Disney VP caught on hidden camera EXPOSING woke DEI by James O’Keefe

James O’Keefe has done it again.

The investigative journalist confirmed suspicions that Disney has “gone woke” in his latest undercover expose with his organization, the O’Keefe Media Group.

The group captured a Disney executive on camera admitting that Disney prioritizes skin color rather than merit when it comes to hiring employees.

The executive, senior vice president and team lead over at 20th Television Michael Giordano told one of OMG’s investigators that there have certainly “been times where, you know, there’s no way we’re hiring a white male for this.”

“Just kind of unspoken?” the undercover journalist says to Giordano.

“There are times when it’s spoken,” Giordano confirms, before explaining the way it’s been phrased is, “There’s no way we’re hiring a white male for this role.”

Giordano had also told the undercover journalist that a promotion was likely not in the cards for him because he is seen as a white male.

“As far as Disney is concerned I’m a white male. That’s not who they’re looking to promote at the moment,” he said.

Once the report was released, Giordano was let go from his position.

Lauren Chen is not shocked that Disney has been caught.

“For a long time, people like me have looked at Disney and wondered, okay, if they care about diversity and woke so much, why don’t they still have diverse characters but at least have a well-written, you know, well-made show?” Chen says.

“I think it’s pretty clear here that the reason why they don’t have that at least quality with the wokeness is because they’re also prioritizing skin color when it comes to the people who are making their shows, writing their films, managing their company,” she adds.

While there are obviously talented writers of color, population-wise there are not enough to hire only those of color.

“They’re having to boost up people who probably aren’t as good at their jobs as they should be, simply because they like the way they look,” Chen comments.

Best Buy faces boycott over leadership programs that exclude white employees

Best Buy is facing a boycott over offering "leadership" programs that are only available to non-white employees, according to a report.

A whistleblower shared screenshots of an alleged internal Best Buy company memo regarding "management leadership academy programs" with the O’Keefe Media Group. The programs are a partnership between Best Buy and global management consultant McKinsey & Company.

The programs provide employees with "critical skills that will enhance their leadership through a mini-MBA style curriculum."

The leadership programs allegedly exclude white employees.

"We're excited to announce awesome news about the McKinsey professional development programs! As a part of Best Buy's commitment to develop and support our employees, we've partnered with McKinsey & Company to offer the McKinsey Leadership Programs," states the reported memo from Best Buy. "These professional development programs customize its curriculum and discussions to the unique situations, experiences and opportunities of diverse professionals."

One of the purported requirements to be considered for the leadership programs was that candidates must "identify as black, Latino, Hispanic, Asian, or Pacific Islander."

According to the online application for the leadership programs, two questions ask if applicants are black, Latino, Hispanic, Asian, or Pacific Islander to advance.

The O’Keefe Media Group shared alleged screenshots of the memo and the application on Twitter with the caption: "A citizen journalist has revealed Best Buy is partnering with McKinsey & Company on a Management Training Program. The program is not open to white applicants. 'Candidates must meet the [racial] requirements below.'"

The electronics company announced the diversity initiative on the Best Buy corporate website in July 2022. Best Buy said the leadership programs would help "establish a diverse workforce."

"As part of Best Buy’s commitment to develop and support our employees who identify as black, Indigenous or People of Color (BIPOC), we’ve partnered with McKinsey & Company to offer the McKinsey Management Accelerator program," the Best Buy website reads.

"The McKinsey Management Accelerator program focuses on professional career development by customizing its curriculum and discussions to the unique situations, experiences and opportunities of BIPOC professionals," the site states.

"The McKinsey Accelerator Program has been a great challenge for my leadership skillset. Having other people of color in the program took away the facade I’ve always had to bear as a minority and allowed me to participate as a true student without having to worry about how I appear as a person of color in a space," said Joslyn Knight – Best Buy distribution operations support senior analyst.

Best Buy started utilizing the McKinsey Accelerator Program in 2020 with one course for black employees and has since expanded the program to include Hispanic, Latino, and Asian employees.

McKinsey & Company says on its website: "We are defined by our people and are deeply committed to creating a diverse and inclusive culture."

"At McKinsey, diversity, equity, and inclusion are not just moral imperatives, they are integral to our dual mission – to help our clients make substantial, lasting performance improvements and to build a firm that attracts, develops, excites, and retains exceptional people," the McKinsey & Company website states.

The consulting company also prioritizes climate change.

"A healthy society depends on a healthy planet, and climate change is putting both at risk. That’s why, in addition to serving clients and sharing insights, McKinsey has committed to achieving net-zero climate impact by 2030," the site says. "We're not alone on our journey to help build a more sustainable and inclusive future, and there will be challenges – but we all need to do more, together."

There were calls to boycott Best Buy on social media. One Twitter user declared, "It's time to Bud Light Best Buy."

Best Buy did not respond to a request for comment from TheStreet.

Best Buy faced controversy in 2021 when it offered "mental health resources" and "counseling services" to employees distressed over Kyle Rittenhouse being acquitted of all charges from the shooting in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

"The verdict in Kyle Rittenhouse's trial stirs many emotions, and it's another difficult moment for our nation," said Mark Irvin, the chief inclusion, diversity, and talent officer for Best Buy.

"While these events can be challenging and deeply hurtful, I hope you will take a moment to reflect on the values that unite us as a company and as a nation," Irvin continued. "We can do better, as each of us as individuals, allies, and human beings press together for better outcomes."

"I know events like these can take a toll on mental health and emotional well-being," Irwin claimed. "Please know that best Buy is here to support you."

Project Veritas SUES James O’Keefe?!

James O’Keefe was ousted from Project Veritas months ago, and now the organization he founded has decided to file a lawsuit against him, asking a federal judge to stop O’Keefe from working as a journalist.

In its lawsuit, Veritas says, “Being known as the founder of an organization does not entitle that person to run amok and put his own interests ahead of that organization.”

The company goes on to say O’Keefe “failed in his duties” to Project Veritas and caused the organization “serious and significant damage.”

It is asking that O’Keefe and his new organization, OMG, be held accountable.

Sara Gonzales and her guests on "The News & Why It Matters" discussed the lawsuit on the latest episode.

Head writer and researcher for Glenn Beck Jason Buttrill sees this as getting back at O’Keefe for the company's freefall in engagement after O’Keefe was ousted.

“They thought they were bigger than James O’Keefe. James O’Keefe was Project Veritas, which they did not believe anymore,” Buttrill says.

He adds that in the lawsuit, Veritas “kept on hitting him for a breach of non-disclosure agreement.”

“So what that means is, is that the truth — they did not want that to get out. They didn’t want to know the specifics of how they jettisoned him,” he explains.

Gonzales’ other guest, Jaco Booyens, believes the lawsuit is ridiculous.

“It’s so laughable,” he says, “to think that they could bottle up his God-gift talent and say you’re no longer allowed to use it because you dared to create this organization, and then we ousted you, and now you created another.”

“It shows you,” he adds, “how even that woke mentality of entitlement infiltrates conservative groups sometimes.”

James O’Keefe is BACK

James O’Keefe might have been ousted from Project Veritas, but he is far from done when it comes to exposing lies and revealing the truth.

O’Keefe recently went on “The Charlie Kirk Show” and announced that he’s starting another project called the O’Keefe Media Group.

In his announcement, which is a dramatically cut promotional video, he says “it took a 25-year-old with a hidden camera a few days to do what billion-dollar networks and journalists could not do in a decade. I spent 14 years creating the most effective non-profit newsroom this country has ever seen …”

As he walks through a blue mist in the promo, he says, “And in paving the way to establish citizen journalism, I have been defamed, arrested, raided — ultimately removed from the organization I spent so much time developing credibility of. I always knew they would try to ruin the reputations of those who expose them: the Pharma giants, the three-letter government agencies, and those who I thought I could trust, but in response, we are going to build an army of investigators and exposers.”

He continues, “They have awakened a sleeping giant. I’m back. Remaining by my side are a small, tight-knit group of the most elite journalists in the world. Exposing corruption requires standing up to power, because power hates our sunlight.”

He finishes, “Welcome to the O’Keefe Media Group, where we will never be shut down, because not only do I own it — but you own it too.”

Sara Gonzales approves: “That’s what’s needed.”

Middle school dean placed on leave after Project Veritas video exposes teacher sexualizing students, talking about panties of 'naughty' girls

A dean at a high-priced Connecticut private school has been placed on leave after a Project Veritas video appears to show him sexualizing his students.

Iman Rasti is the middle school dean, writing center director, and seventh-grade English teacher at the Greens Farms Academy, according to his LinkedIn account. He was reportedly caught on video making sexually explicit comments about his underage students entrusted to his care. Rasti seemingly admits to being sexually turned on by his seventh-grade students.

The undercover Project Veritas journalist asked Rasti if he was ever "tempted" by his students, and he nodded in agreement, then said, "Every day."

Rasti then appeared to confess being sexually aroused by his students: "It's very hard. I mean, literally and figuratively."

When asked about being sexual with his students, the dean noted, "That possibly means me losing my job, my reputation – it’s risky, way too risky."

Project Veritas founder James O'Keefe said the female journalist recorded two hours of video speaking with Rasti – including the teacher making sexual remarks about his students.

"Like, one thing they [students] do these days, they sit down in front of me, they purposefully sit down somewhere in the class that is literally directly in front of me," Rasti said. "They spread their legs wide open and that is just brutal. Brutal."

"Every day, there is different panties on: green, black, white," he stated. "And they [students] make sure – it’s like they talk to each other, the three of them do that."

“They open their legs, and I am teaching, and I see what I see," Rasti told the undercover journalist at a restaurant. "They make sure that the panties are positioned in a way that I actually see the thing."

Rasti is seen on video telling the Project Veritas journalist that he has seen the genitalia of his female students.

Rasti – who was hired by the school in 2019 – said he is distracted by the girls spreading their legs during the class.

He said, “Well, how can you concentrate? How can you continue talking with your classroom when you see that?"

"I don’t know for women – if you see, I don’t know, I guess for women it’s sexy to see a man with a hard-on," Rasti continued. "Maybe it’s sexy, I don’t know."

The teacher said of his students, "And they smile, and they smirk at me, and they close and open, close and open a couple of times. They’re naughty."

"When girls start having sex, it’s interesting for someone like me who has been in and out of relationships all my life, and married, and all of that," he admitted.

Rasti theorized that you can see "changes in face and appearance" of adolescent girls once they begin having sex.

"You see a 15-year-old girl, and then next year they come back to school and she’s a woman," he declared. "There is no way she has gained weight just doing nothing, so it is clear that she has had sex. A lot of sex."

“Part of the reason why those girls give me attention – in addition to me being genuine with them and honest with them – I think it's maybe they get that vibe, that sexual tension. I feel like they get it now," he added. "They lost their head with the TikToks."

Rasti met with the Project Veritas journalist a second time, and he made a shocking confession.

"I get the vibe, it’s obvious, but I refuse, because I don’t f*** my students. That’s my principle," the dean said, but added, "I don’t do that, but sometimes I make exceptions. Sometimes."

Rasti then admitted that he had numerous sexual encounters with his students when he was a college professor.

"Not with my K-12, but college, I had sex with many, many, many, many of my students," he seemingly bragged.

After Rasti's exposure in the Project Veritas video, Greens Farms Academy placed Rasti on leave.

"We have just been made aware of a report of inappropriate comments allegedly made by a teacher at GFA,” Greens Farms Academy spokesperson Michelle Levi told the Hartford Courant. "We are placing the employee on leave and will be promptly investigating this matter and taking appropriate action."

Levi said the school sent a message about the situation to the parents of students on Thursday night. The school also provided parents with "resources" that could offer assistance.

Westport Police Capt. David Wolf told the outlet that police are aware of the damning video, but there is no investigation at this time.

Tuition for seventh-grade students at Greens Farms Academy is $48,770.

Project Veritas blows the lid off Sen. Lisa Murkowski's alleged ranked-choice voting scandal: VIDEO

Have you had a sufficient number of political news-related aneurysms this week? Let's throw one more bulge at your arteries. As James O'Keefe continues doing the Lord's work, he shifted focus from corrupt Democratic Party organizations to tackling politicians who campaign as Republicans but vote like Democrats, like Alaska senator, Lisa Murkowski.

Senator Lisa Murkowski is a Republican with exciting voting history. And by exciting, I mean left-leaning. Murkowski not only voted with President Barack Obama's positions over 70% of the time but also opposed the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and supported Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. To make matters more eyebrow-raising, she was one of seven Republican senators to vote to convict Donald Trump of incitement of insurrection in his second impeachment trial.

O'Keefe and his team blew the lid off Murkowski's campaign for allegedly messaging for dark money sources to help pass Ballot Measure 2. A campaign staffer for Sen. Lisa Murkowski described how publicly exposing dark money in Alaska politics "would be bad for Lisa if the other campaigns start highlighting it.’

What is Ballot Measure 2? Project Veritas Action press secretary R.C. Maxwell attempted to interview Senator Murkowski and her campaign’s comms director, Shea Siegert, to clear up questions raised after multiple paid Murkowski staffers affirmed that Ballot Measure 2 [Ranked-Choice Voting] was designed to keep the incumbent senator in office.

When confronted, Murkowski insisted that Ballot Measure 2 was brought to the people by the people of Alaska. Still, Project Veritas didn't buy it since a former Murkowski staffer, Rachel Jackson, spearheaded the initiative.
