Why did Biden fly Laken Riley's murderer to Georgia?

Laken Riley was only 22 years old when she was brutally murdered by an illegal immigrant from Venezuela.

The nursing student had innocently gone for a jog on the University of Georgia campus in Athens, Georgia, where 26-year-old Jose Ibarra then decided to take her life.

Ibarra was found guilty on all counts Wednesday morning in the fast-moving trial.

The prosecutor explained to the jury that the immigrant had been walking around different apartment complexes essentially hunting for a woman to rape, when he saw Laken Riley jogging by herself on a Sunday morning.

“She fought so hard for her life, she fought so hard for her dignity, she was almost completely unclothed,” Allie Beth Stuckey of “Relatable” comments after listening to the prosecutor's opening statement.

“Because of how hard she fought, she wasn’t completely exposed, but when the police officer found her laying there with her skull crushed in by the rock that Ibarra allegedly picked up and hit her with, at least half of her body was completely naked because he tried and failed, thank the Lord, to rape her before murdering her,” Stuckey says.

Riley was reportedly wearing a smartwatch at the time, which revealed that her heart rate had spiked during the 17-minute attack.

Her attacker has been confirmed to be a member of Tren de Aragua, a dangerous Venezuelan gang that has infiltrated and plagued parts of America with extreme violence.

He had also been arrested by the NYPD a year after he entered the United States in August 2023, but not because he was here illegally. Rather, Ibarra was arrested because he committed the crime of acting in a manner to injure a child and had a motor vehicle license violation.

Now, it’s been revealed that Ibarra, along with other illegal immigrants, was granted a free humanitarian flight from New York to Georgia.

“So he was the beneficiary of Biden’s catch-and-release policy at the border. So he was detained when he tried to cross illegally in 2022, and then he was released into the interior of the United States per Biden’s policies, and then he was the beneficiary of a catch-and-release policy because of progressive soft-on-crime policies in New York,” Stuckey comments.

“And not only that, but he was actually given the gift, as a reward for the crimes that he had committed, he was given the gift of a free, taxpayer-funded flight from New York to Georgia, where he eventually killed Laken Riley,” she adds, disgusted.

HEARTBREAKING story: Illegal aliens MURDERED Alexis Nungaray's daughter

On Monday, June 17, 2024, Alexis Nungaray received news that would shake any loving parent to the core. Her daughter, Jocelyn Nungaray, was murdered and thrown in a bayou of water underneath a creek.

Jocelyn was only 12 years old when she walked to the corner store to grab a soda, where she was taken and then murdered by two illegal Venezuelan immigrants: Johan Jose Martinez Rangel, 22, and Franklin Pena Ramos, 26 years old.

Border Patrol had apprehended Johan Martinez near El Paso on March 14, but he was promptly released the same day on an order of recognizance with a notice to appear. On May 28, Franklin Pena was also apprehended before being let go on a promise to appear in court at a later date.

Not three weeks later, they took Jocelyn’s life.

“The hard facts of reality is there will unfortunately be more Jocelyns, but that’s why I’m being so courageous, and that’s why I’m using my voice, since her voice was viciously ripped away from her,” Nungaray tells Alex Stein of “Prime Time with Alex Stein.”

“This unfortunately is a desperate wakeup call that this country needs to realize that Jocelyn needs to be the last Jocelyn. She needs to be the last child for this to happen,” she continues.

Stein is horrified, especially considering the Biden administration’s “catch and release” program allowed these two immigrants — who had Venezuelan gang affiliations — to roam freely on the streets of the United States.

“The fact is, they’re letting people come into this country unvetted, and a lot of these people have gang affiliations, and both of these guys had gang affiliations,” Stein says.

After the pair murdered Jocelyn in cold blood, one of the immigrants attempted to change his appearance to go under the radar.

“He had a full beard, and once he was watching the news with the still shots on them, he completely shaved his face clean, and he thought that was going to be the bandaid over his mistake, but it didn’t work because he was still caught within days of them doing what they did to her,” Nungaray explains.

While liberals have remained steadfast in their claim that illegal aliens deserve to be here, Stein doesn’t think they truly understand that this can and will affect them negatively.

“This is a serious issue that you can be affected by. Doesn’t matter your political leaning, it doesn’t matter your race, your ethnicity, you can be affected by this,” Stein says. “It’s just, you never know who can be a victim.”

The House Passed A Border Solution A Year Ago, But Senate Democrats Don’t Want It

[rebelmouse-proxy-image https://thefederalist.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Screenshot-2024-05-19-at-7.47.17 PM-1200x675.png crop_info="%7B%22image%22%3A%20%22https%3A//thefederalist.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Screenshot-2024-05-19-at-7.47.17%5Cu202fPM-1200x675.png%22%7D" expand=1]When Republicans passed H.R. 2 — a border security policy that would actually work — radical open-borders Democrats in the Senate blocked it.

SCOTUS temporarily blocks Texas immigration bill. Here’s what COULD happen after the final ruling on March 13.

Just as Texas reached its limit with Biden’s open border policies and proposed Texas Senate Bill 4, which would allow the state to arrest illegal immigrants, the Supreme Court stepped in and halted progression.

Now, Texas once again has its hands tied with the invasion at the border — at least until March 13, when SCOTUS will make a final ruling.

“We can't enforce our laws; we can't keep our border sovereign,” sighs Sara Gonzales.

To make matters worse, “We're finding out there was a FOIA lawsuit from the Center of Immigration Studies that revealed that the Biden administration has been coordinating flights for approximately 320,000 illegal immigrants to 43 different cities across the country.”

“You don't even have to walk these days,” says Sara. “You can just get a free flight, free money, free debit card, free phone — free everything, but if you're an American citizen, no. If you’re a homeless veteran, stay on the streets.”

“It's so blatant, and you may see the Supreme Court end up taking the position of the Federal Government because I do not think that they want freer states,” adds Eric July of Rippaverse Comics.

How Texas would respond to such an unfavorable ruling poses some serious implications.

According to Eric, if SCOTUS blocks SB4 and prevents Texas from protecting its borders, the state must take the position of “we don’t care” and decide to protect the border anyway, regardless of what that means on a national level.

Sara agrees — “What are they going to do? You already have Border Patrol who is calling out Joe Biden and saying he is doing a horrible job ... and they have already come out and said we respect the Texas National Guard.”

“Maybe violence breaks out, but maybe that’s what it has to come to.”

Gallup Poll: Biden’s Border Invasion Is Americans’ No. 1 Worry

Voters are clearly blaming President Joe Biden and his band of leftists for the invasion the nation has endured over the past three years.

Warning: Come November 2024, illegal immigration might 'end the Democratic system as we know it'

Two of the most pressing concerns in America currently are illegal immigration and declining confidence in our electoral system.

While these might seem like two separate issues — and in some ways, they are — they’re also inextricably connected.

“Experts are warning that all of this illegal immigration could have a major impact on House Seats and the Electoral College,” says Sara Gonzales. “Shortly after taking office in 2021, Joe Biden signed an executive order requiring that the United States Census Bureau factor in all residents, including non-citizens, as part of its calculation of the U.S. population.”

While reports from the Federation of American Immigration Reform indicate that there are an estimated “16.8 million illegal immigrants living in the United States,” the numbers are likely much, much higher.

“There’s no way it’s 16.8 million,” says Sara. “Every House seat represents an average of 761,168 residents,. So, the total number, they say, of illegal immigrants account for roughly 22 seats in the House.”

“There's no way it's 22; it would be much more than that because there are many more illegal immigrants than” are being reported.

“Right now, there are 219 Republicans and 212 Democrats in the House, and even then, you're going to expect at least some Republican defectors to [vote for] the other side. So, if we proceed with how it is now … you're ending the democratic system as we know it,” says Sara, adding that Democrats are “clearly rigging the system.”

“Democrats play to win,” agrees Eric July. “If they gotta rig the rules to benefit themselves, that’s exactly what they’re going to do. They will lie, cheat, and steal.”

“They look at the book of law, and the book of law tells them that, ‘Hey, we count everybody.’'"

"Okay, if they count everybody, then let's open the border by design,” adds Jaco Booyens.

Judge Says He ‘Could Not Substantiate’ Any Illegal Migrants He Ordered Removed Were Deported

'I could not substantiate that’ any of those ‘I had entered an order of removal against’ were deported

Republican lawmakers push measure to end catch-and-release policies

As massive quantities of migrants inundate America's southern border, a group of House GOP lawmakers is pushing legislation that would put the kibosh on catch and release policies.

"Catch and release is incentivizing historic levels of illegal immigration, stretching Border Patrol resources thin, and making our communities unsafe," Republican Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona, who introduced the legislation, said, according to a press release. "My legislation restores integrity in our immigration system by explicitly prohibiting DHS from paroling or otherwise releasing illegal aliens into the country. DHS can either detain the illegal alien or require them to remain outside the United States while their claim is pending. We must maintain operational control of the southern border and this legislation gets us closer to that."

Cosponsors for the commonsense measure include Reps. Scott Perry of Pennsylvania, Paul Gosar of Arizona, Andy Harris of Maryland, W. Gregory Steube of Florida, Randy Weber of Texas, Doug Lamborn of Colorado, Bob Good of Virginia, Mary E. Miller of Illinois, Jody Hice of Georgia, Michael Cloud of Texas, Lauren Boebert of Colorado, Ralph Norman of South Carolina, and Tom Tiffany of Wisconsin.

"This is exactly what the GOP should be passing immediately after taking back the House," Boebert tweeted on Thursday.

“Today my friend @RepAndyBiggsAZ introduced the End Catch and Release Act of 2022, and I’m proud to cosponsor this legislation.

This is exactly what the GOP should be passing immediately after taking back the House.”

Last year, Biggs put forward articles of impeachment targeting Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

In a letter earlier this year, Biggs and dozens of other House GOP lawmakers called for Mayorkas to resign.

Similarly, more than a dozen Republican state attorneys general joined together in a letter earlier this year calling for the DHS chief to resign.

GOP Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri is also calling for Mayorkas to step down. "Your intentional disregard for our country’s immigration laws makes you unfit to remain in office. You should resign," Hawley declared in a September 21 letter to Mayorkas.

Greg Abbott’s new executive order on the border crisis is less than it appears to be

Abbott's order is a more of a legal strategy than an operational shift in border enforcement, and it might well be too little, too late.
