Tim Walz – 'the first white man to ever have benefited as a DEI hire in the United States of America.'

Democrats may find themselves in a bit of a pickle this election season with a specific voting bloc — white males. Surely we don’t need to explain why.

Perhaps that’s at least one of the reasons Kamala Harris picked Tim Walz as her running mate. His “almost over-the-top parody of a Middle American white guy,” as Jeremy Carl put it in his recent article, is an attempt to soften the undeniable blow the left has dealt white men.

Jill Savage, the “Blaze News Tonight” panel, and special guest and BlazeTV host of “The Liz Wheeler Show” Liz Wheeler discuss the phenomenon that is Tim Walz.

- YouTubewww.youtube.com

“It's pretty insane, actually, if you analyze exactly why Kamala Harris picked Tim Walz,” says Liz, adding that Harris missed an opportunity by not picking Josh Shapiro, the governor of Pennsylvania, and the state that, according to a recent report from the Economist, has “the highest chance of being the state that decides the outcome of this election.”

“She chose not to pick Josh Shapiro because he's Jewish. ... She instead kowtowed to the radical anti-Semitic wing of the Democratic Party — you know the guys that are all outside of the DNC right now — the ones that look like a foreign army and not like protesters,” she says.

Liz says her producer humorously called Walz “the first white man to ever have benefited as a DEI hire in the United States of America.”

And it’s true.

“He was picked solely because he is radical enough in his policies that Kamala Harris understands a fellow communist, recognizes one when she sees one, but also because it is an essentially racially motivated effort to portray Tim Walz as your kind of doofy midwestern white dad in hopes that white people in the Midwest, where Kamala Harris needs to win votes ... will look at him and be like, ‘Oh hey, he looks like me. I guess I'll vote for Kamala Harris,”’ Liz explains.

“The word that comes to mind is self-hating,” says Blaze Media editor in chief Matthew Peterson.

Given the left’s “anti-white politics with their relentless focus on 'white privilege' and their push for affirmative action, DEI, and other racially discriminatory policies,” to accuse Tim Walz of self-hatred stands to reason.

“He is white, so that means he's self-hating in some way or at least he pretends to hate himself or his heritage in order to garner votes,” Peterson suggests.

Liz thinks Walz’s hatred reaches far beyond just white people, however.

“I would dub him anti-humanity,” she says, pointing to Walz’s stance on abortion and transgenderism and his obvious proclivity for communism and Marxism.

Glenn Beck’s HEATED reaction to Kamala Harris’ DNC speech – 'This is what propaganda looks like'

Yesterday was the final day for the Democratic National Convention. Kamala Harris officially accepted the nomination as the Democratic presidential candidate despite not receiving a single vote.

In regard to her speech, Glenn Beck says, “This is one of the greatest performances I’ve seen in politics.”

But he doesn’t mean that as a compliment.

“If you respect truth and you're informed, you are beyond blood-boiling right now,” he says. “This is what propaganda looks like.”

- YouTubewww.youtube.com

“I have never heard so many lies in my life,” he tells Stu Burguiere.

For starters, Glenn says that in her speech, Kamala sounded like the former socialist president of Venezuela Hugo Chávez with claims that she’s going to “get people housing” and make sure “everybody has health care.”

However, Harris, as well as other speakers, also took a page out of the Republican handbook by channeling (and even directly mentioning) Ronald Reagan.

“Everything they’re saying is what Republicans actually believe in. They’re running like Republicans tonight. How many times did they mention Ronald Reagan? They mentioned him twice in a positive way!” Glenn exclaims.

Stu agrees, adding, “They’re talking about how much they love the military, how much they love police,” which of course, contradicts every previous action and statement of the Biden administration.

Glenn points to Kamala’s declaration that her “her experience in law enforcement” means that she “[understands] the importance of safety.”

“Really? Tell me about that when you were bailing people out with BLM. Tell me how you are so strong on crime,” says Glenn, disgusted at the glaring hypocrisy.

The mainstream media, which is just the marketing branch of the Democratic Party, is largely to blame for Kamala’s overnight makeover.

“They have made her into a warrior, an angel, a saint, a huge patriot that just loves this country – loves everything about it and believes in the freedom of the individual,” scoffs Glenn, pointing to the days before Biden dropped out when Harris was widely disliked and criticized by the Democratic Party itself.

But now that her makeover is complete and her problematic past essentially erased, she’s gotten “very convincing,” at least “on script,” says Glenn, adding that Trump will need to dismantle her lies, but doing so will be equivalent to “threading a needle.”

“If I am a know-nothing, I vote for her,” he says.

The question is: How many know-nothings are there in our country? And how many of them will head to the ballot boxes on November 5?

“It’s terrifying,” says Stu.

Tim Walz dances around controversy during DNC speech, mentions IVF; wife references 'command sergeant major' rank

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz (D) formally accepted the Democratic vice presidential nomination at the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday night.

The evening's theme was "a fight for our freedoms," and Walz gave a speech thanking Vice President Kamala Harris (D) for inviting him to be a part of the campaign and President Joe Biden (D) for his leadership.

"It's the honor of my life to accept your nomination for the vice president of the United States," Walz said.

Walz went on to talk about growing up in a small town, serving in the military, teaching, and running for Congress.

"Then I came back to serve as governor, and we got right to work making a difference in our neighbors' lives," Walz stated. "We cut taxes for the middle class. We passed paid family and medical leave. We invested in fighting crime and affordable housing. We cut the costs of prescription drugs and helped people escape the kind of medical debt that nearly sank my family. And we made sure that every kid in our state gets breakfast and lunch every day."

"So while other states were banning books from their schools, we were banishing hunger from ours," he continued. "We also protected reproductive freedom because in Minnesota we respect our neighbors and the personal choices they make."

"And even if we wouldn't make those same choices for ourselves, we've got a golden rule: Mind your own damn business," Walz declared before reaffirming his support for in vitro fertilization.

"This is a big part of what this election is about: freedom," Walz remarked.

Senator Cory Booker (D-N.J.) kicked off the convention's third day by declaring it was about "freedom" and proceeded to introduce the nonprofit organization Reproductive Freedom for All, calling the group "some of the greatest heroes … warriors … champions for fighting for reproductive freedom." The current president and former presidents of Planned Parenthood also spoke on Wednesday evening.

Meanwhile, outside the convention, Planned Parenthood set up a "mobile health clinic" offering free medication abortions, vasectomies, and emergency contraceptives.

Leading up to Walz's speech, the DNC shared video montages featuring his former students, those who served with him in the military, and his wife praising the vice presidential nominee.

Walz has recently come under fire for several misleading comments he made, including repeated claims that he and his wife underwent in vitro fertilization treatments to have their two children, Blaze News previously reported. Walz's wife, Gwen, corrected the record of her husband, stating that they had used intrauterine insemination.

A Harris-Walz campaign spokesperson defended the Democratic vice presidential nominee, stating, "Governor Walz talks how normal people talk. He was using commonly understood shorthand for fertility treatments."

Walz referenced "IVF and fertility treatments" during his DNC speech but stopped short of claiming he and his wife had used IVF, stating only that the issue was "personal" for his family.

Walz has also been accused of stolen valor for referring to weapons he "carried in war," despite never deploying to a combat zone.

In Walz's introduction video on Wednesday night, Gwen Walz mentioned that her husband rose "to command sergeant major" but failed to note that he retired at a lower rank because he failed to fulfill the requirements associated with command sergeant major.

Former President Bill Clinton, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), Department of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.), Maryland Governor Wes Moore, and Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro also spoke on the convention's third day.

Chaos at the DNC: AOC debuts NEW accent and Project 2025 hysteria hits new highs

The Democratic National Convention has been going as anyone who follows the party’s antics would expect — chaotic and embarrassing.

“Total chaos both inside and outside the venue, lots of screaming, crying, and everything was fake and gay,” Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” comments, noting that the hysteria over Project 2025 at the convention has been alive and well.

Michigan state Sen. Mallory McMorrow took the stage carrying a copy of Project 2025 and gave a speech that lacked even a drop of self awareness.

“Donald Trump would be able to weaponize the Department of Justice to go after his political opponents. He could even turn the FBI into his own personal police force,” McMorrow said as the crowd booed. “That is not how it works in America. That’s how it works in dictatorships.”

“Correct!” Gonzales comments. “That is how it works in dictatorships, and I’m just wondering if they even understand the irony, right? Like do they have the self-awareness — 91 indictments, and throughout the night they touted the 34 felony charges against Donald Trump.”

“He’s a felon because you guys did it first,” she adds.

AOC also took the stage, and as Gonzales notes, her speech had “zero substance.” Rather, it served as an opportunity to yell in a new accent that she seems to have just discovered.

“I for one am tired of hearing about how a two-bit union buster thinks of himself as more of a patriot than the woman who fights every single day to lift working people out from under the boots of greed trampling on our way of life,” AOC yelled in her new accent while thrashing her hands about wildly.

“Everyone’s turning black in the Democrat Party,” Gonzales says, confused.

Report shows the majority of the groups protesting DNC fall under the definition of 'extremist'

The protests raging outside the DNC in Chicago, Illinois, are apparently so bad that a security wall has been erected around the perimeter of the convention.

A barrier to protect insiders from outsiders? How ironic.

But what’s perhaps even more ironic is that of the 200 groups projected to protest outside the DNC this week, 150 of them qualify as “extremist groups” — and not the kind of “extreme” the left accuses JD Vance of being.

No, these extremist groups in Chicago are identified as such according to the Capital Research Center’s definition — which is “very narrow,” says Glenn Beck.

According to the Capital Research Center, “extremist groups are only designated extremist if they have documented ties or publicly expressed support for terrorism or terrorist groups, ties to or publicly expressed solidarity with hostile foreign governments, and/or support for anarchism, Marxism, or communism.”

With that definition in mind, Glenn reads the shocking report regarding the groups currently in Chicago.

- YouTubewww.youtube.com

  • “At least 279 extremist groups are now on the streets as part of this coalition to march on the DNC in Chicago.”
  • There’s a “separate coalition that is publicly planning disruptions at the convention.”
  • “Several Chicago-based Islamic groups that are also involved in the efforts but are not officially enlisted in any coalition.”
  • “Of the 229 groups involved in the anti-DNC efforts, 162 or 71% qualify as an extremist group.”
  • “At least 147 of the anti-DNC groups have expressed support for or have ties to terrorist groups or terrorist attacks, but a handful of those 147 groups have ties to or publicly support Hamas and/or the terrorist attacks on Israel on October 7.”
  • “Hamas-allied and Iran-backed Marxist, Leninist terror groups are also on the ground. ... They have strong direct links to a coalition that is openly planning to replicate the violent 1968 Democratic Convention.”
  • “The majority of the identified extremist groups are linked to or have expressed solidarity with at least one of the nine foreign governments hostile to the United States, including Iran, China, Venezuela, Russia, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Pakistan, and Nicaragua.”
  • “The extremist groups also have ties to or express support for 19 foreign terrorist organizations, including Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, the PFLP [Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine], the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the Islamic resistance in Iraq, the Lion's Den, the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, the Muslim Brotherhood, Jamaat-e-Islami, the Taliban, al-Qaeda, Marxist terrorists from Puerto Rico, Islamist terrorists in Sudan,” among several others.
  • “The Coalition of March on the DNC’s official statement and website content explicitly supports Hamas and the atrocities committed on October 7.”
  • “A large portion of the extremist groups have engaged in, endorsed, or attempted to assist acts of violence, property destruction, economic sabotage on the U.S. soil, and are justifiably described as acts of terrorism.”
  • “The monitoring of the mainstream media coverage of the protest found almost a universal failure to inform readers or watchers about the pro-terrorism stances of the groups and the activists.”

“That’s quite a list,” says Glenn. “This is foreign interference from our greatest enemies, and the Democrats are playing footsie with them.”

The 7 craziest things going on at the DNC right now

While you’re probably not tuning in to watch the DNC, which is being hosted this week in Chicago, Illinois, Liz Wheeler is absolutely glued to her screen.

“Maybe it's some kind of sadistic joy that I get from watching, you know, communists and perverts actually reveal their true colors to the world,” she laughs, adding that she thinks watching the convention can be “helpful for the Republican cause.”

On this episode of “The Liz Wheeler Show,” Liz lists out the seven craziest things she’s seen so far at the DNC.

- YouTubewww.youtube.com

“This stuff is so nutty, it shows the character of the Democrats who want to rule our country and control our lives,” she says.

1. Free abortions

“The Democrats are having an abortion bus outside of the DNC. It's a Planned Parenthood mobile abortion clinic that is offering free abortions and free vasectomies to the attendees at the DNC.”

“They’re actually driving around seeking babies to kill,” says Liz in disgust.

2. Jeffrey Marsh invitation

Nonbinary social media mega influencer Jeffrey Marsh has been invited to attend the convention.

“The reason that [Marsh] is famous on TikTok is because he recruits children to run away from their parents,” says Liz. “He recruits children in the name of the LGBTQ ideology to cut contact with their parents and instead send him personal messages on his Patreon account.”

“He’s the definition of a groomer; he takes a child or a young person and tries to manipulate them emotionally,” and yet “the DNC invited him as a special guest.”

3. Chicago businesses closing up shop

Chicago business owners are boarding up their businesses because they’re afraid that what happened to cities during the BLM riots will happen in Chicago as a result of the DNC being hosted there.

Over 100,000 anti-Israel protesters are expected to show up outside the DNC this week and wreak who knows what kind of havoc.

“I kind of get a chill when I see these protesters,” says Liz, “because it doesn't just look like silly, entitled college kids or, you know, stupid, well-off elitists who have bought into communism because they have such a cushy lifestyle.

“This looks like a foreign army to me,” she says of the masses gathering in Chicago.

“They hold an anti-American, anti-Western civilization, anti-Christian ideology, anti-Semitic ideology, and they're trying to impose that on our political system, and our political system isn't just a nebulous concept; a political system means you and me and our families and our institutions and our communities and our children,” she warns.

4. Wall erected in the name of protection

In a twist of irony, the DNC is building a security wall around the perimeter of the convention in response to the masses of protesters.

“We have a scenario where the left has told us that we are racist, Islamophobic, xenophobic, hateful, anti-immigrant — all these kind of terrible names that they call us that aren't true because we support a wall along our southern border to keep our country safe,” says Liz, “and yet they're building a wall around their own event to keep it safe from outside forces that want to cause them harm.”

5. Clean up the streets

“The mayor of Chicago is trying to clear migrants away from the DNC area.”

“This reminds me of when Gavin Newsom cleared all the homeless camps from San Francisco when Xi Jinping, the communist dictator of China, came to town ... That's the vibes that this gives in Chicago right now,” says Liz.

6. Bribing influencers for marketing

Apparently, “Kamala Harris is paying influencers to come to the DNC if they post about it,” says Liz, adding that the payment is rumored to be “up to $20,000.”

“Harris doesn't think that she's going to get organic enough support; she wants to pay influencers,” she continues.

“Kamala Harris, like Barack Obama before her, does understand that those influencers make a difference in young people's decision to vote and their decision who to vote for, so I'm not dismissing it as a strategy, but I do think that we should make fun of the influencers because they're selling their soul.”

7. Typos galore

Someone needs to get fired because “the DNC platform for Kamala Harris’ campaign for president talks about Biden’s second term a dozen times.”

Did someone forget to update it?

Or, according to Liz, perhaps the outdated text reveals something else: “They’re not just sloppy; they’re not just stupid. Neither Joe Biden nor Kamala Harris are controlling their own agenda in the White House,” she says.

Summer of rage 2.0 incoming? Protesters set sights on Chicago DNC

Biden and the Democratic Party are doing everything they can to appease the radical pro-Palestine, anti-Israel wing of the left. However, as the protesters' demands grow louder, they may be in for a rude awakening come the Democratic National Convention in August — which they’re choosing to have in Chicago.

Chicago doesn’t just have an insane crime rate. It also has the largest Palestinian population in the United States.

Counterterrorism expert and Capital Research Center investigative researcher Ryan Mauro is concerned, not just for Chicago but for the country.

“This is wholly dominated by militant revolutionists as well as Islamist extremists,” Mauro tells Glenn Beck, explaining that they’re all “coming together under this anti-colonial, revolutionary narrative.”

“They’re saying that like every day, that this is not just about Israel,” he adds.

“I want to get this straight,” Glenn responds. “Communists, anarchists, Islamists are all coming together to work to destroy maybe the Western way of life?”

“Yes,” Mauro says, noting that it’s “very possible” this summer’s riots will be worse than previous ones.

“They’re talking about especially the first week of July, blocking ports, trying to interrupt any type of shipping that could be going to Israel, a lot of anti-police activity,” he explains. “And then there’s just a lot of chatter about the DNC convention in August.”

“They’re going to regret choosing Chicago,” Mauro says. “It’s like a headquarters for all these radical groups, where they come together. I don’t know who their security consultant was, but man did they make a bad call.”
