‘Biden Bucks’: Democrats are using YOUR tax dollars to get votes from FELONS

The Biden administration doesn’t have the best track record when it comes to American tax dollars, so it should be no surprise that there’s a secretive executive order making the situation even less palatable.

This executive order directs federal agencies to use American tax dollars to register voters — including felons.

Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen calls it a “Biden Bucks” program and believes it’s completely unlawful and could sway the 2024 election.

“What this executive order back in ‘21 did is Joe Biden and Kamala Harris directed the administration and all their executive agencies to every time there was a federal touch on a citizen, to provide them voter registration information and ways to get registered to vote,” Knudsen tells Glenn Beck.

“That’s not a constitutional power given to the federal government. States regulate their own elections, period. That’s been long standing federal law, that’s been long-standing constitutional jurisprudence,” he continues.

“This is a power grab; this is pure partisan politics, and it’s bad news,” he adds.

Now, Knudsen has joined eight of his Republican attorneys general colleagues in suing the Biden administration.

“This was egregious enough that we decided the only thing we could do is sue in federal court. Oftentimes, that’s the only arrow in our quiver,” he explains.

Glenn is furious.

“They’ve stonewalled for so long, and we couldn’t find any information on what they were doing. I mean, I’ve been on this since the first week of the Biden administration, and nobody could get any information,” he says.

“Now here we are in August. We’re what, 12 weeks away? By the time you get into federal court, September maybe, what can be done?” he asks Knudsen.

“We’re hoping to get a rapid injunction here,” Knudsen explains, adding, “that’s the hope, is that we get this in front of a federal judge, and we can get a restraining order and an injunction quickly before too much damage is done.”

Montana files multistate lawsuit against Biden admin over 'Bidenbucks' scheme

Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen filed a federal lawsuit against the Biden-Harris administration Tuesday in concert with his fellow Republican attorneys general in Kansas, Iowa, South Dakota, and Nebraska, in hopes of neutralizing President Joe Biden's Executive Order 14019.

Citing multiple harms traceable to the implementation of Biden's get-out-the-vote operation — including procedural harms and harms to states' sovereign interests — the plaintiffs asked the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas to declare EO 14019 and its implementation "unlawful and unconstitutional."

The red-state lawsuit, which comes on the heels of a Blaze News report highlighting the few efforts by various Republican officials across the country to kneecap the alleged "election interference" scheme, also requests that the court vacate and enjoin all agency actions implementing the order.

Mike Howell, executive director of the Heritage Foundation's government watchdog Oversight Project, recently told Blaze News that "a ton of damage has been done already, but it's not too late to at least mitigate this constitutional disaster where the incumbent administration is using their power and our money to ensure their own re-election."

"We're at the stage now where more states should be stepping up and taking overt action instead of just asking questions and complaining," added Howell.

Biden's March 2021 EO, often referred to by Howell and other critics as "Bidenbucks," effectively compels federal agencies — such as the Departments of Treasury, of Labor, of Interior, and of Veterans Affairs — to mobilize and register elements of historically Democratic voting blocs along with potentially ineligible voters.

According to the leftist think tank whose recommendations ostensibly inspired the order, the implementation of the order could result in "approximately 3 million new or updated voter registrations per year." That could help hand the election over to the Democrats in what is shaping up to be a tight race.

Knudsen's complaint accuses Biden of seeking to "convert the federal bureaucracy into a voter registration organization and to turn every interaction between a federal bureaucrat and a member of the public into a voter registration pitch."

'I will not stand by while the Biden-Harris administration attempts to shamelessly garner votes by employing its own agencies to register voters.'

This conversion alone is troubling given that the administrative state overwhelmingly leans left and has evidenced its antipathy to Trump in recent years.

For instance, in the 2016 election, The Hill reported that 95% of all campaign donations from 14 government agencies went to Clinton. In 2020, the majority of federal employees again donated to the Democratic candidate.

It is unlikely that President Donald Trump has endeared himself to the federal bureaucracy in the years since. After all, he has entertained the possibility of once again making it easier to remove insubordinate and poorly performing federal employees.

The lawsuit further claims that Biden's secretive transmogrification of the partisan federal bureaucracy into a voter registration organization "exceeds any authority executive entities have under federal law, violates the Constitution, threatens States' attempt to regulate voter registration, and thus ultimately undermines the voter registration systems set up by the states."

"Fair elections are an essential part of our country's republic. Congress gave the states the power to oversee elections years ago," Attorney General Austin Knudsen told Blaze News in a statement.

"I will not stand by while the Biden-Harris administration attempts to shamelessly garner votes by employing its own agencies to register voters and disregard states' own voter registration systems, putting the integrity of our elections at risk," added the Montana AG.

When asked what Montana will do in the event this lawsuit ultimately proves unsuccessful, a spokeswoman for Knudsen told Blaze News, "It's too early to tell what further action we might take, but Attorney General Knudsen will not stand by while the president and his agencies overstep their authority and would fight federal overreach no matter the administration. It is his job to protect the rights of Montanans."

Other red-state coalitions have taken legal action in recent months in hopes of axing the order and protecting the rights of their respective residents.

For instance, Secretaries of State Jay Ashcroft of Missouri and John Thurston of Arkansas filed a lawsuit late last month accusing Biden of unlawfully seeking "to use federal government resources to aid Democrat campaigns by enlisting the immense federal bureaucracy in a get-out-the-vote and ballot harvesting campaign."

West Virginia, Arkansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, Tennessee, and Wyoming filed an amici curiae brief with the U.S. Supreme Court on May 28 "asking the Court to rule that Executive Order No. 14019 is unconstitutional and violates the authority granted to the states to administer elections by the United States Constitution."

Biden wants amnesty for 100k+ illegal immigrants

Joe Biden is rumored to be passing an executive order that would give hundreds of thousands of undocumented spouses of American citizens amnesty. The proposal is set to be called “Parole in Place.”

“Which of course will open up a pathway to permanent legal status and U.S. citizenships for some beneficiaries by removing an obstacle in U.S. law that prevents those who entered the U.S. illegally from obtaining green cards without leaving the country,” Sara Gonzales, who is less than thrilled, says.

However, Gonzales doesn’t believe the plan stops there, referencing the “Great Replacement Theory.”

“You have to be a far-right crazy crackpot to think that that’s what they’re doing. This isn’t about bringing in a bunch of new Democrat voters,” Gonzales mocks.

Another plan being prepared by the Biden administration would streamline the process for “dreamers” and other “undocumented immigrants” to request waivers that would make it easier for them to obtain temporary visas.

Blaze Media digital strategist Logan Hall is on the same page as Gonzales.

“I’m really so sick of the newspeak around this, calling them undocumented,” he says, adding, “All these nonsense terms.”

“They’re illegals, and so the idea is that this newspeak kind of frames it in a different way, to where the left owns the terms of the debate. And now, whenever you use these terms, you are entering their playing field,” he continues.

The mainstream media has even been framing Biden’s plan as “immigration relief.”

“I don’t know how they spin this, to where it’s immigration relief. Turning hundreds of thousands of illegals into citizens or granting them legal status is somehow relief, but this is just how insane the left has gone,” Hall says.

Evidence reveals Biden may be using taxpayer dollars to elect Democrats

Toward the beginning of his presidency, Biden issued an executive order to “promote and defend the right to vote.”

Biden directed every agency in the federal government to participate, telling federal agencies they were to somehow look into voter registration, expand vote by mail, and use approved third-party organizations to help them get it all done.

“We don’t know who those organizations are; we don’t know all of the details because they are stonewalling Congress,” Glenn Beck explains, noting that what a “third-party organization” meant in 2020 was “partisan with strings attached.”

Biden has still not let Congress know exactly what the executive order is meant to do — and in the weeks leading up to the midterms, had his DOJ stonewall FOIA requests.

The Foundation for Government Accountability reportedly called the executive order an “unconstitutional taxpayer funded get out the vote effort designed to benefit the president’s political party.”

“So, it’s Zuck-bucks on government-funded steroids,” Glenn says.

An email revealed by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project proves this, showing a collaboration between an approved third party and the Department of Agriculture.

“The Department of Agriculture, of all agencies, had enlisted the support of this approved third party to get their info at state level on voter registration data,” Glenn says, before reading a line from the third party, Demos, website.

“They are quote ‘working to build a just, inclusive, multi-racial democracy,’” Glenn reads, continuing, “Demos has worked at the intersection of democracy reform, economic justice, and racial justice. Demos has moved progressive issues from the movement to the mainstream, such as debt-free college.”

“This is our election partner,” Glenn says, shocked. “Does that sound non-partisan?”

Biden apparently on the cusp of issuing a CLIMATE EMERGENCY —  every aspect of your life could change overnight

When did summer time and imminent danger become synonymous?

News flash: it’s hot right now.

Why? Because it’s August, and August means heat — sometimes brutal heat, especially if you live in the South.

But fearmongering climate activists and the Biden administration continue to press the issue that temperatures are higher than ever before and that humanity is on the cusp of a fiery demise if we don’t take radical action.

And by the looks of it, they’re prepared to take radical action.

Apparently, “]Biden] is holding back ... but he may be forced by the members of Congress to issue an emergency declaration, which would affect air travel, car travel, and every aspect of your life,” reports Glenn Beck.

“They love an emergency because an emergency allows for central planning and an exercise of power; it allows them to shape the economy, it allows them to pick winners and losers, it allows them to take people who are socially unacceptable and remove their economic opportunities ... [and] it allows them to control what’s being said on social media,” adds Carol Roth, author of New York Times bestseller “You Will Own Nothing.”

Glenn is also deeply disturbed by conversations revolving around food supply, namely that a national emergency would “give the president access to all of the agricultural bills in the United States, bypass Congress, and become very draconian on agriculture.”

He then plays a clip of John Kerry stating that “we can’t get to net zero ... unless agriculture is front and center as part of the solution.”

“This is so incredibly nefarious — they’re wanting to interfere with the food system,” says Carol.

If there's a better way to produce food that’s not lab-grown meat and manufactured food products, then Glenn is all for it.

“You invent a better mousetrap and people will flock to it,” he says, “but they don’t invent new mousetraps.”

Not to mention this isn’t really about carbon emissions or food production anyway.

“This is truly about control,” Glenn concludes.

Utah Sen. Mike Lee says 'We might have to invoke the War Powers Act' after Biden authorizes deployment of reservists to Europe

President Joe Biden authorized the deployment of thousands of reservists to Europe Thursday, adding to an American troop presence on the continent already totaling over 100,000.

Army Lt. Gen. Douglas Sims, the director of operations for the Joint Staff, told reporters, "This reaffirms the unwavering support and commitment to the defense of NATO's eastern flank in the wake of Russia's illegal and unprovoked war on Ukraine," reported Politico.

Critics have suggested that the move, following the recent shipment of cluster bombs to Ukraine, takes the U.S. closer to a direct shooting war with Russia, with some claiming, "America Last strikes again!"

Republican Sen. Mike Lee of Utah suggested that Congress consider invoking the War Powers Act and other measures to prevent Biden from "locking us into supporting Ukraine."

The order

Biden issued an executive order Thursday, just after recommitting to NATO at the alliance's summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, stating, "It is necessary to augment the active Armed Forces of the United States for the effective conduct of Operation Atlantic Resolve in and around the United States European Command's area of responsibility."

Accordingly, he authorized the Pentagon and the Department of Homeland Security, with respect to the Coast Guard, to "order to active duty any units, and any individual members not assigned to a unit organized to serve as a unit of the Selected Reserve, or any member in the Individual Ready Reserve mobilization category and designated as essential."

The number of troops called up is "not to exceed 3,000 total members at any one time, of whom not more than 450 may be members of the Individual Ready Reserve," which consists of former active-duty or reserve military personnel.

Politico indicated that the president's order is novel in that it designates Operation Atlantic Resolve a contingency operation for the first time, meaning the Pentagon can "call up reserve forces and implement sped-up acquisition authorities to supply those troops with equipment."

With this designation, reservists will also be paid and supported as active-duty troops.

"This new designation benefits troops and families with increases in authorities, entitlements, and access to the reserve component forces and personnel," clarified Sims.

Atlantic Resolve, an operation headquartered in Poznan, Poland, kicked off in 2014 under then-President Barack Obama in response to Russia's annexation of the Crimean Peninsula. Its purpose is to buttress NATO nations' defenses against further Russian aggression.

The Pentagon indicated last summer, "Since February 2022, DoD deployed or extended over 20,000 additional forces to Europe in response to the Ukraine crisis, adding additional air, land, maritime, cyber, and space capabilities, bringing our current total to more than 100,000 service members across Europe."

"This included extending a Carrier Strike Group, deploying additional fighter squadrons and lift/tanker aircraft, and deploying an Amphibious Readiness Group and Marine Expeditionary Force. DoD added a Corps Headquarters, Division Headquarters, Infantry Brigade Combat Team (IBCT), Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT), High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) battalion, and multiple enablers to the existing Corps Forward Command Post, Division Headquarters, and three BCTs already stationed in or deployed to Europe," said the Defense Department.

The response

Richard Grenell, the former acting director of national intelligence under Trump, noted, "Eight of the 31 NATO countries currently pay their obligations. Germany and Canada are two of the wealthier nations NOT paying the agreed upon percentage. Joe Biden failed to press NATO this week - but then called up American reserves to active duty."

In another tweet, Grenell, who was previously ambassador to Germany, noted that there "was no peace plan presented" at the NATO summit, "just more WAR for American men and women."

Joe Kent, a Washington state Republican running for Congress in 2024, tweeted, "Defending America is Biden's last priority."

Sean Davis, CEO of the Federalist, tweeted, "Nothing to see here. Just Biden calling up the reserves in preparation for World War 3 against Russia over a tinpot puppet kleptocrat in Eastern Europe."

William Wolfe, a former senior Trump administration official, wrote, "Biden authorizing the call for reserve troops up to active duty for operations in Europe? Does this mean Ukraine? Not good."

Turning Point USA CEO Charlie Kirk wrote, "Joe Biden is calling up reservists for active duty in Operation Atlantic Resolve, because apparently it can’t fill the ranks of its rainbow flag military as recruitment plummets. This is not to fortify our border, which remains wide open, but to increase our deployments near Ukraine. America Last strikes again!"

Restraining Biden's ambitions

Sen. Lee claimed Thursday that "President Biden is arguably walking the U.S. up to the line of war and daring Russia to shoot first."

"Since conflict with Russia and Ukraine came to blows in 2014, rotational deployments under Atlantic Resolve have been considered a backbone of deterring Russia from crossing NATO's Eastern flank," wrote Lee. "The active-duty activation and deployment of these additional forces is a dangerous provocation, knowing full well NATO's Eastern Flank is adjacent to active hostilities."

Late last year, a Ukrainian missile strayed into Poland, but was misidentified in the press as a Russian missile. Such spillover from the fighting between Ukrainians and the Russian invaders could easily and swiftly bring America directly into the conflict.

"President Biden did the same thing at the beginning of the war in Ukraine in 2022, massively increasing our active-duty force presence when we knew hostilities were imminent. But now it’s even more risky because hostilities are active," continued Lee. "Not only does this run the risk of further locking us into supporting Ukraine, now the military-industrial complex will say the US military presence is THE one thing preventing Russia from crossing NATO’s eastern border & that we have to maintain such presence indefinitely."

According to Lee, this may amount to a "long-term security guarantee. Another endless war but this time by proxy."

The Utah senator said that "this makes me really uneasy," adding that "we might have to invoke the War Powers Act."

The War Powers Act states that, unless Congress has declared war, the U.S. military and members thereof cannot be "introduced in hostilities or in situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances" unless:

  • they are repelling an armed attack on the U.S., its territories and possessions;
  • they are taking "necessary and appropriate retaliatory actions in the event of such an attack";
  • they are forestalling the direct imminent threat of such an attack;
  • they are providing protection for evacuation of American citizens; or
  • they have "specific statutory authorization," such as the 2001 "Authorization for Use of Military Force."

Lee acknowledged that a resolution passed under the War Powers Act could be vetoed by the president. To override such a veto would require a two-thirds vote from both houses of Congress, meaning it would have to be a bipartisan effort.

The Utah senator was part of a bipartisan legislative effort in 2021 to reclaim for Congress "its rightful role as co-equal branch on matters of war and national security."

Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) said at the time that Congress had "acquiesced to the growing, often unchecked power of the executive to determine the outline of America's footpring in the world."

Should a War Powers resolution such as that proposed by Lee fail, the senator indicated Congress would still have the "option of defunding, but that's tricky too because spending legislation is also subject to presidential veto."

EXPOSED: Why is Biden HIDING federal plans to ‘expand voting’?

Soon after President Joe Biden entered the White House, he issued an executive order declaring that all 600 federal agencies must "come up with a plan to expand voting," says The Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway, whose must-read article, "Yes, Biden Is Hiding His Plan To Rig The 2022 Midterm Elections," exposes what this administration does not want the public to know — at least until after the November midterm elections.

Hemingway joined Glenn Beck on the radio program to explain why this particular executive order is so "alarming," and how numerous requests for details about the order, some filed under the Freedom of Information Act, have gone unanswered.

"The executive branch does not have authority over our election systems," Hemingway emphasized. And yet, the 600 federal agencies were not only required to comply with the president's order, but they also had to submit these plans to none other than Susan Rice, Biden's "hyperpartisan" domestic policy advisor.

So what can be done about this election operation that appears to already be in full swing? Listen to the video clip to find out. Can't watch? Download the podcast here.

Biden creates commission to study packing the Supreme Court

President Joe Biden on Friday announced a new executive order that will form a commission to study expanding the Supreme Court, fulfilling a campaign promise to progressive activists who demanded the new administration pack the courts in response to President Donald Trump's appointment of Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

The commission will feature various legal experts and scholars who will hold public meetings and debate and discuss with other experts over 180 days on the question of whether reforms are needed to change the structure and nature of the United States Supreme Court.

"The Commission's purpose is to provide an analysis of the principal arguments in the contemporary public debate for and against Supreme Court reform, including an appraisal of the merits and legality of particular reform proposals," the White House said in a statement.

"The topics it will examine include the genesis of the reform debate; the Court's role in the Constitutional system; the length of service and turnover of justices on the Court; the membership and size of the Court; and the Court's case selection, rules, and practices."

During former President Donald Trump's term in office, the Senate confirmed 174 of his judicial nominees to federal district courts, 54 to appellate courts, and three to the Supreme Court. Trump's third Supreme Court nominee, Justice Barrett, was confirmed just eight days before the 2020 presidential election, which infuriated Democrats who had argued that her confirmation should be delayed until after the election, when the new Congress, now a Democratic majority, would be in session.

In response to these legacy-defining actions, Democratic activists have demanded that President Biden take action to dramatically reshape the federal judiciary, including packing the Supreme Court to diminish the power of the perceived 6-3 conservative majority.

On the 2020 campaign trail, Biden, who formerly served in the United States Senate as the chairman of the Judiciary Committee, repeatedly demurred on the question of expanding the court. While initially he voiced opposition to the idea, toward the end of the campaign he appeased progressive activists by signaling openness to debate on reforming the courts, ultimately promising to create a commission to study the issue if he won the White House.

Friday's executive order will create that commission, which consists of 36 individuals appointed by the president. The commission will be co-chaired by Yale Law School professor Cristina Rodriguez and New York University law professor and former White House counsel Bob Bauer.

White House confirms Biden will sign executive order on gun control

The White House confirmed on Friday that President Joe Biden will sign executive orders on gun control.

During Friday's White House press conference, CNN Chief White House Correspondent Kaitlan Collins asked, "Should we still be expecting executive orders from the President on gun measures?" White House press secretary Jen Psaki replied, "Yes," and said there isn't "an exact timeframe" on the gun control actions.

"I will note that when the president was the vice-president in the Obama-Biden administration, he helped put in place 23 executive actions to combat gun violence," Psaki added. "It's one of the levers that we can use, that any federal government, any President can use to help address the prevalence of gun violence and address community safety around the country."

"We have to address this epidemic, address the threat of gun violence across many avenues," Psaki said. "And he will. He's committed to doing that."

— The Recount (@The Recount)1616778762.0

During Wednesday's White House press conference, Psaki said President Biden has been weighing using executive actions for gun control measures "for several weeks."

"Executive actions are of course, an important lever that every president has at their disposal," Psaki stated. "There's current discussions and analysis internally of what steps can be taken,.that that has been ongoing for several weeks, even before these two recent tragedies, that he looks forward to getting an update on and seeing what can be moved forward on that front as well. So he's not waiting for anything to fail, is really the answer to your question."

Psaki noted that the Biden administration believes addressing gun access is "important," as well as "addressing community violence and a range of issues that are root causes and kind of lead to the deaths and the impact that we're seeing that's so troubling."

Last month, Psaki proclaimed that Biden "has a range of actions at his disposal" to bypass Congress to enact gun control measures, adding that the president "hasn't ruled out" using executive power to address the issue.

On Friday, Biden may have hinted that one of his first actions on guns could have to do with 3D-printed guns and imported firearms.

"We are looking at what kind of authority I have relative to imported weapons as well as whether or not I have any authority to ... these new weapons that are being made by 3D equipment that aren't registered as guns at all," Biden told reporters while on the tarmac en route to his home in Delaware. "There may be some latitude there as well."

Four Democratic senators are urging Biden to take executive action on "ghost guns," which are handmade firearms or gun kits that the buyer assembles themselves. Ghost guns don't need to be registered or have a serial number. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives does not regulate these kits as firearms. Democratic lawmakers want ghost guns classified as firearms, which would require a background check, according to CNN.

On Tuesday, Biden called for a ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.

"I don't need to wait another minute, let alone an hour, to take common sense steps that will save lives in the future," Biden demanded. "We can ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines in this country once again. I got that done when I was a senator. It passed, it was the law for the longest time and it brought down these mass killings. We should do it again."

Biden also called for more stringent background checks.

"We can close the loopholes in our background check system, including the Charleston loophole," Biden said. "That's one of the best tools we have right now to prevent gun violence. The Senate should immediately pass, let me say it again. The United States Senate, I hope some are listening, should immediately pass the two house past bills that close loopholes in the background check system."

On the third anniversary of the Parkland school shooting in February, President Biden called on Congress to implement "commonsense gun law reforms."

"Three years ago today, a lone gunman took the lives of 14 students and three educators at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida," Biden said in a statement. "In seconds, the lives of dozens of families, and the life of an American community, were changed forever."

"This Administration will not wait for the next mass shooting to heed that call," Biden declared. "We will take action to end our epidemic of gun violence and make our schools and communities safer."

"Today, I am calling on Congress to enact commonsense gun law reforms, including requiring background checks on all gun sales, banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, and eliminating immunity for gun manufacturers who knowingly put weapons of war on our streets," the president continued. "We owe it to all those we've lost and to all those left behind to grieve to make a change. The time to act is now."

The Biden administration is pushing for gun control measures in response to recent mass shootings in Atlanta, where eight people were killed, and Boulder, where there were 10 casualties.
