Ellen DeGeneres packs her bags for the UK and says she’s 'never coming back'

Several Hollywood stars threatened to leave the United States if Donald Trump won the election. How many of them will prove good on their ultimatums remains to be seen.

However, one star who is most certainly on her way out of the country is Ellen DeGeneres. And she’s not just leaving; she’s “never coming back.”

Dave Rubin and co-hosts Winston Marshall and Isabel Brown discuss the television star’s exodus.

“She can't live in her Montecito house worth a hundred million dollars anymore with all of her servants. She's moving to the U.K.,” says Dave. “I am fairly certain that the jihadists running the streets of London love lesbians.”

“Please keep her,” sighs Marshall, who’s from the U.K. “Things are bad enough.”

In all seriousness though, liberal hysteria following Trump’s win has grown to comical levels.

“I read the other day that a cruise company is actually offering a four-year cruise for almost $200,000 at over 400 ports of entry for you to temporarily escape the country while Trump is president,” says Brown.

Further, it’s ironic DeGeneres is specifically fleeing to the U.K. where free speech “is not a guaranteed right.”

One would think that “talk show hosts like Ellen DeGeneres that are quite used to the protections of being able to say everything that's on [her] mind and to criticize the people in power” would appreciate our First Amendment, but apparently the U.K.’s Orwellian grip on speech is preferable, adds Brown.

US surgeon general issues advisory warning people that parenting is hazardous to our health, recommends MORE government

In late August, U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy issued a Surgeon General’s Advisory on the Mental Health and Well-Being of Parents.

It’s a lengthy document, so allow Glenn Beck to translate it for you: “Being a parent is hazardous to your health,” so just “give the government more money, and they'll watch your kids for you.”

Sadly, he’s not kidding. This is indeed an accuration summation of Murthy’s warning.

Unfortunately, this advisory is just further proof that our government is trying to tear the nuclear family down, as it’s the foundation of the society the government seeks to control.

To discuss this issue, Glenn invites one of the brightest talents in the commentating world, Isabel Brown, to discuss this concerning government overreach.

Brown tells Glenn that she finds Murthy’s warning “incredibly concerning.”

“It is just alarming to me the strategic advantage that the media and the machine of the government are using to convince you that marriage and family – the most important bedrock foundation of our society – is somehow bad for you and going to destroy your life,” she says.

Glenn adds that what’s really stressing families out is the reality that it takes “three and a half incomes” to make ends meet these days.

“How about the idea of having a country where one income can actually support a family?” he asks.

“Absolutely correct,” Isabel agrees. “Unfortunately, it seems our elected officials in particular are asking all of the wrong questions about how to fix these ailments in society. Their answer is always the same – more government.”

However, what really needs to happen is the opposite of what Dr. Murthy recommends. We need more marriage and childbearing and less government regulation.

Unfortunately, the government is currently winning the battle. Gen Z is either at or nearing the marriage and childbearing stages, and the statistics aren’t pretty.

“Our marriage rates are currently standing at an all-time low – at the lowest they've ever been since 1867,” says Isabel.

With less interest in creating families, the birth rate has also dropped. In 2023, the U.S. saw its lowest birth rate in history.

Clearly the government’s calculated plan to villainize the nuclear family is working.

But Isabel has hope. And it’s in the very generation many of us have written off as doomed.

“I am incredibly optimistic about Gen. Z,” she tells Glenn, noting that statistically, Zoomers are shockingly “the most culturally and politically conservative generation we've seen since World War II.”

Brown actually wrote a book on this subject. In “The End of the Alphabet: How Gen Z Can Save America,” she explains how Gen Z is poised at the center of the culture shift that will determine the future of our country.

To hear more of the conversation, watch the clip above.

These studies suggest we might be VERY wrong about Gen Z

Gen Z – those born between the years 1997 and 2012 – get a bad rap. They’re often characterized as lazy, entitled, chronically anxious tech addicts.

And while there may be some truth to that stereotype, statistics show that Zoomers are actually better than we’ve been led to believe.

Isabel Brown, a Gen Z author and conservative voice, shared some pleasantly surprising news with Dave Rubin about America’s most challenging generation.

Due to smart devices and advancing technology, modern society has adapted to be heavily virtual, and apparently Gen Z is tired of it.

“Gen Z is saying, ‘You know, we want a little bit more than that. We want more substance; we want more purpose,'” says Isabel, adding that “dating is maybe the best example of what that looks like.”

“There are several articles that have come out in the last few months about how Match, the group which owns Tinder and Hinge and several other competing companies, is freaking out about how to retain Gen Z as a customer base because 90%+ of us say we’ve had horrible experiences on the app,” she explains.

But online dating isn’t the only table Gen Z is turning.

“Gen Z women are overwhelmingly throwing away our birth control because no matter where you fall in the partisan political spectrum [and] no matter what your intimacy life looks like, we realize we're feeling really sick, and we're slowly poisoning ourselves in the process,” says Isabel.

But this next statistic might be the most shocking.

According to “a study that just came out,” “93% of us … still want to get married,” she tells Dave, adding that this is most surprising because we’re currently living “in a time where we have the lowest marriage rate in American history.”

Further, despite what we’ve been told, “Gen Z is actually breaking more conservative than at least the two previous generations,” which is the crux of Isabel’s newest book, “The End of the Alphabet.”

“When I say [conservative], it doesn’t necessarily mean the red MAGA hat,” she says. Rather, it means “ culturally embracing traditional values.”

“What does every young generation have in common throughout all of human history?” she asks. “We want to rebel against the people who came before.”

For Zoomers, “‘sticking it to the man’ is quite literally believing there is such a thing as objectivism. It means wanting to get married instead of sleep with as many people as humanly possible and follow the advice of the manosphere or the radical feminism community. It's wanting to have kids in a society that's begging you ‘don't have kids for the sake of your career, for the sake of the environment, for the sake of your personal life.”’

Even the hustle and bustle of city life, which generally attracts a younger crowd, is becoming less desirable.

Studies show that “we’re moving out of big cities” because “we want more suburban or rural areas to reconnect with nature,” says Isabel, adding that younger generations are also “eating real food in a time where everything is hyper-processed or full of chemicals or even grown in a laboratory.”

But perhaps most shocking of all is that Gen Z is embracing the idea of a higher power again. To hear more about this unexpected renewed interest in God despite “our hyper-atheistic society,” watch the clip below.

Jordan Peterson exposes the dark truth about marriage: 'That's a b**** of a vow'

Studies show that in the United States, marriage rates have dropped 60% in the last 50 years. This appears to be due to a number of factors, including less societal pressure to tie the knot, glorification of individualism and independence, and a declining desire to have children, among other factors.

But perhaps above all, the reason more and more people are opting for singleness might be, simply put, because marriage is hard.

Jordan Peterson said it best when he explained what it means "to be all in.” Although being “all in” is cliche and easily tacked on to marriage vows, the sentiment of the saying holds a dark, albeit beautiful, truth.

“The marriage vow is basically this: No matter what you tell me, I won’t run away. And that’s a b**** of a vow because when someone unveils their whole heart, they unveil themselves all the way down to hell. It’s not pleasant; it’s awful,” Peterson said.

“It’s just so radically countercultural,” Isabel Brown tells Dave Rubin. “Every column in Cosmopolitan or Teen Vogue, every influencer video, every podcast … is all about what I want, what's going to make me happy, what's going to satisfy my needs, what's going to help me feel empowered, what's going to liberate me.”

“And yet really healthy, beautiful relationships are never really about you. Like you’re not the main character. You're dying to yourself to put the needs and wants and desires of your partner first, and I just think that's really, really powerful,” Brown continues.

“You’ve got to show your wife or husband some of that dirt that's under there and how you clean it up together and build something better,” agrees Dave, who’s a huge fan of Peterson.

NOBODY saw THIS scary detail in Mitch McConnell’s second freeze-up ...

Back in July, Senator Mitch McConnell froze mid-speech at a news conference, leading many to question whether or not he is fit to serve.

But most got over it and moved on.

Until he froze again just a month later.

Ironically, this second incident happened while reporters were asking McConnell whether he was planning on running again.

By now, most of us have seen the video of McConnell going mute and staring like a deer in headlights. It’s truly a tragic situation.

However, most miss this one tiny detail in the video because they are so focused on what McConnell is doing (or shall we say not doing) that they don’t pay attention to what his aide does.

If you go back and watch the video closely, you’ll see McConnell’s aide wink at the sea of reporters as she says, “We’re going to need a minute.”

“I never noticed this in that second clip until I just saw it again,” says Isabel Brown. “His staffer actually winks at the camera … so it's this open joke that we're all aware of and everyone's thinking but nobody's willing to talk about it.”

But we should be talking about it, considering people like Mitch McConnell serve a vital role in the country.

Not to mention “70% of Americans think that the two front-runners for president are too old to be president,” says Isabel.

“McConnell has had so much power for so long,” adds Dave Rubin, “and yet in those freeze-up moments, and we've seen it with Biden too, there is this fear in there because he knows something is wrong, [but] the people around him don't care, and it becomes this self-fulfilling prophecy.”
