Holocaust Survivors Condemn Harris’ Depiction Of Trump As Next Hitler
Equating the former president to Hitler is a disgrace and a disservice to the Holocaust dead, survivors and their families, Litwok said.
A Columbia Law Review article that argues Jews "capitalized on the Holocaust to create a powerful narrative that monopolizes victimhood" was subject to an atypical editing process that omitted "a large number of Jewish students," according to sources familiar with the process.

During Holocaust Remembrance Week’s March of the Living, pro-Palestinian protestors disrupted a remembrance march to honor the victims of Nazi atrocities at the site of the Auschwitz concentration camps.
The demonstrators chanted slogans, displayed Palestinian banners and flags that said “stop genocide,” and some wore yellow stars that appeared to resemble the ones Nazi authorities forced Jews to wear after the German invasion of Poland in 1939.
“Nothing is sacred anymore,” Mark Levin says, disgusted. “Israel is defending itself, and it is a constant defense. They’re attacked, they defend themselves. They’re attacked, they defend themselves.”
Meanwhile, Joe Biden asked them to stand down.
Levin says this “sends a massive propaganda message throughout the world.”
That message being that “it’s okay to slaughter Israelis and Jews. In the end, you’ll survive — particularly if you’re leading these efforts. In fact, the United States will come to your defense.”
“As long as Joe Biden’s in the Oval Office and Blinken is Secretary of State. Indeed, they’re funding Iran, which is funding the terrorists. Indeed, they’re funding Iran’s nuclear program, which is aimed at us. So, just keep at it, and so they’re keeping at it.”
Now, Levin says, “anti-Semitism is spreading all over the world, and in the United States because we imported people into this country who hate us.”

Politicians on both sides of the political aisle recognized Holocaust Remembrance Day on Monday.
"This year’s Holocaust Remembrance Day is especially somber. Right now, Israel is waging a war against terrorists who deny its right to exist and perpetrated the worst massacre of Jews since World War II. Here in America, college campuses are becoming increasingly hostile to Jewish students as antisemitic mobs espousing vile rhetoric go unchecked by liberal administrators and politicians," GOP Sen. Tom Cotton of Arkansas said in a statement.
"'Never again' is not a slogan, it's a promise we must keep. Today—and every day—I stand with our allies in Israel and Jews across the world in remembering the horrors of the Holocaust and vowing to never forget that dark chapter in history, nor let it repeat," he continued.
"Today on Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day, we remember the lives of the 6 million Jews that were murdered in the Holocaust," GOP Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas noted in posts on social media. "The world has vowed that we will never see it happen again. On October 7th, we witnessed the worst one-day massacre of Jews since the Holocaust. Israel has the right and obligation to its citizens and use its full force to utterly destroy Hamas. Texas and America stand united with Israel and Jewish people across the world. Never again."

President Joe Biden talked to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to the White House.
"The President reaffirmed his message on Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day. The two leaders discussed the shared commitment of Israel and the United States to remember the six million Jews who were systematically targeted and murdered in the Holocaust, one of the darkest chapters in human history, and to forcefully act against antisemitism and all forms of hate-fueled violence," a press release states.
Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell of California stated in a post on X, "This Yom HaShoah, Holocaust Remembrance Day, I join the world in mourning the more than six million Jews murdered by the Nazi regime. Today is a reminder to stand up to anti-Semitism, bigotry, and hatred in every form. #NeverAgain."

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has reportedly accused Israel of perpetrating a "genocide" in the Gaza Strip and drawn a parallel to Nazi Germany's Holocaust against Jews during World War II.
"What is happening in the Gaza Strip with the Palestinian people has no parallel in other historical moments. In fact, it did exist when Hitler decided to kill the Jews," Lula said, according to Reuters. "It's not a war between soldiers and soldiers, it's a war between a highly prepared army and women and children."
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu decried Lula's comments as "shameful."
"The words of the president of Brazil are shameful and serious," Netanyahu said, according to a Google translation of a Hebrew-language post on X. "This is about trivializing the Holocaust and trying to harm the Jewish people and Israel's right to defend itself. Comparing Israel to the Nazi Holocaust and Hitler is crossing a red line. Israel fights for its defense and securing its future until complete victory and it does so while upholding international law. I decided with Foreign Minister Israel Katz to summon the Brazilian ambassador to Israel for a stern reprimand conversation immediately."

Brazil's president recalled his ambassador to Israel home to Brazil "for consultations," a statement from Brazil's foreign ministry noted, according to the New York Times, which also reported that the South American nation's foreign minister summoned the Israeli ambassador to meet in Rio de Janeiro.
Israel has been waging war in response to horrific terror attacks perpetrated last October, which included murders, rapes, and abductions.
