Hawaii woman sent alarming messages before going missing in LA; her father just took his own life amid desperate search

A Hawaii woman went missing two weeks ago after she sent alarming text messages to her family. Amid a desperate search for her, the woman's father took his own life.

Hannah Kobayashi was traveling from Maui to New York City on a Nov. 8 flight to visit family. The 31-year-old's flight landed at Los Angeles International Airport at 9:53 p.m. local time, according to Newsweek. Surveillance video from LAX shows Kobayashi wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and tie-dye leggings.

'Deep hackers wiped my identity, stole all of my funds, & have had me on a mind f*** since Friday.'

However, Kobayashi never boarded her connecting flight, which was scheduled to leave after a 42-minute layover.

Instead, Kobayashi decided to go to The Grove — a high-end shopping mall — for a LeBron James event and posted a photo from the event on her Instagram page.

Kobayashi’s aunt, Larie Pidgeon, said her niece started sending her alarming text messages days later.

Pidgeon told USA Today, "On [Nov. 11], we started getting texts saying that she didn't feel safe, that someone was trying to steal her funds, that someone was trying to take her identity. Weird things, calling us babe, things that weren't quite the normal way that she speaks."

Kobayashi wrote in a text message, “Deep hackers wiped my identity, stole all of my funds, & have had me on a mind f*** since Friday.”

Pidgeon told KTLA-TV, “She mentioned feeling scared, and that someone might be trying to steal her money and identity. Strange, cryptic messages — things about the matrix, it was so unlike her. And then all of a sudden, no more communication.”

“This is so unlike Hannah, she’s very responsible. I mean, she was looking forward to the event so much. She had a hotel room booked that was a couple thousand dollars, the tickets for the event was a couple of hundred dollars,” Pidgeon told KITV-TV.

Pidgeon said Kobayashi's phone suddenly stopped receiving phone calls Nov. 11.

"[Kobayashi's phone] was pinging in the LAX airport, and it no longer ... it goes straight to voicemail," Pidgeon said. "It didn't move from LAX airport, so that is where we know that she last was."

After radio silence, Pidgeon traveled from New York to try to find her niece.

When asked whether she had a message for Kobayashi, Pidgeon said, "We will not stop until we find you, you have so many family, you have so many friends who love you so, so, so much... If you're feeling scared, or if you feel alone, you are not. We are with you."

Kobayashi's family reported her missing Nov. 11 and notified Los Angeles police, the FBI, and LAX authorities.

Surveillance video recorded Kobayashi leaving the Pico Metro Station, near LAX, with an unidentified person at 10.03 p.m. Nov. 11.

Kobayashi's family said of the video, "It is evident that Hannah does not appear to be in good condition. and she is not alone."

Ryan Kobayashi — the 58-year-old father of Hannah Kobayashi — traveled to Los Angeles to search for her. Ryan Kobayashi was seen in the streets of the city with missing posters of his daughter.

The father told KTLA Nov. 18, “I miss her. Just want her to know that, and just want her to reach out — anything.”

Kobayashi told CNN last week, “Hannah loved to travel. She loved photography, art, music. I wasn’t too close with her … growing up. We hadn’t had contact for a while. I'm just trying to make up. I’m trying to get her back. That’s my main focus.”

Tragically, Ryan Kobayashi was found dead Sunday near LAX.

Citing the Los Angeles Police Department, KNBC-TV reported that Kobayashi committed suicide by jumping off a parking structure near LAX around 4 a.m. Sunday.

RAD Movement — a non-profit organization that provides families with support when loved ones disappear — released a statement about Ryan Kobayashi's death.

"The Kobayashi family endured a devastating tragedy today. After tirelessly searching throughout Los Angeles for 13 days, Hannah’s father, Ryan Kobayashi, tragically took his own life," the RAD Movement stated. "This loss has compounded the family's suffering immeasurably."

The organization added, "What the family needs most in this difficult time is for all communities to rally around them with support, compassion, and prayers. Please be considerate with your comments and posts. The trauma they are enduring is profound, and they now face the additional burden of grieving the loss of their family's pillar and navigating next steps."

The non-profit stressed, “Hannah IS still actively missing and is believed to be in imminent danger. It is crucial for everyone to remain vigilant in their efforts to locate Hannah.”

According to the California General Attorney's Office, Hannah Kobayashi is 5' 10" tall and approximately 140 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes and is fair-skinned with freckles. She also has a tattoo of a knife on her forearm.

Johnny Wactor – the former star of the popular soap opera "General Hospital" – is dead at 37 after being fatally shot in downtown Los Angeles during an alleged catalytic converter theft, according to multiple reports.

Wactor's mother, Scarlett Wactor, told TMZ that her son and one of his coworkers noticed "three men messing with Johnny's car" in downtown Los Angeles early Saturday morning.

The mother said that Wactor "didn't try to fight or stop them," but the "men shot him anyway before taking off."

The Los Angeles Police Department said officers responded to a 911 call around 3:25 a.m. PT on Saturday, and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.

Wactor was rushed to a local hospital, but he was pronounced dead at the medical center.

It is suspected that the lethal shooting occurred during a catalytic converter theft.

The suspects have not been named and are still at large, according to police.

KTLA confirmed the actor's sudden death with Johnny’s younger brother, Grant Watson.

A spectacular human being.

Wactor’s talent agent, David Shaul, also confirmed Watson's death.

LOL: Dem mayor who released LA criminals from jail just got her house broken into

You know what they say about karma …

Well, some people don’t, including Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass.

For those who don’t remember, about a year ago Mayor Bass complained about Los Angeles' surplus of prisoners.

“It’s really an embarrassment on our country that we have more people locked up in the United States than any place in the world, and if you look at the many, many, many people who are locked up, they're locked up because they're poor, because they can't afford bail, or they can't afford proper legal defense,” she said, adding that “if you dealt with the poverty aspect, you could probably reduce the [incarcerated] population by 50%.”

“She let out all sorts of criminals in L.A.,” says Dave Rubin.

And now, she’s reaping the consequences.

Shortly after the incident, the New York Post released the following report:

A suspect was arrested after breaking into Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass’ home early Sunday morning.
...
Getty House is Bass’ official home, and is located on South Irving Boulevard in Windsor Square, nearly five miles west of Los Angeles City Hall.
...
The incident comes as crime continues to rise amid the LA district attorney’s soft-on-crime approach to court cases.
...
As the county’s top prosecutor, Gascón also enacted a series of criminal justice directives since taking office in 2020 that have drawn scorn from opponents and many in law enforcement, such as barring prosecutors from attending parole hearings, promoting zero-cash bail and efforts to end the prosecution of juveniles as adults, even for violent crimes.

“I should note that George Gascón was the DA of San Francisco — the Soros-backed DA … who destroyed San Francisco,” says Dave, adding that what happened to Bass is “kind of a funny story,” especially considering that “no one got hurt.”

“This is how brazen criminals are in L.A.,” adds Spencer Klavan. “They're not afraid of the Los Angeles Police Department. … They know they’re not gonna get prosecuted.”

Violent Minnesota felon arrested in brutal murder of Los Angeles model who was found tortured, stuffed inside refrigerator

A Minnesota man — with a lengthy and violent criminal record — has been arrested in connection with the brutal murder of a California model who was found tortured and stuffed inside the refrigerator at her Los Angeles apartment.

Magnus Daniel Humphrey, 41, was arrested on Wednesday on an unrelated federal warrant at his home in Hopkins, Minnesota. Police said Humphrey is the "suspect responsible" for the grisly murder of 31-year-old Maleesa Mooney.

At the time of his arrest, Humphrey was on federal probation for narcotics offenses after being released from prison on Feb. 7, according to Justice Department records.

Humphrey has been convicted of multiple felonies in Minnesota and Illinois, including gun charges, assaults, sexual assaults, and false imprisonment, according to the New York Post.

The Los Angeles Police Department said in a statement that Humphrey has agreed to be extradited to Los Angeles.

Humphrey was charged with murder as well as a special allegation of murder during the commission of torture, according to KTTV.

The suspect is being held without bail.

Police did not reveal what led investigators to suspect the Minnesota felon to be involved in the murder of the Los Angeles model or a possible motive.

As Blaze News previously reported, Mooney was found dead at her luxury apartment in Los Angeles around 4:00 p.m. on Sept. 12, 2023. LAPD officers conducting a welfare check found Mooney's mutilated body inside the refrigerator at her apartment. There was allegedly a pool of blood under the refrigerator.

Mooney reportedly had her wrists and ankles bound with electrical cords, and her mouth was gagged with clothing. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office listed her cause of death as "homicidal violence."

The coroner's office said the model suffered blunt force injuries, lacerations, abrasions, contusions, and a fractured rib. The coroner's report noted that the blunt force injuries by themselves were likely not severe enough to have caused her death, and that "she was likely involved in a violent physical altercation prior to her death."

Mooney worked as a model and a real estate agent. She had only moved into her apartment a month before her death.

Mooney's sister, Jourdin Pauline, previously said that the slain woman was two months pregnant when she was murdered.

"She was super excited and I know she really wanted a kid, and it's something that she has always talked about," Pauline stated.

LAPD is urging anyone with information regarding the case to contact Detective Pierce or Detective Marcinek at 213-486-8700.

Los Angeles authorities believe there is a serial killer on the loose

Los Angeles authorities believe there is a serial killer on the loose – who is responsible for the murders of three homeless people.

The Los Angeles Police Department has launched an extensive search for a suspected serial killer who shot three homeless people in three separate attacks across the city. Police said all of the murders happened in the early morning hours over the course of a few days in November.

The first murder occurred at around 3:00 a.m. on Nov. 26 in an alley located in the southeast area of Los Angeles. Police identified the victim as Jose Vamos, a 37-year-old male.

The second murder occurred in Central Division around 5:00 a.m. on Nov. 27. The victim was identified as 62-year-old Mark Digs.

The third occurred around 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 29. The victim was said to be a 52-year-old male.

LAPD Chief Michel Moore said, "Each one was shot and killed as they slept" or were getting ready to go to sleep.

The LAPD will dispatch more patrols in areas where homeless people congregate.

The LAPD has created a task force to track down the serial killer.

Moore said, "We're bringing Homicide investigators from throughout the city. We're bringing additional investigators from specialized posts and we have placed our forensic science division on ready so that any forensic evidence that is gathered is also quickly processed and analyzed in an effort to identify the person we believe responsible for these three homicides."

Moore noted that the LAPD had contacted law enforcement officials in nearby cities to see if there were similar murders.

"We have no unsolved homicides outside the city of Los Angeles," Moore said. "Yet our work continues in identifying whether there are any other shooting victims of persons who are experiencing homelessness, which are unsolved and may have any similarities to these homicides."

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass, a Democrat, said, "This is a killer preying on the unhoused."

"Our message to the unhoused community is clear — do not sleep alone tonight," Bass advised. "Seek shelter, seek services, stay together, seek support and we need your help to get the word out."

The LAPD released two photos – one of the suspect and another of a dark-colored sedan car believed to be involved in the murders.

Police urge anyone with information on these cases to contact the tipline at (213) 486-6890.

The Los Angeles Times reported, "The killings raised new alarms in Los Angeles’ homeless community, which a count completed earlier this year pegged at more than 46,000 people. The city has been struggling to provide housing to this population, which the count found increased 10% over the last year."

The outlet noted that approximately 70% of the city's homeless population is unsheltered.

Video: Brawls erupt outside Los Angeles Holocaust museum during screening of 'gruesome'  film about Hamas attacks on Israel

Outside the Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles, brawls erupted during a screening of a film showing unedited videos of the surprise attacks on Israeli citizens by Hamas terrorists on Oct. 7 that sparked the Israel-Hamas war.

According to the Los Angeles Times, approximately 50 demonstrators assembled outside the museum dedicated to exposing the atrocities of the Holocaust. The demonstrators protested the showing of the movie titled "Bearing Witness to the October 7th Massacre."

Approximately 200 people attended the private event that Hollywood actress Gal Gadot reportedly helped organize. Gadot – who previously served in the Israel Defense Forces – was reportedly not in attendance. Gadot's film producer husband from Israel, Jaron Varsano, was reportedly at the screening.

The screening was held at the Museum of Tolerance – the "educational arm of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, an internationally renowned Jewish human rights organization."

"The only museum of its kind in the world, the MOT is dedicated to challenging visitors to understand the Holocaust in both historic and contemporary contexts and confront all forms of prejudice and discrimination in our world today," according to the Museum of Tolerance website.

There were protesters and counter-protesters outside the screening – shown on the eve of the anniversary of Kristallnacht. Many were waving flags, some using bullhorns, and others were honking car horns.

There was "a sizable security presence," and noise from the protesters could be heard inside the Museum of Tolerance, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The outlet added that the location of the screening had been leaked, which resulted in threats being directed against the Museum of Tolerance. An FBI advance team, a police helicopter, and a "considerable number" of LAPD officers were on site to secure the event.

As Blaze News previously reported, "The Quds News Network, a Palestinian 'news' organization with connections to Hamas and Islamic terrorism, posted about the screening on social media, generating more than 50 million views and a ton of reaction."

The protest turned violent when pro-Palestinian supporters clashed with those standing with Israel. Video shows fights break out outside the Museum of Tolerance on Wednesday night. Pepper spray was used during the ruckus.

A Los Angeles Times photographer had his glasses broken during the kerfuffle. A man reportedly punched a woman in the face.

KABC-TV reported, "Police formed a skirmish line in efforts to control the crowd."

One person was arrested during the melee.

(WARNING: Violent content)

— (@)

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass condemned the violence.

"We cannot allow current worldwide tension to devolve into this unacceptable violence in our city," Bass wrote on the X social media platform. "This is a time of immense pain and distress for thousands of Angelenos. We must stand together."

"Bearing Witness to the October 7th Massacre" is a graphic video compilation of atrocities committed by Hamas terrorists against Israeli citizens on Oct. 7. The surprise attack on Israel resulted in 1,400 deaths and roughly 240 people taken hostage by Hamas terrorists.

The Hollywood Reporter described the "Bearing Witness to the October 7th Massacre" screening:

As was forewarned, the footage was gruesome. Among other things, it depicted Israelis being ambushed, shot through windshields and beheaded with shovels, and it included audio of terrorists proudly parading around hostages and calling loved ones back in Gaza to boast about their misdeeds. For some, it was all too much — a number of attendees could be heard weeping, and some left the theater mid-film, unable to watch anymore.

Oscar-winning director Guy Nattiv said of his film, "As a filmmaker, I swore that these images of October 7 would not be forgotten, and the world would see them. Because now the denial begins ... we cannot pass by in silence."

LA coroner reveals disturbing details of pregnant model found dead in luxury apartment: 'Violent physical altercation'

Disturbing details have been released by the Los Angeles County coroner regarding the grisly death of a pregnant model inside her apartment in California.

Maleesa Marie Mooney, 31, was found dead in her luxury apartment in Los Angeles on Sept. 12 after her family requested a welfare check.

She hadn't been seen on the building's surveillance video since the afternoon of Sept. 6, according to police. The next day, a man was seen on surveillance video using Mooney's key fob to go up the elevator to her apartment, and he was seen carrying plastic bags, according to the police report.

Last month, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office listed her cause of death as "homicidal violence."

Shocking details regarding the model's sudden death were released by the Los Angeles County coroner on Friday.

Officers reportedly used a key from the building manager to enter Mooney's apartment.

The Los Angeles County coroner's report revealed that the young model's body was found stuffed inside her refrigerator. Mooney had her wrists and ankles tied and her mouth was gagged, according to the new coroner's report.

KABC-TV reported, "Blood was pooling under the refrigerator and her body was found inside, bound with electric cords and clothing. A gag made from clothing was stuffed in her mouth and other items were covering her head."

The coroner's office said Mooney suffered blunt force injuries, lacerations, abrasions, and contusions. She also had a fractured rib.

The report notes that the blunt force injuries were likely not severe enough to cause her death, but hint that "she was likely involved in violent physical altercation prior to her death." Investigators believe that she may have been asphyxiated, although there are no direct marks from strangulation.

A toxicology report indicated the presence of cocaine in Mooney's system.

As Blaze News previously reported, Mooney's sister said that the slain woman was two months pregnant when she was seemingly murdered.

"She was super excited and I know she really wanted a kid, and it's something that she has always talked about," said Mooney’s sister – Jourdin Pauline.

Mooney had just moved into the downtown apartment one month earlier.

Murdered L.A. Model Maleesa Marie Mooney Died of 'Blunt Force Trauma,' Death Ruled 'Homicidal Violen www.youtube.com

Cause of death revealed for pregnant model found dead in luxury Los Angeles apartment: 'It's a very monstrous act'

The cause of death has been revealed for a California woman who was found dead at her luxury Los Angeles last month. It was also discovered that the Los Angeles model was pregnant at the time of her sudden death.

On Sept. 12, Maleesa Mooney was found dead at her luxury apartment in Los Angeles.

This week, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office listed her cause of death as "homicidal violence."

The cause of death for the 31-year-old model and real estate agent had previously been listed as "deferred," pending an investigation. Mooney's sister said she believes that the cause of death was deferred because the model was beaten so brutally that it was difficult for officials to determine her exact cause of death.

Mooney’s sister, Jourdin Pauline, told KTLA, "I can’t imagine what my sister went through and it pains me to even think about it."

"The police haven't said anything to us yet because of the ongoing investigation, but from what we saw at the coroner and mortuary, my sister was in a struggle and it's devastating," Pauline told People magazine. "It's a very monstrous act. I wouldn't wish this on anyone."

"A lot of things just don't make sense to us. We're just really trying to get answers. It is horrible," the 24-year-old sister added. "We had to have a closed casket for her two days before her birthday."

Mooney's laptop, phone, dirty laundry, and favorite purse were reportedly missing.

Pauline said of Mooney's apartment, "It was honestly so chilling. I've never experienced anything like that before. Different parts of the carpet were ripped up and the refrigerator was gone. Whatever happened that night was very scary and traumatic. I know she was so scared. I just hate to think about it."

Mooney had just moved into the apartment a month earlier.

Pauline also revealed that her sister was two months pregnant when she died, and added that Maleesa always wanted to be a mother.

"She was super excited and I know she really wanted a kid, and it's something that she has always talked about," Pauline stated.

The sister said Maleesa's boyfriend is "devastated."

Pauline said her mother retrieved her daughter's phone call records and dialed the last number she called. Someone allegedly answered the phone and attempted to sell Mooney's phone for $100.

"Whoever had her phone was trying to sell her phone," Pauline explained. "And her last call was made to the person who was trying to buy her phone. So my mom calls the last number because she's like, 'Okay, we can't get in contact with her, so maybe this person knows.' And the person on the phone was like, oh no, someone was just trying to sell me this iPhone for a $100.'"

The distraught sister is frustrated at the lack of details about the potential suspect that the police have released in the near-month since Mooney's murder.

"This person is still out there and the police are not telling us anything," Pauline told KTLA. "What is the holdup? What did the guys see? Can you share it with us? Suspects? Surveillance video that you do have? Show us something, tell us something so we can look out for it."

Pauline said, "We can't let this rest. It could save the next woman's life. If you do it once, I'm sure to this caliber, you have it in you to do it again. So, whoever did it, they need to be prosecuted. We're going to get justice."

Video: 'Adored' LA sheriff's deputy ambushed, fatally shot in the head while sitting in patrol car – only days after getting engaged

A Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy was shot and killed in a suspected ambush attack on Saturday night, according to police.

Deputy Ryan Clinkunbroomer, 30, was found unconscious around 6 p.m. by a passerby in Palmdale, California – about 60 miles northeast of Los Angeles. The citizen allegedly discovered Clinkunbroomer inside his patrol car in "medical distress" near the Palmdale Sheriff's Station. The individual reportedly went to the station to inform police of the wounded officer.

Clinkunbroomer was initially taken to the hospital in his cruiser, but an ambulance caught up with the vehicle and rushed the wounded deputy to Antelope Valley Medical Center in Lancaster. He was initially listed in critical condition before later dying at the hospital from a gunshot wound to the back of the head.

— (@)

Clinkunbroomer joined LASD's Palmdale station in 2018 and served as a field training officer for nearly two years.

He was a third-generation deputy – following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather.

"Service was running through his veins. He embodied the values of bravery, selflessness, and committed to justice," said L.A. County Sheriff Robert Luna. "Our deputy was a devoted family member and a cherished community member."

Clinkunbroomer leaves behind his fiancée, parents, and grandparents. He got engaged to his girlfriend just four days before his tragic death.

"Our hearts go out to his family. We cannot fully understand their pain, but we will stand with them in solidarity and support them during this difficult time," Luna added. "They deserve unwavering compassion, and we will do everything in our power to provide them with assistance and care."

Luna said, "From everything I know about Ryan, people absolutely loved and adored him."

Luna said during a press conference, "We really need your help. We need to get this guy off the street — guy or guys. He ambushed and killed one of our deputies. We need your help to get him off the street."

Luna believes that the ambush killing was a targeted shooting.

"I think it was a targeted act based on what we know now, but we’re still in the extremely early stages of this investigation," Luna stated. "It could have been just the fact that he was representing the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department as one of our employees. We don’t know."

"I'm assuming at this point because he was in uniform. That, to me, is sickening," Luna declared.

The sheriff said Clinkunbroomer was "just driving down the street" when "somebody decided to shoot and murder him."

"He was cowardly shot while working tirelessly to serve our community this evening," Luna said.

Security video obtained by KTTV appears to show a black car pulling up alongside Clinkunbroomer's police vehicle that was stopped at a red light. Police suspect that is the moment the deputy was senselessly shot. The car is seen speeding away.

— (@)

As of Sunday morning, the gunman remains at large.

Police have not released any information about the potential suspect.

Sheriff Luna vowed to "use all of our resources to bring the suspects responsible for the murder of Deputy Clinkunbroomer to justice."

Anyone with information about the police shooting is urged to contact LASD homicide detectives at 323-890-5500, or CrimeStoppers at 1-800 222 tips.

As of Sept. 5, there have been 83 ambush-style attacks on 101 law enforcement officers this year – 15 officers have been killed, according to the Fraternal Order of Police.

There have been 272 police officers shot in the line of duty this year (+24% from 2021 YTD; +25% from 2020 YTD), and 34 were killed.

Maryland police link DNA from Rachel Morin murder suspect to Los Angeles home invasion and assault of young girl

Maryland police have used DNA evidence to link Rachel Morin's murder suspect to an unidentified man accused of assaulting a young girl and committing a home invasion in Los Angeles, California.

Rachel Morin was last seen alive on Aug. 5 when she went for a hike in Bel Air, Maryland. Morin's boyfriend notified authorities that the 37-year-old mother of five had gone missing.

The next day, the naked body of Morin was found near the drainage tunnels on the Ma and Pa Trail. Morin reportedly suffered from severe head trauma, and it appeared that her face had been smashed with a rock.

Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler called Morin's death "an intentional taking of a person's life."

During a press conference on Thursday night, Col. William Davis of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office announced that investigators finally have a suspect in Rachel's murder.

The suspect left DNA at the crime scene, and the Maryland State Police ran the evidence through the Combined DNA Index System. The DNA matched that of a man suspected of committing a March home invasion in Los Angeles. During the home invasion, the suspect allegedly attacked a young girl.

The Harford County Sheriff’s Office released security footage from the Los Angeles home invasion, which shows only the back of the shirtless suspect leaving the property.

Maryland police believe the suspect acted alone in the "violent homicide" of Morin.

Davis said, "I think now it leads us down the path that we believe this was a person that Rachel probably didn't know. Potentially a random act of violence."

The Harford County Sheriff’s Office did not have a name for the suspect. Officials described the suspect as a Hispanic male in his 20s, standing 5-foot-9 and weighing approximately 160 pounds.

Davis said his department would be working with the FBI to track down the suspect.

Morin's boyfriend reacted to the news of a suspect in Rachel's murder.

"Please help identify this scum bag #ripRachelmorin," Richard Tobin wrote on Facebook. "I hope they found this scum of the earth. Justice for Rachel. Rip. Love you, Rach."

Joseph Murtha, attorney for Morin's family, released a statement Friday that read: "We are deeply saddened by the loss of Rachel Morin, and our hearts go out to her family during this difficult time. Our firm is committed to providing support to the Morin family as justice is pursued."

Anyone with information on the Rachel Morin murder case is encouraged to contact police at 410-836-7788 or email RMtips@HarfordSheriff.org.
