Megyn Kelly highlights her family and lucrative career while firing back at Justin Baragona of the Daily Beast and Keith Olbermann

Megyn Kelly, who has built a massive YouTube channel that boasts more than 1.3 million subscribers, fired back at Justin Baragona and Keith Olbermann on Friday.

"In just a few short years, Megyn Kelly went from one of the most sought-after and highly-paid anchors in television news -- to a YouTuber devoting her time to raging about what woke beer another podcaster drinks," Justin Baragona of the Daily Beast tweeted, sharing the link to a piece he wrote.

Kelly responded to Baragona's tweet, by pointing out that she's been enormously successful in digital media and now wields complete editorial power over her content.

"I fixed the headline for him: In just a few short years, Megyn Kelly went from working for corporate douchebags who tried to ruin her career to launching her own media company and creating one of the top digital shows in the country of which she has full editorial control. She continues to earn more than @justinbaragona or @keitholbermann will ever gross in their lifetime, all while happily married & raising her own children," Kelly wrote.

Kelly's mention of Keith Olbermann came after the left-wing figure had responded to Baragona's post by describing Kelly as a "moronic a**hole" and claiming that she had only been hired by NBC because of her appearance.

"Or: @megynkelly went from a highly-paid moronic asshole who got a lot of money from an @nbc executive who never really bothered to examine and her work and only hired her for her looks and then everybody at nbc found out she was a moronic a**hole," Olbermann wrote. "And for the record: the criticism here is of the executive, not @megynkelly," Olbermann added. "His name was Andy Lack and he was notorious for doing this. Most of them looked like one of his ex-wives at different stages in her life," Olbermann claimed.

'F*** you, Fauci!' Megyn Kelly deconstructs every one of Dr. Anthony Fauci's lies in brutal takedown

Megyn Kelly ripped White House chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci on her podcast Wednesday, reacting to Fauci's announcement that he will step down from his government role before the end of the year.

The former Fox News anchor blasted Fauci, who told CNN earlier this week he will "certainly consider" testifying before Congress after he steps down from his role at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Republicans have promised to call Fauci, the chief government spokesman during the COVID-19 pandemic, to testify on his recommendations and oversight of funding for coronavirus research in Wuhan, China.

"He sounds like he's been invited to afternoon tea at one of our houses," Kelly said on SiriusXM's "The Megyn Kelly Show" podcast. "F*** you, Fauci! You don't get to say whether you go. You get a congressional subpoena, you show up, or you get the Steve Bannon treatment."

Steve Bannon, the former chief strategist to President Donald Trump and a media personality, was found guilty of criminal contempt of Congress for refusing to answer a subpoena to testify on the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol.

In a monologue on Wednesday's podcast, Kelly savaged Fauci, accusing him of lying repeatedly to the American people and of encouraging policies that failed to slow the spread of COVID-19 but succeeded in tearing the country apart.

“The truth is that Dr. Fauci, who had a greater hand than anyone in causing Americans to lose their jobs, years of learning, and even their lives — thanks to the social and economic upheaval he helped foist upon us during the pandemic — ought to be ashamed to show his face in polite society,” Kelly said. “Instead the man is self-congratulatory.”

Kelly tore into Fauci's record, blaming his COVID-19 pandemic recommendations for encouraging politicians to enact lockdown policies that she said killed jobs, kept children out of school, and tanked the economy. She accused him of lying about his views on masks and misleading the public by shifting goalposts to get people to accept harsh pandemic restrictions. Kelly said Fauci and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ignored evidence that contradicted their COVID-19 guidance and arrogantly declared that anyone who disagreed with their positions was criticizing "science."

“He mocked the idea of natural immunity, eliminating the need for his mandatory, beloved vaccines, despite admitting years earlier that natural immunity is in fact the gold standard,” Kelly said. “His unexplained reversal cost millions their livelihoods. As of October of 2021, 5% of unvaccinated adults said they had lost a job due to a vaccine mandate, according to the Kaiser Foundation.”

She reviewed how truckers, health care workers, police officers, and military members have been forced out of their jobs because of their convictions about the COVID-19 vaccines.

“But Fauci’s biggest lie was told under oath, when he testified before Congress that his group at the [National Institutes of Health] never funded gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China,” Kelly said. “The kind that experiments on bat coronavirus to try to make them more lethal or more transmissible in humans.”

Fauci has repeatedly denied lying about NIH support for gain-of-function research in high-profile clashes with Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) during multiple congressional testimonies. Kelly noted that the NIH contradicted Fauci by appearing to admit in writing that the nonprofit group EcoHealth Alliance violated the terms of an NIH grant by funding gain-of-function experiments.

She condemned Fauci for being unapologetic for his handling of the pandemic and "indifferent to the harm he has caused." She expressed particular scorn for his recent comments on Fox News saying that he does not think that COVID-19 lockdowns have "irreparably damaged anyone."

“We should pray this guy never gets near another grant or health group again in his life,” Kelly said. “He has destroyed the trust in public health. His decisions have hurt countless numbers of people. He did it all while posing on magazine covers and celebrating himself and his outsized ego, while our kids were muzzled and missed years of school as we all missed funerals and weddings and the chance to say goodbye to loved ones on their deathbeds.

"And we did indeed suffer irreparable harm, sir, whether you care to admit it or not," she concluded. "Good riddance, Dr. Fauci. You are not truth and you will not be missed.”

Celebrities at the 2021 Met Gala ripped for not wearing masks during swanky fete while the 'help' was forced to cover up: 'COVID rules are for serfs, not celebrities'

Social media expressed collective outrage over Monday's 2021 Met Gala after A-list celebrities were pictured en masse without masks while other, lesser-known entertainers and employees were forced to cover up their faces for the super-elite event.

2020's Met Gala was canceled due to the ongoing pandemic.

What are the details?

Celebrities and politicians — including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) — took to the crowded NYC event's red carpet without masks on Monday night.

Conservative media maven Megyn Kelly tweeted about the event — and Ocasio-Cortez's appearance — and wrote, "A pathetic self-aggrandizing hypocrite. Meanwhile our kids are muzzled & six feet apart all day long while trying to learn but she & these other 'Rules for Thee but Not for Me' pols can parade around maskless & in top of each other at the Met Gala bc, SCIENCE."

Professor and Dr. Howard Forman added, "Notion that you don't need to be masked at the #MetGala because everyone is vaccinated flies in the face of every public health proclamation of past 2 months. This 'let them eat cake' cartoon would be funny if not compounded by the 'tax the rich' subtitle."

The Daily Wire's Megan Basham added, "How can you tell the elite from the peasants? The peasants have to wear masks." Her remark was in reference to Rep. Carolyn B. Maloney (D-N.Y.), who was pictured indoors without a mask while standing in front of a long row of gala staffers — all of whom were masked.

The outlet reported that celebrities were required to wear masks indoors, but not on the outdoor red carpet. The Met Gala's policy also reportedly stated that all attendees be fully vaccinated and provide proof of a negative PCR test the day before the event. Attendees were also reportedly required to wear masks while indoors except when eating or drinking.

New York City itself also requires proof of vaccination to access all public indoor spaces, including museums such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art — home of the Met Gala.

What else is being said about this?

In a lengthy essay for the Spectator, journalist Karol Markowicz wrote, "COVID rules are for serfs, not celebrities."

She began, "Amid the ridiculous outfits at the Met Gala last night, between the faux-socialist in her absurd 'Tax the Rich' dress and whatever that was that Kim Kardashian was attempting, stood a row of servants, masked. The celebrities, of course, were not. If there's one thing we have collectively learned during the 18 months of this pandemic is that the rules don't apply to the rich and famous."

"Vice President Kamala Harris's 'model' stepdaughter Ella Emhoff posed for pictures at the Met Gala with a mask on, then took it off," she continued. "Her sequin mask, of course, offered little protection from COVID anyway but it continues to be galling that the rest of us have to engage in COVID safety theater while the rich and famous don't even need to go through the motions."

Noting that those in attendance at Monday night's event largely are "denizens of the American left," excuses were made for their behavior, which was swept under the rug.

National Review's Charles W. Cooke added that per New York City local mandates, all people ages 12 and older are required to show proof that they have received "at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine" if they work in — or want to enter — public places such as movie theaters, music and concert venues, museums, aquariums, zoos, sports arenas, and more.

"This new requirement — called the Key to NYC — also means staff at these locations must be vaccinated," Cooke wrote. "The Metropolitan Museum of Art is a museum. Why, then, did the staff have to wear masks while the celebrities did not? It can't be because, unlike the celebrities, the staff were unvaccinated. And it can't be because, even though everyone was vaccinated, there's still a risk of transmission and infection, because that risk would apply equally to the celebrities as it would to the staff."

He added, "Is the science different for famous people, perhaps?"

Others noted that the mayor's executive order did, by its terms, exempt celebrities who are performing:

Megyn Kelly yanks kids out of NYC school over call to reform white children — and now she and her family are leaving the city altogether

Veteran news journalist and media maven Megyn Kelly has pulled her children out of their New York City school and plans to leave the city behind altogether.

Kelly announced the decision after learning that her kids' school promoted the "reform" of white children in racially biased practices.

Kelly did not reveal the name of the school her children previously attended.

What are the details?

During Monday's broadcast of her podcast, "The Megyn Kelly Show," Kelly said that she received a letter from the administrators of her two young sons' school that detailed a plan to implement an extreme racial social justice agenda in the school.

"It's so out of control on so many levels, and after years of resisting it, we're going to leave the city," Kelly admitted. "We pulled our boys from their school, and our daughter is going to be leaving hers soon, too. The schools have always been far left, which doesn't align with my own ideology, but I didn't really care. Most of my friends are liberals; it's fine. I come from Democrats as a family."

Kelly added, however, that the final straw was when she found out that the administration was peddling concerning sentiments about how white children are "left unchecked and unbothered" in their schools, homes, and communities.

"I'm not offended at all by the ideology, and I lean center-left on some things, but they've gone around the bend," she insisted. "I mean, they have gone off the deep-end. The summer in the wake of George Floyd, they circulated amongst the diversity group — which includes white parents like us; there are people who want to be allies and stay attuned to what we can do — an article, and afterward, they recirculated it and wanted every member of the faculty to read it."

Kelly recalled that the article asserted that white children are inherently racist.

According to Kelly, a portion of the article — which appears to have been written by Nahliah Webber, executive director of Orleans Public Education Network in June — said, "There is a killer cop sitting in every school where white children learn. They gleefully soak in their whitewashed history that downplays the holocaust of indigenous native peoples and Africans in the Americas. They happily believe their all-white spaces exist as a matter of personal effort and willingly use violence against black bodies to keep those spaces white."

"As black bodies drop like flies around us by violence at white hands, how can we in any of our minds conclude that whites are all right?" the article added. "White children are left unchecked and unbothered in their schools, homes, and communities to join, advance, and protect systems that take away black life. I am tired of white people reveling in their state-sanctioned depravity, snuffing out black life with no consequences."

The article continued, "Where's the urgency for school reform for white kids being indoctrinated in black death and protected from the consequences? Where are the government-sponsored reports looking into how white mothers are raising culturally deprived children who think black death is okay?"

"Where are the national conferences, white papers, and policy positions on the pathology of whiteness in schools?" the article said. "This time if you really want to make a difference in black lives — and not have to protest this s*** again — go reform white kids. Because that's where the problem is — with white children being raised from infancy to violate black bodies with no remorse or accountability."

Anything else?

A portion of Kelly's podcast appeared on Twitter Monday, captioned, "'After years of resisting it, we're going to leave.' @MegynKelly describes why she pulled her kids out of their NYC schools — and she, @GlennLoury and @Coldxman Hughes discuss how 'woke' leftism has taken over schools."
