Sean 'Diddy' Combs sexually assaulted 10-year-old boy after drugging him during 'audition,' shocking new lawsuit claims

Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in a New York City hotel room in 2005, according to a new lawsuit.

The California boy allegedly was interested in becoming an actor and/or rapper, according to Variety.

The boy later woke up in tears with his pants undone and pain in his anus and buttocks, CNN reported.

The lawsuit says the boy's parents hired a music industry consultant who recommended that the family travel from Los Angeles, where they lived, to New York to meet with music industry figures. The consultant allegedly arranged for the boy to have an "audition" with Combs, who reportedly requested to meet with the child alone before meeting his family.

The consultant brought the boy to Combs’ hotel room and left him alone with him, according to the lawsuit.

The boy reportedly performed a few rap songs for Combs, who allegedly told the 10-year-old he could “make him a star” and asked him how badly he wanted it.

According to the lawsuit, the “plaintiff responded, as might any 10-year-old child, that he would ‘do anything.'”

While in the hotel room, someone presented the boy with a soda. Shortly after drinking the soda, the alleged victim said he reportedly began to feel “a little funny.” The plaintiff’s attorney claimed the drink was spiked with drugs “including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy.”

Combs allegedly instructed the child to move closer to him and pushed him down, then told him something to the effect of “you have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes.” The complaint alleged that Combs exposed his penis and told the boy to “kiss it.”

According to the complaint, the boy refused Diddy's sexual advances, but Combs forced the minor to perform oral sex on him. Soon after, the 10-year-old reportedly lost consciousness.

The boy later woke up in tears with his pants undone and pain in his anus and buttocks, CNN reported.

The 10-year-old allegedly told Diddy that he wanted to see his parents, and the Bad Boy Records founder reportedly threatened to hurt the child's parents if he said anything to anyone.

Once the consultant returned, she allegedly noticed the boy was “badly shaken.” The child's parents said their son appeared “lethargic and acting differently" after the "audition."

The lawsuit noted that since the purported sexual assault, the alleged victim suffered from “severe depression and anxiety, which leaves him hopeless and fatigued.”

Second lawsuit involves 17-year-old alleged victim

A second new lawsuit accused Combs of sexually assaulting an aspiring 17-year-old male music performer during a 2008 audition for Combs' "Making the Band" TV show, in which Combs determines the fate of entertainment hopefuls.

During the first interview with the alleged victim — which was one-on-one with Combs — the lawsuit states that "Combs asked plaintiff hypothetical questions about handling situations involving sexual pressure.”

“As Combs described these scenarios, he began to sexually assault plaintiff by touching plaintiff both over and under his clothing, including groping and fondling his penis and instructing plaintiff to undress,” the lawsuit alleges.

The alleged victim claimed Combs threatened that he had the ability to “make or break” his career.

At the second audition, the hip-hop producer reportedly told the teen to undress in order “to demonstrate the ability to embody a ‘sex idol’ persona.”

“This encounter eventually escalated into Combs forcing the plaintiff to perform oral sex on him, and Combs sodomizing the plaintiff,” the lawsuit claims.

At the third and final audition, Combs and his bodyguard reportedly sexually assaulted the teenager.

According to the suit, the contestant was eliminated from the reality TV competition “as Combs claimed that plaintiff was untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on his bodyguard.”

The new lawsuits against Combs were filed in the Supreme Court of the state of New York on Monday. They are the latest lawsuits against Combs from attorney Tony Buzbee, who said he's representing more than 120 individuals in civil lawsuits accusing the music mogul of sex crimes over the course of more than two decades. Buzbee said the youngest victim was only 9 years old when Combs allegedly sexually assaulted him.

Combs' attorneys did not address the specific allegations in the two new lawsuits but told CNN their client never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone.

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” Combs’ attorneys said in a statement. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

As Blaze News reported earlier this month, a lawsuit accused Combs and another male celebrity of raping a 13-year-old girl as a female star watched the alleged sex crime.

In September, Combs was arrested and hit with charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and interstate transportation for prostitution.

Federal prosecutors outlined sex acts known as “freak offs” during which Combs allegedly organized the transportation of sex workers across state lines and internationally — and often recorded them.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams previously said, "The freak offs sometimes lasted days at a time, involved multiple commercial sex workers, and often involved a variety of narcotics — such as ketamine, ecstasy, and GHB [gamma hydroxybutyrate] — which Combs distributed to the victims to keep them obedient and compliant.”

Combs pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Combs, 54, is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.

He is facing at least 27 civil cases, and his criminal trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025.

Mother allegedly told her preteen daughters to hide stepdad's sexual abuse — or they'd be 'financially screwed'

A Utah mother is accused of instructing her young daughters to cover up their stepfather's alleged sexual assaults against them.

Randi Heather Norris was arrested around 6:40 p.m. Wednesday, according to Utah County Jail records. Norris, 39, faces charges of tampering with a witness, child abuse with injury — intentional or knowing, and obstruction of justice.

'Sexually abusing three of her daughters, all of which were age 13 or younger at the time of the abuse.'

The Springville Police Department said they received a report from the Division of Child and Family Services of reported child sexual abuse.

KTVX-TV reported that law enforcement interviewed the alleged victim, who reported several incidents of child sexual abuse by her stepfather – 39-year-old Jason Wong. She allegedly told police she informed her mother — Norris — about the sexual abuse.

“The victim stated that [Norris’] response was that it was up to the victim to decide if she wanted to report it, but that if she did they would be ‘financially screwed.’ The victim also disclosed overhearing Randi and Jason tell her younger sibling to lie to the police about the sexual abuse that was happening to her for the same reason,” the affidavit of probable cause read.

Investigators reportedly interviewed Norris, who told police that she knew Wong was “sexually abusing three of her daughters, all of which were age 13 or younger at the time of the abuse.”

In April, Norris' 11-year-old daughter reported a separate incident of sexual abuse by Wong, and while she gave some details, she later said none of the allegations happened.

“Investigators learned the victim did this after being instructed to do so by Randi and Jason,” the probable cause statement stated.

Norris and Wong allegedly began a romantic relationship in November 2014.

The Daily Mail reported that the couple are both employed at Smith's Food and Drug Stores in Springville. Norris reportedly is a cashier, and Wong is a dairy manager.

The Daily Mail said Springville police did not provide a comment to the outlet.

Teacher who left claw marks on underage student's back after sex romp gets sweetheart plea deal

A former Missouri math teacher who pleaded guilty to having sex with a student could potentially serve a very short prison sentence thanks to a sweetheart plea deal.

As Blaze News reported in January, 26-year-old Hailey Clifton-Carmack was arrested for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old student.

'They are going to do it behind my back, so I may as well let it happen.'

Clifton-Carmack — a former teacher at Laquey High School — allegedly had sex with a minor on multiple occasions and in different locations, including at the school.

WITI-TV reported that a witness told detectives with the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office that the teacher and victim had "used students as lookouts while they had sex during school."

The victim allegedly sent photos of scratches on his back to a classmate. The student said the scratches were from Clifton-Carmack after they had sex in the classmate's driveway, according to the police report.

Blaze News reported last month that the victim's father — Mark Creighton — allegedly knew of the suspect's purported relationship with his son.

An anonymous witness reportedly told the father that she was going to report the child sex abuse, and the father allegedly responded: “They are going to do it behind my back, so I may as well let it happen.”

The father allegedly admitted to Pulaski County Detective Sgt. Bryan Gibbs that Clifton-Carmack had been to his house.

Prosecutors said Creighton “knew of the relationship of his minor child and the 26-year-old teacher, and instead of reporting the information, he continued to cover for them and allowed the relationship to continue” and “even allowed Hailey to come over to his residence and see the victim while he was present.”

The teen’s father was charged with child endangerment in January.

Clifton-Carmack allegedly denied the child sex crime accusations when questioned by detectives in December 2023. Clifton-Carmack fled to Texas, where she was arrested in January and was extradited back to Missouri.

Clifton-Carmack initially was charged with first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree statutory rape, having sexual contact with a student, fourth-degree child molestation, and seven counts of misdemeanor furnishing pornographic material to a minor.

However, the disgraced teacher made a deal and pleaded guilty to sexual contact with a student, which allows her to avoid more serious charges.

On Friday, Circuit Judge John Beger sentenced Clifton-Carmack to four years in prison. The divorced mother of two also was ordered to complete a sex offender treatment program.

The judge also said he would "receive a report on her progress and behavior in about 90 days, and if she does well, her sentence could be suspended, and she would be placed on probation," KJLU-TV reported.

'He's a monster': Ex-FBI agent who's now an ex-state trooper gets life in prison for sexually assaulting 11-year-old girl

A former FBI agent was sentenced to life in prison for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl while he was serving as an Alabama state trooper. The convicted child sexual predator was reportedly booted from the FBI after numerous sexual misconduct claims, including that he raped a co-worker at knifepoint. In the end, a forged letter allegedly enabled him to obtain the state trooper position.

Montgomery County Circuit Judge Jimmy Pool sentenced Christopher Bauer, 45, to life in prison Thursday.

Despite the disgraceful dismissal, Bauer was allegedly able to get a job as an Alabama state trooper in 2019 by using a forged FBI letter.

In June, Bauer was convicted on charges of first-degree sodomy and sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years of age.

Bauer faces similar child sex abuse charges in New Orleans, the Associated Press reported. Louisiana State Police said they plan on extraditing him.

The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said in a statement that Bauer sexually abused "a young girl over the span of several years" while he was an Alabama state trooper. In April 2021, the victim reportedly confided in a friend that Bauer had been sexually abusing her since the age of 5.

Two days later, the friend told her mother about the sexual abuse allegations. The mother informed school administrators of the alleged child sex crimes, and the school officials immediately contacted the Montgomery Police Department. Bauer was arrested and charged on the same day.

The victim's mother told the judge in court, “He’s a monster." The girl's mother claimed Bauer used his police badge to project the “image of a good person.”

“He had everyone fooled,” she added.

During the trial, Bauer denied the allegations of sexually abusing the young girl and accused the victim of lying.

"If she said I did something to her, then yes, that's a lie," Bauer said.

However, Judge Pool proclaimed during sentencing that he “believed every single word” of the victim’s testimony.

Montgomery County District Attorney Daryl Bailey said, “It is always extremely disappointing when someone who is supposed to enforce and uphold the law commits a crime against the people they have sworn to protect. However, I do not believe Christopher Bauer reflects the character of most of the law enforcement officers who serve our country. He is a bad apple — a depraved monster who abused his power to irreparably harm a vulnerable, innocent child.”

Bailey continued, “I commend the victim for having the courage to speak up about what was happening to her. She was so brave throughout her testimony, which was undoubtedly difficult for her. I hope she and her family take solace in knowing Christopher Bauer will never harm her nor anyone else ever again. My office fought for the maximum sentence in this case, and I extend my gratitude to Judge Jimmy Pool for sentencing this sexual predator to life in prison, as that is where he deserves to die.”

Bauer previously worked for the FBI in New Orleans until he reportedly was dismissed from the bureau after several sexual misconduct claims.

A May 2021 Associated Press story stated that Bauer was suspended without pay and stripped of his FBI security clearance in late 2018 over a "string of sexual misconduct allegations" that included a co-worker’s claim that he raped her at knifepoint.

Despite the disgraceful dismissal, Bauer allegedly was able to get a job as an Alabama state trooper in 2019 by using a forged FBI letter.

Bauer reportedly indicated on his state trooper application that the FBI never let him go or had any derogatory claims against him.

Bauer allegedly furnished a fake letter from the FBI to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency that said he had a decade of “creditable service” and was “eligible for rehire.”

However, the FBI informed the AP: “The letter is not legitimate.”

Former 'American Ninja Warrior' champion gets 10 years in prison for child porn, coercing minor to cross state lines for sex

A former "American Ninja Warrior" champion has been sentenced to more than 10 years in prison for charges regarding child porn and coercing a minor to cross state lines for sex.

Andrew Drechsel, 35, was sentenced to 121 months in prison by Chief U.S. District Judge Renée M. Bumb in Camden federal court on Wednesday.

The Florida man from Saint Cloud had pleaded guilty on June 1 to one count of receiving child pornography and one count of knowingly persuading, inducing, enticing, and coercing a minor to travel across interstate lines to engage in sexual activity.

In addition to the prison term, Drechsel was sentenced to 15 years of supervised release and ordered to pay $100,000 in restitution to the victim.

Between 2014 and 2019, Drechsel lived in Hamden, Connecticut.

Drechsel admitted that he initially met the victim in 2014 through his activities in the parkour community through his reputation as an "American Ninja Warrior" champion, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey's office.

At Drechsel's urging, the underage girl allegedly traveled from New Jersey to his gym in Connecticut in July 2015. The reality entertainment star allegedly had sexual relations with the underage girl.

The child sexual abuse reportedly happened when the victim was 14 and 15 years old.

On Nov. 8, 2019, law enforcement agents searched Drechsel’s phone and found images of child sex crimes, including illicit photos and videos of the underage victim.

Drechsel admitted texting the victim and discussing plans to engage in sexual activity with the victim.

The former celebrity won season 11 of "American Ninja Warrior," a reality TV show.

He reportedly won $1 million on the reality competition TV show and starred in eight seasons.

When the charges against Drechsel were filed in 2020, NBC said they were "shocked and disturbed to learn about the charges alleged against Drew Drechsel."

"'American Ninja Warrior' is a family show that has inspired countless people, and we will not let the actions of one contestant tarnish the hard work and amazing stories of so many. Moving forward, the 'American Ninja Warrior' brand will sever all ties with Mr. Drechsel, including his appearance on future seasons of the show," NBC told The Hollywood Reporter.

Former teacher gets lengthy federal prison sentence for taking student out of state for illegal sexual acts, abusing minor 30 times

A former Arkansas teacher has been sentenced to more than a decade in federal prison for taking a student out of state to engage in illegal sexual acts.

On Wednesday, United States District Judge Lee P. Rudofsky sentenced Heather Hare to 13 years in federal prison for transporting a minor across state lines for the purpose of unlawful sexual activity. Hare had faced a maximum sentence of no less than 10 years in federal prison and up to life imprisonment.

Hare was also sentenced to serve a lifetime of supervised release.

Hare was indicted on Aug. 1, 2023, and charged with one count of interstate/foreign travel for prostitution/sexual activity by coercion and one count of transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.

Hare pleaded guilty in January, and the remaining charge was dismissed.

The 33-year-old woman had been a teacher at Bryant High School in Conway, Arkansas. She had taught Family Consumer Science classes until she resigned on April 1.

As Blaze News previously reported, Hare turned herself in at the Saline County Detention Center on the morning of April 14 after the Saline County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for arrest. Detectives suspected Hare of engaging in sexual misconduct with a student. She was initially charged with felony charges of first-degree sexual assault.

Investigators said that Hare met the student on his first day of senior year.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas stated in a press release that Hare began "one-on-one counseling sessions with the minor victim," and eventually gave the minor her personal phone number. She also reportedly communicated with the student through Instagram and Snapchat.

She allegedly told the victim that she had a "dream" of them having sex. Hare later gave the student her home address.

Federal authorities determined that Hare and the student engaged in illicit sexual activity between 20 to 30 times throughout the 2021-2022 school term. The illegal sex acts reportedly took place at Hare's home, her vehicle, her classroom, and in parking lots at Bryant High School.

In April 2022, Hare was the sponsor and chaperone to a class field trip to Washington, D.C. During the school trip, Hare and the student engaged in unlawful sexual activity.

United States Attorney Jonathan Ross said of the child sexual abuse case, "Teachers who have sex with their minor students should take note of today’s sentence for Ms. Hare which reflects the consequences of abusing her position of trust and taking advantage of the vulnerability of this minor to repeatedly engage in unlawful sexual activity."

He added, "Our office will continue to hold accountable those who are in a position of trust that target children and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law, as evidenced by Judge Rudofsky sentencing Ms. Hare to 13 years in federal prison."

Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge Alicia D. Corder of the Little Rock Field Office stated, "The FBI takes crimes against children very seriously. Today’s sentencing shows that the federal government will continuously work to identify, investigate, and prosecute individuals who abuse their position of trust and authority to exploit children in our community."

Nebraska deputies catch naked married substitute teacher in car with student, chase ensues that ends in vehicle crashing: Police

A married substitute teacher was allegedly caught unclothed in the back of a vehicle with a high school student. When Nebraska deputies confronted the couple, the car sped off and crashed into a yard, according to police.

Shortly before 3 a.m. on April 13, Douglas County deputies noticed a suspicious vehicle parked on a dead-end road in Omaha, Nebraska.

Deputies said they saw two people in the backseat of a gray Honda Pilot. After they were confronted by police, one of the individuals reportedly moved into the front seat of the vehicle. Authorities said the person quickly drove the vehicle away from the scene until it crashed into a yard about two blocks away.

As officers approached the crash site, deputies said the female passenger was naked and trying to put her clothes on in the back seat.

The driver, a teenage male, allegedly fled the scene on foot.

The other individual in the vehicle was identified as 45-year-old Erin Ward.

It turns out that Ward is a substitute teacher at Burke High School in Omaha, Nebraska.

Deputies claim that Ward admitted to having sexual relations with the teen despite being married.

The 17-year-old boy was later identified as a student of Burke High School, KLKN reported.

Officers located the teen driver around 4 a.m. on the same day, but he was reportedly only wearing underwear and a t-shirt.

The teen and Ward were reportedly taken to a local hospital to treat minor injuries from the car crash.

Authorities said the 2015 vehicle involved in the crash belonged to Ward and her spouse.

Ward was charged with one count of felony sexual abuse by a school employee. In Nebraska, the charge carries a maximum of 20 years in jail.

Omaha Public Schools released a statement on the substitute teacher's arrest.

"We are writing to share that law enforcement has arrested a metro-area substitute teacher for inappropriate conduct with a minor," stated Burke's principal Darren Rasmussen. "The individual worked at Burke High several days during the 2023-24 school year. They will not be returning to our school or any others in our district."

Rasmussen added, "Our top priority is always the safety and well-being of the students we serve. We take this most seriously. Counselors will be available on Tuesday for students in need of support. If you are ever concerned about inappropriate behavior, please call Child Protective Services at 1-800-652-1999 or contact law enforcement."

The incident remains under investigation.

Parental rights champion demands answers after Facebook allegedly branded her with child sexual abuse warning

A California-based champion for parental rights recently discovered that searches for her name on Instagram and Facebook prompted a warning stating, "Child sexual abuse is illegal."

Sonja Shaw, president of the Chino Valley Unified School District and a Christian mother, is now demanding answers from the tech giant, which has allegedly done this to parental rights advocates on more than one occasion.

Background

Shaw has won the loathing of radical leftists for cluing parents in to what's happening with their children at school and enabling parents to challenge obscene content made accessible to students.

Under her leadership, CVUSD became the first district in the state to embrace a policy whereby school officials must inform parents if their kids request to use the bathroom intended for members of the opposite sex as well as if their confused children ask to use names and pronouns that don't correspond with reality or their official documents, reported the Los Angeles Times.

Shaw and other CVUSD officials have been threatened for taking this stand.

The Mercury News reported that Berkeley resident Rebecca Morgan was arrested on Aug. 1 on suspicion of threatening Shaw and others. Shaw indicated the vicious threats targeted not only her but her children and pets as well.

Like Morgan, the Newsom administration was also apparently prickled by Shaw's defiance of gender ideology.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta took legal action against Shaw's district on Aug. 28, claiming it violated privacy laws regarding transvestite students. In October, a San Bernardino County Superior Court judge blocked the district from enforcing some of the related policies until the case was resolved.

It's not just deranged threats and an antipathetic state government that Shaw has had to deal with.

Tactically branded

The Liberty Justice Center, which represents Shaw, penned a letter Tuesday to Meta Platforms' chief legal officer, Jennifer Newstead, noting that public searches for Shaw's name turned up the following message: "Child sexual abuse is illegal[.] We think that your search might be associated with child sexual abuse."

"Child sexual abuse or viewing sexual imagery of children can lead to imprisonment and other sever personal consequences," continues the Facebook warning. "This abuse causes extreme harm to children and searching and viewing such material adds to that harm. To get confidential help or learn how to report any content as inappropriate, visit our Help Center."

Users seeking Shaw or information about her on the Meta platforms were then allegedly given two options: see how to report child sex abuse content or get help.

According to the Liberty Justice Center, this "egregiously false statement" implied that Shaw "herself has been associated with child sexual abuse, which of course is FALSE."

Shaw and the legal group are skeptical that this was a mistake, noting that something similar happened to Nick Wilson, a Republican running for election to the California State Assembly.

RedState indicated that the problem affecting the parental rights advocates persisted until various high-profile users began drawing attention to the error.

Alex Villanueva, a former Los Angeles County Sheriff awaiting the results for how he fared in a primary election for the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, noted Monday that "Meta has moved from shadow banning/throttling to outright trolling of those who defend children from abuse and/or support parental rights."

BREAKING: @Meta has moved from shadow banning/throttling to outright trolling of those who defend children from abuse and/or support parental rights: Here is their own fake search engine result:\n@latimes \n@FOXLA \n@KTLANEWSDESK \n@SpecNews1SoCal \n@JohnKobyltRadio \n@jenvanlaar
— (@)

Buck Dougherty, senior counsel with the Liberty Justice Center, noted in a statement that "what is additionally troubling about Meta's false publication is that it appears to be calculated to retaliate against Ms. Shaw for her outspoken support and advocacy on behalf of parental rights in pending litigation by the California Attorney General against the Chino Valley Unified School District."

While acknowledging that Meta has since taken corrective action, the Liberty Justice Center said Shaw "has further concerns."

The Liberty Justice Center demanded an explanation as well as written assurance that Meta and its employees would not falsely brand Shaw again.

The firm further noted that "Ms. Shaw intends to exhaust all available legal remedies available to her on her own behalf, as well as Chino Valley Unified School District's behalf" to address the alleged efforts by Meta and its employees to "improperly interfere with ongoing litigation in California courts" involving the parental rights advocate and the CVUSD.

Shaw wrote on X, "Disgusted and horrified by Meta's baseless attack. No proof, just retaliation for defending parental rights???? Stand strong with me against their cowardly and despicable tactics. #TruthPrevails."

Former 'teacher of the year' accused of sexually assaulting female student for years

A former "teacher of the year" faces termination after accusations have surfaced of the Texas educator sexually assaulting a female student for years, according to police.

Brandyn Hargrove, 43, is a teacher at Brazoswood High School in Clute, Texas.

Hargrove was arrested on Dec. 21, 2023. She was charged with six counts of sexual assault of a child, four counts of indecency with a child by contact, and two counts of indecency with a child by exposure.

Hargrove was booked into the Brazoria County Jail and released hours later after posting a $240,000 bond.

A woman — who is now in her 30s — accused Hargrove of sexually abusing her when she was a teen. The alleged victim told police that she had an "ongoing relationship" with the teacher from age 15 to 17, according to the criminal complaint.

Hargrove — who was previously named "teacher of the year" and "teacher of the month" — faces accusations of having a two-year sexual relationship with a female student that reportedly took place off campus. At the time of the allegations, Hargrove was around 27 years old.

"Unfortunately, this happens more and more these days," said Clute Police Department Chief James Fitch. "Since that time we have other laws in effect, the improper relationship between educator and student was not in effect back then. But your kids go to school and you trust the teachers with that and then these types of things happen."

Finch said law enforcement is "unaware of any other victims."

The Brazosport Independent School District placed Hargrove on leave in September once officials found out about the police investigation.

"Upon notification of the investigation initiated by an outside agency on September 29, 2023, Brazosport ISD took immediate action and placed the employee on administrative leave to ensure that the employee did not have contact with students," the school district informed parents. "As a result of these charges, the district has initiated employment-related actions to separate her employment."

Hargrove faces termination when the school board determines her fate at a meeting to be held on Jan. 22.

The Brazosport Independent School District said in a statement:

BISD remains dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity among our staff, and we take the safety and well-being of our students very seriously. We understand that this news may raise concerns. If any parent, student, or former student has concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact Brazoswood High School Principal Rita Pintavalle or Brazosport ISD Police Chief Wade Nichols. We appreciate your understanding and support during this challenging time.

Hargrove's attorney, Aaron Perry, previously declined to comment to KPRC-TV about the accusations of child sex crimes.

While being sentenced for child sex charges, 80-year-old convicted pedophile gets punched unconscious by victim in courtroom

An 80-year-old convicted pedophile was punched unconscious by his alleged victim in a Nevada courtroom while being sentenced for child sex crimes, according to witnesses.

Richard Gross, 80, was being sentenced in a Clark County district courtroom on Oct. 2. Gross was initially charged with 26 felony counts in connection with purported sexual abuse of a child. Gross pleaded guilty through an Alford plea to one felony count of attempted lewdness with a child under the age of 14.

Judge Tierra Jones sentenced Gross to a suspended sentence of 60-80 months — but he will not serve any prison time unless he violates his probation.

Gross was ordered by the judge to register on the sex offender registry along with lifetime supervision. The Division of Parole and Probation will have unlimited access to all of his electronic devices.

KLAS-TV reported, "As part of his suspended sentence, Gross must abide by certain terms: He is prohibited from using alcohol and marijuana, and he must live at least 1,000 feet from public or private schools, school bus stops, daycare facilities, video arcades, parks, playgrounds, movie theaters, or athletic fields or facilities used for youth sports, according to court records."

The accuser — now a 29-year-old man — was in the courtroom to provide a victim impact statement.

As Gross began to leave the courtroom with his wife and attorney, the victim stood up and punched Gross in the face. The blow broke his eyeglasses and knocked Gross to the ground, according to the arrest report.

The convicted pedophile lost consciousness after being punched, and he was taken to a local hospital.

The child sex abuse accuser was arrested for misdemeanor battery.

The 29-year-old alleged victim said in a statement through his lawyer, "While it was on some level cathartic, my actions in court were not appropriate. I was overwhelmed by emotion at the hearing, which got the better of me."

"I was and am deeply troubled by the fact that Richard Gross received no prison time, but I do understand these things happen sometimes in criminal proceedings," he continued.

The victim alleged to have lived in a "mental prison for many years because of Richard Gross’s actions, and for him to receive no prison time is disheartening to me."

The accuser filed a lawsuit against Gross and his wife in 2021. The accuser is suing for assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence, and negligent supervision.

In the complaint, the accuser claimed that Gross sexually abused him from age eight to 15. He asserted that Gross sexually abused him at his home, in his pickup truck, and while on a camping trip while he was babysitting him.
