Blaze News investigates: 'Uniparty Speaker'? Mike Johnson bailed out in peculiar bipartisan vote — here's what happened

After dangling the threat over House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) for over a month, Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia finally pulled the trigger on May 8 and sought to oust him from the speakership.

But in a peculiar show of bipartisanship, the bulk of lawmakers from both sides of the political aisle joined together to spike the ouster effort in a 359-43 vote to table the matter.

"The Uniparty has spoken, and Mike Johnson is their speaker."

Only 11 House Republicans voted against the motion to table the issue: Greene, Thomas Massie of Kentucky, Warren Davidson of Ohio, Alex Mooney of West Virginia, Barry Moore of Alabama, Victoria Spartz of Indiana, Chip Roy of Texas, Paul Gosar of Arizona, Eli Crane of Arizona, Eric Burlison of Missouri, and Andy Biggs of Arizona. Thirty-two Democrats also voted against the motion to table, while seven Democrats voted present.

"The Uniparty has spoken, and Mike Johnson is their speaker," GOP Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky declared in a written statement to Blaze News after the vote on Wednesday.

Johnson ascended to the speaker's chair last year after prior House Speaker Kevin McCarthy was booted from the post. Following the McCarthy ouster, the House GOP struggled to agree on a replacement before finally tapping Johnson for the role.

Back in March, Greene fired a warning shot when she filed a motion to vacate.

"The current Speaker has shown he cannot stand up to the Democrats. I filed a Motion to Vacate because it's time the American people have leadership in Congress that will fight for their values and stop funding the left's agenda," a tweet on Greene's @RepMTG X account declared at the time.

In April, GOP Reps. Massie and Gosar cosponsored Greene's motion to vacate.

Then, in an April 30 statement, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.), House Minority Whip Katherine Clark (D-Mass.), and House Democratic Caucus Chair Pete Aguilar (D-Calif.) announced that if Greene sought to oust Johnson, they would vote to table the motion to vacate.

"We will vote to table Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's Motion to Vacate the Chair. If she invokes the motion, it will not succeed," the Democratic trio declared in the statement.

Greene indicated that she would seek to oust Johnson the following week.

During an interview on "60 Minutes," Jeffries said, "Even though we're in the minority, we effectively have been governing as if we were in the majority because we continue to provide a majority of the votes necessary to get things done."

Greene and Massie made four demands.

During a phone interview with Blaze News on Wednesday before Greene later took to the House floor and sought to oust Johnson, Massie characterized the four points as "suggestions," which he indicated were for the benefit of the GOP, the nation, and the institution.

One of the asks was for Johnson to follow "the Hastert Rule, which means no bills are brought to the floor unless the majority of the majority, which is the majority of Republicans, support it," Greene said during an appearance on Steve Bannon's "War Room" program.

They were also seeking the defunding or elimination of special counsel Jack Smith's "illegitimate prosecution" of former President Donald Trump, as well as an end of U.S. funding for Ukraine, Massie noted while speaking to Blaze News.

Another request was his "shutdown prevention plan," Massie noted, explaining that "instead of shutting down the government, have an automatic 99% [continuing resolution]" if the House fails to pass its 12 individual appropriations bills.

"He's ignored every warning. He continues to behave like he's representing the uniparty or doing Chuck Schumer's bidding," Massie said to Blaze News of Johnson, adding, "This week we've given him a chance to show us he will fight for our conference" and "principles," but "we don't see him doing that."

Shortly after Blaze News spoke to Massie, Greene took to the House floor and sought to oust Johnson, a move that was met by audible boos in the chamber.

The new motion to vacate that the congresswoman put forward on Wednesday laid out a lengthy list of grievances against the speaker.

In a post on X, Massie shared what he said was the "full text of" Greene's "motion to vacate the office of Speaker of the House." The text included statements such as:

 • "Mike Johnson cast the deciding vote against requiring a warrant for U.S. person queries of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Section 702 data."
 • "a two-part omnibus, split into two minibuses, was crammed down our throats and passed under suspension of the rules, with only one day to review it"
 • "By passing the Democrats' agenda and handcuffing Republicans' ability to influence legislation, our elected Republican Speaker Mike Johnson has aided and abetted the Democrats and the Biden administration in destroying our country."
— (@)

Greene and Massie have referred to Johnson as a "Uniparty Speaker," but other Republicans regard the speaker much differently.

In a statement responding to questions from Blaze News about whether he supported the speakership ouster effort and the four demands Massie and Greene had made, GOP Rep. Don Bacon of Nebraska — who was one of the 196 House Republicans who voted to table Greene's motion to vacate — described Johnson as an individual who is committed to "doing the right thing for" the nation.

"I oppose the efforts of two or three Republicans to vacate Speaker Johnson. He's an honest man and dedicated to doing the right thing for our country. He's being attacked for passing FISA, a budget and the Ukraine supplemental, all things that I and the vast majority in the House all supported," Bacon said in the written statement. "I'd give no concessions to 1.5% of the GOP who are making them. These individuals had the chance to vote and speak against these bills but it is not enough for them. They want to forbid the vast majority of the House from doing its will."

GOP Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida, who instigated the removal of McCarthy from the speakership last year, was also among the bulk of Republicans who voted to kill Greene's effort, but in a tweet explaining his decision, Gaetz actually praised Greene, saying that she "made a truthful, compelling case against Mike Johnson" and "should be commended for this work."

"I voted to table the motion for one principal reason — with a two seat majority in an election year I believe 2-3 Republicans could be susceptible to bribes to resign or even vote for a Democrat. Democrats would then instantly deem Trump an 'insurrectionist' to bar him from the ballot," Gaetz said in the tweet. "House Republicans must do better. We must be led better. We must return Trump to the White House."

— (@)

Trump spoke highly of Greene in a post on Truth Social but expressed opposition to her move to target Johnson's speakership, calling the speaker "a good man who is trying very hard."

"I absolutely love Marjorie Taylor Greene. She's got Spirit, she's got Fight, and I believe she'll be around, and on our side, for a long time to come," the presumptive 2024 Republican presidential nominee wrote. "However, right now, Republicans have to be fighting the Radical Left Democrats, and all the Damage they have done to our Country. With a Majority of One, shortly growing to three or four, we’re not in a position of voting on a Motion to Vacate. At some point, we may very well be, but this is not the time. We are leading in the Presidential Polls by a lot, both Nationally and in the Swing States."

"Likewise, we are doing well in the Senate, and I believe will do well in the House. But if we show DISUNITY, which will be portrayed as CHAOS, it will negatively affect everything! Mike Johnson is a good man who is trying very hard. I also wish certain things were done over the last period of two months, but we will get them done, together. It is my request that Republicans vote for 'THE MOTION TO TABLE.' We WILL WIN BIG — AND IT WILL BE SOON!" Trump concluded.

When speaking to Politico during an interview with the "Playbook Deep Dive" podcast, Johnson claimed that the Hastert Rule has not been violated during his speakership. He said that he does not anticipate any additional Ukraine funding requests prior to the end of the year.

The speaker, who said he thinks Trump will win the election, noted that he intends to remain in the speakership.

"Will the 'accidental' Speaker win in next Congress? Conservatives should ask themselves: Do you want a speaker who passes majority Democrats bills despised by a majority of GOP? If that's winning, it's hard to imagine how losing could be any worse," GOP Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky tweeted, earning a retweet from Massie.

Greene lists 4 demands amid ongoing speakership ouster threat

Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia filed a motion to vacate in March and announced last week that she planned to pull the trigger this week on the bid to oust House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) from the speakership slot. But while Greene has not yet pulled the trigger, she did meet with Johnson on Monday and again on Tuesday this week. And she has a list of four demands for the speaker.

The congresswoman wants Johnson to "obey the Hastert rule, which means no bills are brought to the floor unless the majority of the majority, which is the majority of Republicans, support it," she explained to Steve Bannon on his "War Room" program. She is also calling for there to be "no more funding for Ukraine," and she is pressing for the defunding of the special counsel targeting former President Donald Trump.

Greene also wants the House to pass the 12 individual appropriations bills, but if that does not happen by the deadline, she has suggested the passage of a continuing resolution that would involve a 1% spending cut.

A tweet on Greene's @RepMTG X account lists the four demands, including, "Hastert Rule (majority of the majority must support any bill)," "No more funding for Ukraine," "Defund Special Counsels," "Avoid a shutdown before the election by passing a CR to automatically enact a 1% spending cut."

"This is Mike Johnson's decision," another tweet reads. "Will he be a Democrat Speaker or a Republican one? He already delivered Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer’s agenda. If he's capable of doing that, I think he's extremely capable of meeting the suggestions I've asked of him on behalf of the Republican majority. It takes actions, not words. But he can't drag this out."

Threat to Johnson's speakership looms larger as Massie cosponsors Greene's motion to vacate

Last month, Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia targeted House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.), filing a motion to vacate the speakership. Now, Greene is getting backup: GOP Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky has announced that he is cosponsoring the motion to vacate.

"I just told Mike Johnson in conference that I'm cosponsoring the Motion to Vacate that was introduced by @RepMTG. He should pre-announce his resignation (as Boehner did), so we can pick a new Speaker without ever being without a GOP Speaker," Massie tweeted on Tuesday. "He said he won't resign. I said to him that he is the only one who can prevent us from going through what happened last fall," Massie wrote in another post.

— (@)

Last year, after then-Rep. Kevin McCarthy of California was ousted from the speakership slot, Republicans struggled to select a replacement but eventually tapped Johnson for the role. McCarthy later chose to leave Congress.

On Monday, Johnson announced that the House will be voting on measures related to Ukraine aid, Israel aid, and more.

"Speaker Johnson is not holding Democrats accountable nor leading our Republican majority, he's actually giving in to Democrats every demand. And he's using dirty swamp tactics to push through the America Last agenda," Greene declared in a post on X.

— (@)

"Speaker Johnson must announce a resignation date and allow Republicans to elect a new Speaker to put America First and pass a Republican agenda. Thank you to @RepThomasMassie for cosponsoring my Motion to Vacate. It’s time for a new Speaker," Greene said in another tweet.

Despite conservative opposition, 101 House Republicans help pass swampy, earmark-laden government appropriations package

Despite a push by conservatives to stand against a swampy, earmark-laden government appropriations package, a whopping 101 House Republicans joined with 185 Democrats to vote in favor of passage, sending the package to the Senate. On the other side of the vote, 112 House Republicans and 22 Democrats voted against the package.

Approving the package before an impending funding lapse would avert the possibility of a partial governement shutdown.

— (@)

Conservatives decried the passage of the package.

"The House just passed the Swamp's omnibus. As expected, this monstrosity passed with MORE DEMOCRAT votes than Republican votes. GOP leadership couldn’t even get a majority of Republicans to support this garbage. But for those who did: You now own everything you just funded," GOP Rep. Andrew Clyde of of Georgia, who voted against the package, declared in a tweet.

"Congress holds the power of the purse, but the Swamp has yet again forfeited that power and abdicated our leverage to combat Biden's disastrous policies. Americans deserve better. Woe betide the Members who vote for this atrocious bill," Republican Rep. Dan Bishop of North Carolina declared in a statement.

— (@)

Republican Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona tweeted, "More Republicans voted against the DC Cartel's minibus than voted for it. 112-101. The Uniparty has once again sold Americans out."

Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green of Georgia filed a motion to oust House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) from the speakership. "The current Speaker has shown he cannot stand up to the Democrats. I filed a Motion to Vacate because it's time the American people have leadership in Congress that will fight for their values and stop funding the left's agenda," a tweet on her @RepMTG X account reads.

8 Republicans join Democrats in referring Mayorkas impeachment resolution to committee

A push to impeach Homeland Security Sec. Alejandro Mayorkas was stymied on Monday when several House Republicans joined with Democrats in voting to refer the impeachment resolution to committee.

The total vote tally was 209-201 in favor of referring the resolution. This included eight Republicans joining with 201 Democrats to refer the resolution while 201 Republicans voted against the move, and 23 lawmakers did not vote, including 11 Republicans and 12 Democrats.

GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia said in a video that that four of the eight Republicans who joined Democrats in the vote serve on the House Judiciary Committee, which she said "is where my articles of impeachment on Secretary Mayorkas have been sitting, and collecting dust, for months ... without movement." She said that the resolution will now "once again collect dust."

— (@)

GOP Rep. Andy Biggs of Texas declared in a statement, "I am appalled by tonight's decision to refer a motion to impeach Department of Homeland Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to committee. This House leadership ploy kills any chance of impeaching Secretary Mayorkas." Biggs noted, "I am disappointed in tonight's results but will continue to fight for the American people and ensure America's sovereignty remains intact."

"DHS Secretary Mayorkas has intentionally failed to secure the border for nearly THREE YEARS. He deserves to be FIRED. Yet tonight, 8 Republicans voted with Democrats to kill @RepMTG's resolution to impeach Mayorkas," Rep. Andrew Clyde of Georgia tweeted.

Republican Utah governor condemns Greene's call for 'national divorce' as 'evil' rhetoric

Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia has suggested that the U.S. should undergo a "national divorce," but Utah Gov. Spencer Cox, who is also a Republican, has decried Green's suggestion as "evil."

"We need a national divorce. We need to separate by red states and blue states and shrink the federal government. Everyone I talk to says this. From the sick and disgusting woke culture issues shoved down our throats to the Democrat’s traitorous America Last policies, we are done," Greene tweeted.

Cox denounced the congresswoman's words and continued on with the metaphor by suggesting that the country needs "marriage counseling."

"This rhetoric is destructive and wrong and—honestly—evil. We don't need a divorce, we need marriage counseling. And we need elected leaders that don't profit by tearing us apart. We can disagree without hate. Healthy conflict was critical to our nation's founding and survival," Cox wrote.

Greene also advocated the notion of a "national divorce" in tweets on her @RepMTG Twitter account.

"People are absolutely fed up and disgusted with left wing insanity and disaster America Last policies. National divorce is not civil war, but Biden and the neocons are leading us into WW3, while forcing corporate ESG and gender confusion on our kids. Enough!" Greene tweeted.

In another post, she retweeted a tweet from the @POTUS Twitter account that featured photos of President Joe Biden with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

"Impeach Biden or give us a national divorce. We don't pay taxes to fund foreign country’s wars who aren't even NATO ally's. We aren't sending our sons & daughters to dies for foreign borders & foreign 'democracy.' America is BROKE. Criminals & Cartels reign. And you’re a fool," Greene declared.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's permanently suspended Twitter account has been restored

Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene's personal Twitter account has been reinstated, a move that comes as the social media platform restores various accounts following Elon Musk's acquisition of the company.

"I'm the only Member of Congress the unelected big tech oligarchs permanently banned. Go follow @mtgreenee for MTG unfiltered ;)," the Georgia Republican tweeted from her @RepMTG account, which had remained operational in the wake of the permanent suspension of the other account.

Twitter permanently suspended Greene's @mtgreenee account in January, claiming that the account had run afoul of the company's policies pertaining to COVID-19 misinformation.

"We permanently suspended the account ... (@mtgreenee) for repeated violations of our COVID-19 misinformation policy," a Twitter spokesperson noted, according to reports at the time. "We've been clear that, per our strike system for this policy, we will permanently suspend accounts for repeated violations of the policy."

Since taking the helm at Twitter, Musk has restored previously banished accounts, including the account of former President Donald Trump — Trump had been a prolific tweeter during his White House tenure but was kicked off of the platform during the tail end of his presidency.

Earlier this year, before acquiring Twitter, Musk had called Twitter's move to oust Trump "morally wrong and flat-out stupid" and said that he would reverse the decision. Last week, Musk posted a Twitter poll asking whether he should reinstate Trump's account, and the result was that a majority of votes in the poll supported restoring the account.

"The people have spoken. Trump will be reinstated. Vox Populi, Vox Dei," Musk tweeted on Saturday — the Latin phrase that he used means "the voice of the people (is) the voice of God."

Greene had responded to Musk's post from her @RepMTG account, tweeting, "President Trump should have never been banned in the first place. Interesting it took a poll to decide to reinstate him. My personal account is still permanently banned for 'covid misinformation.' What does it take to reinstate my account? Freedom of speech matters."

'They wanted me to be murdered': 'Never before seen' security camera video shows swatting of Marjorie Taylor Greene's home

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) recently released security camera video of her home being swatted. The Republican representative from Georgia vehemently spoke out against the swatting – saying that those behind the fraudulent 911 call wanted her "to be murdered."

During an interview with Right Side Broadcasting Network (RBSN), Greene shared "never before seen security camera footage" of the potentially deadly swatting incident at her home in Rome, Georgia.

Someone called 911 to report an alleged shooting at Greene's home early Wednesday morning. The caller alleged that a man had been shot five times in the chest and was lying in a bathtub. The shooter was allegedly a woman with a loaded gun who was suicidal. The 911 caller claimed that there were children in the house.

Greene said police officers were looking for "a female with a gun that is threatening to kill herself."

"They were responding to a very serious issue that they knew someone supposedly had been shot – probably dead, maybe not dead yet," Greene said of the police officers who responded. "They knew someone was suicidal, had a loaded gun in their hand. And there were children in the home."

Security cameras at Greene's home captured the moment that police arrived.

Video shows the cops inspecting the outside of the home.

"I came down the hallway, and I came out of my hallway, and I looked around to look at the front door, and I saw police out there," Greene explained. "And I was like, 'Oh gosh, there's something serious going on.'"

"It really upset me because usually, I mean, if the police are coming to your house in the middle of the night, there's a serious thing," she added.

Greene instantly thought that maybe something tragic had happened to her children – who are away at college.

She said that the officer's demeanor and body language was "tactical" as he asked her, "Is everything okay, ma'am?" She told them that she had been asleep and didn't understand why law enforcement officers were at her door in the middle of the night.

The officer told Greene, "I think you've been swatted."

Greene – who is a staunch Second Amendment supporter – thanked God that she didn't bring her gun with her to greet police at the door, or it could have been a far more dangerous encounter.

"I probably would have been the target and that is the whole purpose of swatting someone," she stated.

Greene invited police – who still had their guns drawn – into her home to do a search.

Greene said the officers from the Rome Police Department are "amazing," and handled the intense situation by being calm and level-headed.

"This is what gets people killed. There have been multiple incidences just like this one where police ended up shooting someone because they believed they were responding to a call," she pointed out. "And that's what was happening to me."

"They wanted me to be murdered," Greene emphasized. "Death by cop – that's what swatting is, and they were doing this in hopes that the police would kill me."

Greene said she was swatted two nights in a row. The second time, police were familiar that the call could be a swatting hoax.

— Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene🇺🇸 (@Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene🇺🇸) 1661652370

Greene claimed that the person behind the swatting call allegedly confessed to authorities that they did so in reaction to the representative's Protect Children's Innocence Act.

Last week, Greene introduced a bill against so-called "gender-affirming care" for children – which would make puberty blockers and gender-changing surgery for minors a felony.

Greene last week introduced a bill that would make it a felony to provide gender-affirming care for transgender minors.

Greene claimed that liberals are furious at her for introducing the bill, "They're so angry at me that they want to kill me for it."

Local law enforcement and federal authorities are investigating the swatting hoax call.

“Marjorie Taylor Greene @RepMTG tells @JackPosobiec about being swatted again:

"I am against transgender surgeries for children. I have taken a very strong stance against it, and they are angry at me for that. They wanted to have me murdered by police."”

Police confirm Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene was 'swatted' after fake 911 call reported shooting at her home

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) was "swatted" early Wednesday morning after an unknown person filed a fake shooting report that led police to respond at Greene's home, authorities said.

"Last night, I was swatted just after 1 a.m. I can’t express enough gratitude to my local law enforcement here in Rome, Floyd County," Greene tweeted Wednesday.

Police officers are investigating after someone placed a 911 call and reported that a subject was shot multiple times at an address within city limits, the Rome Police Department said in a statement.

When officers responded to the location, they discovered it was the congresswoman's home address. Greene informed police that there was no issue, and the call was determined to be a prank commonly known as "swatting," police said.

The Rome Police Department said it received a second 911 call from an individual who used "a computer generated voice" and stated they were upset about Greene's political views on transgender youth rights.

"The Rome Police Department Criminal Investigation Division is working in conjunction with the United States Capital Police on this investigation," police said.

"This is an active investigation and no further information can be released at this time," the department added.

Greene, a firebrand lawmaker known for making highly controversial comments, has agitated the left by forcefully opposing sex-change procedures or cross-sex hormone prescriptions for gender-dysphoric minors. Last week, Greene said she will introduce legislation that would criminalize puberty blockers and sex-change surgeries for children, decrying so-called "gender-affirming care" as "child abuse" and "genital mutilation."

A spokesman for Greene said that safety was her office's "number one concern" after the swatting attack.

"Late last night, she was a victim of a political attack on her family and home. Whoever committed this violent crime will face the full extent of the law," Greene spokesman Nick Dyer told the Rome News-Tribune.

Several prominent left-wing figures cast doubt on Greene's story after she reported what happened Wednesday. Others mocked her and said she deserved to be harassed or questioned whether she staged the incident to "smear trans rights activists."

"If you're wondering why I don't believe that MTG was 'swatted' last night, it's because she's actively trying to fear monger people about the FBI," lawyer Elie Mystal tweeted.

Dem congressman introducing resolution to expel GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene from House

Democratic Rep. Jimmy Gomez of California announced Wednesday night that he will introduce a resolution calling for newly-elected Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) to be expelled from the House of Representatives, citing reports of her "repeated endorsements of sedition, domestic terrorism, and political violence."

What are the details?

Gomez tweeted, "I don't need to explain why @RepMTG is a clear and present danger to Congress and our democracy. She did it herself. And she must go. I'm introducing a resolution to expel her from Congress immediately."

In a press release, the congressman wrote, "As if it weren't enough to amplify conspiracy theories that the September 11 attacks were an inside job and the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School was staged, a string of recent media reports has now confirmed that Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene had previously supported social media posts calling for political violence against the Speaker of the House, members of Congress, and former President Barack Obama."

He argued:

Such advocacy for extremism and sedition not only demands her immediate expulsion from Congress, but it also merits strong and clear condemnation from all of her Republican colleagues, including House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell. Her very presence in office represents a direct threat against the elected officials and staff who serve our government, and it is with their safety in mind, as well as the security of institutions and public servants across our country, that I call on my House colleagues to support my resolution to immediately remove Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene from this legislative body."

At the time of Gomez's announcement, Rep. Greene's name had already been trending on Twitter for hours after video went viral showing Greene accosting Parkland survivor and gun-control advocate David Hogg as he walked through Washington, D.C., in March of 2019—roughly one year after the mass murder that took the lives of 17 people and left several more injured.

.@mtgreenee, is this you harassing @davidhogg111 weeks after the Parkland shooting, that my daughter was killed in… https://t.co/WzP4WCaJM3

Gomez did not make mention of Greene confronting Hogg, but pointed to several other instances of the congresswoman's past social media activity, such as when she "like a comment from 2019 that a 'bullet to the head would be quicker' than an election for removing Speaker Pelosi from office, and messages about executing FBI agents working for the 'deep state.'"

On Tuesday, CNN published a report detailing Greene's controversial messages, including a post where she suggested Hillary Clinton and former President Barack Obama would be hanged over the Iran Deal.

A commenter asked Greene, "Now we get to hang them?? Meaning H & O???," to which she replied, "Stage is being set. Players are being put in place. We must be patient. This must be done perfectly or liberal judges would let them off."

Greene called the CNN story a "hit piece," and issued a statement saying, "Over the years, I've had teams of people manage my pages. Many posts have been liked. Many posts have been shared. Some did not represent my views. Especially the ones that CNN is about to spread across the internet."

The Republican from Georgia has only been in Congress for a few weeks, but already filed articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden. She has also been accused of following the QAnon conspiracy theory.
