Clemson Profs Fired After Abhorrent Posts About Charlie Kirk’s Assassination

Clemson Fires Employee Who Allegedly Urged Others To Be Like Charlie Kirk’s Killer
You won’t believe what Clemson University students just held a protest for (and no, it’s not about Israel and Palestine)
It’s no secret that universities across the United States are holding massive pro-Palestine rallies. However, you may not know that Clemson University students decided to dedicate their time and energy to a different cause.
But don’t get too excited. Their noble calling is about as ridiculous as it gets.
The students at the protest demanded "tampons be returned to men’s bathrooms,” sighs Chad Prather in disbelief.
“Apparently, they got removed because of the actions of the school's Republican club, and they demand that the school's Republican club suffer repercussions for opposing feminine hygiene products in men's bathrooms on campus,” he tells Sara Gonzales.
As of now, Clemson’s “top campus official did not say whether administrators would put back the tampons and pads in the men's bathroom or whether the College Republicans would face any repercussions.”
It would be a shame if university administrators sided with the protesters, considering that, of the 20,000+ students who attend Clemson University, only 50 students showed up at this protest, proving that it’s “a small, fractional percentage” of people who buy into the woke nonsense.
“Why do we keep letting these statistical anomalies, these nonexistent fringe groups, have a voice?” asks Chad. “This is almost like saying, ‘You know what? We're going to let everybody with a toe thumb dictate how gloves are made.”’

LGBT Clemson Students Demand Tampons Put Back In The Men’s Restroom
LGBTQ students march against Clemson University removing tampons from men's bathrooms, demand 'repercussions' against Republican group
LGBTQ students recently held a march to protest Clemson University removing tampons from the men's bathrooms on the campus in South Carolina. The students also demanded that the school's Republican club suffer repercussions for opposing feminine hygiene products in men's bathrooms on campus.
Approximately 50 Clemson students marched on Wednesday to demand special protections for "transgender, gender non-conforming students, and the wider LGBTQIA+ community."
The students carried signs that read: "Gay Liberation," "Trans Revolution," and "Love Is A Human Right." The signs had symbols for anarchy and LGBTQ rainbow-colored hammer and sickle symbols of communism.
The LGBTQ activists were also marching to demand that the university reinstate tampons in men's bathrooms on campus.
"Today, we are marching for the reinstatement of the menstrual products in the men’s restrooms in Cooper Library and throughout campus," said Pan Tankersley – the main student organizer of the event.
Tankersley added, "Students are still not safe on campus. They still experience harassment, hate and all of those things. If anything, the university needs to step up and needs to protect its students."
The LGBT activists also demanded that the Clemson College Republicans group face "repercussions" for opposing the tampon dispensers in men's bathrooms.
The official Take Back Pride Instagram account – which has the pronouns "They/Them" despite being a social media account – claimed Clemson College Republicans are "contributing to a campus climate that encourages transphobic rhetoric and jeopardizes the safety of LGBTQIA+ students."
The Clemson College Republicans are the target of the LGBTQ group's scorn after opposing a drag queen show on campus in April 2022 and objecting against having feminine hygiene products in men's bathrooms on campus.
The feminine hygiene dispensers were removed from the Cooper Library men's restrooms on Sept. 16 – three days after the Clemson College Republicans made a harmless social media post about the woke gesture.

The conservative college group said, "A few days ago, our club made it known that tampon and pad dispensers were in several of the MEN'S restrooms in Cooper Library. However, with the help of Representative April Cromer, these dispensers were removed from the walls of the bathrooms. It is a total embarrassment that these were there in the first place. Men cannot be women. Women cannot be men. Period. Reject delusion. Embrace sanity."
"Men are men," said Trevor Tiedeman – chairman of Clemson College Republicans. "Women are women. Of course, men can not menstruate. Of course, we spoke out against that. Of course, these people think the opposite, and that’s why they’re out here protesting us."
Tiedeman added, "We have simply stood up for biological reality. They reject what we believe, and so they want us to get removed from campus."
The College Fix reported, "A top campus official did not say whether administrators would put back the tampons and pads in the men’s bathrooms or whether the College Republicans would face any repercussions."
Clemson University spokesperson Joe Galbraith told Clemson's student newspaper, The Tiger, that the products are still available in women’s and family restrooms.
Chris Miller – Clemson’s Dean of Students and President of Student Affairs – said, "It's always good that our students have access to their campus. The ability to assemble and speak freely unencumbered just goes to the heart of what a university is and what a university is for."

Major college fires worker after posts celebrating Charlie Kirk's assassination. It's just the tip of ugly leftist iceberg.
In the aftermath of Charlie Kirk's assassination last week, leftists far and wide who didn't like the words or politics of the TPUSA founder let loose on social media and celebrated Kirk's horrific death from a gunshot at an outdoor student event at Utah Valley University.
One of those anti-Kirk voices is a Clemson University employee — and the South Carolina public college suspended that unnamed worker Saturday.
'After being notified on Friday to stay out of the classroom, two faculty members now have been removed from their teaching duties pending investigation for termination.'
"Clemson University continues to thoroughly review the inappropriate social media content posted by employees in response to the tragic murder of Charlie Kirk," the school said in its Saturday statement. "As stated previously, the University will take decisive and appropriate action in cases where speech is not protected under the U.S. Constitution and the First Amendment."
The Post and Courier said assistant music professor Melvin Earl Villaver Jr. allegedly posted remarks about Kirk’s death. The paper noted in a separate story that one screenshot appearing to reference Kirk states, "Today was one of the most beautiful days ever."
U.S. Rep. Russell Fry (R-S.C.) was livid over the alleged posts and called out Villaver: "Celebrating Charlie Kirk's death is sick. What kind of depraved person thinks this is acceptable? Our tax dollars should not pay him another damn dime. I call on Clemson to fire him immediately!"
Screenshots included with Fry's takedown showed comments and retweets allegedly from Villaver saying:

Well, Clemson on Monday afternoon announced that "following an immediate and deliberate investigation into inappropriate social media content, Clemson today terminated an employee due to their social media posts." The school's statement did not name the employee or say what the posts were about.
The Post and Courier said Villaver could not be reached for comment; the X account @MelvinEarlMusic — from which the paper said his alleged remarks and reposts were cited — now "doesn't exist."
But WHNS-TV reported that Clemson called a special Board of Trustees meeting scheduled for Monday afternoon after facing backlash over comments believed to be made by some employees and professors about Kirk’s death.
The paper, citing a university spokesperson, reported that the remarks attributed to Villaver were not the only ones to draw criticism.
Indeed, the school's Monday statement on X added the following: "After being notified on Friday to stay out of the classroom, two faculty members now have been removed from their teaching duties pending investigation for termination."
Prior to the firing announcement, U.S. Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) wrote the following X post: "Your First Amendment rights do not include a right to a job! Clemson's professors were completely inappropriate. The vile and disgusting celebration of a murder must compel the university to take clear and immediate action."
U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) also called on Clemson to commence firings: "Free speech doesn't prevent you from being fired if you're stupid and have poor judgement. The despicable, inappropriate and classless statements about a tragic event should not diminish a great university like @ClemsonUniv. However, in my opinion, those who made these despicable, inappropriate and classless statements should be good candidates for termination by this public university."
