'Burn, little Jesus freaks! Burn, burn, burn!' Anti-abortion group gets chilling death threats on voicemail after Molotov cocktail attack

A Wisconsin anti-abortion group received a series of chilling death threats on voicemail after a Molotov cocktail attack damaged its headquarters last weekend. One of messages came courtesy of a sinister character who sang "Burn, Jesus freaks! Burn, burn, burn!"

What are the details?

Wisconsin Family Action was targeted after a Supreme Court decision draft overturning Roe v. Wade was leaked May 2.

First came the Molotov cocktail attack, which resulted in fire damage; also a spray-painted message outside the offices read, “If abortions aren’t safe, then you aren’t, either."

Later death threats and other vile messages were left on WFA voicemail, CBN News reported.

One woman asked if the attack was due to arson or “the good Lord” showing the group “an example of hell," as that's where the "misogynistic" WFA should be.

One man left a message saying that "you’re all going to burn … you’re following the f***ing devil" and that “I hope you all burn ... that’s what you deserve.”

Another man declared that “whoever set that fire is a true American patriot. You people are just utter filth of the planet. And it’s too bad your whore mothers didn’t abort each and every last one of you. Hopefully, you all get cancer ...”

Another guy sadistically sang, “Burn, little Jesus freaks! Burn, burn, burn!”

Wisconsin Family Action's mission is "to advance Judeo-Christian principles and values" in the state by "strengthening, preserving, and promoting marriage, family, life, and liberty." Specifically it backs "the sanctity of human life from the moment of conception through natural death. This includes opposing legislation that promotes the destruction of human life – which starts at conception – through abortion and other means."

Anything else?

Madison police are investigating claims reportedly from a group called "Jane's Revenge" that it's responsible for the arson at Wisconsin Family Action, Fox News reported.

A statement attributed to the group announced additional impending violence against pro-life groups, the cable network said: "This was only a warning. We demand the disbanding of all anti-choice establishments, fake clinics, and violent anti-choice groups within the next thirty days. This is not a mere ‘difference of opinion,' as some have framed it. We are literally fighting for our lives. We will not sit still while we are killed and forced into servitude."

The statement added that "next time the infrastructure of the enslavers will not survive. Medical imperialism will not face a passive enemy. Wisconsin is the first flashpoint, but we are all over the US, and we will issue no further warnings," Fox News said.

Security camera captures vandal tossing an incendiary device into Democratic Party offices in Austin

Police are looking for a man caught on surveillance video tossing an incendiary explosive device into the offices of the Democratic Party of Travis County in Texas.

Arson investigators say the man lobbed what is colloquially known as a Molotov cocktail into the offices in downtown Austin at about 2 a.m. on Wednesday.

The video shows a man with a bandana with the American flag, black shorts an a gray shirt approach the offices and toss a rock through the window of their door. Then he places inside what appears to be the incendiary device and runs away.

Video from inside the offices show what appears to be a commercial smoke bomb also go off inside.

The incident caused only minor damage to the building and no one was inside at the time. Investigators say the Molotov cocktail did not actually ignite, and if it had it would have caused much more damage to the offices.

The video also shows an employee from a nearby business helping to put out the growing flames with a fire extinguisher before police arrive.

Police say he also left a threatening note but did not say what it said.

"This is an act of terror. When you leave a threatening note, the intent is to terrorize people. We are Texas Democrats, and we are unafraid," claimed Katie Naranjo, the chair of the Travis County Democratic Party, at a media briefing later that day.

Authorities said that vandalism was committed on the same night at the Travis County Ned Granger Administration Building about a half hour before the attack on Democratic offices.

Austin police did not say what charges the man might face, but did say that they would likely be felony charges. They are asking for the public's help to identify the suspect in the attack.

"The Democratic Party believes in free speech," Naranjo claimed, "believes in your right to vote, and we will not be intimidated by any individual who takes such a cowardly act as to attack a democratic institution. Our political parties are a part of our democracy."

VIDEO: NYPD says man threw 'chemical' and Molotov cocktail at cops during traffic stop; suspect faces federal charges

Police bodycam video shows a man throwing a liquid at an NYPD cop during a traffic stop in Brooklyn, New York. The New York Police Department also claimed the suspect hurled a Molotov cocktail at police officers during the tense confrontation on Saturday morning.

Law enforcement officials say that NYPD officers pulled over Lionel Virgile after he ran a red light just before 8 a.m. on Saturday. Officers approached the tinted-out 2000 Lincoln Town Car that Virgile was driving. The officer requested the man's driver's license and vehicle registration, but Virgile first said, "Nah."

The man appeared to be looking for his identification on the driver's side door, then swung open the door, and tossed a clear liquid at the officer. The bodycam video shows the officer retreat and he screams several expletives.

The NYPD says the liquid was a "chemical," possibly bleach or peroxide.

Virgile, 44, reportedly then drove off. Police pursued him and, during the high-speed car chase, Virgile allegedly threw a lit Molotov cocktail at the cops. The NYPD did not include video of the Molotov cocktail attack or the pursuit. Virgile is said to have crashed into a parked vehicle during his attempted escape. Virgile was arrested.

When police inspected the vehicle they discovered three additional homemade Molotov cocktails.

Virgile, who is from Bridgeport, Connecticut, faces a federal charge of arson with injury, which carries a 7-to-40-year prison sentence. The Brooklyn district attorney may also file charges.

"Virgile is in federal custody and will appear virtually Monday before a federal judge sitting in Downtown Brooklyn," WABC-TV reported.

Investigators are still attempting to determine if the man intentionally targeting police, and purposely ran the red light to get the attention of police. NYPD vehicles were attacked with Molotov cocktails last summer.

Virgile's brother told WABC the suspect suffers from mental illness and had been living in his car. The brother said that Virgile had been taken into custody before the incident, but police released him.

NYPD Police Commissioner Dermot Shea commented on the incident on Twitter.

"This is another reminder of how quickly a situation can change, & the dangers your cops face every day while they're protecting NYers," Shea said. "Even after arrest, the investigation into this attack remains active. And your NYPD cops will not relent in their mission to keep you safe."

"Words matter Earlier this week we said that again after graffiti that proclaimed 'kill cops.' This morning..a Molotov cocktail thrown at an occupied marked police car," Shea tweeted. "Now more than ever is the time to come together, to move forward together."

One of the officers was taken to the hospital, and both officers were not seriously injured.
