What you really need to know about the ‘measles outbreak’
According to numerous mainstream reports, there’s a measles outbreak in Texas and New Mexico. In five days, the number of cases has risen by 28. One case in West Texas has resulted in the death of a child, while an adult in New Mexico tested positive for measles postmortem.
Should we be concerned?
Liz Wheeler of “The Liz Wheeler Show” breaks down this “so-called outbreak” and explains why this “coordinated narrative” by the media is happening.
Liz reads from a Reuters article documenting the measles outbreak. In just a few lines, it becomes clear where Reuters' motivation lies.
“They're not presenting how many people have contracted influenza or how many people, even children, who have died from influenza. They are presenting this story about this small number of measles cases because they don't like RFK Jr.,” she says, adding that it’s clear the outlet's aim is to “[paint] him as a dangerous antivaxxer.”
The article’s description of the adult who tested positive for measles is also eyebrow-raising.
“Last week, the state reported that an unvaccinated adult who had died tested positive for measles,” Liz reads from the Reuters report.
“The way that this is phrased should raise our red flags,” she says. “An unvaccinated adult in Southern Texas is another way of saying that this person is an illegal alien.”
“Reuters doesn't mention the immigration status of this individual, and I suspect that that oversight is intentional,” she adds.
The other red flag is how the sentence is phrased to insinuate that he died of measles even though it wasn’t discovered he had contracted the virus until after death. Perhaps he died of other causes but also happened to have the measles.
“I recall not too many years ago that we were told that a motorcyclist had died from COVID-19 when in fact that motorcyclist died as a result of a motorcycle crash and then in the autopsy also tested positive for COVID-19,” says Liz. “Not exactly the same thing to die with a disease as it is to die from a disease, and yet Reuters does not make that distinction.”
But it gets even more suspect.
The article, quoting the CDC, went on to say, “The measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine is the most important tool for preventing measles. ... The health departments of both the affected states said 80 patients in Texas and 27 in New Mexico were unvaccinated.”
Liz crunches the numbers. “If there are 223 total measles cases in Texas, according to Reuters, and 80 patients in Texas are unvaccinated then ... that means that only 35% of those who contracted measles are unvaccinated” and “65% of those who contracted measles are vaccinated.”
Isn’t it interesting how all these people who are telling us “how important the MMR vaccine is” never mention that “two-thirds of the people who got measles in this so-called outbreak in Texas were, in fact, vaccinated.”
"This is why people don't trust doctors. ... This is why people turn to individuals like RFK Jr.," who, of course, is the target in this Reuters article and others like it.

White House disputes report 240,000 Ukrainians in US will soon lose legal status: 'Fake news'
The Trump administration rejected a report on Thursday that claimed roughly 240,000 Ukrainians residing in the United States would soon lose their temporary legal status.
Reuters reported that President Donald Trump is "planning to revoke" Temporary Protected Status for Ukrainians who fled their home country amid conflict with Russia. The media outlets cited "a senior Trump official and three sources familiar with the matter," who allegedly claimed that the Ukrainian nationals could be placed "on a fast-track to deportation."
'The truth: no decision has been made at this time.'
Reuters stated that the alleged plan could be rolled out as early as April. The report contended that the alleged plans had been "under way before Trump publicly feuded with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy last week."
Despite denials from the White House about the accuracy of the claims, Reuters decided to run the story based on the information provided by several unnamed sources.
Under President Joe Biden, TPS programs were rapidly expanded to substantially increase so-called lawful pathways for foreign nationals under the guise of reducing illegal immigration.
TPS is intended to be "a temporary benefit" to protect those who cannot safely return to their home countries due to "ongoing armed conflict," "an environmental disaster," or "other extraordinary and temporary conditions," according to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Those who receive TPS may also apply for employment and travel authorization.
The Trump administration has been working to address Biden's immigration crisis, in part by calling for the termination of "all categorical parole programs."
However, according to White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, the administration has not made any decisions regarding revoking temporary legal status for Ukrainians, calling Reuters' reporting "fake news."
"This is more fake news from Reuters based on anonymous sources who have no idea what they are talking about," Leavitt wrote in a post on X. "The truth: no decision has been made at this time."
U.S. Department of Homeland Security spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin told Reuters on Wednesday that there were no new developments.
There are currently 17 countries eligible for TPS. In February, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem rescinded Biden's TPS extension for Haitian and Venezuelan nationals. Several immigrant advocacy organizations filed a lawsuit to block Noem's move, claiming the administration lacks the authority to "revoke an extension that has already been granted."
During the Conservative Political Action Conference, Trump stated, "This week, I also canceled temporary protected status for migrants from Haiti. They're pouring into our country. Pouring in. If I weren't elected president, there'd be nobody in Haiti any more."
He noted that foreign nationals from around the globe were pouring into the U.S. in record numbers due to Biden's immigration policies.

The Biden regime’s payroll: Politico, Associated Press, New York Times, and Reuters
If it seemed as if the Biden administration and mainstream media outlets were working together for the past four years, that’s because they were.
While those who weren’t blindly agreeing with everything the former president’s administration and the mainstream media have said were well-aware that something was not right, Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” finally has the receipts to prove it.
“One of the biggest mainstream media scandals that we now are faced to deal with today,” Gonzales says, jaw agape as she reads that Politico received at least $34.3 million from the Biden administration.
“Those are just the transactions we know about,” she says, noting that before the news broke, Politico released a statement to staff regarding its lack of pay on payday.
But it’s not just Politico. Reuters, the world’s largest multimedia news provider, was awarded funds by the Department of Defense as well. It received $9 million from the DOD in September 2020.
“Why in the hell would the Department of Defense need to be paying Reuters that amount of money for anything? I would love to know,” Gonzales says.
The government payments don’t stop at Reuters, as the Associated Press has also received $69,999 in the last 12 months from the United States government.
“They’ve also got a huge influx, you go back to 2018, nearly $5 million, 2019, $6 million, 2020, $6 million, 2021, $3 million, 2022, $4 million, 2023, $4.5 million,” Gonzales explains, adding, “This is absurd.”
The New York Times has also received tens of millions of dollars in the last five years.
“It just goes on and on,” Gonzales says. “I just, I’m reading this, and I’m like, OK, we all knew, we all know that the mainstream media is state-run media, right? Like we all know they’re carrying the Democrats' water, we all know that they’re working with the Democrats, in cahoots with them to push the Democrat agenda.”
“But when you look at it, the Department of HHS is paying the New York Times $26.9 million. What the hell is going on?” she asks.

Mainstream Media Outlets Downplay a Pogrom in Amsterdam
A Thursday evening pogrom in Amsterdam, which saw roving gangs of anti-Semitic thugs beat Jews in the streets, sparked an emergency Israeli rescue operation. But Western media outlets, including Reuters and the New York Times, sought to downplay the shocking attacks, casting them as clashes between soccer fans.
