Alex Jones to SELL Infowars — what's the main takeaway?

There are some big changes coming for Infowars.

Alex Jones has dropped his efforts to declare bankruptcy and has agreed to liquidate his assets in order to pay the $1.5 billion in damages he owes families of the Sandy Hook mass shooting.

The victims' families had asked a bankruptcy judge in Texas to liquidate Jones’ media empire and Infowars parent company, Free Speech Systems. One attorney representing the families explained that “speech is free, but lies you have to pay for.”

“There’s really no avenue out of this,” Jones said on Sunday. “I’m kind of in the bunker here. And don’t worry, I’ll come back. The enemy can’t help but do this attack.”

Pat Gray is not happy with the outcome.

“It’s unconstitutional, and more people need to be pissed off about this,” Gray says. “You can’t fine a man who doesn’t make anything like that, won’t make that in a lifetime, you can’t fine him 1.5 billion dollars.”

“I don’t like that he thought it was a hoax,” Gray adds, referencing Jones’ previous claim that the Sandy Hook shooting was a hoax. “I think it was silly that he thought it was a hoax, but to drive him out of business over it, to sue him for 1.5 billion dollars over it.”

Jeffy notes that there seems to be an ulterior motive here — which is silencing Jones.

“They’ve already done a pretty good job of it,” Gray agrees.

“If there is one case you can point to and say, you can only pick one, ‘this is un-American,’ it’s right here. You are going after a person’s voice with this ridiculous amount of money,” Keith Malinak says. “I don’t care if he told 500 lies about fill in the blank. It’s free speech man.”

“It’s agonizing that America just doesn’t exist in its foundational form anymore,” Gray adds.

Jailed journalist Owen Shroyer facing 30 days in solitary confinement during January 6-related stint

Jailed InfoWars journalist Owen Shroyer is reportedly facing 30 days in solitary confinement in addition to an initial five days he served upon starting his prison sentence.

Shroyer was sentenced to 60 days in prison for what was described as a violation of a previous agreement when he was near the Capitol building on January 6, 2021, but did not enter.

The journalist had already reportedly spent five days by himself upon entering the prison because of the facility's COVID-19 policies, the Post Millennial reported. This would mean that more than half of his prison sentence would be spent in solitary if he is subjected to another 26 days or more.

"We have received a tip indicating that Owen is now facing 30 days in solitary confinement," Shroyer's representatives wrote on X. "He has been moved to another building on the FCI Oakdale prison grounds. We have still not been able to communicate directly. This is the only information we have at this time."

Before beginning his sentence, Shroyer posted a video explaining that he had employed a team to operate an X account on his behalf and provide updates while he was incarcerated.

"That year 1776 is extremely important not just because it was the founding year of our country, but the U.S. government is arguing that it's illegal for me to say '1776' in Washington, DC," he said in the same video. "Don't believe me? Check the U.S. government sentencing memo for yourself."

Shroyer was referring to court documents that accused him of spreading "election disinformation paired with violent rhetoric to hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of viewers."

"Shroyer took to a megaphone before leading a crowd to the Capitol: 'The Democrats are posing as communists, but we know what they really are: they’re just tyrants, they’re tyrants. And so today, on January 6, we declare death to tyranny! Death to tyrants!'" the document read.

"He continued marching around to the top of the east steps chanting '1776!'" it added.

According to NBC News, Shroyer signed an agreement that stated he could not use any “loud, threatening, or abusive language" or "engage in any disorderly or disruptive conduct, at any place upon the United States Capitol Grounds.”

He was sentenced for allegedly violating the deferred prosecution agreement, which originated from his protest of a Donald Trump impeachment hearing in 2019.

Shroyer's team also posted a recorded phone call from the journalist following his release from the initial five days in solitary, during which he joked that prison staff had to "bring a wheelbarrow" in order to deliver the mass of letters he received from supporters.

"I do hope to pull the impossible, and maybe something that's never been done before: hosting a radio show from a federal prison," Shroyer added on the call.

Shroyer is being held in the Federal Correctional Institution, Oakdale, in Louisiana.

WATCH: Is this 4-year-old really transgender, or is Mom after TikTok fame?

The gender-fluidity "indoctrination" of our children has gone so far that mothers now appear to be confusing their own children for TikTok clout, suggested BlazeTV host Elijah Schaffer on a recent episode of "Slightly Offens*ve."

In a video that has since gone viral, a mother can be seen prompting her 4-year-old son to say he's a girl "in a boy's body," despite the child not even knowing his own age.

"So not only does this kid not know his age, but he has a parent who's telling him 'you are a girl,'" Elijah said of the video. "What kind of mentally ill, abusive parent would take their little boy and would try to convince them that they're a girl? That's child abuse."
