Biden administration ADMITS to secretly flying in illegals to reduce border crossings + Elon Musk’s chilling response

It’s looking like Biden’s open border policy is about more than just bolstering his waning voter base.

On Monday, March 4, the Daily Mail published an article detailing the latest scandal in America’s ever-escalating border crisis. According to the article, the Biden administration has admitted to secretly flying in 320,000 illegal immigrants in order to reduce crossings at the border.

“This story is absolutely wild,” says Dave Rubin. “They thought the numbers were looking too inflated and that would not look good for Biden.”

Shortly after the article was published, Elon Musk issued the following warning:

“That is freaking chilling, and it is just true,” says Dave.

“We are only five or six months from October 7 in Israel — a country that has much better controls of their borders …because they are under a constant threat of assault,” he says. “Look what happened to them.”

Journalist explains what actually happens once illegal immigrants make it across the border

NYC-based journalist Ashley St. Clair has been blowing the lid off of not only what goes on at our borders but also the deep-rooted corruption endangering basically all major airports.

She explains how when immigrants arrive at the U.S. border, “border patrol will take [them] to be processed,” usually after they’ve assisted in cutting the barbed wire.

After being processed, immigrants are sent away with “a clear bag that has paperwork, [their] court dates,” and “any identification.”

However, most of the time, all identification, including IDs and passports, are long gone at this point because they’ve been disposed of.

“They will bury and burn their IDs at the border because one: either they've claimed asylum somewhere else and they're not supposed to be claiming it here, or two: they don't want you knowing who they are,” Ashley tells Dave Rubin, adding that she’s personally been down to the border several times and witnessed this.

“So, when you go to the southern border, you will see buried and burned IDs, passports, [and] previous asylum claims,” she explains.

Once these migrants make it to the airport, they’re given special treatment and put on flights free of charge despite having zero identification.

Most of them “don't have to have any ID.” Some even use “arrest warrants” or their “court dates” as identification, Ashley explains, adding that many of their boarding passes say “no name given.”

To make matters worse, Ashley says almost all “major airline carriers are complicit in this.”

“None of these pilots know who's boarding their planes, and they're all receiving vast amounts of money from these NGOs, these charities who are flying these migrants all across the country,” she says.

Legal scholar pokes holes through Newsom's threat to pursue criminal charges against Gov. DeSantis

Legal scholar Jonathan Turley reminded America on Thursday that California Gov. Gavin Newsom's outrage over migrant flights to his state is little more than performative theater.

Newsom floated bringing kidnapping charges against Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) after Florida sent two flights of migrants to Sacramento. The state condemned the flights as "state-sanctioned kidnapping." Florida, however, said the migrants traveled voluntarily and proved it with video of the migrants signing consent documents.

But according to Turley, if Newsom wants to be mad at anyone, he only has himself to blame.

"California officials insisted that the consent must have been fraudulent, which seems a strange argument that the state itself is not an inducement," Turley said.

"Pitching the opportunities and protections of California as a sanctuary state is found on the state's own websites," he pointed out. "Newsom has paid money for ads in both Texas and Florida, asking everyone living there to come 'join us in California.' Well they did.

"Given California's ample package of benefits for undocumented migrants — ranging from free college to driver's licenses, cash assistance and food stamps — it was no deception for Florida to highlight the Golden State’s status as a sanctuary state," Turley explained.

California became a so-called sanctuary state in 2017, and, just as Turley noted, Newsom launched advertisements in Florida last year boasting about how great California is while outright lying about the Sunshine State.

Moreover, the taxpayer-funded benefits that California gives immigrants living in their state illegally — subsidized health care, cash assistance, tuition benefits, driver's licenses, and soon, unemployment benefits — conceivably make California the perfect location for immigrants to relocate.

And despite the heavy-handed rhetoric, there is no evidence that DeSantis broke any laws by transporting migrants to California.

Indeed, nothing came of the Martha's Vineyard transportations last year, despite then-U.S. Attorney Rachael Rollins promising to investigate and seek criminal charges. Rollins herself resigned last month amid allegations of misconduct.

Did Gavin Newsom just realize his immigration beliefs have backfired?

Ron DeSantis isn’t worried about Gavin Newsom, but it seems like Gavin Newsom might be worried about Ron DeSantis.

DeSantis has arranged migrant flights of illegal immigrants to Newsom’s sanctuary state, and Newsom is not happy about it.

On June 5, the governor tweeted at DeSantis and said, “you small, pathetic man. This isn’t Martha’s Vineyard. Kidnapping charges?”

Dana Perino of Fox News sat down with Dave Rubin to discuss.

“Governor Newsom thinks he’s in a rivalry with Ron DeSantis,” Perino said, and “DeSantis is like, I’m not worried about you.”

Rubin agrees.

“I think 1.3 million people have fled California in the last three years, the majority of them going to Florida. I think you can figure out who the people actually like and who they’re running from,” Rubin says.

However, Rubin adds that the most blame should be on the shoulders of the Biden administration.

“The first blame here goes to the Biden administration for not protecting the border. It’s the federal government’s job to do that,” he says.

“Gavin Newsom should be thrilled right now,” he continues, “Gavin Newsom wants to run a sanctuary state. He says he loves illegal immigrants who by definition are breaking the law by coming to this country not through legal means.”

“And he should be very excited that he can put them in some of the empty buildings that are in Los Angeles or San Francisco and they can become part of the community and he can give them phones,” Rubin adds.

Rubin believes that the rivalry between DeSantis and Newsom is a “very clear distinction between the two roads that America can go down.”

“We can either have law and order — we can have legal immigration, we can have policing that actually works and is funded, we can be a society that is based in law — or, we can just let anyone come do whatever they want.”
