Sean 'Diddy' Combs accused of raping 13-year-old girl with another celebrity as female star watched, new lawsuit claims

A new wave of lawsuits have been initiated against Sean “Diddy” Combs, which include accusations that the hip-hop producer raped a 13-year-old girl with a fellow celebrity as a female star watched the alleged sex crime.

On Sunday, Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee filed five new civil lawsuits against Combs in New York federal court under the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. Buzbee had already filed six previous jury-seeking suits against the music mogul for alleged sex crimes.

The lawsuit claims that after the purported sexual assault, the alleged victim 'fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life.'

Buzbee told NBC News, "We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves and will work to see that justice is done. We expect to be filing cases weekly naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants as we continue to gather evidence and prepare the filings."

Buzbee said he is representing more than 120 individuals in civil lawsuits accusing Combs of sex crimes over the course of more than two decades. Buzzbee said the youngest alleged victim was only 9 years old when Diddy reportedly sexually assaulted him.

According to the latest lawsuit against Diddy, an alleged child sex crime occurred at an afterparty following the MTV Video Music Awards in September 2000.

The alleged victim, now 37, claimed she was raped at the afterparty when she was only 13 years old. The alleged victim — identified as Jane Doe — claimed to have felt “woozy and lightheaded” after one drink at the party.

“Looking for a place to rest, plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment,” the 19-page lawsuit stated, according to Deadline.

“Soon after, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room,” the 19-page action says. “Combs aggressively approached plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, ‘You are ready to party!'”

“Combs then threw plaintiff toward another male celebrity, Celebrity A, who removed plaintiff’s clothes as she grew more and more disoriented,” the lawsuit contends. “Plaintiff was held down by Celebrity A who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched."

"After the male celebrity finished, Combs then vaginally raped plaintiff while the Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched," the suit alleges. "Combs attempted to force plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, but she resisted by hitting Combs in the neck; he stopped.”

The lawsuit does not name the male and female celebrities.

The alleged victim said she left “the large white house with a gated U-shaped driveway” after the claimed sexual assault, and her father picked her up.

The lawsuit claims that after the purported sexual assault, the alleged victim "fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life.”

Rolling Stone reported that another victim said he was 17 years old when Combs sexually abused him.

The alleged victim — an aspiring singer identified as John Doe — said he went to a penthouse hotel party in Manhattan in 2022. The alleged victim claimed Diddy offered him a drink and “assured Doe that he could make him a star."

The alleged victim claimed he began to feel dizzy and confused.

He claims to have stumbled into a room where people were having group sex. The lawsuit claims Combs grabbed the alleged victim and "led him to the bed, forcing him to lie down on the bed against his will.”

"Combs grabbed Doe’s penis and genitals with his hand," the lawsuit alleges. "Combs manipulated Does’ genitals for an extended period of time, trying to get him aroused."

Another alleged victim claimed he was forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement in order to attend a party at Combs’ Holmby Hills mansion following the 2022 BET Awards. The alleged victim claimed he was handed a cocktail and soon felt “disoriented, dizzy and weak.”

The lawsuit states that the alleged victim reportedly was escorted into a small room where nearly a dozen people were engaging in group sex. After “realizing his significant impairment,” Combs allegedly approached him and “removed his pants, and began performing non-consensual oral sex onto him,” the suit claims.

Rolling Stone reported that Diddy's criminal defense team filed a motion with U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian on Sunday night, asking for a gag order that would prohibit “further extrajudicial statements from prospective witnesses and their lawyers that substantially interfere with Mr. Combs’s right to a fair trial.”

According to Page Six, Combs' legal team said: "The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”

As Blaze News reported last month, Combs was arrested in New York City after the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York charged him with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and interstate transportation for prostitution.

The indictment read: “Members and associates of the Combs Enterprise engaged in, and attempted to engage in, among other activities, sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, coercion, and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.”

The indictment describes sex acts known as “freak offs,” in which Combs allegedly organized the transportation of sex workers across state lines and internationally — and often recorded them.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams previously said, "The freak offs sometimes lasted days at a time, involved multiple commercial sex workers, and often involved a variety of narcotics — such as ketamine, ecstasy, and GHB [gamma hydroxybutyrate] — which Combs distributed to the victims to keep them obedient and compliant.”

Diddy's federal trial is expected to begin in May. Combs has pleaded not guilty.

If convicted, Combs faces a minimum of 15 years in prison and up to life.

'Love Island USA' reality star accused of threatening to kill cop amid disorderly arrest

"Love Island USA" reality star Hannah Smith was arrested for allegedly threatening to kill a police officer in Atlanta, according to multiple reports.

Smith — a 26-year-old North Carolina native who appeared in the sixth and most-watched season of the "Love Island USA" dating show — attended the Gracie Abrams show at the Coca-Cola Roxy concert venue on the night of Sept. 30.

'Smith, who was still yelling, cursing, and dropping items out of her purse, began to walk toward me and attempted to punch me.'

Citing police documents, TMZ reported that when police were removing Smith from the concert around 11 p.m. for being disorderly, she allegedly "tried punching the cop with a closed fist."

Smith also punched a member of emergency medical services who was assisting, according to a Cobb County officer supervising the situation.

Smith was placed under arrest.

"Smith, who was still yelling, cursing, and dropping items out of her purse, began to walk toward me and attempted to punch me," the officer said in the report, according to NBC News. "However, before she made contact I grabbed her arm and put her on the ground and placed her under arrest."

After being handcuffed, Smith reportedly attempted to kick the officer "multiple times" and soon was placed in a police cruiser.

During the drive to the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office Adult Detention Center, Smith repeatedly threatened to kill the officer and his sister, according to the police report. The report does not specify in what way the officer's sister was relevant to the arrest.

“While transporting Smith to Cobb [detention center] she stated, ‘I am going to kill you and your sister,'” the report read. “She stated she was going to kill me and my sister multiple times.”

Smith reportedly declared that she would not exit the police cruiser until the person in the passenger seat was arrested — except there was no one in the passenger seat, according to police.

“I advised to her that no one was in the front seat of the vehicle, however Smith still refused to exit the vehicle,” the officer wrote in the report.

Smith was booked and charged with two felonies: terroristic threats and obstruction or hindering an officer.

Smith's bond was set at $8,000, and after it was posted Oct. 1, Smith was released, according to WAGA-TV.

As part of her release, Smith was ordered to not consume alcohol and submit to random alcohol and drug testing.

Officials said Smith was intoxicated at the time of the incident.

Smith debuted as a contestant in season six of “Love Island USA,” the American spin-off of a massively popular British dating show. Smith was the first woman eliminated from the season.

Sean 'Diddy' Combs charged with racketeering; sex trafficking; controlled drug-fueled, days-long 'freak off' sex acts: Feds

Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested Monday in New York City. The indictment was unsealed Tuesday morning, and it outlined three federal charges against the rap star.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York presented charges against Combs for racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and interstate transportation for prostitution.

'The freak offs sometimes lasted days at a time, involved multiple commercial sex workers, and often involved a variety of narcotics — such as ketamine, ecstasy, and GHB [gamma hydroxybutyrate] — which Combs distributed to the victims to keep them obedient and compliant.'

According to the indictment, “Members and associates of the Combs Enterprise engaged in, and attempted to engage in, among other activities, sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, coercion and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.”

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams told reporters during a Tuesday press conference, "A year ago, Sean Combs stood in Times Square and was handed a key to New York City. Today, he's been indicted and will face justice in the Southern District of New York."

Federal prosecutors are seeking to detain Combs ahead of trial.

"So we will be seeking detention," Williams said. "There is a presumption of detention in a case like this, and we think that's warranted."

Williams was asked if Combs could be in danger while behind bars — a reference to the death of Jeffrey Epstein in jail.

"We are concerned with anyone's safety whenever they are detained prior to trial, it's part of our obligation," Williams responded. "But I do not draw any sort of connection between Jeffrey Epstein's suicide and what may or may not happen to any other defendant while they are detained pretrial. Our position is that pretrial detention is warranted [for Combs] under the law and based on the facts of this case."

Williams declared that the investigation was not done and refused to take future charges off the table.

"This investigation is ongoing, and I encourage anyone with information about this case to come forward and to do it quickly," he stated.

Williams added, “Between at least 2008 and the present, Combs abused, threatened, and coerced victims to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.”

He continued, “Sean Combs led and participated in a racketeering conspiracy that used the business empire he controlled to carry out criminal activity, including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and the obstruction of justice.”

According to prosecutors, Combs “engaged in a persistent and pervasive pattern” of physical, verbal, emotional, and sexual abuse “toward women and other individuals.”

The complaint also alleges that on numerous occasions, Combs “assaulted women by, among other things, striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects at, and kicking them.”

The indictment claims Combs used his businesses and employees “to carry out, facilitate, and cover up his abuse and commercial sex.” According to the complaint, the businesses included Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises, and Combs Global.

He 'subjected victims [to] physical, emotional, and verbal abuse so that they would participate in the freak offs.'

Prosecutors alleged Combs was able to garner “absolute loyalty” from business members through “acts of violence and threats.” The Combs Enterprise reportedly avoided detection for illegal activities through “acts of intimidation, manipulation, bribery, and threats of retaliation against individuals who witnessed the crimes committed by members and associates of the enterprise.”

The alleged physical abuse victims purportedly were inflicted with injuries that would take “days or weeks to heal."

The indictment describes sex acts known as “freak offs,” for which Combs allegedly organized the transportation of sex workers across state lines and internationally — and often recorded them.

Williams told reporters, "The freak offs sometimes lasted days at a time, involved multiple commercial sex workers, and often involved a variety of narcotics — such as ketamine, ecstasy, and GHB [gamma hydroxybutyrate] — which Combs distributed to the victims to keep them obedient and compliant.”

The sex acts also involved IV fluids and lighting, according to the three-count indictment.

During these sex performances, Combs is alleged to have “subjected victims to physical, emotional, and verbal abuse.” The victims were reportedly threatened with a loss of income or livelihood if they declined to participate in the sex parties.

Williams claimed Diddy would become “violent” when he “didn’t get his way," adding that he "subjected victims [to] physical, emotional, and verbal abuse so that they would participate in the freak offs."

Williams also noted evidence of the freak offs — "electronic devices that contain images and videos of the freak offs with multiple victims" — seized from raids on Combs’ properties in Miami and Los Angeles in March.

Federal prosecutors said more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and other lubricants were seized from Combs' homes that were used in these sex performances.

Law enforcement also seized three AR-15 rifles, ammunition, and a large-capacity drum magazine. The serial numbers on the AR-15s had been defaced, according to prosecutors.

Following Combs' arrest Monday, his attorney — Marc Agnifilo — described the entertainment mogul as “an innocent man with nothing to hide.”

“To his credit, Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation, and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges,” Agnifilo said.

However, Williams disagreed and stated: “Generally, and with increasing frequency, the word cooperative or cooperating has taken on tremendous elasticity, and it no longer really bears any relation to what the word means when we use it in a very specific context. Responding to lawful process and the like does not qualify as cooperation when we use that term here.”

If convicted on all charges, Combs faces up to life in prison.

In May, disturbing footage surfaced of Diddy brutally assaulting his former girlfriend Casandra Ventura at a California hotel in 2016. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said the rapper would not be prosecuted.

Former 'American Ninja Warrior' champion gets 10 years in prison for child porn, coercing minor to cross state lines for sex

A former "American Ninja Warrior" champion has been sentenced to more than 10 years in prison for charges regarding child porn and coercing a minor to cross state lines for sex.

Andrew Drechsel, 35, was sentenced to 121 months in prison by Chief U.S. District Judge Renée M. Bumb in Camden federal court on Wednesday.

The Florida man from Saint Cloud had pleaded guilty on June 1 to one count of receiving child pornography and one count of knowingly persuading, inducing, enticing, and coercing a minor to travel across interstate lines to engage in sexual activity.

In addition to the prison term, Drechsel was sentenced to 15 years of supervised release and ordered to pay $100,000 in restitution to the victim.

Between 2014 and 2019, Drechsel lived in Hamden, Connecticut.

Drechsel admitted that he initially met the victim in 2014 through his activities in the parkour community through his reputation as an "American Ninja Warrior" champion, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey's office.

At Drechsel's urging, the underage girl allegedly traveled from New Jersey to his gym in Connecticut in July 2015. The reality entertainment star allegedly had sexual relations with the underage girl.

The child sexual abuse reportedly happened when the victim was 14 and 15 years old.

On Nov. 8, 2019, law enforcement agents searched Drechsel’s phone and found images of child sex crimes, including illicit photos and videos of the underage victim.

Drechsel admitted texting the victim and discussing plans to engage in sexual activity with the victim.

The former celebrity won season 11 of "American Ninja Warrior," a reality TV show.

He reportedly won $1 million on the reality competition TV show and starred in eight seasons.

When the charges against Drechsel were filed in 2020, NBC said they were "shocked and disturbed to learn about the charges alleged against Drew Drechsel."

"'American Ninja Warrior' is a family show that has inspired countless people, and we will not let the actions of one contestant tarnish the hard work and amazing stories of so many. Moving forward, the 'American Ninja Warrior' brand will sever all ties with Mr. Drechsel, including his appearance on future seasons of the show," NBC told The Hollywood Reporter.

Model Angie Harmon's 18-year-old daughter, Avery Sehorn, arrested on felony charges

Avery Sehorn, daughter of actress and model Angie Harmon, was arrested on felony charges.

Sehorn was arrested on June 6 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The daughter of the renowned model was charged with felony burglary and larceny, according to Fox News.

Around 11:30 p.m., Sehorn and two 17-year-old boys reportedly broke into the World Night Club on Music Factory through a back door.

One of the club's owners told WCCB that the teens hid behind the bar and drank liquor belonging to the nightclub. The owner claimed a cleaning crew caught the trespassers. He added that the trio ran off, but were caught by police shortly after.

The trio are accused of stealing six bottles of liquor worth $500, according to the arrest warrant.

Avery Sehorn is the daughter of Harmon and former NFL star Jason Sehorn. The couple divorced in 2015 and have two other daughters, Finley, 20, and Emery, 15.

Harmon – best known for her roles in "Law & Order" and "Rizzoli & Isles" – had congratulated Sehorn days before her arrest for graduating high school at the Charlotte Christian School – a private, college preparatory, non-denominational Christian school.

Harmon wrote in a June 2 Instagram post, "We are all immensely proud of you Avery! You have overcome & conquered & excelled to shine brightly with the stars! Remember to leave every place better than you found it & we are all so excited to see what God has planned for you!"

Harmon made headlines earlier this year when she accused a grocery delivery person of fatally shooting her dog.

As Blaze News reported in April, Harmon claimed that an Instacart delivery driver shot and killed the family dog named Oliver.

"This Easter weekend a man delivering groceries for Instacart shot & killed our precious Oliver. He got out of his car, delivered the food & THEN shot our dog. Our ring camera was charging in the house, which he saw & then knew he wasn't being recorded. The police let him go b/c he claimed 'self defense.' He did not have a scratch or bite on him nor were his pants torn," Harmon wrote in an Instagram post.

The celebrity actress filed a lawsuit against the driver and Instacart in a North Carolina court. She alleges negligence, trespass, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of harm. Harmon is seeking a trial by jury and monetary damages exceeding $25,000, according to court documents.

Superstar boxer Ryan Garcia reportedly arrested at swanky Beverly Hills hotel, compares himself to Britney Spears, Donald Trump

Boxing sensation Ryan Garcia has been arrested following an incident at a swanky Beverly Hills hotel, according to multiple reports. The boxing superstar allegedly made several cryptic messages on social media, including comparing himself to singer Britney Spears and former President Donald Trump.

Police were reportedly called on Saturday after Garcia reportedly caused extensive damage at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. A Beverly Hills Police Department watch commander told ESPN that the luxurious hotel accused Garcia of causing an estimated $15,000 in damages. In California, vandalism causing damage over $400 qualifies as a felony.

Garcia, 25, was arrested shortly before 5:45 p.m., Beverly Hills Police Department officials told KCAL-TV.

TMZ reported that the star boxer was seemingly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, but complied with law enforcement. The outlet published a video of the arrest of the talented fighter.

Police said Garcia complained of a medical issue and was transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Garcia was reportedly booked on suspicion of felony vandalism and has since been released.

Garcia recently claimed that his mother, Lisa Garcia, had been diagnosed with breast cancer and appeared to hint that he would commit suicide if she died.

Garcia's attorney, Darin Chavez, told ESPN that Garcia's arrest comes at "an extraordinarily challenging time for Ryan, as he has been grappling with devastating news regarding his mother's health."

"Ryan has been open about his struggles with mental health over the years, and at this time he is dealing with an immense emotional burden," Chavez said in the statement. "The support and understanding from fans and the public are crucial as he navigates these personal challenges. We are working diligently to provide Ryan with the resources he needs. Our team is committed to ensuring that he receives the appropriate help and care to address both his immediate and long-term well-being. We ask for continued support and compassion as Ryan focuses on his family and his health at this time."

Following his arrest, Garcia's social media accounts have presented unusual posts, including tweets about pedophiles and comparisons to Spears and Trump.

On Sunday, Garcia's alleged X social media page noted that he was "worried" and he is being held at a "weird hospital and they are trying to give me medicine and they have me on a hold for who knows how long, they will determine."

He asked his more than 1 million followers to "pray" for him and that "God help" him.

Garcia added, "Prayer warriors, please I need prayers. A lot of prayers. Prayers can move mountains. LORD JESUS SAVE ME."

The boxer wrote, "Kinda funny both Trump and I are in jail. I don’t know if he is in jail but I know he got convicted. This sucks, but I love Jesus I will be okay."

In his most recent tweet, he said he feels like Britney Spears and that he "never hurt anyone."

Garcia tweeted, "And try to make a change in this cruel world. I love you Christ Jesus. Amen."

In March, Garcia's social media account seemed to imply that he was deceased.

Garcia boasts a 25-1 record in his professional boxing career and was the World Boxing Council's interim lightweight champion in 2021.

'Everything they've done is illegal': Watch Nicki Minaj film her arrest at Amsterdam airport for allegedly 'carrying drugs'

Rapper Nicki Minaj was arrested by police in the Netherlands due to an incident involving her luggage, according to multiple news reports. The rapper was reportedly arrested at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam on Saturday because of possession of drugs. Minaj documented the entire incident involving Dutch authorities on video and posted it to her social media accounts with millions of followers.

Minaj – whose real name is Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty – was traveling from Amsterdam to Manchester, England. Minaj is scheduled to perform a concert at the Co-op Live arena in Manchester on Saturday night as part of her "Pink Friday 2 World Tour."

Minaj wrote on the X social media platform: "They’re trying to keep me from MANCHESTER."

The hip-hop music artist said that authorities "found weed" and took her bags "without consent."

She added, "My security has already advised them those pre-rolls belong to him."

Minaj, 41, recorded the encounter with Dutch authorities.

"They didn’t know I was planning for them just like they were planning for me. Me filming every single thing made them really mad," she tweeted.

This is what it looks like when people are paid big money to try to sabotage a tour.

The 12-time Grammy nominee posted a video of the law enforcement confrontation on her Instagram account – which has nearly 230 million followers.

An airport official informed the celebrity rapper that her luggage needed to be searched, adding, "I'm so sorry to say that."

Minaj responds, "But isn't that what you planned on doing from the get-go? Why didn't you guys search it before it went on the plane?"

An official said that Minaj would be taken into custody for "carrying drugs."

The "Bang Bang" rapper replied, "I'm not going in there. I need a lawyer present."

As far as the Manchester concert, the official is heard telling the entertainer that they would "try to get [her] there" as soon as possible.

"They’ve been trying to stop me from coming to every show," the "Super Bass" rapper claimed. "They took my bags before I could see them. Put it on the plane. Now saying they’re waiting on customs. This is what it looks like when people are paid big money to try to sabotage a tour after all else failed. Everything they've done is illegal."

The Dutch Military Police confirmed to ABC News that a 41-year-old woman was arrested for trying to leave the country while in "possession of soft drugs, which is prohibited."

Marijuana is legal in Amsterdam as long as an individual has no more than 5 grams of cannabis, according to the Netherlands government website.

The Co-op Live arena announced that the doors opening for Minaj’s concert would be delayed by 30 minutes to 7 p.m. local time.

The hashtag #FREENICKI was trending on X on Saturday afternoon.

This is not Minaj's first brush with law enforcement.

She and her husband, Kenneth Petty, were ordered to pay $500,000 to a German security guard over an alleged backstage assault two months ago.

Wynonna Judd's daughter avoids prostitution charge, but pleads guilty to other counts for indecent public incident

Wynonna Judd’s daughter avoided a prostitution charge, but did plead guilty to other charges stemming from an alleged incident in Alabama, where she allegedly exposed her breasts and refused to comply with police officers.

Grace Pauline Kelley — Judd's daughter — had been charged with three misdemeanors, including soliciting prostitution, indecent exposure, and obstructing governmental operations in connection with the alleged incident on April 5, according to the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office.

Kelley, 27, appeared at the Millbrook Municipal Court on Thursday. The prostitution charge was dismissed, and the indecent exposure charge was reduced to the lesser offense of lewd conduct.

Millbrook County Municipal Court Judge Bradley Erdahl sentenced Kelly to 60 days in the Elmore County jail and $1,122 in fines and court costs on a charge of obstructing government operations, court records stated.

Kelley was purportedly given credit for time served in jail and was ordered to serve the remaining days of her 60-day sentence. She had been

Kelley exposed "her breast, buttocks, and genitals" at the busy intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook, according to arrest records. Judd's daughter allegedly refused to identify herself when officers reportedly attempted to arrest her and she refused to comply with the commands of police.

Kelley's public defender, David Musgrove, told Fox News that "the family would like to deal with the situation privately."

"The most serious charges against my client were dismissed," Musgrove said. "The judge was fair with her, and she comported herself well in the courtroom and was polite and respectful with the judge and with the police officers. I expect she will be released before too long."

Wynonna Judd, 59, allegedly did not make an appearance at Kelley's hearing.

As Blaze News previously reported, Kelley allegedly said her mother would not answer her phone calls.

"I think she’s blocked my number," Kelley previously told the New York Post.

Kelley continued, "She wants me to go to rehab. But when I came to jail, I took a drug test, and I passed it. I’m not on drugs. My mom won’t listen to me, she won’t believe me. She thinks I’m out here doing crazy s***."

Kelley has had previous brushes with the law.

In 2017, Kelley pleaded guilty to manufacturing, delivery, sale, and possession of methamphetamine.

In August 2021, she was arrested for a probation violation stemming from a 2016 possession of meth arrest, according to media reports.

In May 2023, Kelley was reportedly arrested on charges that she violated an order of protection and restraining order and violation of parole.

On Friday, nearly two weeks after his arrest, Wallen posted a message on the X social media platform.

"I didn't feel right publicly checking in until I made amends with some folks. I’ve touched base with Nashville law enforcement, my family, and the good people at Chief’s. I'm not proud of my behavior, and I accept responsibility," Wallen wrote. "I have the utmost respect for the officers working every day to keep us all safe."

Wallen assured his fans that his One Night at a Time tour would continue as planned and "there will be no change."
