Gross new porn ad from PAC is Dems' most desperate attempt yet to get out the vote

Progress Action Fund, a leftist political action committee backed by LinkedIn co-founder and Microsoft board member Reid Hoffman, joined the Democratic group Defend the Vote in pushing another attack ad in swing states last week. While the ad seeks to vilify Republican lawmakers, it ostensibly does a better job of undermining Democrats, insinuating that theirs is the party for porn-addicted onanists.

The PAF's 30-second ad, titled "Republicans Rubbing You The Wrong Way," shows a man pleasuring himself while unblinkingly watching pornography on his phone. A character wearing a suit and red tie, identified as a Republican congressman, interrupts the solitary engagement and notifies the masturbator, "Now that we're in charge, we're banning porn nationwide."

"You can't tell me what to do!" says the masturbator. "Get out of my bedroom, you creep!"

"I won the last election, so it's my decision. I'm just going to watch and make sure you don't finish illegally," the Republican character adds, referring to self-gratification.

The PAF indicated that the ad is part of a $2.5 million ad buy and will run on TVs, streaming services, and online platforms in all seven swing states. The PAC notes on its site that it is running ads "in states Vice President Harris must win that also have competitive House & Senate races."

The Hill reported that the ad is targeted toward young men who are abandoning the Democratic Party in droves and increasingly signaling support for President Donald Trump. The apparent hope is that it would reinforce the efforts of the Harris campaign, which is presently trying to drum up support among the disenchanted demographic with ads on sports-betting platforms and on gaming sites, as well as with the promise of nationally legalized marijuana.

'"Incels for Kamala" isn't a campaign strategy I saw coming.'

Nick Knudsen, executive director of the Democrat-aligned activist outfit DemCast USA, noted on X, "Just found out this ad when tested moves under-30-men 3.5 points away from Donald Trump. That's MASSIVE! Please share widely."

Knudsen noted further, "They're running it with a massive ad buy in PA."

Joe Jacobson, founder of PAF, said in a statement, "As a 30-year-old guy myself, the GOP's insistence on legislating our personal lives and decisions is disturbing and unacceptable. That is why we're working to ensure everyone knows that the G.O.P really stands for 'Grand Old Perverts.'"

The threat of a nationwide porn ban contained within Jacobson's ad is pure fantasy, reliant upon a politically expedient distortion of Republican child-protection initiatives across the country.

Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Virginia are among the states that have passed laws requiring that porn websites verify users' ages in an effort to protect children from pornography — especially from the violent varieties on foreign-based sites such as Pornhub, whose parent company was recently accused of profiting from child sex abuse and admitted last year to receiving proceeds from sex trafficking.

Lawmakers have argued that it's in the interest of public health to implement such protections for American children.

A 2023 Israeli study published in the scientific journal Body Image indicated a link between pornography consumption and negative body image as well as with increased severity of eating disorder symptoms.

A February 2022 study published in the journal Psychological Medicine found that porn is "associated with the erosion of the quality of men's sex lives" and "associated with lower levels of sexual self-competence, impaired sexual functioning, and decreased partner-reported sexual satisfaction," as Blaze News previously reported.

The Australian government found that pornography consumption by young people has served to "normalise sexual violence and contribute to unrealistic understandings of sex and sexuality."

A 2014 study indicated that watching porn actually could shrink a part of the brain linked to pleasure.

Pornhub, not Republican lawmakers, decided to block access to its content in various states rather than protect children from these devastating consequences. PAF appears keen to gloss over the difference in hopes of helping Democrats in states like Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Conservative commentator Todd Starnes tweeted, "Democrats are running ads in swing states promoting pornography. Their closing argument to voters is that Kamala Harris and Democrats are pro-abortion, pro-porn and Trump is Hitler."

One user noted, "'Incels for Kamala!' isn't a campaign strategy I saw coming, but I guess nothing surprises me anymore."

Libby Emmons, the Post Millennial's editor in chief, noted, "Young men deserve more."

All-American swim star Riley Gaines tweeted, "Do you need more proof these people are sick and deranged?"

Former Democratic Party county chair accused of masturbating in front of his 8th-grade students, sending nude photos

A middle-school teacher and the chair of the Democratic Party in Jay County, Indiana, resigned both of those positions after he was accused of masturbating in front of his students and sending explicit photos to a person who identified herself as a 15-year-old girl.

The eighth-grade students in Joel Bowers' sixth-period social studies class at Jay County Junior-Senior High School in Portland, Indiana, about an hour south of Fort Wayne, became increasingly uncomfortable during class on April 9. According to reports, Mr. Bowers, 37, refused to get up from his seat to teach the class that day but never really assigned students to perform any tasks.

Bowers "would not get out of his seat and didn't tell us to do anything," a student later claimed.

One female student reportedly took photos and video of Bowers during class that day and sent them to her mother. The video and photo evidence indicated that he had a white stain near the groin area of his pants, that his shirt was partially untucked, that he was sweating profusely, and that he had a hand under his desk.

"There was white stuff on his pants and he would not get up for anything," the girl said in a report submitted to school resource officer Cody Jesse a day after the alleged incident.

"He had his hand down there and was sweating, but it was cold in his room. His hands was down there, but when someone went up there he would wipe his hand off with paper towel."

Other students made similar observations, claiming that Bowers refused to leave his seat and told students to come to his desk if they had questions. When students began whispering about what he might be doing, Bowers allegedly told them he was looking at his phone for other reasons, the Commercial Review said.

Some students even alleged that Bowers was ogling students' rear ends that day as well.

When police and school administrators confronted him with the allegations, Bowers denied "touching himself in class," the Star Press reported. He also furnished the pants he had been wearing that day. Though the pants reportedly had a white stain in the vicinity of his crotch, just as students had said, Bowers claimed the stain was paint.

Bowers acknowledged to police that he should have ended their conversation after she told him she was actually 15 but that he 'got caught up in the moment,' the police report said.

During the investigation, police uncovered a Snapchat conversation Bowers had with a user who identified herself as a 15-year-old girl. During their exchanges, Bowers allegedly sent the girl a photo of his erect penis.

When confronted with the Snapchat evidence, Bowers said he initially believed the individual was 18 since he had met her on Free Chat Now, an online platform ostensibly restricted to those 18 and up.

Bowers then allegedly invited the girl to move their conversation from Free Chat Now to Snapchat, where they could exchange photos and engage in what he described to police as "age play." Bowers acknowledged to police that he should have ended their conversation after she told him she was actually 15 but that he "got caught up in the moment," the police report said.

Bowers said he wasn't sure exactly how old she was, according to the police report. Whether his interlocutor has been identified and confirmed to be a 15-year-old girl is unclear.

Finally, Bowers allegedly admitted to police that he has sent nude photos to other women in the past and that he has done internet searches for "youngest or younger porn," the Commercial Review reported.

Within days of the alleged masturbation incident, Bowers was placed on administrative leave, the Mercer County Outlook reported. He resigned from his teaching position on May 20.

At the time of the alleged incident, Bowers was also the chair of the Jay County Democrats. He resigned from that position around the same time he resigned from his teaching post.

Last Tuesday, Bowers was arrested and charged with performance before a minor that is harmful to minors and dissemination of matter harmful to minors, both Level 6 felonies. He was taken to Jay County Jail but later released on $3,000 bond.

According to the Commercial Review, Bowers has no prior record aside from a traffic violation.

Blaze News attempted to reach Bowers for comment, dialing multiple numbers believed to be associated with him. One number has since been disconnected. A message left at another number was not returned.

Neither the school nor the administrator of the Jay County Democrats Facebook page, where Bowers is likewise still listed as an administrator, responded to a request for comment from Blaze News.

Father pens shocking, disturbing essay in Slate about teaching his 12-year-old son how to masturbate

Brian Gresko, father, writer, and Slate contributor, shared an essay with the site for a Friday morning slot going into great detail about how he and a longtime friend called "uncle" taught his seventh-grade son how to masturbate.

According to Gresko, some of the tools he utilized included purchasing K-Y jelly and lotion for the 12-year-old, as well as providing vivid graphic novels containing "illustrative tips on how to touch his penis."

Content warning: Some of the details in the article are of a graphic sexual nature.

What are the details?

Gresko began the essay by recalling his experience as a young boy in a Catholic school, learning that masturbation was "wasting the seed" — a notion that shocked him to his core and, according to him, poisoned the way he felt about his body for the rest of his life.

The suburbs of Philadelphia in the late 1980s, he recalled, were an "atmosphere thick with repression."

"Standing in front of a chalkboard with his arms crossed, the priest told us masturbation was 'wasting the seed,' though he didn’t give us any details of what this seed was, really," he wrote. "Nor did he explain that our bodies, like little seed factories, were just starting to gear into production and would soon be in overdrive. Instead, he told us this seed was holy stuff, a gift from God intended for one day impregnating our wives. And he made it very clear: Masturbation was a mortal sin, the kind that sends you straight to hell."

He added that the conversation ended there and that he began to foster an idea that masturbation was shameful, wasteful, and something to avoid discussing — a move that he said eventually sent him to therapy.

"Over the years, I’ve worked against these attitudes in therapy, but this is my base coat," he admitted. "I’ll never be totally free of them. And so, when I was in my early 30s and my partner found out she was pregnant with a baby boy, I worried I’d pass on these inhibitions and tinges of shame. Maybe he’d pick them up, like malignant radiation I was giving off, whether I wanted to or not."

'How do you do it?'

Gresko said, however, that he was lucky enough to foster a family where all topics are on the table for discussion — including masturbation.

"My son reached seventh grade last September," he wrote. "When he was full of questions about masturbation — When do people start doing it? How do you do it? What’s an orgasm like? — we phoned a longtime friend he calls his 'uncle.' 'If anyone knows about tween masturbation, it’s your uncle,' I told him. 'He was obsessed, and did it all the time.'"

Gresko and his son spoke with the unnamed uncle, who told the child that it was "OK to feel all sorts of things while masturbating."

"The experience," he added, "was like calling a sex helpline."

As the school year progressed, so did the child's foray into learning about his body and sexual behaviors.

"Recently, when I went away on a writing retreat for a week, my son put all this talk into action," Gresko wrote. "He brought himself to ejaculation on the toilet. I know this, because the first thing he did afterward was talk to his mom about it. He wanted her to know what had happened and also ask a question: It felt weird, but not great. Was that OK?"

Gresko said that his wife reassured him that because it was his first time, he had plenty of time to figure out "what you like and how you want to do it."

"Later, he called me to tell me about it, and I said the same," he continued. "Go slow, I advised. And whatever feelings you’re having are OK. It’s called playing with yourself for a reason! Have fun."

'Did you ever consider using lubrication?'

Several days later, Gresko said he received a second phone call notifying him that the child "masturbated a second time, too roughly," summoning a drop of blood.

“Did you ever consider using lubrication?” he recalled asking the child.

The child, of course, had not at just 12 years old.

"He’d been going at it like a physical challenge, rubbing and rubbing until he ejaculated," Gresko continued. “'I see it more like a dance between my body and my mind,'” I said. 'Arousal plays a part, not just the touching. Do you fantasize while you do it?'"

The child responded by saying that he wasn't sure what "turns me on."

Gresko said that when he arrived home from trip, he stopped at a local pharmacy to purchase a tube of lubrication and a bottle of unscented lotion.

"After school, I sat with him on his bed and explained that lube would help make masturbation more pleasant, and gentle," he said. "Try both types and see what feels best, I told him. Don’t be afraid to experiment. We looked at the graphic novel 'Let’s Talk About It,' by Erika Moen and Matthew Nolan, for illustrative tips on how to touch his penis."

'Did it feel good?'

Gresko said that with his guidance, his son was eventually to bring himself to orgasm.

"A few nights later, before bed, my son called me into his room," he wrote. "'Dad, if I seemed emotional earlier today, it’s because I was touching myself and I had an orgasm.' He covered his face with his hands, cheeks red, though he had this big goofy grin on his face. 'Why are you covering up?' I asked, remembering my own discomfort around this subject at his age. 'Do you feel ashamed, or embarrassed?'"

The child admitted that he felt embarrassed, but also proud of himself.

“You should,” Gresko recalled telling his son. “Did it feel good?”

He wrote, "He gave me a pure smile."

Gresko concluded the essay by pointing out that he'd been subjected with far too much "bulls*** baggage" that stunted his own sexual growth.

"I wish I could say it’s been healing to witness my son blossom open-heartedly into a sexual being, but the tide hasn’t shifted just like that for me," he admitted. "I’m hopeful, though, that one day I’ll experience such full-body joy without inhibition."

Ana Navarro says CNN's Jeffrey Toobin 'sexually harassed himself maybe,' defends his return to network after 'accidental' masturbation faux pas

Ana Navarro shocked absolutely no one during Monday's episode of "The View" when she defended Jeffrey Toobin's return to CNN after the legal analyst's embarrassing Zoom call masturbation fiasco last fall that cost him his longtime job with the New Yorker.

What did Navarro say?

After viewing part of Toobin's on-air return to CNN, which took place last week, co-host Whoopi Goldberg noted that Navarro "worked for CNN" and then asked her, "Are you surprised to see him back on the air?"

Team player Navarro said no.

"You know, actually I'm not surprised he's back on the air," she answered. "But I will tell you when I saw that interview, oh, God, how embarrassing, how humiliating. I kept thinking to myself, 'If I have to go on live TV and explain to the nation why I masturbated on a Zoom call, I think I would rather go sell avocados under I-95 than get my job back on TV.'"

Navarro explained that Toobin "was not sexually harassing anybody. He didn't have the intent to sexually harass somebody. He was sexually harassing himself maybe."

She added that Toobin's faux pas was an "accidental exposure" and that he was fired from the New Yorker for it and took a leave of absence from his CNN gig as well — and "during the election, during the hottest political and legal times."

Navarro suggests CNN viewers should 'have some grace'

"I also think CNN is a for-profit business. If viewers don't like it, then they should make their views known," she continued. "If they wanna have some grace, if they wanna say, 'We're not gonna cancel a guy because he made a stupid mistake.' I think his bigger problem is, frankly, with himself, with his family, with his wife than it is with his CNN colleagues. Because it was not something that was done to us. It was something stupid, horrific, kinky, freaky that he did. But it wasn't something he was trying to do to us, his CNN colleagues."

Jeffrey Toobin Returns to CNN After Exposing Himself in Zoom Call | The Viewyoutu.be

What's the background?

Toobin was caught masturbating on camera during an October work call with the New Yorker, for whom he was a veteran staff writer. After his behavior came to light, Toobin lost his New Yorker job — but CNN, for which he also worked, granted him a leave of absence rather than terminating his employment. He explained that he thought he'd turned off his camera.

"I didn't think I was on the call. I didn't think other people could see me," Toobin told CNN anchor Alisyn Camerota during his high-profile return in front of the camera last week.

Toobin added to Camerota that it still didn't excuse his behavior, and he called his actions "deeply moronic and indefensible."

He also told Camerota he'd been in therapy during his leave of absence and did things like working at a food bank and is "trying to be a better person."

After Toobin's return to the cable network, the Daily Beast said it interviewed CNN "insiders" about it — and some of them characterized Toobin's comeback as "insane," "awkward," and "inappropriate."

Past allegations against Toobin

It isn't clear why Navarro referred to "sexual harassment," but Toobin has been accused of it — both immediately after the notorious Zoom call and years before that.

The New York Daily News reported in 2010 that an unnamed "well-known media figure" said Toobin — who's been married since 1986 — repeatedly hit on her at a Washington, D.C., party.

"He came up behind me and whispered in my ear," the source told the paper, adding that "I couldn't believe my ears. It was so disgusting. At the time, I never even knew people did that."

The woman added to the Daily News that Toobin later followed her to her hotel room: "He tried to invite himself in. He said, 'You know you want it.' I said, 'No, actually I don't.'"

After Toobin was caught masturbating last fall, the Young Turks' Adrienne Law tweeted in response to those defending him that "1. Masturbating at work is neither normal nor acceptable — it's sexual harassment. 2. Individuals who engage in sexual harassment should suffer professional consequences. 3. These Toobin defenders are telling on themselves."

The Daily News — citing an unnamed source — also reported in 2010 that after Toobin impregnated his mistress Casey Greenfield, he offered her "money if she'd have an abortion."

The paper added that Greenfield carried the baby to term but that Toobin had stopped talking to her. The Daily News said Toobin agreed to take a DNA test, which ultimately proved he's the father, and that a Manhattan Family Court judge ordered him to pay child support. The paper said that when Toobin refused to pay the full amount, sources claimed Greenfield's lawyer threatened to notify his employers and garnish his wages — and then Toobin ponied up.

Report: Some CNN 'insiders' call Jeffrey Toobin's post-masturbation return to the network 'insane,' 'awkward,' 'inappropriate'

CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin made his high-profile return to the network Thursday after a lengthy leave of absence over being caught masturbating during a Zoom call last fall — and some CNN "insiders" criticized his on-air segment as "awkward," "inappropriate," and even "insane," according to a report from the Daily Beast.

What's the background?

Toobin's faux pas occurred in October during a work call with the New Yorker, for whom he was a veteran staff writer. After his behavior came to light, Toobin lost his New Yorker job — but CNN, for whom he also worked, granted him a leave of absence rather than terminating his employment.

The Daily Beast, citing two people familiar with the matter, reported that Toobin's "friends" embarked on an "aggressive lobbying campaign" to bring him back to the network. The outlet added that CNN head Jeff Zucker also was open to giving Toobin a second chance.

The big day arrives

CNN anchor Alisyn Camerota introduced Toobin by detailing his embarrassing moment and its aftermath. She then pointedly inquired, "What the hell were you thinking?"

"Obviously I wasn't thinking very well or very much," Toobin replied.

#BREAKING: Jeffrey Toobin RETURNS to CNN and will continue as their chief legal analyst despite having masturbated… https://t.co/Bf6sX06VVK

— Curtis Houck (@CurtisHouck) 1623350807.0

He explained that he thought he'd turned off his camera.

"I didn't think I was on the call. I didn't think other people could see me," he said.

Toobin added that it still didn't excuse his behavior and called his actions "deeply moronic and indefensible."

He also told Camerota he'd been in therapy during his leave of absence and did things like working at a food bank and is "trying to be a better person."

The Daily Beast noted that Camerota welcomed Toobin back at the end of the interview and said "many of us have really missed having your legal analysis."

'Insane'

Indeed, the Daily Beast characterized Toobin's return as "cringeworthy" — and the outlet said it spoke to CNN "insiders" who said similar things.

One female CNN staffer said the interview was "a bit inappropriate in terms of a full segment of mea culpa and then a hard pivot to his legal analysis on air," the Daily Beast said, referring to the fact that Toobin also spoke about a current news story during the segment.

The same staffer also said the "general feeling" from co-workers is that while they "trust" the New Yorker's investigation that there weren't similar incidents in Toobin's past, "they also wonder if CNN followed through with an internal probe of its own," the outlet reported.

The Daily Beast said the CNN staffer wondered, "And if so, why weren't we informed?"

Another CNN employee told the outlet Toobin's return was "just awkward" while a different network staff remarked with an "Oof."

More from the Daily Beast:

A person familiar with the matter, meanwhile, pointed out that while there were "mixed feelings" at the network about Toobin's return, he was greeted warmly by those in the newsroom following his interview with Camerota.

"Men and women hugged him after he left the set," the source noted. "They seemed happy he was back. It's invisible if people are grossed out because they wouldn't be the ones to come up to him. The couple dozen in the newsroom seem happy to have him back."

The feeling wasn't shared by other CNN insiders, however. One former CNN contributor said they weren't "surprised" that the network brought Toobin back but that "it's insane they have him on air" after his transgression. Another insider observed that CNN came across as hypocritical.

The Daily Beast also said CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment regarding its story.

6-year-olds learn it 'feels good' to touch 'penis,' 'vulva' from video shown in posh NY private school — and parents are 'furious'

For some parents of children attending New York City's posh Dalton School, the maxim "you get what you pay for" couldn't ring any hollower.

Particularly at $55,000 per year.

What happened?

Sources told the New York Post that Dalton "health and wellness" educator Justine Ang Fonte has used a cartoon video in one of her sex-ed classes for 6-year-olds explaining all about the pleasure of touching their very prepubescent private parts.

After going over the process of urination, a little boy character in the video blurts out: "Hey, how come sometimes my penis gets big sometimes and points in the air?"

The woman character, presumably a teacher, explains that he's experiencing an "erection" — after which the boy says, "Sometimes I touch my penis because it feels good."

With that, a little girl character adds, "Sometimes, when I'm in my bath or when Mom puts me to bed, I like to touch my vulva, too."

The woman then explains that "you have a clitoris there ... that probably feels good to touch the same way [the boy's] penis feels good when he touches it."

Help kids learn that bodies are private [with Scoops & Friends] youtu.be

The woman adds that while "it's OK to touch yourself and see how different body parts feel ... it's best to only do it in private."

Fonte has reassured parents that she does not use the word "masturbation" in class and that, as the clip mentions, her lessons teach students to not touch themselves in public, the Post reported.

A flap over consent

But the paper said parents also are upset over lessons about "consent," which can be beneficial when it comes to protecting children from abuse — but the Post added that it's angering parents since kids are being told that they can't even be hugged without permission.

"I'm paying $50,000 to these a**holes to tell my kid not to let her grandfather hug her when he sees her?" one parent told the Post, which said parents spoke on the condition of anonymity because they fear retaliation.

Fonte's lessons for first graders also include subjects such as gender assigned at birth, gender identity, and gender expression, the paper reported.

"Kids have no less than five classes on gender identity — this is pure indoctrination," a Dalton mother revealed to the Post. "This person should absolutely not be teaching children. Ironically, she teaches kids about 'consent' yet she has never gotten consent from parents about the sexually explicit and age-inappropriate material about transgender to first graders."

Another mother told the paper, "We are furious. We were horrified to learn this was shown to our first-grade 6- and 7-year-old kids without our knowledge or consent. But it's so hard to fight back because you'll get canceled, and your child will suffer."

What else?

The controversy unfolded in the fall after parents caught wind of the video in question, the Post said, adding that school officials said they "misinterpreted" the content. However, the paper said the school "quietly removed the video about kids touching themselves from the curriculum."

Then the Post ran a story on Fonte's explicit "porn literacy" workshop at another elite institution — Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School — and the paper, citing sources, said Dalton parents reacted by lodging additional complaints about Fonte's curriculum.

More from the Post:

Last week The Post reported on Fonte's workshop, "Porn Literacy: An intersectional focus on mainstream porn," at Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School. The often-explicit slide presentation and lecture to the 120 co-ed juniors included how porn takes care of "three big male vulnerabilities"; statistics on the "orgasm gap" showing straight women have far fewer orgasms with their partners than gay men or women; and photos of partially nude women, some in bondage, to analyze "what is porn and what is art."

Fonte's presentation included a list of the most-searched pornographic terms of 2019, including "creampie," "anal," "gangbang," "stepmom" and more.

And while Columbia's head of school, William M. Donohue, appeared apologetic to parents about Fonte's porn presentation, a comment from a Dalton spokesman to TMZ seemed anything but:

As part of Dalton's comprehensive Health curriculum for students, a lesson on Gender & Bodies included two evidence-based and age-appropriate videos approved for students 4 years and older. These videos align with nationally recognized methodologies and standards. We consistently review our Health curriculum, making sure that the content is developmentally appropriate and, if necessary, we adapt our curriculum accordingly. We will continue to listen carefully to parent feedback, respond thoughtfully to community concerns, and develop lessons that are in the best interest of our students, respect our community's values, and correspond with best practices.

Middle school special ed teacher assistant seen masturbating during video session with students

A Maryland middle school special education teacher assistant was seen masturbating during a video session with students Monday and said he has since been placed on administrative leave, Bethesda Magazine reported.

What are the details?

Marc Schack of Shady Grove Middle School in Gaithersburg told the magazine Wednesday morning he didn't know his actions had been captured on video until a local reporter asked him about the incident.

"I thought I was logged out when class was over," he told the magazine. "I had no clue that Zoom was still on. Why would I do that? That's my job. My career. ... I mean, that's just crazy behavior."

The magazine said the 13-second clip shows Schack look at his screen, stand up, take a few steps away, and then masturbate. It occurred during a virtual history class with 2 or 3 students, WTTG-TV reported.

Schack told the magazine he's worked for Montgomery County Public Schools for 21 years and that "it was just a mistake on my part. I'm only human. It was my bad."

He added to the magazine that the district called him Monday to say he was being placed on administrative leave but didn't mention the video to him — but did tell him they had "misplaced his background check file."

"Maybe they were looking to see if I had any criminal misbehavior or anything like that," he told the magazine.

Schack told the magazine he wasn't aware of the video until Wednesday.

He added to the magazine that he never meant harm to his students: "You gotta believe me on that … I thought I was in the privacy of my own home. I had no clue."

What did officials have to say?

Principal Alana Murray said in a letter to parents that a staff member was seen onscreen in a breakout room "engaged in inappropriate behavior" and that the incident is under investigation, the station said.

Murray added that the video was recorded and posted on social media, WTTG reported: "We ask that any student who may have this video posted on social media platforms take down the content and refrain from sharing with other students."

A district spokeswoman said the employee in question was placed on paid administrative leave while the district investigates, the magazine reported, citing Bethesda Beat.

Montgomery County police have "been made aware of a video by MCPS, and we're investigating," a police spokesman said Wednesday morning, the magazine added.

Anything else?

"It was not directed toward the kids," Schack told WTTG in an on-camera interview. "I had no clue that I was online. I'm not, like, a deviant, and I wouldn't do something to jeopardize my career ..."

Maryland school staff member whose 'inappropriate behavior' was caught on camera says he was unaware youtu.be
