Sam Harris says there was 'absolutely' a 'Left-wing conspiracy' against Trump 2020 — but here's why it was 'warranted'

Sam Harris, a neuroscientist, philosopher, New York Times bestselling author, and host of the reputedly non-partisan and intellectually honest "Making Sense" podcast, just destroyed his own credibility, if not his entire career, in less than two minutes by finally admitting what he really thinks about free speech and censorship.

On the YouTube show and podcast "TRIGGERnometry," with hosts Konstantin Kisin and Francis Foster, Harris addressed censorship of the New York Post's now-infamous Hunter Biden laptop story ahead of the November 2020 election.

“Hunter Biden literally could have had the corpses of children in his basement, I would not have cared,” Harris stated. "Whatever the scope of Joe Biden's corruption is ... — getting kickbacks from Hunter Biden's deals in Ukraine ... or China — it is infinitesimal compared to the corruption we know Donald Trump is involved in."

Harris goes on to admit that suppressing the information found on Hunter Biden's laptop until after the was "absolutely" a "Left-wing conspiracy to deny the presidency to Donald Trump," but argued that "it was warranted."

"I'm sorry ... but you've just said something I really struggle with there," Kisin interjected. "You're saying you are content with a Left-wing conspiracy to prevent somebody being democratically reelected as president?"

"It was a conspiracy out in the open, but it doesn't matter what part's conspiracy, what part's out in the open," Harris responded. He went on to justify the election-influencing "Left-wing conspiracy" by suggesting that President Donald Trump was the equivalent of "an asteroid hurtling toward Earth."

On a recent episode of Glenn TV, Glenn Beck discussed the most recent findings in the Hunter Biden laptop scandal. Don't get distracted by the seemingly endless stream of scandalous photos and videos, Glenn warns, it's what's coming out about Hunter's overseas business dealings that should be all over the media, because Joe Biden is involved too.

JK Rowling and Matt Walsh clash over Macy Gray's definition of a 'woman' — then something ASTONISHING happens

A Twitter spat broke out over the weekend between famed "Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling and "What Is a Woman?" documentary maker Matt Walsh after singer Macy Gray appeared to cave to the outrage mob by changing her definition of a woman.

Gray has received intense backlash after daring to define a woman as "a human being with boobs ... and a vagina" during an interview with Piers Morgan last week. On Friday, Gray seemed to completely change her tune, saying, "Being a woman is a vibe. … If you in your heart feel that that’s what you are, then that’s what you are, regardless of what anyone says or thinks.”

“After tons of backlash, Macy Gray changes her tune:

“Being a woman is a vibe…if you in your heart feel that that’s what you are, then that’s what you are, regardless of what anyone says or thinks.””

Evolutionary behavioral scientist Gad Saad decided to drag Walsh into the conversation.

“Dear @MacyGraysLife, I’m getting a weird vibe tonight. Can you walk me through the process of how I might establish that I’m a woman? Perhaps @MattWalshBlog can help?”
— Gad Saad (@Gad Saad) 1657347784

The Daily Wire host, who is no stranger to outrage and hate from the social media mob, responded with, "Sorry but women who publicly renounce the definition of 'woman' for fear of mean comments from trans activists deserve all the scorn they get. That kind of gutless cowardice is exactly what got us into this position in the first place."

“Sorry but women who publicly renounce the definition of “woman” for fear of mean comments from trans activists deserve all the scorn they get. That kind of gutless cowardice is exactly what got us into this position in the first place.”
— Matt Walsh (@Matt Walsh) 1657392866

That's when Rowling — both a feminist and vocal defender of biological sex — jumped into the fray:

“Endless death and rape threats, threats of loss of livelihood, employers targeted, physical harassment, family address posted online with picture of bomb-making manual aren't 'mean comments'. If you don't yet understand what happens to women who stand up on this issue, back off.”
— J.K. Rowling (@J.K. Rowling) 1657463950

"All of those things and then some have happened to me in the last month because of my film. But if I had backed down and crumbled to the trans activists, I'd deserve to be scorned for it. Cowardice is what empowers these people. Nothing will ever improve until people stop caving," Walsh shot back.

— Matt Walsh (@Matt Walsh) 1657468360

Then he added, "I respect the courage you've shown on this issue, @jk_rowling. But many people have simply caved to the demands of trans activists and completely surrendered truth and reality to them. The cowards are also villains in this story. They need to be held accountable."

— Matt Walsh (@Matt Walsh) 1657468360

Rowling then seemed to hold out (at least part of) an olive branch. "And your film did a good job exposing the incoherence of gender identity theory and some of the harms it's done. Many institutions I used to admire have uncritically embraced this dogma, but I reserve my ire for them rather than shouting 'coward' at individual women," she wrote.

— Matt Walsh (@Matt Walsh) 1657468360

Walsh replied, "I agree that they deserve the lion’s share of the blame. And I do have a lot of sympathy for young women in particular who don’t have platforms or power and are descended upon by the trans mob. But Macy Gray is a famous singer. Her cave was particularly gratuitous in my opinion."

On BlazeTV's "Fearless with Jason Whitlock," Jason talked about Walsh's controversial documentary “What Is a Woman?” Whitlock said he believes the answer to the documentary's title question should be simple to most rational individuals, but watching the film will have you believing we live in a world utterly devoid of rationality.

Deranged ‘Hellboy’ actor goes on profanity-laced tirade — against law that doesn’t exist

"Hellboy" star Ron Perlman took to Twitter to rail against Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis' (R) Parental Rights in Education bill, a bill the Hollywood tough guy obviously didn't bother to read before going off on his deranged, profanity-laced tirade.

Democrats and their lackeys in the liberal media have falsely dubbed the newly signed Florida law the "Don't Say Gay" bill, though the statute doesn't prevent anyone from saying the word "gay."

Perlman unsurprisingly bought the leftist lie hook, line, and sinker, as is apparent in his Twitter post below:

Content warning: Profanity:

Dear ⁦@GovRonDeSantis⁩ …pic.twitter.com/FvSkideBvz
— Ron Perlman (@Ron Perlman) 1648567192

"Don't say gay? 'Don't say' as the first two words in sentence spoken by a political leader in a state in the United States of America?" Perlman began.

"Don't say? Don't f***ing say, you Nazi pig? Say, the First Amendment. Read about it, then run for office you piece of sh**," he raged.

Perlman was immediately and gloriously chastened on social media:

Dear Mr. Perlman, Two comments: 1) please read the bill and hopefully this will assuage your concerns; 2) please reacquaint yourself with the notion of civility. You can make your points without the curse words. Cheers. [I'll retweet as well.]

Of course, not everyone disagreed with Perlman. For example, there was Lorenzo the Cat:

And this person, who is clearly still suffering from a serious case of TDS:

Hear hear! Thank you, Ron Perlman! If this authoritarian asshat Trump afterbirth seeps out of Florida, Trump's gonna look like a damaged Muppet on the Island of Misfit toys compared to him. DeSantis must be stopped. #RemoveRonhttps://twitter.com/perlmutations/status/1508826280929554441 …
