Watch: Rittenhouse Attorney Calls Out Joe Scarborough, Joy Reid by Name Over Their False Reporting

Now that Kyle Rittenhouse has been found not guilty, all eyes turn to see if he's going to sue the pants off everyone in the media. You know, what with the lies and the untruths and the abject stupidity by any blue-checkmark liberal. The first thing Rittenhouse attorney Mark Richards did, after blasting Joe Biden, is blast the media for their lies, and he's naming names: Joe Scarborough and Joe Reid. Or whoever was guest-hosting Joy Reid's show on the day he's talking about, as opposed to all the other days in which Joy Reid lies herself.

The irony in all this? Richards says he actually ENJOYS CNN and MSNBC. (h/t Daily Caller)

goes after CNN and MSNBC for their false reporting about the case: "It makes me angry that they can't take the time to at least the generic basic facts correct because it didn't fit the story they wanted to tell." pic.twitter.com/YhBjYPhvJ2

"When I hear Joe Scarborough saying that my client shot his gun 60 times, that's wrong. When I hear some guest host on the Joy Reid (sic) say that my client drove four hours to go to a riot with his AR, that's wrong. It's false, and it makes me angry that they can't take the time to at least get the generic basic facts correct because it didn't fit the story they wanted to tell."

What Richards is talking about specifically is what was said DURING the trial. He acknowledge all the falsehoods that were repeated prior to the trial starting, but MSNBC and CNN in their "reporting" on the trial itself were saying things that were patently untrue.

Defamation cases against the media are hard to win. I hope Rittenhouse tries. And I plan to contribute to his legal fund if he does.

Groundbreaking: University  Changes Definition to Say White People Can Be Victims of Racism

Leave it to a university to finally clue into reality. If you haven't been able to tell, I don't think too highly of higher education. Downing College, a constituent of the University of Cambridge, in the United Kingdom, has revised its definition of racism after backlash from several academics.

The previous definition of racism excluded any individual who appeared as white from being able to experience such discrimination:

"An ideology and a set of practices based on ideas of inherited white 'racial' superiority that normalizes control, domination and exclusion over people of colour, while legitimating privilege and oppression."

The new definition allows for the inclusion of white people, although, if you ask me, it still insinuates that white people are not on the receiving end of racism at any point:

"an ideology and a set of practices based on ideas of racial superiority that normalise control, domination and exclusion on the basis of racial difference, while legitimating privilege and oppression."

My main critique is the closing phrase "while legitimating privilege and oppression" because the notion of privilege in contemporary discourse is almost exclusively reserved for alleged white privilege, and oppression conversely attributed to minorities. I also don't think one has to claim a privilege to be an ignorant bigot.

And while this definition may have been slightly modified to quell the anger of a few faculty members, the practice of accepting the existence of microaggressions and allowing for them to be reported still holds fast to the radical left's dogmatic and irrational notion of racism. I'm sure if a white student at Downing claims to have been a victim of overt racism that the claim itself would be considered some form of microaggression.

WATCH: THIS is why WE #FightLikeHell: Louder with Crowder Mission Statement

"Louder with Crowder" fans were expecting the show to return to YouTube today from a seven-day suspension. The channel, however, has a strike making Crowder ineligible to run ads for 30 days. In light of YouTube's ever-changing guidelines, Crowder gave a quick explanation for why he will not stream his show on YouTube just yet.

"In constantly being attacked by YouTube for, not actual YouTube guidelines violations, but by the constant creation rather of new guidelines, I have asked YouTube to clarify their attorney's recent comments. And will give them one more week to reply," Crowder explained.

Monday, Crowder decided that today was an excellent day to articulate a mission statement to outline why "Louder with Crowder" is the show that it is today, why it matters so much to him, and why it is the only show he will ever create.

Crowder's goal is to achieve the best of both worlds when creating content for his audience. To achieve this goal, Crowder strives to create content that YouTube will not ban. To achieve his goal, Crowder must have a fighting chance to form a firm understanding of YouTube's ever-changing rules so that he can create and plan content accordingly. Alternatively, all content that goes against YouTube's guidelines has a place on MugClub.

What does Crowder strive to do with his content? He aims to be the most transparent show there is so he can focus on the content. He seeks to be the antibully and to punch up against the hard-left mainstream media. He also seeks to provide his audience with solutions instead of simply stating and restating the problems with society. (Watch the clip for more)

"On slow news days, those are the days that sometimes we take our biggest creative swings big creative and misses because we don't have to fill the show with useless crap, and I'd rather you leave informed, happy, and entertained rather than fooled and depressed," Crowder asserted.

"Louder with Crowder" is scheduled to return to YouTube Nov. 1.
