The border and budget are EXPLODING. Thanks, Biden.

Clearly America is not doing too well. Government spending is out of control, our debt continues to grow, and our borders are being crossed daily by murderers, rapists, and drug traffickers.

While the government doesn’t seem to notice or care, Mark Levin is well aware.

“We have a full-fledged invasion going on as a result of the purposeful and intentional inaction of the Biden regime,” he says. "It’s intentional what’s going on on that southern border.”

And what is going on at the southern border?

Death, sex trafficking, drug trafficking, and dangerous criminals leaving Mexico to come to America.

According to a report, almost 800 people have died at the border, and lethal drugs are pouring across it — killing up to 100,000 Americans every single year.

“We have murderers, we have rapists coming across the border — people who’ve been deported nine times, 11 times, 14 times — back in the country. We have drug cartels that now have footholds in every single state of the union. Now, this is unsustainable,” Levin says.

Levin believes the point is to turn Texas blue.

“They’ve turned Arizona blue, they’ve turned Nevada blue, they’ve turned New Mexico blue,” he says.

“And their main goal is to take out Texas. Because as I’ve said before, once Texas goes blue, the nation goes blue and there’s no turning back.”

Not only is the border completely out of control, but so is government spending.

“They want to spend an enormous amount of additional money; they don’t want to secure the border,” Levin continues.

“They’re undermining the United States military. I could go on and on with their budget priorities. Their budget priorities are to redistribute wealth, and they keep pouring trillions of dollars into the fourth branch of government: their bureaucracy, their permanent government.”

More red states join lawsuit to stop Biden from revoking Title 42

Eighteen Republican attorneys general have joined a lawsuit seeking to force Joe Biden’s White House to keep the Trump-era Title 42 in place.

With just over five weeks until the Biden administration plans to roll back Title 42, the Republican attorneys general are locking arms in a display of unified opposition to the administration's policies at the country’s southern border.

The suit to stop the administration from revoking Title 42 was originally filed by the attorneys general of Arizona, Louisiana, and Missouri. On Friday, the New York Post reported that attorneys general from 18 other states joined the suit. They are: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Alaska’s Republican Governor Mike Dunleavy enthusiastically backed the multi-state suit. He said, “The Termination Order is detrimental to the states tasked with enforcing immigration standards, and it is not logically appropriate.”

He added, “This policy runs contrary to the Biden Administration’s other declarations because it is expressly premised on the decrease of COVID-19, but the Administration has ignored these facts by enforcing mandatory vaccination and mask mandates.”

Wyoming’s Republican Governor Mike Gordon expressed a similar sentiment.

He said, “When the federal government does not fulfill its responsibilities, states are compelled to take legal action to protect their residents from the impacts of this border crisis. Wyoming will stand by our fellow states to protect our borders.”

The states that are suing the Biden administration argue that Title 42’s pending termination is illegal because it violates the “notice-and-comments requirements” that are a crucial part of the federal Administrative Procedures Act.

However, it appears that not only Republicans oppose the Biden administrations plans to revoke Title 42.

Politicians on both sides of the political aisle have publicly opposed Biden’s plan to nix roll back Title 42 as polling indicates how unpopular the move is among registered voters.

According to this Morning Consult/Politico poll, 56% of registered voters oppose the move marking “the largest backlash against a Biden administration policy” tracked by Morning Consult since January of 2021.

West Virginia’s maverick, Democratic Senator Joe Manchin criticized the policy as a “frightening decision” and warned that it will cause even more illegal immigration.

One of Nevada’s Democratic Senators, Catherine Cortez Masto, likened the Biden administration’s strategy to “acting without a detailed plan.”

She said, “This is the wrong way to don this and it will leave the administration unprepared for a surge at the border.”

Maxine Waters bashes Biden for 'whipping' of Haitian migrants and calls it worse than slavery: 'What the hell are we doing here?!'

Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters of California accused the Biden administration of acting like former President Donald Trump and said that the alleged "whipping" of Haitian migrants was worse than what was witnessed under slavery.

Waters made the comments at a press conference outside of the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday after public outrage over the treatment of some Haitian migrants seeking refuge in Del Rio, Texas, where a massive encampment has formed.

"I'm pissed! I'm unhappy! And I'm not just unhappy with the cowboys who were running down Haitians and using their reins to whip them," said Waters.

"I'm unhappy with the administration! We are following the Trump policy, he is the one who does not follow the Constitution and would not allow those seeking refuge to be able to petition to get into the country!" she added.

"What the hell are we doing here?!" she yelled.

Waters was referring to the policy implemented under the Trump administration that allowed for the deportation of illegal aliens who were seeking refugee status. President Joe Biden has used that policy to send some of the Haitian migrants back to Haiti on airplane flights. Others are being allowed into the U.S. while their refugee application is processed.

"What we witnessed takes us back hundreds of years! What we witnessed was worse than what we witnessed in slavery!" Waters continued.

"Cowboys with their reins again whipping black people Haitians, into the water, where they're scrambling and falling down when all they're trying to do is escape violence in their country!" she added.

Waters went on to detail her history of trying to help the Haitian people through political turmoil and natural disasters. She also demanded to know who paid the men who were “whipping” at migrants with their reins.

"And I want to know in the first place, who is paying these cowboys to do this work? They got to be gotten rid of! They got to be stopped! It cannot go on!" she continued.

Waters had previously pushed the false accusation that the Border Patrol agents had used whips on the migrants.

For her Wednesday media briefing, she instead said that they had used their reins to whip the migrants away.

She also called for the children at the Del Rio encampment that want to come to the U.S. be allowed in immediately.

"Let people know that they trying to take us back to slavery days! And worse than that!" she yelled.
