THIS is what Ron DeSantis would do about Israel if he were in office

The State Department has confirmed that at least 22 Americans were killed by Hamas in the attack on Israel over the weekend, and 17 Americans are still unaccounted for.

Sara Gonzales wants to know what Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ next move would be if he were to become president.

“Twenty-two Americans dead,” DeSantis says. “That would probably be one of the top 10 or 15 terrorist attacks if that had happened on our soil. That’s a huge number to lose.”

As to the Americans who are still at risk, DeSantis believes that it’s the duty of the commander in chief to rescue those people immediately.

“We would have personnel there working with the IDF to recover as many Americans as possible,” he adds. As for Israel, “we of course would support them.”

However, DeSantis notes that Israel fights her own wars. “So we’ll be standing with Israel saying you not only have a right to defend yourself, you have a duty to defend yourself and you have a responsibility to do it to the hilt so we don’t continue this cycle.”

While Israel has attempted to deal with Hamas in the past, people start to blame the country for defending itself.

“They say it’s your fault, and then they back off ‘cause they’re an international target, so they don’t go all the way,” DeSantis explains.

Just weeks before the invasion of Israel, the Biden administration gave $6 billion to Iran, which DeSantis believes should not have happened.

“I would take the $6 billion back. I would turn the screws on them financially so that they’re not able to export terrorism around the world the way they have done under this administration,” he tells Gonzales, who notes that our border is now also wide open to terrorists.

“I was saying this long before Hamas’ attack on Israel: There will be a terrorist attack in the United States that we’re going to be able to trace back to coming across the southern border,” DeSantis says.

“We’ll declare it a national emergency. We’ll get the resources mobilized, we will start building the wall, and we’re going to lean in with deadly force against the Mexican drug cartels.”

“It’ll be a totally new regime,” he adds.

Trump dominating 2024 polls while Biden support wanes

Every day we’re getting closer to 2024, which means the campaigns for next year’s presidential election are really heating up.

Stu Burguiere analyzes the prospects for Trump and Ron DeSantis, as well as Biden, who after a tumultuous few years in office — let’s just say it’s not looking good.

In a recent CNN poll, Trump dominated the Republican candidates at 54%, while DeSantis trailed him at a mere 17%.

According to another CNN poll, only 8% approve of the way Joe Biden is handling his job as president, while 82% strongly disapprove.

Burguiere is convinced Trump will win the Republican nomination.

“If you’re not a Trump supporter, this is going to hurt a little bit. I warn you, if you’re thinking someone else is going to win, this one’s going to hurt a little bit,” Burguiere says.

He notes that this must all be terrifying for leftists, who are watching CNN and seeing Trump’s lead over DeSantis.

“You were told this guy is going to be in prison in the next few months. And all of a sudden, wait a minute, no, when you look at the data, really good chance this guy is actually the next president of the United States,” he says.

No matter how much Stu likes DeSantis or any other candidates, he believes it’s looking the best for Trump, and with good reason.

“Donald Trump is like the most famous person in the world. He was already the president of the United States. He’s got a lot going for him,” he says, adding that “this is more about the strength of Donald Trump than it is about any of these other candidates.”

“How do you beat a candidate that starts at 37%?” Burguiere asks.

“He’s got an entire, you know, army behind him, that just love him no matter what he does, as he himself has talked about. He could shoot people on Fifth Avenue, and he wouldn’t lose anything in the polls. That’s how he sees his base and kind of how his base sees him.”

Elon Musk explains the one change in the left that no one can deny

Why is comedy no longer funny?

Elon Musk has an answer, and it reveals some serious truth.

The Twitter CEO sat down with satire site the Babylon Bee to explain.

According to Elon, “The essence of a lot of comedy is a revealed truth.”

Elon believes that in truly funny comedy, there’s a moment of revealed, “unacknowledged truth.”

“And in that unacknowledged truth is the humor. If you’re, you know, premised on a lie, you can no longer be funny because there’s no real truth.”

He says that this is why “a lot of people on the left have no sense of humor; they’re not funny.”

Dave Rubin is in full agreement.

“Yeah, he’s so right about that,” Rubin says.

He continues, “You can think of great stand-ups and the reason you like a stand-up, the reason they make you laugh, is there is that hidden truth. And they’re sort of getting you right to that line and then through the joke they can kind of trip over that line, and that’s what the release is.”

Rubin believes we’ve “wrecked comedy” now that “so many comics went woke and became sort of lefty lunatics.”

“If you’re premised on a lie, you can no longer be funny because there’s no reveal of truth,” Rubin says, quoting Elon in agreement.

Reporter gets DeSantis to react to Trump insult & his answer is perfect

Donald Trump has escalated his attacks on Ron DeSantis, but DeSantis isn’t taking it lying down.

The former president said that “even” former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo handled the pandemic better than the Florida governor.

To back up this assertion, Trump claimed in a video from his campaign that Florida had some of the highest number of deaths at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic while DeSantis shut down the state and other Republican governors did not.

A reporter then asked DeSantis if he planned to be a bit more aggressive in campaigning against Trump, and his response was interesting to say the least.

“So look, I’m going to respond to attacks,” DeSantis began.

“I mean if you say Cuomo did a better job with COVID than Florida did — first of all that’s not what he used to say. This is like new, like six months ago he would have never said that, right?”

“He used to say how great Florida was. Hell, his whole family moved to Florida under my governorship. Are you kidding me?” DeSantis continued.

Dave Rubin thought his response was a good one.

“You know, it’s not that hard to speak clearly when you’re telling the truth,” Rubin said.

Rubin continued, saying, “But it is true. Like, all of Trump’s family lives here now. Several of his kids and all of his grandchildren moved to Florida during COVID because of the policies of Ron DeSantis.”

Rubin added that Trump is spending all of his energy on attacking DeSantis while he’s hardly mentioning Biden at all.

“I would recommend you look at Trump’s Truth Social feed,” Rubin suggested.

THIS is how Ron DeSantis plans to DISMANTLE the deep state

Ron DeSantis has officially announced his 2024 run for president of the United States, and one of his first stops to discuss his bid — and how he plans to dismantle the deep state — was with Glenn Beck.

DeSantis laid out just what he wants to do if he were to be elected by the American people.

The Florida governor believes we must “make sure that the First Amendment actually means something, because you can’t let the government subcontract out censorship to Silicon Valley and say you still have a First Amendment.”

Glenn asks him just how he plans to work around government censorship and control of information.

“On day one, we’ll be spitting nails,” DeSantis says.

“I understand — and all your listeners should understand — that if we do everything right, if we’re disciplined, if we’re strong as anyone could be, it still takes a two-term project. I think it takes eight years to be able to reconstitutionalize this government,” he adds.

DeSantis believes the problem is that we have a “consolidation of power amongst people that all have the same worldview.”

This is why he would change who oversees agencies like the FBI.

DeSantis says that on “day one” of his presidency, he would hire a new FBI director and an attorney general “that has a backbone.”

However, he admits breaking up these ideologically driven agencies won’t be easy.

“It’s not something that anyone’s really tried to do because, you know, these are tough fights. I mean it’s like trench warfare, and you got to be ready on day one, and we will,” he says.

Glenn then asks him what he’s “bringing to the table, to this all-out war on the American dream.”

DeSantis answers that he plans to “rip up what Biden’s done on day one, with things like energy.”

“They are trying to price middle-class people out of having a middle-class standard of living. We’re not going to force people to buy electric vehicles. We’re going to make sure that people have a choice to have affordable transportation.”

He says he will also “reduce federal spending” and “fight with the Congress on that.”
