Government overreach has become the norm under the Biden administration, and it threatens the liberty of Americans everywhere.

Mark Levin is sounding the alarm, warning of recent actions taken by this administration to target personal property and dictate the lifestyles of the people.

Levin calls a document put together by Bernie Sanders and the Biden administration aimed at “Combating the Climate Crisis and Pursuing Environmental Justice” the new “Communist Manifesto,” as it operates under the guise of “for the greater good” — but really reflects the goals of an autocratic party.

“You go through this document you’ll see what I mean in every aspect of our culture. Our politics, our government, central government, controls you, controls our livelihood, controls our future. It’s the modern day Communist Manifesto,” Levin says.

The government is enforcing their “Communist Manifesto” by issuing regulations that will affect the personal property of Americans.

“Joe Biden and his regime have issued a regulation that will make the use of your car and the combustion engine an impossibility. In other words, they are destroying the automobile industry,” Levin says, referring to a new EPA regulation that is the strictest federal climate regulation ever issued for passenger cars.

The regulation forces companies to up their sales of electric vehicles.

The administration has also recently enshrined rules “that will make it virtually impossible to build single family homes in the suburbs and the exurbs,” Levin says.

“Single family home, a home with a white gate — everybody has that dream. Wherever you are, wherever you live, this is something you want. They’re trying to eliminate it,” Levin warns.

Mark Levin EXPOSES Joe Biden’s high crimes



Special counsel Robert Hur’s report is overflowing with examples of Joe Biden’s felonies.

These felonies took place under the Espionage Act when he was vice president, when he was a private citizen, and when he was a senator.

“There’s scores of examples of his committing felonies, and the only reason they didn’t bring the case they said is because he’s an imbecile,” Mark Levin explains to Brian Kilmeade, adding, “There’s enough probable cause in this document to bring hundreds of charges against Joe Biden.”

Levin read the report over a weekend, and the evidence is damning.

“There are times where he walks into the room with his ghost writer and he says, ‘Look, I have classified documents here,’” Levin says, adding, “He even says to the ghost writer, ‘They don’t know I have these.’”

“So, that’s a confession, the man’s guilty of numerous Espionage Act violations,” he continues.

In addition, evidence continues to trickle out about Biden’s involvement in his son’s business dealings.

“At least 20 times when he had business dealings going on, his dad either showed up or called in, but he says it’s no big deal,” Kilmeade says.

Meanwhile, Hunter Biden has also slept with young prostitutes, didn’t pay his taxes despite pulling in over $30 million, and bought a gun illegally.

“He hasn’t signed up as a foreign agent despite all the foreign business,” Levin says, adding, “but the Democrat Party is corrupt. They don’t care about the country at all.”

Mark Levin: The attacks on Trump are 'monumentally outrageous'



While the Democrats are still yelling about the 2020 election, they’re doing as much as they can to alter the course of the next one.

Mark Levin pins this interference on “Joe Biden personally, and his surrogates at the Department of Justice, and his party members in the judgeships and the unelected prosecutors and the would-be unelected jurors should there be trials in these Democrat cities.”

It’s “monumentally outrageous,” he adds, noting that Biden has “interfered up and down.”

Levin is of course referring to the attacks on Donald Trump, which he says are “undermining our voting system.”

Trump is currently at the mercy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, where a three-judge panel will debate the limits of presidential immunity.

The panel, which features “two radical leftists,” is set to decide whether or not the former president should be granted immunity from a four-count criminal indictment that charges him with plotting to overturn the 2020 presidential election and inciting a violent riot at the Capitol.

Levin doesn’t believe the panel of judges is promising.

“The worst of the bunch was appointed by Biden,” Levin says, referring to Judge Florence Pan.

“This was done to try and impact and interfere with the election and to get Joe Biden re-elected,” Levin warns.

Levin: Foreign regimes have been pumping money into American universities for decades



Authoritarian countries like Qatar, China, and Russia have been pumping billions of dollars into American colleges and universities since 2001 — and the mainstream media has remained silent.

“It’s been going on for decades, right under our noses,” Mark Levin says, adding, “the ruling class in America has failed us, so horrendously.”

According to a December 19 report from OffThePress.com, “Foreign nations have donated $43 billion to American universities since 1990.”

Elite universities have “massively underreported” the funding.

Why fund American universities as a foreign country?

“They’re buying minds, hearts, and souls,” Levin explains, and it shows.

According to a recent study, higher levels of campus anti-Semitism and a decline in free speech norms are associated with the underreported funding. The increase in anti-Semitism across universities has hit an astounding 300%.

This increase has been “linked to $13 billion in undisclosed foreign funds from 2014 to 2019” by “governments in the Middle East, China, and Russia.”

Harvard, Yale, and Georgetown were among the top recipients.

These foreign countries are using this funding “to promote terrorism, to buy the minds of our people in our own schools and to buy politicians in this country,” Levin says.

Despite the clear money trail and influence on American students, the mainstream media seems unbothered.

“Isn’t this breaking news? That academia has been bought and paid for by communist, fascistic, Islamist regimes by monarchies? Isn’t that important to know?” Levin asks, adding, “these colleges and universities have become Stalinist-like rat nests.”

University of Sydney shuts down student protest calling for a new intifada



The University of Sydney has shut down an event promoting a “global intifada” after promotional materials for the event displayed a bulldozer that was being used by Hamas crashing through an Israeli security fence.

The event was being held by a socialist group.

“Intifada” itself is a phrase that means "uprising" in Arabic. It has been co-opted by Palestinians and the Muslim Brotherhood to characterize their hatred for Israel as well as their desire to wipe Jews off the planet.

Mark Levin is well aware that socialists throwing the phrase around and hosting such an event is no accident.

“The Marxists and the Islamists, they overlap. They both hate America. They hate Israel. They hate the West,” Levin explains.

“They wish to impose their ideology on how they want to rejigger human beings on the rest of the planet, and if you don’t go along, you’re to be killed,” he adds.

This is why, historically, Marxism has led to the deaths of millions and enslaved even more.

On a smaller scale, Islamism has killed hundreds of thousands and enslaved even more.

“If you don’t comply, you will be killed. And so, they massacre populations of people who have a different faith. People who practice Islam differently than they do — they’re sub-humans, they’re non-humans,” Levin says.

“So, whether it’s the Marxist ideology or the Islamist ideology, they overlap,” he adds.

Impeachment evidence against Biden continues to mount



It doesn’t take much to see that President Joe Biden has committed several high crimes — which are grounds for impeachment according to Mark Levin and the Constitution.

Biden swore an oath when he came into office, and that oath has been violated.

Throughout his presidency, Biden has been engulfed in financial scandals with his family and enemies of the United States.

That includes communist China, Russians in Moscow, and the previous Ukrainian government, which Levin notes was “a puppet of Vladimir Putin and Burisma and all the rest of it — the front corporations, the money laundering, the failure to pay taxes. Mr. 10%, Mr. Big, the laptop.”

“He’s violated the United States Constitution at least three ways,” Levin adds.

He’s violated Article One when it comes to immigration.

“Joe Biden has purposefully, intentionally violated dozens of federal immigration laws, federal statutes passed duly by Congress,” Levin says, explaining that Biden has “underminded them by his actions, by his directives, by his executive orders.”

He’s also undermined them through his cabinet department of DHS and by not only not enforcing the laws but by insisting that they not be enforced.

“The mayhem that has been created in this country is unimaginable,” Levin says, referencing the fentanyl and human trafficking crisis our open border has caused.

And that’s just Article One.

Article Two says the power of the purse belongs to Congress and more specifically the House of Representatives.

“When Joe Biden decided, ‘You know what, I’m going to forgive a half a trillion or a trillion dollars in student loans because they’re my voters’” — he again violated the Constitution.

“Joe has actively gone around the Constitution, the Congress, has defied the purpose and directive of the U.S. Supreme Court and has now given away $400 to $500 billion of taxpayer dollars in violation of the Constitution,” Levin explains.

His last violation is empowering the enemy.

“What if we have a commander in chief that takes steps that actually empowers our sworn enemy. That takes steps to issue waivers that allows tens of billions of dollars to flow into the coffers of, say, the Iranian regime, a terrorist regime which has murdered American citizens,” Levin says.

“We have a president of the United States who not only gives aid and comfort to the enemy, he literally gives billions of dollars to them,” he adds.

When the #MeToo movement swept the Left, celebrities and politicians came out of the woodwork to show their support.

They filmed videos for their millions of online followers, walked the streets with their fists in the air — they brought attention to the movement.

Now, as Israel faces unspeakable tragedy after unspeakable tragedy, they are completely silent.

“Many of the same voices, many of the same feminist groups, many of the same members of Congress who said they were appalled by all this have either been silent or sort of have done a hit-and-run on what literally took place in Israel and what happened to women,” Mark Levin observes.

And the feminists should care, as “Hamas and its terrorists Nazis” decided to “not only slaughter everything in its path” but “rape the women and brutalize the women.”

However, there have been more and more citizens standing up despite the lack of support.

“Citizens who have some moral clarity and are outraged by what’s going on, unlike most of the American media, which has moral equivalency between terrorists who rape and slaughter and people who seek to defend themselves against terrorists who rape and slaughter,” Levin says.

One question Levin wants people to consider is how many of the civilians in Gaza support Hamas.

“How many of them have children, sons and daughters, working for Hamas?” he asks.

“How many of these civilians were executed by Israeli soldiers? How many of them were mutilated by Israeli soldiers? How many were raped by Israeli soldiers? None,” Levin says.

Yet our president refuses to acknowledge that.

“Joe Biden is not only the enemy of the American people as far as I’m concerned with his policies and his programs — he’s clearly an enemy of the Israeli people,” Levin says.

“Others better wake the hell up before it’s too late.”
