Republican Jewish Coalition issues a scathing condemnation of Kanye West after shocking statements on Alex Jones' show
The Republican Jewish Coalition issued a scathing condemnation of Kanye West after he appeared on the "Alex Jones Show" and made shocking statements about Hitler and Jewish people.
West, who legally changed his name to Ye in 2021, has been making increasingly controversial statements about Jews in the entertainment industry.
On Thursday, he told Alex Jones that Hitler had some positives and continued to criticize Jewish people.
“The Jewish media has made us feel like the Nazis and Hitler have never offered anything of value to the world,” said West, who was wearing a black hood over his face during the interview.
“I see good things about Hitler, also," he added.
Clips from the interview quickly went viral online.
The RJC responded with a very strongly worded statement.
"Today’s InfoWars show featuring Alex Jones, Nick Fuentes, and Kanye West - a disgusting triumvirate of conspiracy theorists, Holocaust deniers, and antisemites - was a horrific cesspool of dangerous, bigoted Jew hatred," the statement said.
"We vehemently condemn those comments and call on all political leaders to reject these messengers of hate and relegate them to the dustbin of history where they belong. Given his praise of Hitler, it can’t be overstated that Kanye West is a vile, repellent bigot who has targeted the Jewish community with threats and Nazi-style defamation," the group continued.
"Conservatives who have mistakenly indulged Kanye West must make it clear that he is a pariah," they concluded. "Enough is enough."
West recently announced that he was running for president in 2024 despite garnering fewer than 70,000 votes when he ran in 2020. He also settled his divorce with Kim Kardashian, who will receive $200,000 from the rapper on a monthly basis for child support.
