Mark Levin: Donald Trump should indict Joe Biden upon winning election



Trump may have been convicted of all 34 counts levied against him in the Manhattan hush-money trial, but Mark Levin doesn’t believe justice has been served.

Rather, he believes it has yet to be.

“The problem is, there was a jury. There should never have been a jury, there should never have been a case. Prosecutor is a Soros prosecutor. Case should have been dismissed,” Levin says.

“The problem is, you have a judge who is a Biden judge. So, now you have two individuals, two dishonest individuals, who lack complete integrity. That is Bragg and Mershan, who are influencing a federal, national, presidential election.”

Levin says this shows “intent in the case of Joe Biden.”

“God willing, if Donald Trump is the next president of the United States, I am going to urge him, I’m going to lobby him, to tell his Attorney General of the United States, ‘Let’s stop playing games,’” Levin explains, adding, “Indict Joe Biden and indict Antony Blinken.”

Why? “Because according to Bragg, Merchan, and their surrogates — they created a crime.”

Levin says this crime is valid because of the precedent they’ve set in the Trump trials.

“That is the precedent that comes out of the New York case that Biden just supported,” he says.

In addition, former special counsel Robert Hur supplied plenty of evidence in his previous report that Levin believes could indict Joe Biden.

“We have so much evidence in this report from Mr. Hur of willful violations of classified information. It’s hard to keep track,” Levin says. “But the Department of Justice said they’re not going to act because Mr. Hur said, and certified, that Joe Biden is an imbecile.”

“So, Joe Biden is exposed, and in my view, should be indicted for willfully disclosing classified information, effectively selling secrets for a profit, and trying to cover it up,” he adds.

While Donald Trump was mourning a heroic New York City police officer who was murdered during a stop, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden were cracking jokes at Radio City Music Hall with Stephen Colbert.

Mark Levin believes this is “indicative of something bigger.”

“It is indicative of where we are as a country. We have a ruling class in America,” Levin explains.

“It’s not an official ruling class, but it is a group of individuals in different industries with different platforms who have seized authority over this country.”

Americans are not represented by this ruling class, which is why “so much of what they promote in their media has nothing to do with you.”

Rather, it’s meant to sabotage your way of life.

While issues like transgenderism and systemic racism are non-elected bureaucrats' favorite ones to amplify, the EPA has just decided that the single-family home for the middle class isn’t conducive to an environmentally healthy America.

“You’re to live in high-density high rises with public transportation; hence the automobile needs to be destroyed,” Levin says.

“Who voted for that? Nobody,” he continues.

“Biden did it through his EPA, and they say, ‘We’ll have cleaner air and cleaner water.’ Of course we won’t. Has nothing to do with that. It’s a massive inconvenience, and the intention is to limit the ability of the middle class to be mobile, to live the lives that you want to live.”

Defending liberty: Fighting against government overreach



Government overreach has become the norm under the Biden administration, and it threatens the liberty of Americans everywhere.

Mark Levin is sounding the alarm, warning of recent actions taken by this administration to target personal property and dictate the lifestyles of the people.

Levin calls a document put together by Bernie Sanders and the Biden administration aimed at “Combating the Climate Crisis and Pursuing Environmental Justice” the new “Communist Manifesto,” as it operates under the guise of “for the greater good” — but really reflects the goals of an autocratic party.

“You go through this document you’ll see what I mean in every aspect of our culture. Our politics, our government, central government, controls you, controls our livelihood, controls our future. It’s the modern day Communist Manifesto,” Levin says.

The government is enforcing their “Communist Manifesto” by issuing regulations that will affect the personal property of Americans.

“Joe Biden and his regime have issued a regulation that will make the use of your car and the combustion engine an impossibility. In other words, they are destroying the automobile industry,” Levin says, referring to a new EPA regulation that is the strictest federal climate regulation ever issued for passenger cars.

The regulation forces companies to up their sales of electric vehicles.

The administration has also recently enshrined rules “that will make it virtually impossible to build single family homes in the suburbs and the exurbs,” Levin says.

“Single family home, a home with a white gate — everybody has that dream. Wherever you are, wherever you live, this is something you want. They’re trying to eliminate it,” Levin warns.

Levin: Exposing Biden's historical lies



Joe Biden’s State of the Union speech, which Mark Levin calls a “state of confusion” speech, was inflammatory at its best and full of lies at its worst.

The president used his speech to pretend to be the greatest ally of marginalized communities with only good intentions for Americans, unlike his predecessor Donald Trump, whom he relentlessly attacked.

“Joe Biden wants you to believe that he went to see Nelson Mandela and he went to jail; he’s a liar. Joe Biden wants you to believe he was a civil rights activist; he’s a liar,” Levin says.

And this is proven by his well-documented past.

At the height of the civil rights movement in the early '70s, Biden joined the United States Senate and befriended John Stennis, James Eastland, Herman Talmadge, and Robert Byrd.

“All four of whom were racist segregationists. All four of whom filibustered the 1964 and 1965 Civil Rights Acts,” Levin explains, adding, “and Joe Biden wasn’t just their friend. Joe Biden sponsored legislation to end the integration of our public schools.”

Biden has also come under fire for a comment he made about not wanting to send his kid into the “jungle” as he advocated for ending the integration of public schools.

“He’s made racist, bigoted, segregated comments ever since right up to his election,” Levin says.

In 1994, Biden was the sponsor of a new crime law that focused more on crack than cocaine. Civil rights groups who represented the black community believed he was purposely targeting them.

“More black people as a proportion of the population went to prison as a result of Joe Biden’s law,” Levin says.

And now, Biden is “doing his dark, petty, Castro-like speech filled with lies, propaganda, delivered in a snarky, sarcastic, and angry way.”

“America, we deserve better than this,” Levin says.

Mark Levin: The attacks on Trump are 'monumentally outrageous'



While the Democrats are still yelling about the 2020 election, they’re doing as much as they can to alter the course of the next one.

Mark Levin pins this interference on “Joe Biden personally, and his surrogates at the Department of Justice, and his party members in the judgeships and the unelected prosecutors and the would-be unelected jurors should there be trials in these Democrat cities.”

It’s “monumentally outrageous,” he adds, noting that Biden has “interfered up and down.”

Levin is of course referring to the attacks on Donald Trump, which he says are “undermining our voting system.”

Trump is currently at the mercy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, where a three-judge panel will debate the limits of presidential immunity.

The panel, which features “two radical leftists,” is set to decide whether or not the former president should be granted immunity from a four-count criminal indictment that charges him with plotting to overturn the 2020 presidential election and inciting a violent riot at the Capitol.

Levin doesn’t believe the panel of judges is promising.

“The worst of the bunch was appointed by Biden,” Levin says, referring to Judge Florence Pan.

“This was done to try and impact and interfere with the election and to get Joe Biden re-elected,” Levin warns.

Watch CNN's legal 'experts' embarrass themselves on live TV



If there’s anything we’ve learned in the past few years, it’s that the media-deemed “experts” in any field are usually anything but.

Now, CNN and The Atlantic are touting “legal experts” J. Michael Luttig and Laurence H. Tribe, who are arguing that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment provides that Donald Trump can be prevented from running for president in 2024.

According to Mark Levin, Luttig and Tribe are, simply put, “two knuckleheads.”

The two published an article in The Atlantic titled “The Constitution Prohibits Trump From Ever Being President Again.”

“The former president’s efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, and the resulting attack on the U.S. Capitol, place him squarely within the ambit of the disqualification clause, and he is therefore ineligible to serve as president ever again,” the article reads.

“Of course, these guys used to hate each other's guts, but this is what they come together on,” Levin says, scoffing.

In a segment on CNN, Tribe explains why they believe the Constitution will be what bars Trump from the race, saying that “secretaries of state or other officials” will have to “determine whether, despite his obvious attempt to overturn the 2020 election and engage in insurrection, whether despite that somehow Trump gets to run, the secretaries of state around the country are going to go both ways on that.”

“Whichever way they go, they’ll be challenged in court, and that’ll end up in the Supreme Court, and what it will have to decide is what this language means,” he adds.

Levin notes that while these are the "legal experts" platformed by leftwing publications and media outlets, they’re not the only ones out there. And there are many more who disagree than agree.

“Just so you understand, folks, there are more scholars who say no to this than say yes, but the ones who say yes obviously are promoted by the Jim Acostas and the media,” he says.
