You won't believe THIS SHOCKING TRUTH buried in the Jan. 6 video archives

House Republicans have announced that members of the media and other qualified individuals will now have access to view footage from January 6.

According to the strict criteria required to view the footage, you have to be a qualifying non-profit organization or a news outlet, among other things.

Sara Gonzales believes that “this obviously is backtracking on the promise that Speaker McCarthy made to the American people when he said we will make all of the footage public.”

Investigative journalist Steve Baker has combed through the 41,000 hours of video, which he says is “a daunting and impossible task” if he wanted to get through all of it.

Baker also says that as he has gone through the footage, he’s found that in footage from certain cameras, there were “three or four hours missing in the middle of the riot itself.”

Some of the cameras have no footage whatsoever, which Baker believes is strange, as the Capitol Police “told us that all of their cameras were functional that day.”

Sara Gonzales finds it all fascinating.

“We are still seeing the FBI and the DOJ put so much concentration on January 6, oftentimes non-violent people who didn’t – they didn’t break anything in the Capitol, they didn’t vandalize anything, they didn’t hit anyone,” Gonzales says.

Baker says that it’s frightening, because the people who are being convicted of some sort of conspiracy to overthrow the government simply used “the words of a founding father,” which he calls “revolutionary-style rhetoric.”

In one of the particular stories that Baker is working on in order to exonerate and find evidence for people who are innocent yet being accused, he believes he saw clear collusion.

“I was sitting in one of the trials back last fall, and in that trial I saw something that did not ring true. It was one of those moments between the judge and the lead prosecuting attorney that I, just by instinct, thought I saw collusion,” he says.

“Body language, the connection didn’t work. I saw the panic of the prosecutor, I saw the panic of the judge in suppressing evidence, and then I started the process of digging myself,” he adds.

In that digging, Baker believes he’s found “evidence tampering, evidence suppression,” and the “creating of evidence that did not exist out of whole cloth.”

John Bolton shocks with viral admission that he helped plan foreign coups — then Rand Paul chimes in

Former national security adviser John Bolton raised eyebrows Tuesday after disclosing that he has helped orchestrate coups d'état.

Wait, what?

Speaking with CNN anchor Jake Tapper, Bolton disputed rhetoric that says former President Donald Trump is guilty of orchestrating a coup on Jan. 6.

"It's also a mistake, as some people have said — including on the committee, the commentators — that somehow this was a carefully planned coup d'état aimed at the Constitution," Bolton said. "That's not the way Donald Trump does things. It's rambling from one half-vast idea to another. One plan that falls through and another comes up. That's what he was doing."

When Tapper pushed back and noted that "one doesn't have to be brilliant to attempt a coup," Bolton explained why he disagrees — and he cited firsthand experience, though without disclosing details.

"As somebody who has helped plan coups d'état — not here, but other places — it takes a lot of work. And that's not what [Trump] did. It was just stumbling around from one idea to another," Bolton said.

Video of Bolton's admission quickly went viral online, amassing millions of views.

Later in the interview, Tapper confronted Bolton about his admission.

"I'm not going to get into the specifics," Bolton said.

"I wrote about Venezuela in the book, and it turned out not to be successful," he added. "Not that we had all that much to do with it, but I saw what it took for an opposition to try and overturn an illegally elected president. And they failed."

"I feel like there's other stuff you're not telling me," Tapper shot back.

"I'm sure there is," Bolton responded before immediately changing topics.

Why is this significant?

Bolton's government service spanned four Republican presidential administrations and even included a stint as the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. Bolton, then, is no stranger to the government's unspoken policy of avoiding the word "coup."

In fact, Bolton previously said the 2019 Venezuela uprising, to which he referred in his interview with Tapper, was definitely not a coup.

"This is clearly not a coup," said Bolton, who at the time was then-President Donald Trump's national security adviser.

What did Paul say?

Sen. Rand Paul responded to Bolton's admission by saying, "Blocking John Bolton from becoming Sec of State was one of my proudest moments!"

Paul was referring to the Obama-to-Trump presidential transition, in which Bolton was under consideration for secretary of state. However, Paul repeatedly declared he would oppose Bolton's nomination to any position in the State Department.

CNN reporter deflates Dem hope that January 6 hearings will hurt GOP before midterm elections: 'Republicans are trusted' on inflation

The highly promoted congressional hearings on Jan. 6 are not impacting American voters in the way Democrats had hoped.

What do Democrats want?

Before the first publicized hearing from the House Jan. 6 committee last month, the New York Times explained that Democrats hoped to "refocus voters' attention on Jan. 6" to hurt Republicans by connecting the GOP "to an unprecedented plot to undermine democracy itself."

The Times reported:

With their control of Congress hanging in the balance, Democrats plan to use made-for-television moments and a carefully choreographed rollout of revelations over the course of six hearings to remind the public of the magnitude of Mr. Trump’s effort to overturn the election, and to persuade voters that the coming midterm elections are a chance to hold Republicans accountable for it.

But what does the data show?

CNN senior data reporter Harry Enten told CNN anchor Jake Tapper on Monday the hearings are not moving the needle in Democrats' favor ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

"We've talked before about the poor polling for Democrats heading into this year's midterm elections. Have these hearings changed that outlook at all?" Tapper asked.

"Not really. No," Enten replied.

"Look, before the hearings began — they began on June 9 — on June 8, my average of the polls, the generic ballot had Republicans +3 points. Now, where is it? Republicans +2 points," he explained. "You could make the argument that maybe there was a slight change, but the fact is, there's so much news going on, this is not much of a change — at all."

The reason the hearings are not making a difference, Enten explained, is because Americans simply are not concerned about them as they continue to face sky-high inflation and gas prices.

"What is the top issue for Americans at this point, and who is trusted on that? The top issue for Americans at this point is not the Jan 6 committee hearings," Enten said. "It is not Donald Trump, it's inflation, according to 33% of Americans — that is the top issue.

"And who is trusted more on the issue of inflation? The margin right here is absolutely huge: Republicans are trusted over Democrats by 19 points," he continued. "And that is why at this particular point, Republicans still lead on that generic congressional ballot."

Pollster deflates Dem hope that Jan. 6 hearings will persuade voters: 'Not doing the damage' to Republican Party that Dems wanted

Pollster Frank Luntz predicted Sunday the highly publicized Jan. 6 hearings will not help Democrats improve their standing with voters ahead of the 2022 midterm elections.

What did Luntz say?

Luntz explained on Fox News' "Media Buzz" why Democrats will not benefit from the hearings.

First, voters are not being persuaded to support Democrats because of the one-sided nature of the hearings. The House Jan. 6 committee, in fact, has not called a single witness who counters the committee's narrative to testify publicly. The committee has not a single member who supports former President Donald Trump.

"You should have had counter-testimony, you should have had people challenging those witnesses," Luntz said. "But the conclusion that some people have come to is that this is simply the third attempt to impeach Donald Trump."

Second, voters simply care about more important issues.

"Make no mistake: This will have an impact on [Trump's] candidacy should he run," Luntz said. "But also make no mistake: Voters care much more about crime, immigration, and of course inflation.

"This has simply not risen to the importance the Democrats thought it would, and it’s not doing the damage to the Republican Party that the Democrats thought it would," he declared.

Another reason the hearings are not hurting the Republican Party, according to Luntz, is because Trump doesn't wield the same level of influence he once did.

"He’s no longer the controller, he is no longer the emperor, he doesn’t that have that much control," Luntz explained, "and that’s why these opinions aren’t changing, and that’s why these hearings aren’t having an impact the Democrats thought it would."

Anything else?

A recent analysis by the Brookings Institute discovered that most Republican candidates running for election this year are not discussing Jan. 6 or the 2020 presidential election.

While Democrats focus on Jan. 6, gun control, and abortion, Republicans are focusing their campaign messaging on issues that voters care about most: inflation, border security, and crime.

Chris Wallace deflates narrative that Jan. 6 hearings will prove earth-shattering claims: 'That's a bad look'

CNN anchor Chris Wallace extinguished hope that partisan hearings about the Jan. 6 riot at the United States Capitol will end with substantive results that prove hyperbolic claims.

What did Wallace say?

Speaking on CNN prior to the first hearing Thursday night, Wallace voiced skepticism about the trajectory of the hearings.

To support his skepticism, Wallace — the former Fox News anchor who left the network for the now-defunct CNN+ — cited "overselling" by lawmakers on the House Jan. 6 committee and the hiring of a former ABC News executive to produce the hearings for TV.

"First of all I think the committee has fallen prey to terrible hype, terrible overselling," Wallace explained. "You've got Jamie Raskin, one of the members of the committee saying this is going to blow the roof off the house. You've got Adam Kinzinger saying it's going to change history.

"Secondly, they have gotten the former president of ABC News Jim Goldston to produce this made-for-TV event," he added. "I think that's a bad look both for the committee and mainstream media to seem that they’re hand-in-glove with each other."

Considering Jan. 6 happened 18 months ago, Wallace said he believes most Americans have already made up their minds about the events that day and the 2020 election, thus few Americans will be persuaded by the hearings.

"Do I think that something is going to happen tonight that is going to change that dramatically? I'm skeptical," Wallace said.

After the first hearing concluded, Wallace reiterated that nothing he saw — none of the earth-shattering evidence the committee promised — convinced him the hearings will shift Americans' opinions about Jan. 6.

"It was a very powerful, a very well produced, if you will, two-hour presentation — I still have questions," Wallace reacted.

"If you were horrified by the events of Jan. 6 and what we've learned since, you were certainly horrified by what you saw," he explained. "If you haven't been convinced of that in the last year and a half, I'm not sure if this or anything will change your mind."

Media chief who BURIED Epstein scandal to 'produce' dramatized Jan. 6 prime-time hearing

The House's January 6 committee is going into full propaganda mode this Thursday night. As the hearings begin, the committee has made sure to present a primetime, made-for-TV night to remember, filled with shock, scandal, and suspense — and, according to Axios, they've enlisted their own "secret adviser" to produce Thursday's hearing "as if it were a blockbuster investigative special."

The January 6 committee has tapped renowned network news executive and "master documentary storyteller" James Goldston to "hone a mountain of explosive material into a captivating multimedia presentation for a prime-time hearing," wrote Axios's Mike Allen.

Strangely enough, noted Glenn Beck, that's the same James Goldston who buried the Jeffrey Epstein scandal when it broke.

On the radio program, Glenn and Stu Burguiere discussed the definitely-not-propaganda hearing and the questionable judgment of the Democrat-led committee and producer they've put in charge of their dramatized political theatre.
