Obamas finally endorse Kamala Harris, and we have a question: 'WHAT did that cost her?'

When Biden finally dropped out of the race and endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris, the Obamas – some of the most powerful people in the Democratic party – did not initially follow suit, leading people to speculate that maybe Michelle would run.

However, that conjecture has been put to rest, as the Obamas have now endorsed Harris.

Glenn Beck plays the footage of Harris getting the phone call from Barack and Michelle announcing their official endorsement, which is included in one of her campaign ads.

Did Kamala Harris make a SECRET DEAL with Obama to get the Nomination?www.youtube.com

“It doesn’t ring true to me,” says Glenn, wondering what it “cost her” to get the stamp of approval from Obamas – a very “transactional couple.”

“Not nothing; I think we can be certain of that,” says Stu Burguiere.

“Here’s my guess,” says Glenn. “One of the pieces that it cost was Mark Kelly. Barack and Michelle want Mark Kelly; they do not want Kamala Harris. That's why he hadn't endorsed, and he was hoping that this would all go away after Joe Biden endorsed Kamala. I think Joe Biden [endorsed her] as a slap across Michelle and Barack's face.”

“I don't think [Biden] likes [the Obamas] at all, and I don't think they like him,” he continues. “[Biden] issued that letter and then he came out and said, ‘Oh by the way, I also endorse Kamala.”’

According to Glenn, however, “if [the Obamas] have a chance to turn on [Kamala] and do a coup on her, they will.”

“Why do you think Mark Kelly was such a big favorite of the Obama family?” asks Stu.

"Mark Kelly is the Pacifica," and "[Harris] is the Ferrari," is Glenn's answer.

To hear his explanation of this metaphor, watch the clip above.

On-duty Boston cop gets hurt barreling down massive slide, while his equipment flies: 'Oh f***'

An on-duty Boston Police officer injured himself while taking a tumble down a giant metal slide at Boston's City Hall Plaza.

The new slide is a popular spot for kids, according to the Boston Globe, where children have to climb three levels of obstacles in order to get to the steep, metallic contraption.

This endeavor was not too difficult for a local Boston cop, however, but it did reveal that the slide is indeed dangerous for adults. Signs at the playground reportedly say that the slide is “not intended for adult use” and should only be used by kids ages 5-12, according to the New York Post.

In the video posted to Twitter and TikTok, loud banging is heard from inside the tube slide, later revealed to be the officer flying down the metal slide face-down. The officer makes contact with the bottom of the slide before skidding to a stop on the rubber playground surface below.

What appeared to be the cop's pepper spray, handcuffs, and radio fly off of his body, although the radio remained attached by its cord. He is then heard saying "Oh f***" while he gathers himself to his feet.

A Boston Police spokesman confirmed the video as well as the reported minor injuries that followed from the incident.

"He was on duty, he used his own private insurance, and he didn't miss any time," the spokesman told TheBlaze.

Online reactions ranged from laughter to disappointment that the officer was partaking in stunts while on duty.

"Good to see them hard at work," said one viewer.

"What was he doing there?" asked another woman.

Former NHL player and podcaster Ryan Whitney reportedly had posted the video, but said he took it down after he was begged to remove it.

"I just deleted what I think is one of the funniest videos of all time. I was begged to take it down. Sad," Whitney wrote.

Other adults have been injured trying to complete the feat of the children's slide. One woman posted a TikTok video of her coming out of the tube face-first as well, resulting in a head injury of her own.

'The Trans community ... don't care about collateral damage': De-transitioner suing medical practitioners who aided in her irreversible mutilation

A woman who underwent irreversible mutilation in hopes of passing as a sterile man now regrets the decision and is suing the medical practitioners involved for malpractice.

Michelle Zacchigna, 34, a Canadian woman who lives north of Toronto, indicated Monday that she started legal action in November against the eight doctors and so-called mental health experts who helped her on her journey to cut away her womb and breasts, permanently lower her voice, and hormonally secure male-pattern baldness.

Extra to seeking to hold to account those who allegedly chose not to raise the potential of alternative treatments or options, she has underscored how transsexual activists are part of the problem, having "drilled into us that [mental health] assessments were 'dehumanizing' and 'oppressive.'"

What's the background?

Zacchigna is one of a growing number of individuals to have recently undergone hormone treatments and disfiguring surgeries on sexual organs, only to realize that "transition was not the panacea it is treated as."

Zacchigna noted in Lighthouse that little over a year after being prompted to think about her gender at the age of 21, she "went from questioning to injecting hormones," having assimilated an understanding about transsexuality from Tumblr and LiveJournal.

In a Gender Dysphoria Alliance website post, she indicated that in "places like Tumblr, there was constant reassurance that only trans people spend so much time thinking about their gender (not actually true) and that every trans person has doubts about transitioning. These reassurances kept me on the path towards permanently altering my body, and the medical professionals I saw never questioned me."

Transsexuality seemed at first to explain her aversion to conventional feminine costumes, unsatisfying sexual experiences, and her history with mental illness.

By the age of 11, she had begun to engage in self-destructive behavior, going so far as to slash her arm with a knife. At the age of 20, she attempted suicide and was subsequently referred by her family doctor to undergo psychotherapy, during which she was treated for social anxiety and clinical depression, reported the National Post.

The Daily Mail reported that Zacchigna's therapist Nadine Lulu put her forward as an "ideal candidate" for hormone therapy in July 2010. Additional therapists who had never before met Zacchigna also allegedly recommended her for hormone therapy.

Having determined that a discrepancy between her biological sex and gender was at issue, Zacchigna "was prescribed testosterone via informed consent. Under this model of care, one’s identity is affirmed and there is no process of differential diagnosis. I needed a couple of letters 'one recommending testosterone and one confirming I was competent' and to sign forms acknowledging the risks of cross-sex hormones."

"Seven years after being prescribed hormones, I had a psychoeducational assessment and was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and major depressive disorder," wrote Zacchigna. "I had symptoms of post-traumatic stress. I even had a learning disability and a 'slow processing speed.' Despite this, my identity was, again, affirmed by professionals and not considered something to look further into."

Between the activists online and the medical practitioners who aided her along the way, Zacchigna noted that never once was she "exposed to the idea that my worldview might be wrong."

By the time that she was confronted with the possibility that she had been misled, she had been subjected to a double mastectomy and a partial hysterectomy, both covered by insurance.

She documented the stages of her "transition" and de-transition (warning: some of the footage contains graphic images):

De/Transition Timeline (Oct 2010-Dec 2022) youtu.be

Zacchigna noted that when her roommate de-transitioned, "my own reasons came into question. My childhood peers knew I was different, but was that because I was a boy or because I was impulsive and emotionally reactive? I didn’t want to wear makeup or dresses, but maybe that was because I had a sensory processing disability? Maybe my sexual experiences were bad because I wasn’t attracted to men?"

In a Jan. 11 YouTube video, she said, "Each step involved irreversible alterations to my body and came with serious risks, yet all were met with little challenge despite my long-standing history of mental health struggles and no indication of gender-related distress in childhood or adolescence."

Zacchigna de-transitioned in November 2020.

On the Gender Dysphoria Alliance website, she said, "I am faced with the reality that I had surgically removed healthy body parts that I could have used to carry and feed my future children. I have male-pattern balding and a deepened voice for the rest of my life. And it seems that I have no recourse for what happened."

She added, " Some days, the pain of what I’ve done to myself is overwhelming. I cry and I can’t stop. Other days, I’m angry that I wasn’t screened for the diagnoses I later received before I was prescribed hormones."

"I’m very worried that the one-size-fits-all approach to medical transition will only put more vulnerable people through medical trauma, and the trans community that once supported me for ten years has made it clear that they don’t care about collateral damage," she concluded.

The lawsuit

Zacchigna's lawsuit, filed in Ottawa, claims, "Michelle’s stated desire to become transgender was never challenged and it was treated to the exclusion of her other serious mental health issues, closing the door to alternative treatment options."

The doctors and therapists named as defendants allegedly "permitted Michelle to self-diagnose as transgender and prescribe her own treatment without providing a differential diagnosis or proposing alternative treatments."

According to the National Post, Zacchigna's claim alleges the counselor who wrote a recommendation letter for medical intervention in 2010 didn't recommend any alternatives or seek confirmation of the victim's self-diagnosis of gender dysphoria.

Despite having had no previous transsexual clients, her regular therapist also recommended intervention, stating that Zacchigna was an "ideal candidate for hormone therapy," said the claim. This recommendation was reportedly supported in turn by the therapist's supervising psychologist, who allegedly hadn't bothered speaking to the prospective victim.

"The Defendants failed to investigate or failed to adequately investigate and/or confirm that Michelle’s stated desire to transition to the male sex was rooted in a diagnosis of gender dysphoria or resulting from other factors in Michelle’s mental health including her history of clinical depression, anxiety, developmental disabilities, and social difficulties," said her claim.

Had she been made aware of alternatives, Zacchigna's claim suggests she would have "learned to live with her body without surgical or hormonal treaments."

She is now seeking $350,00 in general damages for pain and suffering in addition to an untold sum for past and future loss of income, past and future medical treatment, and other costs.

Zacchigna also seeks to have the money billed by doctors to the Ontario Health Insurance Plan returned.

She told the National Post, "I’ve been under the impression that all medical malpractice suits are challenging. Doctors win the majority of cases in Canada. ... It’s very much a David vs. Goliath undertaking."

Jordan Peterson cheered on Zacchigna on Wednesday, tweeting, "Get 'em Michelle. Butchers and liars. And all the virtue-signaling in the world won't change that fact."

Zacchigna recently underscored online that "'Gender-affirming care' is institutional violence."

“"Gender-affirming care" is institutional violence.”

Virginia Walmart store manager kills at least 6 and himself in nightmarish rampage; 'He's lucky he blew his brains out,' says one employee

A Walmart store manager in Chesapeake, Virginia, went on a shooting spree late Tuesday night, killing seven people including himself. One witness claimed the shooter had targeted other managers and was laughing in the process.

What are the details?

Chesapeake police received a 911 call about a shooting on Battlefield Boulevard at 10:12 p.m. Tuesday night, reported WVEC.

Chesapeake Police Chief Mark Solesky later noted that police officers arrived at the Walmart at 1521 Sam's Circle within two minutes of receiving the first 911 call. They entered the building at 10:16 p.m.. By 11:20 p.m., the scene was declared "safe."

The chief stated that the "suspect is dead from what we believe was a self-inflicted gunshot wound."

CNN reported that the shooter used a pistol.

CPD spokesman Leo Kosinski indicated that police found multiple victims dead and injured inside the store.

"We're also looking for more victims because people could be scared, they could be hiding," said Kosinski shortly after the incident, accounting for why police continued to search the premises.

Kosinski indicated that the store will remain closed for several days while investigators examine the scene.

At 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, the City of Chesapeake confirmed on Twitter that there were seven fatalities at Walmart on Sam's Circle.

Mike Kafka, a spokesman for Sentara Healthcare, told the Associated Press that five patients from the Walmart were being treated at Norfolk General Hospital.

Debra Hazlett told WAVY that her brother, among the injured taken to Norfolk General, called his family around 10:18 p.m. to inform them that he had been shot.

On Wednesday, Sentara Healthcare stated that two victims were in critical condition and another victim was in good condition.

Witness report

Briana Tyler, an employee, told ABC News' "Good Morning America" that she and her night-shift coworkers had congregated in the break room prior to beginning their shifts. That's when their manager opened the door and "just opened fire."

The shooter "wasn't aiming at anybody specifically," said Tyler. "He just literally started shooting throughout the entire break room, and I watched multiple people just drop down to the floor, where they were trying to duck for cover or they were hit."

Tyler indicated that the shooter fired "directly at" her but had missed her head by "an inch or two."

According to Tyler, the shooter "did not say a word."

CPD Chief Solesky suggested that, even with the assailant's house having been searched, police have not yet found a clear motive for the rampage.

An individual who appears to be a Walmart employee said in a Facebook livestream, "[the] manager shot a couple people here. ... That man a coward for that, bro. You kill other people who ain't do nothing to you? You soft. He's lucky he blew his brains out."

The streamer added, "He blew his brains out and everything. He killed the girl in there and everything. He came in and started spraying. I’m sorry for the victims."

Another witness told "10 On Your Side" that she believes the shooting was planned and that the shooter had targeted other managers at the Chesapeake Walmart. The witness also claimed that the shooter could be heard laughing at one moment during the carnage.

Officials respond

Chesapeake Mayor Rick West issued a statement, saying, "I am devastated by the senseless act of violence that took place late last night in our City. My prayers are with all those affected - the victims, their family, their friends, and their coworkers. I am grateful for the quick actions taken by our first responders who rushed to the scene."

The mayor added that "Chesapeake is a tightknit community and we are all shake by this news. Together, we will support each other throughout this time. Please keep us in your prayers."

Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) tweeted, "Our hearts break with the community of Chesapeake this morning. ... Heinous acts of violence have no place in our communities."

Video: Pro-abortion protesters try to storm Arizona state Capitol, lawmakers 'held hostage.' Kari Lake calls the event a 'real insurrection.'

A pro-abortion protest escalated into a tense situation where police had to use tear gas to disperse the mob gathered outside the Arizona state Capitol.

Hours after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade on Friday, approximately 8,000 pro-abortion protesters demonstrated outside the Capitol in downtown Phoenix, according to KTAR-FM. The protest began at 7 p.m., and featured protest signs that read: "Keep your Bible off my body," "Why are old men making laws on my body" "forced birth is fascism," "You're killing us," and "my body my rage."

COVID-quarantined Hillary Clinton asks for movie suggestions — instantly regrets it

Be careful what you ask for, especially when you're a certain former secretary of state with ties to Hollywood-worthy catastrophes, such as what happened in Benghazi or with Jeffrey Epstein.

As you may have heard by now, Hillary Clinton has tested positive for COVID but is "feeling fine." The former first lady made the announcement on Twitter (adding a pitch for the COVID vaccine) before asking for "movie recommendations."

"Well, I've tested positive for COVID. I've got some mild cold symptoms but am feeling fine. I'm more grateful than ever for the protection vaccines can provide against serious illness. Please get vaccinated and boosted if you haven't already!" she tweeted. "Bill tested negative and is feeling fine. He's quarantining until our household is fully in the clear. Movie recommendations appreciated!"

San Fran liberal outraged at her city's Democratic leadership exposes bankruptcy of the progressive agenda in viral critique

A San Francisco resident went viral over the weekend after she published a lengthy Twitter thread dressing down her city's liberal leadership over living conditions in the city.

Surprisingly, the woman who posted the blaring criticism is herself a liberal and registered Democrat.

What did she say?

Michelle Tandler has been a registered Democrat for 18 years. She grew up in a progressive family. She attended a progressive school. Her social circle is mostly progressives.

But if the current state of San Francisco is a representation of the progressive worldview, Tandler made clear Sunday she no longer wants to be associated with progressive liberal politics.

"Here is what confuses me about San Francisco. We have the most liberal, left-wing government & population in the country. We have a $13B budget. And we have 8,000 people sleeping in the rain this week. Can someone please explain this to me?" Tandler wrote on Twitter.

"What do progressives stand for, exactly? I thought it was about making things more fair. About standing up for the little guy. About human rights, equality (equity?), compassion. San Francisco (to me) looks like the least compassionate city on the planet," she said. "The slums of Mumbai look cleaner than the streets of downtown SF. ... We have thousands of people wandering around — looking like they are on the brink of death. ... [I]f this what Progressive stands for — I want the opposite."

What do progressives stand for, exactly?

I thought it was about making things more fair.

About standing up for the little guy.

About human rights, equality (equity?), compassion.

San Francisco (to me) looks like the least compassionate city on the planet.
— Michelle Tandler ⚖️ (@Michelle Tandler ⚖️) 1640536710

According to Tandler, the progressive vernacular — replete with phrases like "harm reduction," "housing first," "criminal justice," "social justice," "equity" — appears to be nothing more than a smoke show covering up the "most deranged city on the planet."

Where is our $13B going, exactly?

How do we only have 3,000 shelter beds when 8,000 are unsheltered in the streets?

How is this an American city?pic.twitter.com/25kGjbNdz4
— Michelle Tandler ⚖️ (@Michelle Tandler ⚖️) 1640537189

Tandler admitted that she is "starting to develop a seriously dark view" of the progressive leaders in charge of San Francisco because they have "absolute power" while ironically denouncing "broken" systems.

The San Francisco native even wants to know: "What would San Francisco look like if Republicans were in charge?" After all, Tandler explained, "Progressives tend to blame Republicans for almost everything. Yet here we are — not a Republican in sight."

Despite the monumental humanitarian crises plaguing San Francisco, Tandler observed that city progressives appear more interested in solving social issues than saving lives.

"We probably have more 'Black Lives Matter' signs up than any city in the nation. 40% of our homeless people are Black. Do their lives matter...? Or is this just about virtue signaling and moral grandstanding?" Tandler asked.

Tandler's rant against San Francisco and progressive leaders went on, but two tweets summed up the crux of her problem.

"One of my friends recently woke up to find a homeless person sleeping on the front step of her multi-million dollar home. I asked her what she did. 'We closed the blinds.' I think this is such a metaphor for what's going on here. San Francisco is turning its head," Tandler wrote.

"San Franciscans believe they are righteous because they pledge allegiance to the righteous tribe — Democrats. They believe they are moral because they believe in higher taxes. They believe they are virtuous because they believe in big Government," she added.

Michelle Obama calls for national unity by attacking Trump voters for 'supporting lies, hate, chaos, and division'

Democrats were beyond thrilled Saturday when media outlets declared former Vice President Joe Biden the winner of the 2020 presidential election.

The left did not just celebrate the Biden victory. They were all about celebrating the reported defeat of Present Donald Trump — and his supporters. America saw lawmakers, Democrats, and other left-wingers call for the creation of a "list" of "Trump sycophants" in order to "shame them" and keep them out of "'polite' society." Unsurprisingly, Biden backers attacked effigies of President Trump in massive (not socially distanced) rallies around the nation.

On Saturday, former first lady Michelle Obama threw fuel on the fire with a tweet ripping the more than 71 million people who voted for Trump in 2020.

What did she say?

Shortly after Biden was declared president-elect by the media, Obama posted a Twitter thread praising the apparent victor, praising Biden voters, and, naturally, ripping President Trump by lauding the coming return of "dignity, competence, and heart" to the Oval Office.

"I'm beyond thrilled that my friend @JoeBiden and our first Black and Indian-American woman Vice President, @KamalaHarris, are headed to restore some dignity, competence, and heart at the White House," she wrote. "Our country sorely needs it."

"Thank you to all of you who poured every ounce of your hope and determination into this democracy over these past four years, registering voters, getting them to the polls, keeping folks informed," Obama continued. "More votes were cast in this election than ever before. It's because of you."

And then she launched into a call for unity — by intimating that Trump supporters are pro-lies, pro-hate, pro-chaos, and pro-division.

Noting that this Biden victory is just the first step in the liberal progressive agenda, she told her liberal followers that there's still much more work to do.

"And after we celebrate — and we should all take a moment to exhale after everything we've been through — let's remember that this is just a beginning," Obama said. "It's a first step. Voting in one election isn't a magic wand, and neither is winning one."

"Let's remember that tens of millions of people voted for the status quo, even when it meant supporting lies, hate, chaos, and division," she cautioned. "We've got a lot of work to do to reach out to these folks in the years ahead and connect with them on what unites us."

She did not detail how her supposedly peace-loving fellow Democrats are supposed to unify with allegedly hateful, divisive and lying chaos creators.
