s and '70s” and “each of whom was accused of murder.”

Davis was a leader in the Black Panther movement who bought the guns used in the 1970 courtroom takeover in which the judge was killed, the DA was shot, and a member of the jury was seriously wounded.

“She managed to get off on the claim that she didn’t know what the guns were going to be used for,” Greene explains.

“She later became the vice presidential candidate for the Communist Party in the United States, and in Moscow, received the Lenin prize. That’s not the John Lennon prize, but the Vladimir Lenin prize, for her efforts to advance violent revolution in the United States,” he continues.

“Now, not only does she have books in over 2,000 syllabi in U.S. colleges, not only that, but she is regularly a distinguished speaker, gets paid between $30,000 and $50,000 per appearance at U.S. universities, and she herself is a professor out in the California public university system,” he adds.

Bill Ayers and Assata Shakur have similar stories, now “read in college and lauded in college despite their blood-drenched past.”

“It’s unbelievable how deep this goes,” Stu comments.

“If you think about it, if you go and shoot a health care CEO who’s a father in the back, as in, you know, in cold blood, you’re treated as a hero,” he continues while explaining there’s clear incentives for becoming a violent revolutionary on the left.

“We see lots of people celebrating Charlie Kirk’s murder. The incentives seem to be lined up to a certain type of leftist, particularly a young leftist who’s going to see this as something that maybe they just get praised for, if they do, and at the very least, they will be seen in the history books as this hero,” he says.

“That’s entirely true,” Greene agrees. “You know, the people that we lionize as heroes to our children throughout their entire educational development and personal development, including in their college courses, they’re going to want to imitate.”

Kamala Harris is back — and making INSANE claims

If you were starting to miss former Vice President Kamala Harris and her infamous word salads, then you’re in luck — because she’s back and talking just as much as ever.

Harris has been making the interview rounds to promote her new book, “107 Days,” and in one recent interview on “Good Morning America” with Michael Strahan, she explained why former President Joe Biden did a great job during his losing campaign for a second term.

“My concern about him running for re-election was completely separate from my admiration and knowledge about his capacity to serve as president of the United States, which was consistent and never wavered,” Harris told Strahan.

“Well, as we sit here today, do you think he would have been up for running the country for four more years?” Strahan then asked.

“I — here’s the distinction that I make. Having had the experience myself, it is one thing to have the capacity to govern. It is another thing to go through an election for president of the United States,” Harris replied.

“Running for president of the United States is like being in a marathon at a sprinter’s pace, with people throwing tomatoes at you every step you take. It is not for the lighthearted. It takes an incredible amount of endurance and stamina. And can you imagine doing it while you are also carrying literally the weight of the world as being president of the United States?” she continued.

“So the distinction I make is about capacity to be president and what that election would require in that campaign, especially running against Donald Trump,” she added.

BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere can’t believe what he’s hearing.

“So she’s saying it’s harder to run for president than be president. That’s her case. That is a bizarre argument. You’re talking about managing the world’s nuclear weapons. You’re talking about multiple conflicts going on at any given time,” Stu says.

“Running a campaign is like running a marathon at a sprinter’s pace while they’re throwing tomatoes at you,” he mocks. “What’s being president like? A wonderful stroll through the park?”

AOC, Omar, and Crockett SINK EVEN LOWER with vile attacks on Charlie Kirk

Some Democrats have not only been showing their true colors, but wearing them proudly in the aftermath of the Charlie Kirk assassination, as they publicly double down on their disgusting remarks about the Turning Point founder.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) is one of the worst offenders, who was confronted by CNN’s Kaitlan Collins for her “jarring” comments about Charlie Kirk after his murder.

“What I find jarring is that there’s so many people willing to excuse the most reprehensible things that he said that they agree with, that they’re willing to have monuments for him, that they want to create a day to honor him, and that they want to produce resolutions in the House of Congress, honoring his life and legacy,” Omar said on CNN.

“It is one thing to care about his life because obviously so many people loved him, including his children and wife, but I am not going to sit here and be judged for not wanting to honor any legacy this man has left behind. That should be in the dustbin of history, and we should hopefully move on and forget the hate that he spewed every single day,” she added.

Omar isn’t alone in her open disdain for the late Charlie Kirk.

“We should be clear about who Charlie Kirk was: a man who believed that the Civil Rights Act that granted Black Americans the right to vote was a ‘mistake,’ who after the violent attack on Paul Pelosi claimed that ‘some amazing patriot out there’ should bail out his assailant, and accused Jews of controlling ‘not just the colleges — it’s the nonprofits, it's the movies, it’s Hollywood, it’s all of it,’” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) wrote in a post on X.

While spouting information that BlazeTV host Stu Burguiere explains is “completely made up,” the congresswoman went on to claim that his “rhetoric and beliefs were ignorant.”

“They’ll break any rule to stay on point here,” Stu says. “Their point of course being, ‘We can’t honor Charlie Kirk as a person because he said something I didn’t like once.’ Now, of course, people say stuff that I don’t like all the time. I still can be sad when they get killed.”

But it doesn’t end with AOC, as Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) made sure her opinion was known as well.

“A resolution that came before the House this past week honoring Charlie Kirk, and there were 58 Democrats who voted against it. You were one. Why?” CNN’s Dana Bash asked Crockett in an interview.

“When I saw the ‘no’ votes, there were only two Caucasians. For the most part, the only people that voted ‘no’ were people of color,” Crockett said. “Because the rhetoric that Charlie Kirk continuously put out there was rhetoric that specifically targeted people of color. And so, it is unfortunate that even our colleagues could not see how harmful his rhetoric was specifically to us.”

“So if there was any way that I was going to honor somebody who decided that they were going to negatively talk about me and proclaim that I was somehow involved in the ‘Great White Replacement,’ yeah, I’m not honoring that kind of stuff,” she added.

Stu is shocked, saying, “Blatant lies.”

“I mean, it’s just incredible that even after a man is just shot in front of our eyes, they can’t even bring themselves to say anything that’s true,” he adds. “It is really fascinating, the discipline.”
