THIS former governor candidate ACTUALLY said a heartbeat in the womb is 'a manufactured sound' that allows men 'to take control of a woman's body'
According to failed Georgia governor candidate Stacey Abrams, a baby’s heartbeat is fictional. Apparently when expectant mothers visit the doctor for a sonogram, the repetitive thudding sound they hear on the monitor is simply “manufactured.”
One year ago, Abrams moronically stated, “There is no such thing as a heartbeat at six weeks. It is a manufactured sound designed to convince people that men have the right to take control of a woman's body."
Let’s get this straight. All OB/GYNs across the country are playing a fake heartbeat sound for expectant mothers in order to allow men to control women's bodies by preventing them from seeking an abortion?
How anyone could look at this woman and want to put power in her hands is quite frankly unfathomable.
“That’s absolutely outrageous,” says Pat Gray, who is horrified that someone is able to “spew that kind of nonsense” without being called out.
We’ll happily be the first to call her out then.
Abrams' comment is not only evil, it goes against the vast majority of scientific evidence that assures a heartbeat is indeed detectable at six weeks and even earlier.
