'Our beef is with YOU': Muslim dad GRILLS school board over OBSCENE library books

A Muslim father was among hundreds of angry Michigan parents to char-grill the Dearborn Public School Board over extremally age-inappropriate, sexually explicit books available in the school library.

"I want to first start out by saying one thing. Any of the teachers that are here, our beef is not with you. Our beef is with you," said the protester, pointing at the assembled school board.

He went on to read from a book available in the school library that gives children explicit details about using "sex apps" when "people want casual sex."

"Does anybody need a college education or a Ph.D. to know that this book is not appropriate for kids?" he asked. "This is strictly just common sense, guys. How did we get to this point?"

According to the Michigan dad, he and other parents who voiced complaints the previous week expected the board to agree that the obscene books "absolutely do not belong in the [school] library." Instead, they were "viciously attacked" online and in the workplace for questioning the district's book approval process.

"We were viciously attacked [on] social media and beyond social media even. People like me — people are trying to get me fired from work," he stated. "They are attacking us while at the same time playing the victim. And all along, all you guys are silent. What exactly are you doing?"

"So let me say this," he added. "I have faith in the great people of Dearborn, okay? The vast majority of people in Dearborn agree with us. We are a compassionate people. We are a tolerant people. We are a faithful people, and at the same time, we are a courageous people. And we're not going to give up until this issue is finally resolved, and unfortunately, it's not going to get resolved until you guys are removed from the board."

Dad STUNS school board when he reads aloud DISGUSTING books from school library

A father at a public school board meeting in Stillwater, Oklahoma, left board members in stunned silence when he read aloud from a few books available in the school library.

Stillwater resident Riley Flack first made it clear that he was not calling for a general "ban on books," but felt that certain "explicit and highly inappropriate books" did not belong in Stillwater Public Schools' libraries.

Flack referenced two disturbing books, one which he said was currently available in elementary school libraries and another that graphically described the "rape of a 10-year-old girl," before selecting a passage with explicit accounts of oral sex from “Me and Earl and the Dying Girl" to read aloud.

"I hesitate to read it. I don't feel comfortable reading it to adults," Flack told the board. "13-year-olds can check this book out and you guys have bought it for them, and provided it for them."

After reading a few truly disgusting passages, Flack noted that there are 79 instances of the F-word in the book, as well as a long list of other age-inappropriate words.

"Do these books have academic value?" Flack asked the stunned board members. "You guys are going to have to answer that question."
