Jewish gay teen's rendezvous with man he wanted 'legendary' sex with ended with him being stabbed to death by neo-Nazi homophobe: Prosecutor

It has been more than six years since Blaze Bernstein was found stabbed to death in a shallow grave, but his alleged killer has avoided a trial until now. Samuel Woodward is an alleged neo-Nazi and homophobe accused of murdering a Jewish gay teen from California who wanted to have "legendary" sex with him.

Bernstein had "super-liked" Woodward on the Tinder dating app in June of 2017, to which Woodward liked him in return. Bernstein messaged him, "Wait, Sam Woodward?? Is that you??"

Bernstein was allegedly surprised to see his classmate on the dating app seeking a relationship with another man, and even shared a screenshot of Woodward's profile to two friends from their high school alma mater – Orange County School of the Arts.

Bernstein allegedly told one friend that having sex with Woodward would be "legendary."

"I need to get [expletive] by Sam Woodward, it would be legendary,” Bernstein wrote to his friend, according to the New York Post.

Bernstein reportedly believed that Woodward was a closeted homosexual, and allegedly told friends, "We all knew it."

Woodward initially told Bernstein that he was on Tinder looking for intimate relationships with black women and for guys to go deer hunting with him. Woodward allegedly said he only matched with Bernstein to catch up.

Bernstein, a 19-year-old sophomore at the University of Pennsylvania at the time, reportedly told Woodward that he was cute. Woodward, then age 20, purportedly told Bernstein, "You’re not too shabby looking yourself."

According to court documents, Bernstein informed Woodward that he was back home working on a birthday gift for a friend. When Woodward allegedly offered to come over and help him, Bernstein said it wouldn't work out because his family was home.

Forward reported that Bernstein asked Woodward about his sexual preferences, but he replied that he had been "kinda dishonest," and that he was just curious about how Bernstein would respond if he said he was attracted to him.

Woodward reportedly ended the match on Tinder.

The pair matched on Tinder six months later.

Woodward allegedly apologized to Bernstein, and said that he had been "going through a weird time" in his life and hinted at a possible drug addiction, but stressed that he was better now.

Bernstein said he was not concerned about Woodward's past issues.

Bernstein noted that Woodward was straight, to which he reportedly replied: "I might make an exception for you.”

Bernstein was allegedly skeptical and retorted, "We have already done this prank, remember."

The duo began having a conversation on the Snapchat app, where Bernstein reportedly gave Woodward his parents' home address and they decided to meet up.

According to court docs, Woodward picked up Bernstein in his car and the pair went to Borrego Park in Lake Forest outside Los Angeles.

Bernstein reportedly messaged his friend at 11:36 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2018, that read: "I did something really horrible for the story."

A few seconds later he added, "But also no one can ever know."

However, Bernstein never replied to his friend's concerned text to his cryptic message.

The next day, Bernstein missed a dentist appointment. His parents found his glasses, wallet, and credit cards in his bedroom, which prompted them to try to contact him, but he didn't respond to their texts or calls.

Bernstein's father reportedly discovered messages between his son and Woodward on Snapchat. The concerned father messaged Woodward about his son.

Prosecutor Jennifer Walker told the court that Woodward told the father and police that Bernstein had gone to meet another friend at the park, but did not name the person.

Days later, Bernstein’s body was found in a shallow grave in Borrego Park. According to the prosecutor, the teen had been stabbed 28 times – mostly in the face and neck.

Police carried out a search on Woodward's family home in Newport Beach – where they discovered a folding knife with blood on the blade and DNA on the handle that matched Bernstein.

Law enforcement also found a black Atomrwaffen mask spattered with blood and a cache of homophobic and anti-semitic materials.

During the trial in Santa Ana that began on Tuesday, Walker accused Woodward of joining Atomwaffen Division – a violent, homophobic, and anti-semitic group.

Investigators allegedly found emails that Woodward had sent to himself that Walker described as a "hate diary." He reportedly expressed hatred for gay and Jewish people. In the emails, Woodward allegedly admitted targeting gay men online.

The prosecutor argued Woodward "killed Blaze Bernstein because he was gay."

Woodward was arrested two days after the bloody blade was found in his room.

Woodward had dodged trial for years by claiming that he couldn't stand trial because of his mental state.

In late 2022, Woodward was deemed competent to stand trial.

Woodward pleaded not guilty to murder with an enhancement for a hate crime.

Woodward’s defense attorney Ken Morrison contended, "We agree the evidence will show that Samuel Woodward is guilty of homicide." However, Morrison also told jurors, "What happened that night, plain and simple, was not a hate crime."

Dana White smacks down question over Sean Strickland's comments, schools reporter on the importance of free speech

Dana White masterfully shot down a reporter's question regarding the explosive comments recently made by UFC fighter Sean Strickland. The UFC boss then promptly schooled the reporter on the importance of free speech.

During a press conference in Canada on Wednesday, Strickland lambasted a reporter over the choice of questions that had nothing to do with sports.

The reporter rehashed a tweet that Strickland made in 2021 that read: "If I had a gay son I would think I failed as a man to create such weakness..... If I had a wh*re for a daughter I'd think she just wanted to be like her dad lol!"

Minutes after the initial tweet, Strickland jokingly clarified his comment by saying: "LISTEN gay men are great, I support them and their choices. Freedom! Gay guys have it made. Most gay guys I know are always happy. They all just get to hang with buddies all day and have sex.. us straight men, we're f***ed... we gotta do some serious work to get laid. Not fair."

The Canadian reporter noted that Toronto has a "pretty supportive gay and lesbian community." The reporter also touched on the Bud Light scandal and transphobia.

Strickland went on a rant about Canada and the reporter.

"Well then you’re a weak f***ing man," Strickland lashed out. "You’re part of the f***ing problem. You elected Justin Trudeau. When he seized the bank accounts, like you’re just f***ing pathetic. The fact that you have no f***ing backbone and as he shut down your f***ing country and seized bank accounts, you ask me some stupid s**t like that. Go f*** yourself. Move the f*** on man."

Strickland declared that he "liked the f***ing gays," and that he doesn't "give a f*** who you f***." However, the UFC middleweight fighter said he has a problem with children being taught about sexual topics in school.

On Saturday, Strickland would lose the middleweight championship bout to Dricus Du Plessis at the UFC 297 event in Toronto, Canada.

Following the UFC 297 event, Dana White was asked about Strickland's comments by a reporter during the post-fight press conference.

White said Strickland was "baited" with the question.

He added, "I don't try to control any other human being in any way, shape, or form."

The reporter asked White, “You obviously give a long leash to your fighters about, you know, what they can say when they are up there with a UFC microphone, and you are getting into territory of, like, homophobia, transphobia... Is there," and then White cut him off.

White declared, "I don’t give anybody a leash. A leash? Free speech. Control what people say? Going to tell people what to believe? Going to tell people…I don’t f***ing tell any other human being what to say, what to think. There’s no leashes on any of them."

"That’s ridiculous to say I give somebody a leash. Free speech, brother," White continued. "People can say whatever they want and they can believe whatever they want. And I don’t think there’s any…we had two gay women who fought in the co-main event. They sat on the stage with Sean Strickland. They could give a s**t what Sean Strickland thinks, or what he says, or what his beliefs are, or what his opinions are.”

White was referencing UFC fighters Raquel Pennington and Mayra Bueno Silva – both of whom are gay.

Corrupt Media Rush To Downplay Disgraced Democrat Senate Staffer’s Lewd Video Scandal

Students FIRE BACK after being called ‘homophobic’ by their teacher

A New Mexico middle school has just become the latest battleground for the transgender bathroom debate, after a female student alleged she was raped in a bathroom.

The girl was a sixth-grader at Academy Charter School in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, at the time of the attack.

The male student allegedly entered the girls' restroom, attacked her, pinned her down, and forcibly raped her. Her mother did not hear about it until she saw it written in her daughter’s diary.

Sara Gonzales of "The News & Why It Matters" is infuriated.

“You’re called all sorts of names. You’re called a bigot, you’re called a transphobe, you’re called a homophobe if you say, ‘Hey, allowing biological males in women's, you know, anything could lead to disastrous consequences,’” Gonzales says.

Jaco Booyens agrees.

“You just nailed it. This is the greatest attack on women this nation has ever seen. The greatest attack on children. It’s the greatest attack on the womb,” Booyens says, adding, “It’s the greatest way Satan can attack the kingdom of God.”

Justice for the poor girl will hopefully be served, as the incident is actively under investigation.

However, parents — and students — across the globe, are already fighting to make sure this kind of tragedy doesn’t strike more than it already has.

In southeastern England, a school is under fire from parents and critics after one of its teachers called a student “homophobic” for refusing to accept a classmate as a cat.

The students recorded the conversation, fighting back by explaining that a man has a penis and a woman has a vagina.

“Gender is about how you identify. It is not an opinion,” the teacher is heard saying before the students react with “Yes it is!”

While Gonzales and Booyens see this as a ridiculous interaction, they’re both proud of the students for standing their ground.

Booyens says the kids schooled their teacher and took her to the cleaners.

“Are we not talking about a kid being a furry here?” Booyens asks.

Nigerian-born brothers paid by Jussie Smollett to stage fake hate crime speak out, call the actor a 'crazy fraudster'

A jury in Chicago found disgraced actor Jussie Smollett guilty on five of six counts of felony disorderly conduct in December 2021, concluding that the former "Empire" actor had staged a fake hate crime against himself, then lied to police about it.

Instrumental in the scheme were two Nigerian-born brothers whom Smollett paid to place a noose around his neck, rough him up, and shout racial and homophobic slurs in view of a street camera.

Abimbola and Olabinjo Osundairo — aspiring actors whom Smollett knew from the Chicago set of "Empire" and from the gym — recently broke their silence and spoke candidly to Fox Nation about their dealings with Smollett in a new special entitled "Jussie Smollett: Anatomy of a Hoax."

The Osundairo brothers denounced Smollett in the interview as a "crazy fraudster" who sought to deceive the people of Chicago and the broader American public in order to advance his career and status as a "poster boy for activism."

"I thought he was a good actor, but I also was thinking that this guy's a fraud. This guy is really sitting here just lying to these people, lying through his teeth and not caring," said Abimbola. "I think he shed a tear. ... This dude crazy, man. He shed a tear, man. This dude wild."

Smollett's apparent indifference to the possible incrimination of two innocent supporters of then-President Donald Trump as a result of his hoax did not stagger the brothers so much as the actor's commitment to the deception after the fact.

In his first interview after staging the hate hoax, Smollett tearfully told ABC's "Good Morning America" in February 2019, "I will never be the man that this did not happen to. I am forever changed. ... And I don't subscribe to the idea that everything happens for a reason, but I do subscribe to the idea that we have the right and the responsibility to make something meaningful out of the things that happen to us, good and bad."

Smollett lashed out at those who questioned his story, saying, "It’s not necessarily that you don’t believe that this is the truth. You don’t even want to see the truth. ... I have to acknowledge the lies, and the hate. And it feels like if I had said it was a Muslim, or a Mexican, or someone black, I feel like the doubters would have supported me much more. A lot more."

TheBlaze previously reported that in his first post-conviction interview in June 2023, Smollett reflected on his remarks on "Good Morning America" and doubled down, saying that "every single word that [he] said in that interview was the truth."

The Osundairo brothers told Fox Nation that Smollett's serial lying was "insane. That's when I really saw a different side of Jussie. Like, dude, really? This is when I knew that this dude was like a super villain."

Despite Smollett's rhetoric about racial justice, the brothers noted that he prioritized his lie over their well-being, having hanged them out to dry and refused to accept any accountability over what happened.

"I did feel betrayed by Jussie and what he had done. I didn't know what to do. I wasn't ready to say anything. Like, I was mute," said Abimbola.

After helping Smollett craft a hoax the nation's most powerful Democrats unquestioningly accepted as true, the Osundairo brothers told Fox Nation they flew to Nigeria, where they contemplated whether they had done a good job.

When pressed on whether they played "believable white supremacists," Abimbola laughed, saying, "One hundred percent! Look at me."

While Abimbola quipped about his performance, it was evidently good enough to convince Vice President Kamala Harris:

However, they did not ultimately fool law enforcement officials, who were waiting for the brothers upon their return to the United States.

"When I was getting off the plane, the customs agent was checking everyone’s passport, and when they got to me, they pulled me aside," said Abimbola. "Two big-a** police officers came up – I was like damn, it’s over with. They got me."

Forty-seven hours after being detained, the brothers opened up to police, noting that Jussie's motive, while not made explicit during their conversations, was undoubtedly about increasing "his star level."

"He wanted to be the poster child for activism," said Olabinjo.

Abimbola added, "He wanted to be the hero for gay people, for black people."

Judge James B. Linn speculated about Smollett's motivations before issuing his sentence, saying, "You wanted to make yourself more famous" through the elaborate, "premeditated" caper and then "you threw a national pity party for yourself."

As for their own motives, the brothers indicated they had hoped Smollett "could probably help us out with our careers."

The Osundairo brothers reconstructed Smollett's hate hoax for Fox Nation:
